Asian food, Chinese food, Vietnamese food
The service was excellent and fast on a rainy Saturday lunchtime. The spring rolls were crunchy, flaky and an addictive mixture of flavours. For a main I had a Vermicelli bowl with grilled pork & spring roll. It was excellent with just the right amount of veggies to meat. Will definitely go back.
Always have a great experience at this local gem. Amazing prices for consistently delicious home cooked food. Also had a truly great service experience today from a men with black hair and glasses. Was offered water while I waited for takeout and overall saw his provide really great service to the whole restaurant. Hope to see more people support this local gem, they deserve it.
I have been twice, once for dine in and the other for take out. We had The Special Rice Noddle soup. The broth at that time was flavourful (my take out order was a little bland tho). The meat portion was also very generous and the noddles are just right. The Grilled chicken was also really good the the sauce was made just right! Probably the best Vietnamese spring roll I had in a long time.
Food is very good, we ordered Pho, Com Suon and Bun Cha. Atmosphere is cozy. Owner is very nice and welcoming
I really enjoy the food here, I always order the “Banh mi Bo ne” which is a hot plate of sautéed beef, fries, eggs and vietnamese sausage served with a side of authentic “banh mi bread” thats also cooked in house that always leaves me full. The service was amazing as the owner made me feel comfortable. This is my go to restaurant on the island for wallet-friendly, delicious, filling and authentic vietnamese dishes.
I always come here with my partner at least once a week. Highly recommend food and service here. It’s the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve tried in town. Their Beef and Chicken Pho, Bun Bo Hue, and Banh mi bo ne are amazing with very reasonable price. And the portion is a lot. The owner is so sweet, easy-going, and hospitable. He recommended us so many different dish options and always made sure to ask us if we had any allergy. Located right in downtown as well which is very convenient for everyone. The restaurant is also spacious and clean. 100% recommend!! :)
Honestly, not much expectation on this Viet restaurant at the beginning, but it gave me a good surprise. It is not the excellent one when compare to the good one in Toronto, but it definitely above average. Service also good. When you consider try Pho, this could be a nice choice in PEI.
Oh my god this was good. I am from Vietnam and I can say that this was one of the closest to an authentic taste that I have here in PEI. Had the vermicelli with grilled pork and it was one of the best I ever had. The owner was nice, I came in, order the food and came out hot, crispy. Ate a bite, and now coming back again for another bowl If you want some good Vietnamese food, this is the place 🤤 Bonus point for the price being very affordable!
Had a late lunch here and it was absolutely delicious. Their bubble tea is so amazing. I definitely recommend
Ive only ever eaten (sadly cant remember its menu name) which is a vegetarian option consisting of rice vermicelli noodles, veggies and tofu, and dear lord its good. And consistent! Its the same every time. Fast, no nonsense service, go there almost every week.
Decent pho
Bad experience, only one all around waiter on the floor in the afternoon. Waited for my food for more than 40minutes. Ordered around 12:50 and follow up my order around 1:26. They served the people who came after us then i follow up again. About to cancel the orders then the food came. Served the PHo first and last is the spring roll and dumplings. The food taste was great but sadly we need to eat as quick as we can and we did not enjoy it. The table besides us needs to be clean and until we pay our bill the table is still un touch.
vietnamese here -- The flavor is phenomenal and the price is very affordable. For less than $20 a dish eating out, Im overjoy to get the quality i get at this restaraunts. If you want some hearty delicous food -- ditch the overpriced, tourist priced restaraunts and check this place out. Wont regret it.
Beautiful spacious restaurant with a cozy ambiance. Food portions are good. Recommend to try Bun cha Hanoi which is my favorite when I traveled to Hanoi last year.
Great atmosphere and delicious food! It is quite busy on summer and there may be a wait or difficulty finding parking.Any of the pho, vermicelli bowls or grilled chicken with steam rice are very good :) will be back!
Waited 40 minutes and waiter told us order was missed by cook. Waited 10 more. Only 3 tables occupied in entire restaurant! Gave us 20% discount. Pineapple chicken could not taste any pineapple in sticky rice dish.
Food is satisfying and the portion generous. Atmosphere was busy that day during lunch hours. But it is normal in every restaurant at PEI during summer.
Great portions!!! Me and my friend came in on a Wednesday and this place was packed but the staffs were friendly and quick to arrange our table. We loved the Vietnamese inspired interior. We ordered bun cha hanoi, bun bo Hue. A good Viet restaurant to be recommended!!!
Thanks God that I found this restaurant when traveling to PEI. The flavors brings me back to the time when I was in the North of Vietnam. Good memories ever
Dont try the pho so bud test
Worst pho I ever had, came in and no menu given when seated. Asked for a glass water that never came. The special pho was so small portion and tasteless.
Great, I had the beef pho and spring rolls. Both nice and exactly what youd expect. Ill definitely be back to try different things on the menu, but I always like to try the classics first for comparison! The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. The only thing I would love to see is a side of sprouts and basil for the pho. Its always such a bonus, and perhaps what is lacking at other spots.
Delicious new spot!! Ive travelled to Vietnam and its so nice that I dont have to keep travelling their to have food this good. The special Pho is of course delicious, but dont forget to try the Bun Bo Hue! Highly recommend.
The custumer service was bad, one my friend is allergies to some food that have too much msg in it, when we got home she have some allergies reaction, and the pho we can see 4-5 piece of meat and a ton of vermicelli and the soup there nothing else, there is no sprout even in walmart just cost like a few buck( but they was lie to us and tell that because this island too small so they can not provide sprout?????). I was eat at this restaurants a few years ago and it was amazing but now i can tell the food quality, and service getting worse. ( they can not even provide the basic things for a meal?). Other pho restaurant in dowtown did it so much better. I am very disapoint of everything. Dietary restrictions: When we got there they said the only thing that available is pho.
Its definitely the most local Vietnam restaurant in the town! deserve a try! we got V18 grilled pork, spring roll with vermicelli. its kinda sweet flavored. The spring roll is so danm crispy! The beef pho is VERY yummy too it come with lots of Pho. Big bowl! Great place!
Sparse decor but wonderful, friendly service and excellent food. The cuisine is true Vietnam! I know the country and have explored its treasures.
Special pho is very delicious! Friendly, warm, quick service. A place where I had time to review the day. I will come again.
The best Pho place in Town. Dont need to say anything, theirs food will tell you. Good food takes time. Fresh, tasty and consistency, especially the grilled pork, spring rolls with vermicelli 5/5 Highly recommended to my friends.
The pho here was incredible! The owner helpful and the food came out so fast!! Will definitely come and enjoy it again.
food tastes as good and the portion sizes are impressive. My wife was also very pleased with her special egg noodle. Im looking forward to coming back and trying out more things on the menu.
Vietnamese Spring rolls are very good good meal
We had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant today. The environment is good but the communication was very poor and its extremely disorganized. We were the first ones to get in, but finally was able to order our food at last after we kept waving our hands to get the staffs attention. We were told to wait around 15 minutes to get 2 pho dishes and french fries during our orders. Unfortunately, after waiting for around 40 minutes, we still didnt see anything on the table. We checked with one of the waiters, then we were told to wait for another 15 minutes. Wasting one precious hour there for nothing (only got 2 hours for the bus tour lunch break), we left with anger and a hungry stomach. The waiters plain apology about how busy their kitchen was didnt help us feel any better. If the restaurant was that busy, they could have let us know ahead of time, so we could find another place way earlier. In the end, we got efficient Subway sandwiches and were rushed to squeeze all of our other schedules within 1 hour. Not recommended if youre in a time crunch.
Bland pho broth Bland goi cuon No basil offered. That would have made a big difference Food : 3/5
A cute restaurant, been going for years. Have lots of great Gluten free options as well. Dietary restrictions: My go-to gluten free meal includes their regular beef pho and fresh rolls with the sweet and sour sauce. Kid-friendliness: Quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, lots of kid friendly dishes like chicken and fries.
I ve been here few times, very friendly service and good foods. They also have gluten free noodles which look great for me. Will come back for sure!
Came here with my family at the very end of my PEI trip before heading to NS. This place is great, we really lucked out- ordered the noodles soup and pork chops steam rice, and it were delicious.
Overall, it s a pretty good place to eat with family. The price is reasonable while the groceries costs so expensive now. My kids enjoy the shrimp fried rice here.
Food was super good, especially the deep fried spring roles. Nicer inside than you d expect from the street. I d definitely eat here again!
Should ve listened to the review. Couldn t eat my pho. Never in my life have I ever been served pho with no herbs. Broth was tasteless, asked for fish sauce to help, couldn t eat it. While I sit here looking at another restaurants menu. Now I understand why we re the only customer in here. Ordered Vietnamese ice coffee and tastes like water ice. Left with an empty stomach and a full bowl of pho that I just can t eat. Edited: thank you for your comment. My boyfriend ordered the original pho as you ve suggested and he added plenty of hot sauce as it was very bland. There was not one time I was rude, in fact, I should ve just sent my food back as I didn t eat it, instead I paid for it with a tip(when service was limited) and left. When you advertise soft tendon in the pho, please don t add one tiny piece and put it on the menu, the reason why I ordered that specific item was for the soft tendon. This is definitely not authentic pho, couldn t finish the pho, that s a big problem as I never waste food. Please check out all the reviews I ve left, I don t generally leave negative reviews but tourist like myself needs to know where best to go and not waste their time and money. Sorry but it s my honest opinion.
Good for a quick noodles soup.
The waiter was very friendly but the food was barely called good. Beef in the pho was so little and I was hungry after eating there.
Dont know if its because theyve had to adjust their spices to fit the local population but the pho I had was very mediocre. Not offensively bad, but wouldnt go again. Kind people however.
Second time here. Food is delicious. Spring roll is the best I ve ever had. Super crispy and flavorful.
Came for lunch with my daughter. Very yummy noodle soup and fresh rolls. Service was very attentive. Love the atmosphere as well! Will be back for sure.
Best pho. The beef and soup are the best
Vermicelli came with a weird little dish of what tasted like sriracha mixed with oyster sauce? I only ordered the dish to enjoy the nuoc Cham sauce. Dissapointing.
Satay PHO was excellent!
Small portion of food! Rude people! Watch out when you are paying they will do the automatic deduction of tip and charge it to your card.
Went here for lunch two weeks ago and I m still thinking about the broth. Will be back again soon for more delicious pho
Went there based on the reviews. Regretfully, it was a disappointment. Not much flavor in the broth, very weak and watery. Bland noodles. Hearing microwave oven when waiting for your food at a restaurant is never a good sign. But here we are. Not sure if I went there at a wrong time or the place is past it s prime. Reviews more recent than mine will tell.
I love their spring rolls, and I always go here when I am craving pho and viet iced coffee. I found it a bit of a let down that they dont seem to offer herbs or other toppings like I am used to in other pho restaurants but I was willing to look past it. Unfortunately the last 3 times I have tried to go they are randomly closed. The online hours and sign outside say they are open 7 days a week 11-8 but I swear I have found them closed on random days and random times 3x in a row and it has really discouraged me from going back again just to be let down...
Great Pho that goes very well with dumplings and Spring rolls.
I went there with friends yesterday and frankly all three of us were disappointed by the Pho. For 16.50 we had a Pho with 4-5 shrimps, and then... nothing else... no vegetables, no spices, no sauce, only broth... you had to ask for extra vegetables to have only 2-3 small broccoli and 2 small cauliflower. We will not return there, despite the kindness of the servers...
Taste: The well-done beef PHO was exceptional. The portion size was generous, making it one of the heartiest Vietnamese noodle soups Ive ever had. Price: The pricing was absolutely worth it. Given the quality and the large portion, its a fantastic deal. Service: The service was impeccable. The staff was not only efficient but also genuinely friendly, adding to the overall positive dining experience. Dining Tip: For those who love a kick of spice, Id recommend asking for some chili oil on the side. It truly elevates the flavor profile of the PHO.
This restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere; however, the food and service when we visited were sub par. Service was slow, as the restaurant seems understaffed, and items were forgotten (drinks had to be reordered). We ordered salad rolls, two vermicelli dishes, one fried chicken dish with chili sauce, and a Thai seafood soup. The salad rolls were merely fine, but the dipping sauce was not good at all. The vermicelli dishes were okay, but here too the sauce that was provided was not typical of what you get in most Vietnamese restaurants. In addition, they dont come with the typical sides of bean sprouts, cilantro or lime. Indeed the menu says the restaurant does not use cilantro! (Not sure how a Vietnamese restaurant can be entirely without cilantro...) The fried chicken was crispy and succulent, but was served with a store bought sweet chili sauce. The Thai seafood soup can only be described as inedible. The broth was bland peppery water, with a few small shrimp floating on rice noodles with just a few sad carrots thrown in. Terrible. I am accustomed to exceptional Vietnamese food in the city where I live (Winnipeg), and this restaurant just simply could not compare.
Please dont spend your money there. We were there yesterday and we have never eaten so badly. Very dry spring rolls with half shrimp inside. Pho soup with no vegetables, plate of rice and chicken served with an egg,,? 1 very thin slice of cucumber, 1 teaspoon of salad. weird texture. yarkkkkk chicken
We walked in the restaurant around 6:30 and they wouldn t even talk to us until 7:00 the guy walked up and tells there s nothing they can cook for us other than one pho they have on menu , no water no nothing , no spring rolls no appetizers and nothing for our children ! How bad you want to close your shop bro ?!!
Delicious Pho and coconut shrimp.
I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiters were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome, this place was busy at time but it still good than others.
Excellent typical Vietnamese cuisine! The restaurant provided excellent service and warmth. Highly recommended! I definitely plan to return. I appreciated the outstanding meal and service.
The staff was very welcoming, the food was fresh, and the environment was nice.
i tried pho and it was better than i could expect. The rice vermicelli is very tasty, the customer service and the atmosphere are also something i am pretty impressed. Definitely a must try destination.
Honestly the pho broth is absolutely amazing coming from a PHO eatting monster in Ontario. I assure you I am the king of Pho and have tried thousands of pho restaurant. Even though some of the ingredient werent there because it is PEI afterall. But i assure you this place is amazing and will not make you sad.
Went to dine in for lunch September 26th. On the menu it states Sorry we have no basil leaf; culantro leaf and bean sprouts Also not available due to lack of ingredients were fresh rolls and vegetarian fresh rolls. I got up and left. Googled for another Vietnamese restaurant. I walked a few blocks away to a hidden gem called Saigon Pho. Enjoyed fresh rolls and pho at Saigon Pho with great service
Poor food, bad service
I had the most delicious bowl of pho at Pho Vietnam Restaurant. The flavors were incredible, and it left me craving for more!
Best Pho. I will tell all of my friends to come here.
Large portion of food, and the staff is so friendly
Good quantity of food with decent price.
Really good food, and the people attending are very considerate, they are always aware of what you need.
The staff at Pho Vietnam Restaurant is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.
Ive been to many Vietnamese restaurants, but Pho Vietnam Restaurant stands out for its authentic taste and quality. Its my go-to spot for Vietnamese cuisine
The customer service at Pho Vietnam Restaurant is top-notch. The staff is attentive and always ready to accommodate special requests
The menu at Pho Vietnam Restaurant offers a wide variety of options, and every dish Ive tried has been consistently good. Its the perfect place for a satisfying meal
Pho Vietnam Restaurant has become my favorite place to have a quick, tasty, and affordable lunch. Their pho never disappoints!
I love the cozy ambiance at Pho Vietnam Restaurant. Its a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.
Really good food, service, great place!!
If you have an extra hour to wait for food, then it is ok
Ordered takeout here during our trip to Charlottetown. I called in and they said it would be about 20-25mins. I showed up in 15 mins and it was ready and waiting for me. Very pleasant experience. I enjoyed the Chicken Pho and the fried spring rolls! Food
Great food and reasonable price. Server was polite and food came quickly. Great experience
Its OK, thats all I can say. Average quality food, speed is reasonable because I was the only one there.
Great Vietnamese traditional food! The restaurant owners hospitality and service is top notch. Highly recommended! We will be back for sure. Thank you for your wonderful food and service !
Friendly service. The place is nice and quiet. It was Wednesday lunch time when we came so not as busy I guess. We ordered special pho and satay pho, both delicious! Will recommend trying the pho here!
The first time here but I will definitely come back. The food is so great and the owner is friendly. High recommend
Yummiest pho on the island, and the friendliest, most genuine service you could find! Our favourite supper spot :)
Great Phô and very nice Vietmanese Subs. The bun we had was fresh and warm and the Phô was tasty and filling. Classic Vietmanese and also fantastic service. Thanks guys, very happy to be your patron.
Very tasty Vietnamese food, friendly service. Price-performance very good
Friendly service, great food, reasonable prices!
Came here today as we are looking for a place to have some soup. The staff is friendly and accommodating, however the food is too bland and doesnt taste fresh, the soup of the pho taste like water. We are very disappointed overall. One of our order was messed up as well and have to wait for 15minutes.
Best pho in town
Good place to take family for authentic Vietnamese.
Visiting from Edmonton. Ordered 2 bun dishes noodles were thiiiiick compared to the vermicelli we re used to at home and mushy. The meat (1 lemongrass chicken, one grilled pork) was tough, overcooked and lacked flavour. The potion was smaller than what we get at home, and we weren t served with a nuac cham sauce it tasted like nothing at all. We also got an egg noodle pho that was similar, really lacking in flavour and seasoning, with over cooked noodles and tough meat. We ordered spring rolls and they were egg rolls. We ordered salad rolls and I m not kidding, the peanut sauce was straight up Jif. I don t know if it was an off night? But we ve been eating Vietnamese dishes for years in a variety of places & cities and this is the worst we ve had! Based on the reviews I just have to assume it s bad out here??
The pho at this restaurant is the best meal I have ever had. I came here over a year ago on a first date with someone who is now my husband. Since that day i have been in love with two things. Thank you so much for the amazing food and friendly service every time I come in. I wish I could cook pho as good as this. I am also celiac, so eating out is a challenge as I am very sensitive. I have had fried springrolls here, soups and sauces, I have not gotten sick. In fact I left feeling nourished and healthy. The pho at this restaurant is the best meal I have ever had. This is the most authentic and great vietnamese food Ive had. Having traveled a lot I was surprised to find a restaurant that hasnt been north Americanized with added nonsense. I am very happy with the place. Came here on my anniversary with my fiance and received nothing but great service, great food portions for the price (often lots more than youd think) and a great ambiance. I love it and so will you!
Very tasty Pho, the soup base is so nice and the meat are very delicious too. Highly recommended!
Bad service, cold food , zero flavour , avoid.ruined my date night
Good foods, friendly staffs and cozy environment.
Very nice place and good food satay pho is my favourite very quick and tasty yummy
This Vietnamese noodle restaurant recommended by a friend is very delicious. My friend especially asked me to try their chili oil. It has a spicy taste and you won t feel dry after eating it. The noodles also taste great and the meat is very tender. If any friends come to the island, they will also recommend this shop
This is very authentic pho its very great soup you can taste that they use beef broth bone and not msg as I dont have the need to drink water. This can compare to places in Toronto its a must try if your on vacation and miss the taste of home.
best rice noodle in town! Highly recommend it .
I like the fresh meatballs in the pho. They don t taste elastic-y or chewy. In other words, they re cooked fresh not from frozen. It makes a world of difference. We got our food quickly and were served quickly. Highly recommend!
Go back home for your Pho cravings and eat the local seafood instead.
Fantastic experience great Pho
I really love the food in Pho Vietnam, especially the fresh roll
We had pho and fresh spring rolls Broth was very good Vegetarian options: There was vegetarian pho, as well as tofu pho, which one of us had
Very yummy Pho in a little town . Very fresh - clean place - good service - staffs very friendly
Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian food, vegetarian spring rolls were the best I ever had.
Pho special was excellent
Delightfully surprised that we found this authentic Vietnam restaurant in Charlottetown. Restaurant is very clean and foods are delicious.
After a few days visiting PEI I was craving pho. we stumbled by this restaurant and I couldnt be happier. Fried chicken was delicious and the pho hit the spot!
This place has an amazing atmosphere, great prices with generous portions, food is delicious, and they have wonderful staff! I highly recommend Pho Vietnam!
The dishes are simple and not very tasty.
very good food
Awesome variety with plenty of vegeterian/vegan options for my girlfriend. Very friendly and the best pho Ive had on the east coast.
First time trying this place, and Im not disappointed. We got the pho soup and while we were waiting (we got it to go) we got offered water and the customer service was great. The food is delicious and comforting. Will definitely eat here again.
A very delicious Vietnamese restaurant. I tasted the spicy rice soup noodle with medium rare beef, and it was yummy. The boss gave me the extra chilly sauce to serve myself and I love it so much. I did not expect that it also offered bubble tea. All in all, the price is reasonable.
Great food and great service, I also highly recommend their rice dishes with chicken and beef! The owner is bilingual and very sweet
Very good Vietnamese restaurant in town, more similar to Northern styled dishes. The owner is extremely nice and friendly. The layout and ambiance is great. There are budget friendly meals. My to go dishes are fresh rolls and medium and well done beef pho. New dishes are added regularly enough.
Son s Pho is some of the best I ve had outside of Vietnam. Certainly the best on PEI. His friendly service and delicious food keeps me coming back.
Very good! Good sized portions for the price.
Very delicious Vietnamese restaurant.
Dish water was ok I guess
The best Pho in town
Great food, service and price!
I have been here many times. The foods are so delicious and prices are reasonable. Everyone must try beef noodle soup and fried spring rollls
Good food and excellent service. Absolutely recommended.
Pho doesn t have basil and we have three bowls pho.. only gives one plate bean sprouts service is good but pho i don t recommend
Nice bun cha Hanoi must try
Extremely good service, very tasty food, and nice decoration. P/s: The owner is so nice and he is Vietnamese so you know its legit!
Excellent !! The Phò soup is excellent and we ate a meal of noodles with chicken and fish sauce humm!! Delicious, in addition to having had very good service!! Truly excellent!!
A really good Vietnamese restaurant. The owner is friendly and the food is well-made, pretty similar to what I usually have in Viet Nam.
I am a vegetarian and I ordered vegetable pho, it was one of the best veggies pho I had in a long time .Also the vegetable fried rice was good I highly recommend
Not decent at all. And foods are different from pictures on menu. Warning!
Great restaurant! I have been here weekly for the Pho! Love it
Visited this restaurant recently for the first time, and left full and happy! Pho was great, and service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Definitely coming back here when I m back in PEI!
A very good restaurant supporting very authentic Asian foods.
excellent
Great place to grab a bite on the go. We ordered standard pho and the flavor was on point. Portion was a little smaller than the typical ones we get in Toronto, more a medium size?
So delicious
Really friendly customer service
My whole family loved our meals. The pho is great. Very friendly service too
Can not campare with famous Ph in Hanoi but its good Vietnamees taste at the oversea.
Friendly owner offering good service and meals. Come again for sure.
The Vietnamese Sub is the most delicious thing in the world. HIGHLY recommend it.
Best chicken wings in town
Nope! They didnt follow COVID-19 restrictions and we didnt really enjoyed the food. The bobble tea tasted like it was made of concentrate juice and not real fruit.
Very friendly owner, high recommend for the soup. Attentive service respecting pandemic restrictions. Will definitely be returning soon
Delicious Vietnamese food with cozy space. Be seriously compliant with social distancing. Just found that they are new owners with excellent service and quality. Stirfried beef noodle satay is the star. Definitely will come back.
Very good taste of Vietnam foods. It makes me remember the Hanoi s Ph when I was in Vietnam. High recommend for everyone
My family and I have gone there many times in the last few months. It is my sisters favorite restaurant! Recently I went with my boyfriend and we agree that it is one of our top ten favorite restaurants too. The food always tastes amazing. You can tell it is fresh and hot of the grill. The portions are just right, ie not too big or too small. You dont have to wait long for your food either, they are very prompt about getting drinks or appetizers to your table. The service is overall excellent! You are always met with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in the door. You leave wanting more, but youre too full so you cant even if you want to. LoL I felt that my last dining experience there deserved a 10 out of 10. Which is why Im posting this review. I hope other people will choose to enjoy a meal here too.
Good choice for vegan foods, I really like vegan spring roll and tofu vermicelli. High recommend for everyone.
Good service. Had a good time here
Delicious food of various choices, great service and reasonable price. Highly recommend this restaurant, especially for those who want to try a real taste of Vietnamese food
Good service! The food is really good and tasty. The restaurant has a cozy decoration with spacious space. Also, they are really good in doing the social distancing during the current pandemic. Highly recommended for people who want to try Vietnamese food!!!
the food is delicious come and visit the lovely place
Personally, this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in PEI. The food is amazing, especially Seafood fried rice, Grilled lemongrass chicken and Chicken wings. I love not only the cozy atmosphere but also perfect service here.
Food was fresh well prepared and delicious. Cozy deco, they doing the social distancing verry well. I will be back soon, thanks the friendly owner with his smile always
I ve been trying to find a place where I can taste the same Vietnamese coffee and this place is the best I ve ever had in Canada.
Great service. Amazing food. So delicious and value for money!
This place should be busier... The food and service was excellent. Newer owners than before... So if you havent gone in awhile... Go, its worth the visit.
Very nice quiet place and good food chicken pho is my favourite very quick and tasty Just would like to edit my review after 3 years lol. The review should be way higher than what ot is right now... Ive been coming to this place for over 3 years now and each and every time I had an amazing experience ( if you broke like me). The food is amazing my favourite is chicken pho especially on a cold day or if you sick. The environment is very relaxing and the restaurant is cozy and clean.. Most important of all the staff is the kindest in town and the service is amazing, they really go above and beyond cant say enough to justify it.
Wonderful place and good service, well organized covid isolation, sanitation status good .All the customers are departed, safe environment.
Excellent pho, I chose the special, great flavors and fantastic ser ice
Great
It has good food, but its pretty dirty. The staff are friendly though.
Surprisingly slow for such a good bowl
Not much choices for vegetarian. They cook meat very well.
Best spring rolls...
Excellent pho soup!! Very impressed!! I ll be eating there weekly.
Great chicken Pho,, very authentic
The beef stir fry with vermicelli was delicious. Also loved the spring roll. Good price
Incredibly delicious! Great portion sizes, the small pho was definitely more than enough for me! Spring rolls were also fantastic
We finally found time to try this place and we are glad we did. The food was great, came out quickly, and the food is at a good price point. It is definitely the best Vietnamese food in the city and probably the best on the island.
My son and I went for dinner the other night and was disappointed in the food. My son ordered the lemongrass chicken while the waitress was nice enough to change the order from vermicelli noodles to rice, it looked sad but by son ate it and said it was okay. We had started with spring rolls to start that werent very good, first they didnt come cut into bite size pieces but was plopped onto the plate whole. We had to cut them with a dull butter knife. They tasted kind of bland and the fish sauce had zero flavour and was watered down. I ordered the pho with meatballs and beef. I have had my share of pho and my pho didnt come with beansprouts, basil or lime. The broth was very weak, the meatballs were tough but the beef was passable. Overall I was very disappointed in my meal at Pho Vietnam and hope the food is upgraded.
The iced coffee and the customer service were really good. However, their pho is one of the worst I have ever had.
Its my first time having pho without Bean sprouts ,because the lady told me its sold out??? If sold out they should be told me before I order not when I have pho and ask for it? The soup its also not good, the ice vietnamese coffee its toooooo sweet! Wont come again
Delicious
The place is very nice, very well decorated and organized, a lot of variety of dishes, and the staff is very polite and pleasant. They even have bubble tea... Highly recommended to visit, the prices are affordable
Service was good, portions were very big, taste was good, and everything was decent priced!
Always great food, V18 is the best
Had a vermicelli and my friend had pork chop. Food looks nice but tasteless. I had many vermicelli dish at different places and this possibly is the worst. Another negativity is that there was no AC in middle of summer.
Like the v10 from their menu
Not a bad place for Pho. Portions was a little small and they didnt have lime with meal and the bean sprouts seems kinda old and brown. Wasnt too impressed with that. Ok place for a quick meal.
Good noodles, but no basil/lime/bean sprouts with pho.
I lived in U.S for plenty of time so Ive tried many pho places but this one right here is by far the best pho Ive ever tried, never imagined it would be this good!
It was okay for a quick lunch but your stuffs need trained.
I love this place. The food is amazing and feels like a restaurant in Vietnam. I recommend everyone to eat here
Although they were out of our favourite dish (fried pork vermicelli bowel with pork spring roll) the southern beef vermicelli bowel was very good. Service was fast and friendly.
Great staff and nice atmosphere! The food was aight.
Do not come if you have got some standards on pho. First of all, it took 30 min for them to serve us the pho. Beef was lean, noodles were soggy, soup was just msg broth. Also, bean sprouts were not provided.
I was travelling with the two folks who reviewed just now and I give them both 1 star out of 5. As for the restaurant itself, coming from Toronto the quality and service was definitely substandard, but for a local quiet PEI place it was definitely aiiiight! Keep up the good work and hope to see improvements :D
A little slow, so so washroom but very tasty
Average Vietnamese food, average service, the waitress did not speak English well; and limited drinks
Its great location. You can fell the same in north of Viet Nam. Food deliciuos!!!
Really yummy spring rolls here. Thats all I stopped in for. Well that and the green tea, they use real loose leaf.
