Poor service as management changed and stored is owned by punjabi guy he doesn t care about hygiene and doesn t know how to deal with customers he came in wrong field don t recommend this place at all

Dont recommend this place their owner meet doesn t have sense how to talk to customers he have ego problem guys prefer going somewhere else

What happened to you guys? Your staff members are so incredibly rude. I ordered a monster burrito bowl and had to ask if the monster got 3 or 4 scoops of meat because she only put 3, and she said she put 4. I also had to ask for beans because she didnt put any on. I almost refuse to order anything else because your burritos and tacos seem to be (and are, Ive seen) literally thrown together. Also the tacos pockets are not even what they used to be. The shell was split and placed in a circle, now its being placed folded together to the side? I worked for this company and this store a couple years ago and the standards are insanely low now and its honestly disappointing.

You have to try their Monster Burrito with all the fixins. Hands down the best burrito I have ever had.

Rude staff, filthy tables. Too bad. I used to spend a lot of money there. Won t be going back.

Great service and food

This place was fantastic when it opened a few years ago. Great service, even better food. Every time Ive gone in the last couple of years, its been cold food and rude service. If you want to keep your business around, there needs to be changes. The effort I saw before just isnt there at all anymore.

Wow this place is flavourful, I love the sauce variety and the beef barbacoa is incredible, I also like the Mexican rice in my Burrito bowl...I visit everytime Im on the island, which is often.

I always love taco boys its definitely my number one stop when I go to Charlottetown I live in Summerside and its about an hour drive and I go there Once a week Its worth it every penny and the days I go coincide with some of their best specials The only thing I dont like about the place is the fact that it is pretty small and theres not a lot of room for people But thats very minor considering you get such good quality food like you see them cooking the chicken basting it flipping it turning it its so good like it its so fresh its delicious I love it I just wish it was a little bit bigger You feel like youre right next to someone when youre there But the tacos and the quesadillas and the chimichangas all amazing And you can get nachos to go home and cook Its just awesome they have so many choices of what to get chicken beef Stake seafood Fish shrimp And then they have Mexican sodas that are really good and they have churros and oh my God the Bavarian cream Cheryl is like the best thing after you eat a case idea its like heaven And the cranberry salsa oh my goodness so good And I dont even like cranberries lol When I 1st started going there I would just get like plain tacos lettuce cheese beef or let us cheese chicken now Im getting peppers and hot peppers and sauces and corn and green onions and theres just so many toppings and so much to get Its so good I cant say enough good things about taco boys I wish they would get a location in Summerside Its a 5 star food dining experience for me I eat there basically every time I go. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options you dont have to get meat at all So many toppings in the vegetable department to choose from Parking: Theres parking in front of the store and in the middle of the parking lot theres a few other places The little strip but theres always a place to park Kid-friendliness: The workers are always nice always pleasant to deal with Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible You can Pull away the chairs and youre sitting right at the table

Sukhdeep was the server, She was fantastic in her job, Much experienced lady to serve customers with a bright smile. Would like to see more like her at other places as well, She deserves a raise in her field.,

I have not tried but have not so far as the app or online ordering doesnt give you enough options to make what you want... something as simple as lettuce you dont have the option to add.. why wouldnt that be an option!?

Taco Wednesday is fantastic

Lady messed up my order put super spicy sauce on my quesadilla instead of garlic and also didnt give me a receipt :( Teach your employees to grab the right sauce you absolute monsters (Pic is how I feel) Bro at the front was super nice tho with the beard give him a raise

Decent tocos. Good service

I had the large nachos and they were huge and super flavorful. Lots of different topping to add and the price is good. Tables out front weren t the cleanest looking but the staff were nice and patient.

Such a big surprise we were looking for a place to eat that was still open even though it was late and stumbled upon Taco Boyz. The tacos were really good and so was the price! The service was exceptional, dont sleep on this place

Went to the Peter Pan location. After my first bite of my burrito, I thought I must have just hit a bad spot because it tasted like burnt cardboard. So I took a second bite from a different angle... something seemed off... took one more bite to confirm... and yes, it smelled and tasted like burnt dog kibble. The last time I was at the original location (Kirkwood Mews) it was so delicious, I felt like I was ashamed to be seen enjoying something so much. But that was actual MEXICAN FOOD! Aside from the posters on the wall, there was nothing mexican about this place at all. What I had today was essentially Subway with rice... with, for some reason, a final step that burnt the outside of the wrap... Not in a grilled sort of flavor-adding step, just burnt. The rice was tangy, but not in a good way... more of a Mr. Clean kind of way. The chicken was cat food... they dont have actual chicken strips (or beef) just shredded cat-food-looking pieces. I got home and through it in the garbage. Mistakenly, I took it inside the house to chuck it, and now the whole house smells like burnt dog kibble. Ultimately I had no choice but to induce vomiting - yes, it was THAT bad. The lingering stench of the burrito is still gagging me. The attached pic shows what my +$20 (including 20% tip) got me. At least Subway has bacon.

Good efficient service here food was good and fresh too. I ate almost 5 days a week here when visiting PEI for work keep up the good work!

Amazing variety at a low cost!

I want to like this place, but the three times Ive been here there have been issues. Today I ordered online, a 30 minute wait, and after the 30 minutes they had forgotten to make it. No apology, no discount, that equals no tip. I wont be likely to try again.

Ok tacos ..bad service

Usually I would give this place 5 stars but tonight I had a large chicken burrito and it was terrible. My daughter ordered it for me and we couldnt sit in because every table was filthy with food crumbs on them. We went home to eat it and there was virtually no veggies and I get everything on it . Really disappointed...

Bland and flavorless

Its good but sort of bland somehow. The employees kept speaking to eachother while making my food and barely seemed to listen to me

Order took over an hour to be delivered and when it got here it was a complete mess in the bag The delivery driver was peeping in my door window because my dogs were barking but very Erie nonetheless

The food is really more like 3.5 stars, its pretty good but not mindblowing, but I give it an extra star for being consistent, reliable and affordable. Many other restaurants in PEI vary in quality from visit to visit, but Taco Boyz is always good. Its a go-to.

its very avarage place to eat burritos. we ordered veggie burritos but they dont have anything like Guac mexi girll or bar burrito for vegeterian. Even spicy sauces are not spicey here. they give you lots of cheese but i think its too much for burritos i believe. staff did their best but there was lack of everything.

I am giving two stars because the server in the middle (she handled the veggies and stuff to be added in the Taco) was nice enough. Overall, the other employees and the taste make this an underwhelming experience. 1.) They wrapped hard Taco within a layer of soft Taco. Real Authentic Taco should either be pure hard Taco OR pure soft Taco.Hard Taco and soft Taco should not be mixed together. 2.) The guy at the cash register gave me a very discomforting look when I said I am paying for my boyfriend and my own Taco. 3.) The guy at the cash register used his bare hands to touch the Burrito. He should be putting gloves on !!!!! Please train your staff to be polite to customers and follow food safety guidelines and protocols.

Me, my sister and cousin showed up at about 10 after 11 really really wanting tacos but didnt realize they were closed. The two lovely ladies working saw us outside pleading for tacos and they told us they had limited toppings and depending on what we wanted we could come in, we said literally anything they could make so they let us in!!! Literally the nicest people ever, everyone please go here and tip them well! They didnt have to do that at all and made our night!! :))

Lots of specials here for given days of the week. Good is standard. Staff are super nice and you can tell are hard working people. Found it interesting that they had a brown rice option. Not bad.

Definitely hitting this place up next time Im in charlottetown. So good. Nice clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Just overall a joy to definitely take in.

Always love getting tacos here, tho it would be nice to have the sauce evenly. Every time I ask for insane sauce, they barely put any on. But overall one of my favorite place.

Server couldnt understand what we were trying to order, taco shell was soggy and meat was dry. Ingredients didnt taste fresh. Used to be a huge fan but this experience threw me off.

Always love to get Taco boys, specially every Wednesday when they have their tacos promo 3 for $6, the only downside to taco boys is that they never seems to make my tacos correctly. They never give enough hot sauce, always have to ask for extra, and even sometimes they dont give it extra. And I always ask for insane sauce.

I have ordered from here 3 times now and all 3 times, my order has been wrong! How is it hard to make nachos with beef??? I mentioned the beef 3 times tonight.... 3 times.... but guess what wasnt on it? Thats right.... beef! I definitely was still charged for the beef though! Last time, I ordered chips and salsa... guess what was missing? Yup...... the Salsa!!! And dont even get me started on the tacos! Im honestly just really disappointed because i really love the menu and the food could be great if the people working werent rushing through all he orders all the time. I doubt i will be returning a 4th time. I feel as though they had enough chances.

I dont know what happened with this place..... I used to love this place so much that i was eating from hear everyday. Now the new staff is so lazy and rude that do neither follow instructions given in an online order nor verbally This week i ordered 2 times and it came after more than 80 minutes and its not that live too from the store.... Distance is just 5 minutes drive. And when you call them for order update, they says, we still have time we will deliver and this was after 50 minutes have been passed. If Mandy(Owner) you are reading this... Please pay attention to this. Thank you.

Not a good staff but nice food:)

Wow! Now I understand what all the hype is about. My dad got me two tacos for my birthday supper. He told the employee to just put whatever most people get on them. The employee knows her stuff because them tacos were amazing! The takeout dish was piled with ingredients, so much so that I can make at least one more taco out of it since they also included extra tortillas. If I had eaten lunch today, I probably could have gotten two meals out of them because they are so filling! Taco Boyz is going to be my new go to when in Charlottetown!

The barrito I had was absolutely delicious. If to go, do yourself a favor and get the Jarritos cola. Its Incredible!

Buchanan location issues gift cards but doesn t accept them. Service is great in store. Management needs work and customer service doesn t seem top priority. I really enjoy their food but I d rather drive the extra 5 minutes to the kirkwood location that gives better customer service. Upper line management needs a lot of work though, doesn t seem to appreciate customers willing to pay as long as the money is coming through. Pretty profitable business too so maybe invest in a better management team.

Been here a few times, and it is consistently delicious. Lots of flavours to mix together for a different mean every time

I was pleasently surprised overall. The food and choice was excellent. It was well organized and clean. Bathrooms were also clean. Through the lunch hour it remained quite busy but the line up moved quickly. Also, parking was good.

Food was mediocre at best.

Now that is what I call good food. This will be definitely a need to go every trip now! We are down visiting from Nova Scotia & we got a burrito and a burrito bowl and it had so much flavour and just was perfect. Thank you again!

Pretty great food, not the cheapest but its fast, greasy goodness and probably some of the best food to eat when your absolutely zooted or drunk, the only reason for 4 stars is the aftermath on the toilet later that night or the next morning. 100% recommend

Havent really had a great experience yet. Food is good but customer service is very much lacking. Employees can be rude and questioning towards customers.

Good food, line moved well despite lineup. Burrito bean bowl was rasty. Hot sauce was actually Id like to have seen kidney or pinto beans as choice as well as black beans. Chips and salsa were good.

Best salsa and quesadillas Ive had in a long time. Highly recommend the deep fried cheesecake.

Ill be honest. Island burritos didnt appeal to me. I once went to order from their first location. I was met with an overly eager guy calling me Bruh. I hung up. But I was naive. The staff are polite, good at their jobs, and the food is good (also they grill unlike some other places). This is the only place Ive eaten where 14.00 dollars fills me to where I cant finish my meal. Im a big guy and an even bigger eater, and they won... this time.
