146 Richmond St, Charlottetown, PE C1A 8H9, Canada
Located in the heart of historic downtown Charlottetown, on the Victoria Row section of Richmond street. Enjoy familiar favourites or try something new. Welcome, to The Cork & Cast.
This place is awesome! The best meal we had on the island. We ordered the smoked salmon board and it was a very generous portion! We almost couldn’t finish it. We also had the haddock burger and fish tacos and both were great. Server was very nice. We would definitely go back.
While visiting Charlotte town all the way from Toronto, we fell upon this restaurant. From the moment we walked through the door, the environment and atmosphere was extremely appeasing and welcoming. Our server was the friendliest and most efficient server we have ever had. We got to chat with the owner, who also was extremely friendly. And mostly, the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who would like good food great atmosphere and good service. Love your friends from Cuba.
We came here for the clams last night, but upon arrival, were told that they were unable to get clams in and thus they were off the menu. We were gutted and almost left, but our server (the brother of the owner) insisted that we stayed and instead we try their seafood chowder. We were very glad we did as it was packed full of seafood, right down to the last spoonful! Suggestion for the chef at Cork and Cast: please try the Lobster Roll at Spinney's Seafood in St. Martins, NB, it is out of this world!
A True PEI CAN'T Miss! To say this place is amazing is a HUGE understatement. We came for the Happy Hour but stayed much longer. The oysters were a thing of perfection, with a craft mignonette and cocktail sauce, but the real gem was the seafood chowder. I have been around the world and love my chowder, but this was so much more. The flourless bisque allowed the seafood and butter to shine with an amazing Zing of garlic. The gym plus pink cocktails perfectly offset everything we have. If you come to Prince Edward Island and you skip this place, you are missing out.
While traveling in PEI, we came across The Cork and Cast on Richmond Street. We walked in and decided to sit at the bar. The Bartender/Owner Doug was an excellent host! We enjoyed great conversation along with delicious Lobster Rolls and an amazing Caesar Salad. It definitely is a must while on Prince Edward Island.
Our waitress Nat was on her first day and she did absolutely amazing, we loved her and she made our experience great. The food was amazing and we also had a magician Ethan Ross come to our table! Our night was truly magical.
A fantastic location with live music available on a pedestrian street. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant even hired a magician for guests as they waited for their food and he did not disappoint. My friend ordered the chowder and said it was amazing. She also had fish tacos for dinner which she loved. I got the chicken salad which was very flavourful but would have ordered more chicken in the future. Our drinks were great she got an aperol which was delicious and I got a limoncello drink which was fantastic but a little too tart.
We enjoyed some drinks and several appetizers on the patio. We really enjoyed the oysters and the bread & olives were a good combination. We received excellent service from our server Mady.
The best mussels ever!
It was too dark and had a very limited menu so we moved on
Amazing food.... Amazing atmosphere.... Definitely recommend coming here for an amazing meal.
Great spot with great food and service !
Food was wonderfully presented and was delicious.
The fish tacos with a side of coleslaw, or mashed potatoes, were amazing. Fresh, lots of flavour.
Best meal Ive had in a while.
One of the best lunches I ve ever had! Drinks, lobster roll, oysters, seafood chowder, salad - all super delicious. Beautifully served on unique wooden boards. Nat, our server, was friendly and efficient. Lots of choices in the area but do yourself a favor and go here!!!
A lovely place. I had a small chowder and it was excellent and a good portion for the price.
BEST haddock tacos Ive ever had! You can order two or three. I ordered 2 and they were very plentiful! Had the potato salad as a side, yummy!! I would definitely recommend eating here!
We came on August 21st, my family and I are a party of 6, they manage to fit us in. We sat outside and could enjoy the band playing on the street ! The food was delicious, the ambiance was joyous, the street is really great. This is the best food we ate in Canada so far. Our waitress Doris was really nice, spoke French to us, and gave my grand parents French menus as soon as she heard them struggling with the ones in English, she was really kind and observant, she gave us blankets and advices on the dishes. Special mention for the sides that were really good, the three we absolutely loved were the garlic mashed potatoes, the flattops potato s and the rice ! Desserts were also very good ! We ordered for approximately 35$ per person of food drinks and dessert included, but let s note that we got lobster rolls for which the price depends on the market day ! We really enjoyed our dinner
Best haddock fish tacos and potato salad!!
Great little find in Charlottetown. Very good seafood chowder. Rich with seafood, only a few potatoes and a little broth. Even the small is a regular bowl size. My wife had the budget which I finished half. Very tasty sauce and it was prepared in a smash-burger style. She really enjoyed the Caesar salad and the potatoes were crisp and not greasy. Parking: Best to park in public lot and walk. No street parking outside restaurant but potentially a few blocks away. Kid-friendliness: Small environment, I d recommend taking them elsewhere especially if they re noisy.
One of the best meals on our trip across Canada - everything on the plate (including the sides) was wow.
Nice bar/restaurant. Great atmosphere whether inside or on patio. Located on closed to vehicular traffic.
Only 5 tables with customers, 4 staff working, sat for 10 minutes without even a hello . Walked out!
What a treat !! Put this on your must visits for a great bowl of seafood chowder! A small and cozy cool vibe local family owned restaurant with outside seating. Speaking with one of the owners Rachel , she shared the love of cooking and bringing new life to some of her father s best known recipes. We enjoyed the tasty seafood chowder ( light broth and not heavy with flower ) , Garlic mashed potatoes, Beef sliders and a haddock burger. We left with smiles on our faces and happy tummies
Lobster roll while it did have lobster on it was very plain in taste and the bread was barely grilled and lacked any buttery flavor.
Ordered the lobster roll, which oddly comes with 2 sides. I guess theyre trying to justify the $42 price. The waitress said that I could order a double portion rather than two separate sides. I opted for the double garden salad. Id hate to see the single size portion because this salad was tiny. It was also boring, the only nice thing about it was the dressing. The vegetables were cut very poorly and inconsistently. The salad wasnt helped by the fact that the whole meal was served on what appeared to be a laser etched bamboo cutting board that looked like it came from the dollar store. It was also cracked. The lobster roll was no better. It was dry and I found multiple pieces of shell. There wasnt a hint of sauce, mayo, aioli or even butter. The bun looked like a smooshed hotdog bun from the grocery store. It was also smaller than any other lobster roll Ive had on the island. Ive had many lobster rolls on the island. They also served me warm water. The patio was fine, the waitress was fine, but definitely not exceptional in any capacity. Would not go back.
Food was mediocre, and portions are small. Service was slow and the waiter had some questionable judgement. The terrasse is great though, so you re paying for that really
Food was ok, $48 for a lobster roll is highway robbery. Only tourists would pay that.
Excellent seafood chowder and caesar salad.
I have no idea how this place gets any bad reviews. Service (Doris!!), food (haddock, beet salad and the best chowder weve ever had!) and the owner, Rachel, are top notch! Must go!!
Great service, atmosphere, and delicious mini lobster roll! The tacos and Caesar salad had good flavours!
Good food, nice atmosphere right in downtown Charlottetown
Best lobster roll ever. Pricy but worth it. Tons of lobster and not loaded with mayo and fillers.
Actually half a star, for good food. Waited 2.75 hours for our food. I suspect that a local rich guy pushed our order back (far more important than we were, as mere tourists). Avoid this place if you enjoy eating prior to 10 PM.
We had a great late dinner on last Sunday night there. Waitress was very friendly, food amazingly good, the seafood chowder worth 10 stars. But the thing we will never forget, its this ridiculously big pepper shaker that looks like a baseball bat, it was sooo funny to see the staff bring it to tables, we had a lot of fun with this!
Went there with my husband. It was the middle of the week, nice sunny July evening. No lineup, got a table on the patio right away. Service seemed a bit awkward... we did not get much warmth from the staff except from our waitress. Food was decent but nothing exceptional. Prices are fair. We were privy to some music played by street performers and some antics from a group of drunken locals hanging around the picnic tables across the street.
Fried haddock was tasty and cooked to perfection. The Lobster Roll meat was verry very dry and not seasoned well, very disappointing. The side salad and flat potatoes were very good. They were out of mussels and clams, we are on P.E.I., how can you can you be out of mussels and clams at 6 pm. The scallops and shrimp were well seasoned but very overcooked. We had high expectations for this place but very disappointed.
Food and drinks were stellar, and great service. We sat outside on the patio, with live entertainment on the street. The atmosphere was amazing with the band playing.
Ask for a cup of ice for pets very rude staff members extremely rude staff at this restaurant do not go
Hands down the BEST haddock dinner I have ever experienced
The staff are exceptional. Above & Beyond!!! Sean the lead bartender & Mady lead server are the best. The fish tacos are out of this world!!! The drinks that Sean makes are mesmerizing! Apple Spitzer ... my favourite!!! I highly recommend The Cork & Cast! Its a must when visiting Charlottetown!!! Vegetarian options: Vine leaves, veggie stir-fry & loads of salad options
Best cocktails in all of PEI, the food is absolutely delicious too! And the atmosphere is so welcoming and warm! Get Shean to make you off the menu cocktails. Any taste preference you have, he ll make you the best drink you ve ever had. Dietary restrictions: I m allergic to Cinnamon and shellfish and this place was so understanding and accommodating to my allergies
INCREDIBLE STAFF and beautiful bar and dining room!!! A GEM in downtown Charlottetown!!!! Get the surf & turf, or the chicken sammy!!!
Came by for dinner with my husband while visiting Charlottetown from Alberta last night. Atmosphere & wait staff were lovely, food was delicious. We had the surf & surf and the seafood pasta dish. We left full & satisfied. Very nice spot for a date night.
Disappointing! Plates not generous enough and tasteless. Service ok.
This place has attention to detail in a category of their own. No deep fryer, no messy ingredient, these guys use top notch ingredients and make masterfully delicious dishes. The fish tacos were some of the best fish tacos I have ever had. With Personable staff and a laid back vibe of the decor, this place is easy on the eyes and a pleasure to hang out in. I would be a regular if I lived here.
Great good. Just wish there was Salmon on the menu.
So far tried 3 fish sandwiches on my tour of PEI and this is by far the best. ! Patio was great as well.
Portions were way bigger than I expected!
This meeting place is a must while visiting Charlottetown! A buzzing atmosphere with maritime charm, offering a flower filled inviting patio or a cozy intimate dining room. A diverse well thought out menu with plenty of options for both land and sea lovers. A couple of favourites were the juicy, mouth watering sliders and decadent tourtières so delicious, we returned the following evening to indulge again. And to top this all off we received exceptional service from our lovely and attentive server, Nat. Can t wait to visit again!
I had the clam/seafood chowder. It was light and loaded with clams. I made up my mind I was going to have it before we went, and it lived up to our expectations.
We have been here quite a bit this summer. Great vibe in the restaurant with friendly attentive service. The food is fresh and perfectly presented. The fish tacos are awesome and the Cork sauce for mussels and clams is spot on ! Always a toss up to have either the Caesar salad or the flat top potatoes- both are excellent.
We went there for a family dinner. The food is very good as well as the service. Lobster roll is better than many. Surf- surf just adds 2 shrimps and 2 clams on top of Haddock Dinner. However, they taste good.
Fantastic staff and good food.
My girlfriend and I came here on our day trip to Charlottetown with friends and it was amazing. We had the Caesars and the Surf n Surf, and both not only met but way exceeded expectations. Would definitely come back again.
It was very busy but food was worth the wait. Delicious
Food was great and the place was beautiful...very well done.. however staff seemed untrained and unmotivated.. plates stacked up and had to go to the bar for a 2nd drink ... mangers didnt seem very involved as well... but the most disturbing was the prices I know it higher end but 3 guests for lunch and our bill was almost 600 ... I dont mind spending money but this was outrageous...
Great spot - chill vibe and delicious food. I had the fish cakes (which introduced me to chow-chow! OMG so good!) with garlic mash. Amazing.
Im impressed. Great new bar and restaurant in Charlottetown. Get a reservation as its usually packed. Food, service and atmosphere are top notch.
The burger love was to die for! The staff and the entertainment was great. I cant wait to go back and try more of their food. A1 spot definitely be back sooner then later!
Had a large lobster roll. Hands-down the best I ve ever had. Incredibly tasty and fresh tasting. Will need to go back to try the fish cakes.
Great food; great service; and great atmosphere. One of those restaurants you would want to come to often
My wife and I grabbed some beers here- very kind service and overall a great atmosphere.
Such a nice restaurant! The atmosphere is lovely and the food is great. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible Food : 5/5 |
Such a good experience!
Fresh food, perfect service, wonderful atmosphere make us feel like in NY, everything is fancy, we had an amazing dinner, even for our Chinese stomach, all of the food is good, no regrets! Thank you!!
Went there tonight for the first time and definately wont be the last. The food was amazing and the staff is the best. Can wait to go back.
The best restaraunt on PEI. The owner and staff made me feel like I was at home. The food was AMAZING. Drink selections was incredible. Hands down greatest experience on PEI!
I have dined at The Cork and Cast on multiple occasions since their opening on Victoria Row and their operation is flawless from their greeting to the patron s departure. Chef Rachael s food is unique and plentiful. You just have to try it to know what I mean. Service is friendly and efficient. Rachael s husband Doug steers the ship from the bar to the tables. You couldn t find a nicer guy. The ambiance is rustic and cozy with upbeat music playing in the background. This has become my go to eatery. Vegetarian options: Available
My sweet group of ladies, (about 10) enjoyed another luncheon at the Cork and Cast today . We all ordered different items from menu, as usual the food was delicious, 2 thumbs up Our server Doris was a gem. A lovely place to gather at a table. Thank you
Best restaurant i have been to on the island. Playlist was perfect. Happy hour was 10/10 and i HIGHLY recommend the cake. Cant wait to dine again.
The size portions was very impressive. The food was delicious. The service was great. I would highly recommend.
This place is a MUST if you are visiting Charlottetown. The food is fresh and local. I had the smoked salmon board. Beer was amazing and the bartender made me a surprise drink that tasted amazing (The Three Mile). Its a cocktail from the prohibition era.
This lovely new space has a the same approach to fresh, delicious and thoughtful food as the dockside location. A really great addition to downtown Charlottetown!
Nice spot on the water. We happened upon it during our vacation this summer. We didn t eat a full meal, just some drinks and snacks. The Caesar was excellent! The oysters were super yum. I really loved the sauce that came with it. We had a nice time on a beautiful day!
Went here for anniversary because it was the best rated restaurant on the waterfront and on a sunny (slightly windy) day it did not disappoint. We sat outside of the tent and was right next to the water so the atmosphere was amazing in a beautiful day :) Only 2 minute walk away from the cruise port its super convenient for anyone wanting to try some amazing seafood from PEI. We had the mini lobster roll with seafood chowder (amazing and loaded with seafood), haddock tacos (best fish taco she has had wife says) and oysters (fresh fresh fresh). Only thing you should be aware of is the wait for the food was longer than expected. Reason is everything is made to order and the owner is the cook along with the husband helping out in the front. Small family business, but we didnt mind the wait because we were literally just chilling by the water. Highly recommended and we have rarely given 5 stars for any restaurant weve tried!
Very good dish: I ate the Haddock Burger, it was really great, such as the flat top potatoes and their Caesar salad! And the waitress is very nice! 6th June: cold weather, she gave me a blanket. Very good dish: I ate the haddock burger, it was very good, as were the potatoes and the Caesar salad! And the waitress was super nice. June 6: it was cold, she gave me a blanket :)
We went to the Cork and Cast because we met the owner at a park. Weve had seafood chowder at many different restaurants in Nova Scotia but I think that this place has the best. The server was a rookie but he will probably improve.
Great spot for a meal or just drinks, right on the water. Service is always top notch. Whenever friends visit we try to take them here at least once. And no visit is complete without trying one of their awesome Ceasars!
Pan seared haddock is amazing. Fresh, almost creamy, great texture. Cool atmosphere too, right on the water. Owner is super chill guy!
We took a chance and the timing was good! A floating restaurant, funny idea, but it seems to be popular in Charlottetown. The food was good, the lobster roll for me and the fish burger for my partner. Delicious! Reservations are advised, it is small and popular.
So cool to eat on a floating deck in Charlottetown. Great food, nothing deep fried. Made another reservation!
Great food, great drinks, friendly staff and owners. Its the perfect place to go for a bite to eat in the summer.
A few friends and I dropped by the Cork and Cast last night for a few drinks. The service was great and the drinks were perfect. I will be back to this restaurant a few times this summer.
Great lobster rolls and the Cesar was pretty tasty too!
Looks better than what it is
Floating restaurant with Lobster rolls, haddock burgers, PEI mussels, clams & more. Amazing local restaurant located on the water in the Charlottetown harbour. Best meal weve had in PEI, must visit! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and high chairs available Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp down to the restaurant/floating dock
What a truly unique experience ! My boyfriend and I came in for some authentic east coast seafood and this food absolutely knocked it out of the park ! I would highly recommend the lobster roll and the Cajun shrimp appetizer as they were totally the star of the show. And to top it all of our server Mady was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job handling the whole dining space by herself ! Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for some amazing east coast hospitality and food !
Found this little spot on the water near our Hotel. It actually floats on a pontoon base on the water which bobs about whilst you dine. It closes at 8pm and we showed near 7pm and they happily seated us. I jad the cup of seafood chowder which was delicious. Had half dozen fresh oysters which were also delightful. The main was a shrimp stir fry. Was so so. Shrimp were OK, tails were left on them. Its a main, not an appetizer. The veg were almost non existing served on a brown rice. Was not that great. The bottled water served was rather funky tasting, out of a local tap. Service was slow but friendly. Would not go there again.
Come for the great food, the great service, the great music or the Great Doug! Amazing all around, go now!
Ordered the lobster and the haddock dinner. Tasty food overall but not extraordinary for the price. Worth checking out for the ambiance on a floating restaurant.
Best haddock sandwich Ive ever had. We had 4 people and all of us were very impressed. Great staff.
The price/performance ratio is ok.
Fairly busy evening but we were able to be seated. Loved being by the water.
Great People, Great Food , and a Great Experience at Charlottetown Harbour!
An annual favourite when we are on the island!!!!
Very friendly staff an owners. Food had lots of flavor. Try the Cajun shrimp and haddock burger.
Best place to have a summer sunset dinner in the Maritimes.
Excellent! We started with a Caesar (its what you do in Canada) without the mini lobster roll as a topper (though I was sorely tempted). We split a dozen oysters (best Ive ever had) and then the meat and cheese board (Id have this again just for the brie and whipped honey). We shared another Caesar and skipped dessert. Great service and great atmosphere. I imagine this place is crazy busy on cruise ship days. Fortunately we were able to visit when there were no ships in port. Cheers!
Been going to the cork & cast for years being a member of the marina. Best fresh fish on PEI. The vine leaves are the best. Fish haddock plater with beet salad is divine and the seafood kabob is amazing. Staff is super friendly.
This quaint, easy going atmosphere was perfect for our group. Doug, one of the owners was incredibly hospitable and made our large party feel more than welcome. With an emphasis on local, we had a great time, would definitely recommend.
Our food showed up over 30 mins after our kids were done eating their meal. All in all we were there for 1:45 and our server never asked if we wanted another drink after finishing them about 20 mins in (felt like she was avoiding us because of the slow kitchen)
Excellent food, great location, relaxing, friendly meal. Will definitely go again next time we are in Charlottetown.
Location was nice. Food was fine but nothing exceptional.
This is an awesome gem on the Charlottetown waterfront, well be back!!
My husband and I love this restaurant and make a point to go every time we re in PEI! The staff are so kind, the food is delicious, and being on the water is such a fun novelty experience!
We made a reservation ahead of our cruise, but you may not need one. Oysters, mussels and clams among other things - not all pictured were delicious. Good selection of local beers. Service was fantastic. Thank you for a great afternoon. Mike, Laurie and Kinsey.
Amazing dining experience at this restaurant in PEI. Service very friendly. A floating restaurant on the water, such a great location. Nice view at night too. Food was spectacular. So fresh, and arrived quickly. We had the mussels, lobster roll, beet/goat cheese salad, seafood chowder... which was the BEST Ive had traveling to the Maritimes this summer. Husband and son really enjoyed the burger too. This place needs to be visited, when in PEI. Parking: Plenty of parking. About a 2 minute walk to restaurant.
What a delightful place with very fresh and flavorful food. The proprietors are a wonderful couple who know how to cook and serve the local specialty foods.
Went here for a snack before our dinner and we enjoyed our experience. The mojito we ordered was okay but mussels and clams were delicious and tasted very fresh. Very nice scenery and atmosphere. Good service overall. Would definitely come back. Food is fairly priced as well, nothing out of the ordinary.
Don t have one bad thing to say about this place. The location on the wharf, the service, the food all A+. The fact it s located right on the water is amazing. Wish the weather was better when we went but that s nothing they can do! 5/5
Our HAL CRUISE docked at the end of pior from Cork and Cast. Was windy but we took a chance to eat in the tent that kept us out of the wind. Owner, Doug, went out of his way to suggest specials and even brought us a plate of mussels on the house. The seafood chowder was best Ive ever had. Nice seasoning in broth and full of chunks of fish and mussels.
Lobster roll was very good, the chowder was outstanding. People very friendly and being right on the water hard too beat.
Best chowder ever anywhere. Damn. Seriously.
Recommend this place when in town. We stopped for a drink break on our walk about town and grabbed and chowder as well. We are glad we did and the owner kept the restaurant open till we finished. It was a smokey day and we still enjoyed it.
My wife and I were here last week for a staff party. There were compliments all around for the food and the service. Great atmosphere. We had a 5 pm reservation and business steadily pickup while we were enjoying our meal and drinks. My only disappointment was the lack of good stout beer. Guinness was available but nothing local. I would still highly recommend The Cork and Cast.
One of the best meals Ive had. Super fresh vegetables, oysters and fish tacos. Highly recommend!
Really super food, and great service from Rupert. I hope to get there again soon. Extra bonus star from this food safety professional for the washrooms.
Lovely little spot. Food was really good. I had the fish burger with little roast potatoes. Everything was seasoned to perfection, and the flavors really thought about. Best fish Ive had.
NEW FAV RESTAURANT. I had the Seafood chowder with mini lobster roll for $24. It was the best Chowder I have ever had, TONES of seafood, super delicious broth, not heavy at all with just a hint of cayenne for flavour. Absolutely PERFECT. My parents had the burger, and Haddock meal. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly, large proportions, the presentation was impressive. TRY THE POTATO SALD, it is special. AND The two servers that looked after us were amazing, very helpful, very attentive, full of advice and happy people. GO TRY THEM.
The food was very good and the waiters were friendly. However, the drinks (beer and cocktail) appeared to be completely watered down.
Don t get your hopes up for this place, tried getting in for 2 days, calling for reservations multiple times, walking up three times, owner is arrogant and not accomodating. Wouldn t waste your time and effort, they obviously think they are special and can t imagine what the service would be like if you actually got a seat.
Just finished a haddock burger and the most delicious beet salad that accompanied it. Very attentive, polite staff and food was great value. Can t wait to come back.
What a great experience sitting on the water enjoying the view, eating very delicious food with great service and friendly staff. I will be back!
This place was amazing! Food was delicious. I had the Seafood Chowder with mini Lobster Roll which was light, filling and had sooo much seafood. Husband had the fish taco. He said it was the best fish taco he has ever had! Kids had the burger and chips and it was a solid burger! We also had the fudhe brownie for dessert which was also delicious!! Ambiance right on the water was fabulous. Staff was super friendly and great. Would highly recommend and would go again in a heartbeat! Parking: Lots of parking close by Kid-friendliness: High-chair available
A floating casual eatery with drinks also. Food here is pretty good. The potato salad was too salty, but my salmon bagel was great and the haddock tacos excellent. The Ceasars are fantastic! Excellent views right on the Charlottetown Harbor boat docks.
What a fabulous restaurant. The food, atmosphere and staff are exceptional. We had the haddock dinner which I think was the best haddock I have ever eaten.....and I have eaten lots of haddock. This was our first experience, but will now be on our to-do list each time we visit PEI.
Had a great dinner here after a last minute reservation. Friendly staff and great food. A storm was blowing in as we were finishing our meal so things got a little busy as things were rearranged but the staff were great throughout.
Nice view. Service was slow. Oysters are average. Fish burger haddock was very good but Haddock tacos was average.
The location and atmosphere is great. I was surprised they used plastic plates when all the rest of their dishes were glass. Its a small thing but it set the tone for the meal. The haddock taco was creamy with not much flavour. It could have used some lemon or pickled vegetables. The salads were great the drinks were not strong but tasty. The naan bread that accompanied one meal was nothing special. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The price seemed high for the quality of the food but prices are inflating for everything
Very chill place and atmosphere. Entire staff was very nice and they were playing some great music. Fish tacos were super good, best tacos weve ever had. Would even come just to hang out and have drinks
Amazing pan seared haddock and the Ceasar s is unbelievable. Great service by both servers.
Had an amazing day here at the Cork & Cast! The food was absolutely delicious and we felt at home immediately when welcomed by the staff. Great atmosphere; killer playlist. Had wonderful conversation and laughs with both owners and welcomed all the new parent advice they had to give. Cant wait to return! Stroller and baby friendly <3
Great location, chill music. Caesar overrated
Great food. Nice place to sit and watch the water. Friendly and personable staff.
Food was amazing! Awesome service. The ambiance was great, background music was on point. Will definitely return next summer.
Amazing staffs and food. A must try and go-to place!
Great seafood and nice quiet location within the marina.
Awesome - best ceasar Ive ever had
Delicious food - haddock tacos were heavenly absolutely recommend the place . Mitchell was awesome at recommending food friendly and relaxed atmosphere! If I had to repeat a restaurant it would be this one!!
Everything is great and the burger and chowder are mind blowing
Absolutely loved this place and highly recommend! It s a very cute floating restaurant right in downtown Charlottetown on the harbour. Incredible lobster roll with tons of lobster meat that was perfectly spiced and was not a lobster salad which a lot of other places do where they put mayo and other fillers inside. We also had the haddock burger which was equally delicious with piles of grilled haddock. Their Caesar s are also the best in town! And if you want, you can get a Caesar with a mini lobster roll on top which can easily be a light lunch. The service is also very friendly and fun.
Walked twenty minutes to get here because voicemail says they dont answer the phone during service hours. Closed at 8:20 pm despite Google hours stating they were open until 9. Really disappointing we didnt get to try their food.
Seafood chower was great. Fish toco was very good . Salads were surprisingly good. Fish sandwich was pan cooked instead of deep fried was delicious. Back to the chower. Mussels scollops lots of fish Cajon spices made this soup the best . We had no room for dessert. The beer selection could of been more there was not much to choose from. But overall a great dining experience and a pretty good view
Went there on a Wednesday and got seated right away but it was a chilly evening. The had blankets for a few people. I was able to find vegetarian items getting the beet salad (which actually had a nice amount of beets) and sliced potatoes. They will be open for the rest of September maybe longer depending on the weather so get there while you can. Vegetarian options: Nice size salads and meat free sides and a vegan vegetable board.
Awesome place awesome service
Haddock Burger was a slam dunk! Best Ive ever had! Great staff and awesome chill atmosphere.
Reservations reccomended. $10 mussels, though mine were overcooked, some with cracked shells, and sandy with beards still on half. Good ceasers.
the Cork & Cast serve amazing food. I love the outdoor, floating dock layout they have and the staff are super friendly!
Great food, good service, nice location
Had an excellent cesear with lobster roll. Staff was great, atmosphere was top notch :)
My wife & I visited this great place by the water 6 days out of 7 on our recent visit. Obviously we did not like it! NO..... we loved it starting with Doug & his wife, the owners. Nothing too much trouble. A very friendly and warm welcome.... great seafood, top shelf Caesars, Gahan Pale Ale, excellent servers & more. Beautifull place to sit by the water and relax with drinks & food. My goto place when next in Chatlottetown
We loved the food, service, and atmosphere! Highly recommended!
amazing food and amazing staff 100% recommended
Great burger and lobster roll; really friendly and accommodating!
View and location are wonderful. Food was very good, except for some sand in the clams. A bit long wait although the place wasnt crowded.
Fresh, flavorful and great serving sizes without making you feel heavy afterwards.
A hidden gem for sure! Great menu, great drinks and just a lovely spot to spend an afternoon
Fantastic spot! Highly recommend.
Amazing fresh good and very friendly staff !
Excellent service!
The excellent friendly staff along with amazing food choices make for a nice dinner. Highly recommend it.
Great food! Great service and great location. Well done Doug.
Fresh food and very tasty. Great little spot.
Awesome food with an amazing view! The burger was incredible, as was the lobster roll. Will definitely go back!
I ate a whole dang lobster while looking at salt water. Fantastic !
Lovely atmosphere and food. Lobster salmon and cod were cooked to perfection. Loved the service too. Great conversation with the host and the platting was beautiful. Highly recommend! Came from Ottawa and cant wait to return one day. :)
The food was good, but the service was slow and multiple people in our group were brought the wrong sides.
A beautiful location with delicious food, but will always refer to it as Rachels place. Triple play on the special of the day.
Great island food made by very nice islanders.
I love their seafood chowder
Service was good, haddock burger tasty but bun was a stale, coleslaw too course, other course was potatoe chips and it was pricey...would not go there again.
Service was great. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced.
Great food and service
Great service and atmosphere. The Mussels were absolutley incredible ..
