Clean and fast service

The food is just fair but consistent. The staff are generally unfriendly to the point it feels like youre more of a nuisance than a customer.

Great food but very long wait

Nice visit. Dining room was tidy and ready for customers. The counter people were very friendly which made the vist that much more enjoyable. Looking forward to Mt next visit. Oh and the onion rings and whoppers were hot and delicious.

Terrible food. Fries must have been a day old and burger was cold. Threw everything out to the birds.

Worked a 12 hour day and all I wanted was some mozza sticks with ranch and a jr whopper with stacker sauce to go back to my hotel room, eat and go to bed. Sadly this meal was to be the highlight of my day. They told me they had no stacker sauce, okay fine just gimme a plain ol jr whopper. And I asked for mozza sticks with ranch sauce, get back to my hotel, no ranch sauce, I ate three dry mozza sticks and a sad plain whopper, booo. Fed the last mozza stick to a dog.

I ordered food today but the food did not arrive at the address I requested and it was lost!!

Asked for a small fry and got 2 pks. Sorry, but thats too much. Wow , that roadhouse chicken sandwich is also heavy with 2 patties. Bring back the kids meals for simplicity.

The washrooms were very dirty,people say if the washrooms are dirty the kitchen is most likely worst.

Burger is good and beefy

Yesterday I went to eat, and I really wanted to go to the bathroom and the toilet was clogged. I asked 4 times to please go clean, I urgently needed to go. And every time they ignored me, including the manager. I had to go to a gas station.

Got food poisoning... Nuggets were cold

Good as far as Burger Kings go anyway.

Always great to have choices for different types of burger restaurants. Like the choices and have had friendly staff always willing to help when it comes to the self serve pop area as some of the choices for drinks tend to run out and the staff will get your choice of beverage from the drive thru area if the machine in the dining room has options that are out of order/empty. Parking: Since the location is at a strip mall, there is oodles of parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessible parking available right out front and the ground is fairly level so that those using walkers or wheelchairs, are able to enter the restaurant.

Amazing staff

I had the chicken sandwich, which is my regular at BK. This time, they put way too much ketchup on the chicken. It was a complete mess. Time to wake up kitchen staff.

I just stood at the counter for a few minutes (no line) being completely ignored by the 6 dudes working. Not even a greeting. I left, hungry.

After recent renovations the food is excellent. Way better than McDonalds with fair prices and superior food. Great coupons on the app!

Consistently get warm ,flat, pop in drive-thru...for months, told ice machine broken, a lot of times whoppers are cold . Orders are usually correct however, and staff at window efficient and fast.

Its our first time to eat here.We really love BK Sriracha Chicken Sandwich is good and still the best for me there whooper burgers

Never got fresh food not recommended

I went thru the drive threw. And the man how waited on me was very rude and had no manners what so ever. I asked again for the total and he told it to me rudely. I said thank you and he couldn t even give me a welcome or a smile. Should never be working with the public. And to top it all off. Most of the orders were wrong. I parked and went in to get the order straightened out and processed to use the washroom and this was so dirty. I just waited until I got home. The food was all cold when I received it. Never going back to this Burger King again. Disappointed

I tried the dill.pickle chicken nuggets and....well, they may at one time somewhere have been chicken, but they were coated in so much highly salted dill pickle sauce they could just as well be the soles off someones shoes.... The service wasnt that speedy for a fast food restaurant either (they wouldnt last 5 minutes in a McDonalds for example....) Atmosphere.....the large restaurant was empty, lots of free empty space, which tells you a lot about what others think. Shame, as BK used to be a real competitor to the McDonalds of the world, but I guess there are now Wendys, A and W, DQ and many more to take or or even be the number one burgers.....the kings crown is definitely up for grabs!!

Nothing wrong with the food but I cant help but rate really low when Im missing 2 things from what I ordered. Can I not trust that a restaurant knows how to do their job and not have to look in my bag holding up the drive thru line to make sure I have everything? So now I have been overcharged because I ordered extra dipping sauce and a chocolate milk. Not to mention I asked for the extra dipping sauce at the window and the person told me the adjusted price and everything and they still forgot to give it to me... I lost faith in BK a while back and decided to give it another go and needless to say I wont be going back EDIT : Back again this time my food was disgusting. April 2nd, 2023 Got a whopper with bacon and cheese. Bacon was gross nearly raw. And bun was destroyed and an absolute mess on the burger. I dont understand how anyone can make a burger so horribly. It looks like someone threw my burger at a wall after it was made and wrapped

Everything is perfect besides one thing. Very slow service

Their no 10 Crispy Chicken with Bacon and Cheese is delicious, got the flame grill taste on the bacon, better than most fast food restaurant or premium burger places imo.

Restaurant is nice and clean how ever the staff all yodeling and yelling at each other rather then just casually talking really ruined the meal

Its burger King. Dont expect miracles. Bring coupons. Half the time the app wont go to checkout.

Got the homestyle Breakfast and it was the absolute worst. First I asked for scrambled eggs (you need to add milk to me true scrambled eggs) I got hard fried eggs all chopped up grrr. the taste off the hash browns was old grease. The bacon was good and the tea wasnt even good. Very Disappointing when you were so hungry and couldnt wait for breakfast.

Its not the place it used to be, service was not good, I used to enjoy their homestle breakfast but looked at menu board and it was not there.

Got the new breakfast sandwich and the bacon was raw and the rest of the sandwich was cold. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

I had the new bacon whopper it was horrible burger I have ever had The bacon was not cooked the meat seemed like it was boiled not grilled. I will never go there again.please hire some people that know what they are doing

All was good till I noticed my ketchup from the dining room is most definitely watered down!! Unbelievable when we pay the price we do for the food!!

We placed an order for take out and it didn t went well. We asked to get fresh food, but they served us stale food. The girl with bridal makeup and tattoo was worst. Only the girl who took our order was nice but All of the staff with her were just laughing and not taking order and making FUN OF CUSTOMERS. TOXIC ENVIRONMENT. Should learn some etiquettes and customer service.

I went today around at 10 pm and I do not find pleasant atmosphere today. The staffs were taking out loud to themselves and saying swear words in other language.

The University Avenue Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Burger King is a great and fantastic place to buy meals all day long and the staff is friendly and helpful too

We ordered poutine and Mozzarella sticks . Guy said poutine is not available thats fine but they gave us mozzarella sticks i can definitely tell that was not fresh its like they have been playing around since morning they could say no to us rather than giving low quality food. This kind of service we would never expect from a brand burger king. Disappointed and thanks for letting me know that i should never spend my money on burger king

They are updating the physical structure so lets see what happens here. Hopefully they train their staff to be kinder to customers.

To start out. Im sick and tired of dealing with people who can barely speak English. If they do they cant understand the language. We went threw the drive thru today. Ordered 9 compos the only thing that was correct is the pop and the frys. If a business is highering a foren person then make shure they can do the job.

Always had a weakness for a BK chicken sandwich

Food was OK, but place was minging and grubby! Needed to be hosed down or sandblasted (this was about 2yrs back), but BK did not even respond to my complaint, they like a dingy restaurant!

I often go to Burger King and get the same meal every time - spicy chicken. May 31st, I ordered same as always. Was the worst take out ever. The bun was stale, the chicken, must have sat around all day. The Diet Coke was 3/4 full. I think from now on it will be take out at McDonalds. Calling customer service tomorrow to ask for a refund - $$12.06. The 1 star for the fries. K. Brennan

Parking: Lots of parking. The restaurant is usually pretty empty aside from drive thru. Although theres ample parking,the seagulls would at one time carry you away. People would throw fries out their car window and it was worse then keeping foxes fed! My son was terrified there lol. The birds would land on your car hood and crow at you. When my niece was 4 we were at the beach where there are seagulls ( supposed to be seagulls) she said look mommy the French fry birds are here! Lol Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, other then that, I didnt see a high chair or even a booster seat. They took the playroom out years ago due to someone finding a dirty childs diaper at the bottom, the ball pit was enclosed in a room that you needed to breathe through your mouth the urine scent was so strong. Wheelchair accessibility: Doors with a disability button. No ramps.

The service was ok, but the food wasnt very good at all. The fries were terrible, the nuggets seemed like they had been sitting around for quite some time. The apple turnovers didnt have a lot of flavor, the oreo pie were barely cool. The only part of the five meals that were ok, was the whoppers and the gravy. I personally will not be returning.

Went through Drive Thru on a Friday, Got Home and the fish burgers bun was black on the inside, burnt and the lettuce was brown .Terrible, nearly gagged...had taken a bite and it tasted off...Thats when I opened it up to find the lettuce rotten and bun burnt..Going to call to complain!!

French fries smell like curry & body odor.

Used to be good. Now this is the 7th time i eat over cooked fries and burgers that have no taste. Should check the staff and management, apparently they do not care about quality anymore. Burger King is my favourite spot since I was a kid, not sure I think the same anymore. Disappointed!

Cold burger and warm pop with no ice.

The new renos do nothing for me I dont find the younger staff friendly at all and they keep running out of stuff or shut off the ice cream machine before the end of the workday

Got a meal there tonight . The drink had no ice and it was like drinking a warm pop that was gross.

Went and ordered a burger. Asked for an unseeded bun. Person checking me in seemed really annoyed by my request and no tomato and upgrade the fries to Poutine. Ill have to charge you extra for the bun with the good eye roll.

Just go home and make a sandwich. It will be better than here.

Great service

Last Sunday I went to get breakfast before work. Half an hour before breakfast ended. They change luch menu early. The girl at front did not have disposition to help us at all. She refused to show breakfast menu. Once we order what we could, she did not accepted credit card payment... By then I had already lost 15 minutes. it isn´the first time she has been rude but we let it pass, though this time she was extremely careless.

The service here is awful. The drive-up staff is argumentative and often the order is wrong. It s easier to drive 2 blocks to McDonalds.

Its a decent Burger King. I typically hate BK but this location is usually pretty reliable with consistent food. Employees are super nice whenever we go in to order.

I went drive thru today morning at 6:15 . Worker lady was so rude and ruin my morning with her negativity and rudeness. Did not spoke to take order for at least 2 minutes and then Said I did not speak after I told I couldn t hear. Would not recommend .

worst experience ... today i went to drive thru and the lady who took the order is too rude with lots of negativity each order everytime when we visit it takes more than 5min and they makes us to waiting in parking lot ... when i asked her the reason why we are waiting for long time she replied if you need food pull your car and wait. when i ordered she told that one order is already available she need to make another one so technically she is serving the food which is already prepared... she refused to give her employee id and name she dont even have employee batch ... no gloves wearing and using non-medical masks shame on burger king

hands down the worst service I ever gotten. First time when i got a bad customer service I thought the lady is too tired starting early shift and never thought to raise complaint but today morning again her rudeness in taking order and I have seen that she is arguing with another customer too . she looks like a racist many times while she is taking order she spoke with her fellow members and laugh suddenly in their own language so many times I felt too embarrassed please someone take care of her

I used to love the place and the customer service I was receiving but over the past couple things havent been the same. I usually go there during the morning time on my way to work my food just seem to be getting colder and colder every time whenever I order . It always seems to be the manager handing me my food or packing my food and she always gives me cold food. Her service is also horrible. I do not recommend to go in the mornings I am afraid they r serving left over food .

Best drive thru experience at any fast food place in Charlottetown recently. It was all because of the woman at the window. She was running around delivering orders inside and out. Nailed everything that we asked for (which is no small feat). Wish I could remember her name because she deserves a raise 06/11/2021 10pm

Understaffed, last time I went I had to wait 5+ minutes to be waited on because the cashier was helping prepare meals. people were waiting to be waited on and the drivethru was backed up.
