we left after sitting 10 minutes witout being served...was a Wednesday so not even busy
I have been going to this place for quite a while since the pandemic. They revamped the venue and I always enjoy my nights with a dj on the premises
Food was delicious and atmosphere was good. It felt very classy. Unfortunately the wait staff ruined the experience. Excutiatingly slow and lacking knowledge even though our party were the only people there. Also gave inaccurate information and tried to charge people twice for food, extra for pool tables, etc... When asked directly in both English and French about pricing, she gave incorrect info that led to many people being charged extra. A real downer given the quality of atmosphere and food and price.
The music could be improved. Lots of genres mixed together and not in a nice way. Pool tables are in good condition.
The new interior design is nice and clean. Music is not too loud. The only downside is the cocktail choice. I wished it was more "elevated". My gimlet was made with lime cordial but I wished it was made with real lime juice. But that's my personal preference. Also, I really like that they have bock-ale beer.

Super nice experience the girl were insanely sweet and nice. The vibe of the place was pretty chill. The only thing that I enjoyed a bit less was that the music was so loud that I had to nearly scream to talk with my friend (but anyway got drunk and loud during the night so the music was covering me sooo) Sorry again for the broken mug🥲
Place is pretty nice, decent beer selection, really nice tables some reasonable food, I liked the nachos. But they refuse to serve water unless you buy water bottles. I understand they make money from this, but serving alcohol and paying for water is one thing, tons of plastic waste when they have water and glasses on hand is just unacceptable to me. Addendum, if you ask nicely, some bartenders will give you water after some beers.

I recently visited Doolys in Châteauguay and loved the lively and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, with a lovely and attentive waitress. However, I have to say that the DJ is completely rubbish. the transitions between the music left something to be desired, creating interruptions in the atmosphere. Perhaps its time for the DJ to seriously consider a new career. Despite this negative point, I had a good time overall and will come back for the atmosphere and the food.
Service leaves something to be desired.. 4 people behind the bar but we wait and no one comes to serve us, no smile.. Not very welcoming lets say..
Exemplary billiards room, beautiful tables with beautiful carpets, renovated from A to Z, waitress and friendly staff, their electronic darts games are legendary.
Missing lots of items on the menu for the super bowl. If you cant manage this day in advance. Things are bad.

Nothing to say, its just a great place. I decided to celebrate my 18th birthday there and everything was perfect, fast and good quality service. In addition, the waitresses and waiters serve us our drinks with a good attitude. seriously I dont regret having celebrated my birthday there.

Worst food Ive ever had in my life gave back 70 percent of food had to pay 14 bucks for a frozen pizza that wasnt cooked, cold nasty general Tao poutine. No gravy in poutine . More cheese curds then fries . How is this acceptable only good thing was cold beer

I wanna put 0 stars but cant... 15 ppl in the bar... spoke to bartender 4x cant get any drinks. Theres busy than there is just terrible customer service.

Pool table OK, As for food we can do without it. The menu is to be desired and in serious need of a refresh! Bring it up to date! Frying on top of frying people are getting tired of this recipe. The service is very long but on the other hand I came across smiling waitresses.

Service at the bar the lady Very expensive beer pool table $15 not worse for 4 people... But listen to our experience. We take 1 pitch at the bar but then we decide to rent a table. We look and there are 3 free tables near the exit door we decide ok well tell them well take one of these tables the girl says NO you have to go upstairs. We said NO, we want a table close to the exit, we are 2 smokers. Said no, we have a barmaid upstairs... Hey, I dont care... We tell them first come, first served... Finally they understand. But check it out, the waitress who serves me a pitcher thinks that by being frustrated that shes going to have the upper hand over us... Its the last pitcher that we served. We finished our pitcher and we went upstairs to buy it. So the little one if you recognize yourself... Tell yourself one thing Ill pay your salary plus big tips RESPECT THE CUSTOMER...

We booked the VIP for my party and it was a success. The staff are really helpful and Leoni our waitress was super efficient, smiling and fun. This evening made us want to go back. If you want to spend an evening with friends and play pool with a good atmosphere, I highly recommend this place.

I ordered nachos, they were burnt. I took them to the bar to complain and I was told (paraphrasing) this is normal, all nachos are made the same. There was no effort to make it right. The drinks were very good though.

Great place but the service is terrible.
So i ordered from their special and for some reason it cost me more the it should of and thats including other stuff i ordered that totaled 65.50 even so i tipped the young lady20 % later i ordered some beers and while summing it up i thought there was another mistake but i was mistaken. has a peace offering i offerred the manager a drink and also for the server but even after saying yes they didint even bring them as if they were annoyed by us anyways i would not refer this place even ordering food is too much to ask, theres no one in this establishment and it was like i was asking for something unspeakable .

For me, its just ok. Drinks are expensive and the bar is full of teenagers looking for trouble. Cops are there all the time. I only go because theres nothing else open late in Chateauguay.
