Not the best location to go to. Not friendly, the older lady working as a cashier will not even have the decency to greet or thank a client. Head to St-Jean-Baptiste there may be busy but at least you will have your money's worth
Hate going to this location though I’m usually a Tim Horton fan. Often don’t have basic menu items. Owner should try harder to manage the location
Worst experience ever!! I ordered 2 egg wrap with chesse but they gave me 1 bacon wrap and a potato wedges!! And I'm a muslim and it made me so sad cz bacon is forbidden for us . Plus they were super slow .
This lady was just standing around 😕 looking at a lady who was searching for her lost cell phone. An older male had to tell her to go back to work, but she insisted that she was helping. Horrible service, very slow, only 2 girls serving, one of them standing around and the other one busy throwing my sandwich on the floor. What kind of owner leaves 2 kids in charge of a store?
This one by far is the worst Tim Hortons in château, ice caps are never filled right (yes I am aware of the new lid policy due to leaking — but my large ice caps are half filled nowadays no joke it looks like someone drank out of it, and that's if they remember to make it with creme not milk). They take forever to serve, I've missed class because they'll just be standing around doing nothing for ten to fifteen minutes — I've had freinds from previous Tim Hortons locations noticing the dip in efficiency and quality.
I’ve been looking at the reviews here and it seems that theres no improvement at all. The staff gives me the wrong ice capp. I order wedges and it’s even in the cup anymore. There’s like literally nothing to order. The worst part is not even this. The toilets were just blocked with tissue and when i tried to use. It started flooding the washroom cuz of the endless flooshing
Service really is so-so. Depending on the size of your order, there's a good chance you'll either be missing items or you'll get some items wrong. The one thing they are very consistent with is the order errors. I always have to open the bag and check everything in detail when I order for the whole family because there is almost always something wrong. The administration changed not too long ago and apparently the new owner knows what the problems are and is going to fix them, so we'll see.
Placed an order on uber this morning,And was completely disappointed with the order.I have previously worked in a tim hortons and i could honestly say this was absolutely unacceptable.The ice coffes were so watery and we payed for extra add ons.The breakfast wraps were thrown together.I basically had to redo the order for them.

Terribly dirty place and I had to throw away my box of donuts because they tasted funny, like they were cooked in old oil. In addition, I had stomach aches. I didnt like it at all.
No fork only 1 piece of chicken. And my daughter and I the next day with a little stomach ache. We ate the lime and coriander chicken bowl with salad, eaten with a spoon. Old and dry chicken.
First time stopping by for coffee and a donut at this place with a friend around 7:00 in the evening, no more donuts, Ive never seen that in a Tim Horton wow

The two times Ive been in the last two weeks, the wrap is okay, but not as good as the other tims, but the breakfast potato tastes like chemicals or whatever and that makes it inedible and I had to throw it away both times. Not super pleasant. The service was okay though too.

Unfortunately this place is getting worse and worse with poor service. They offer a lot of things but 3/4 dont have any! No way to be served in French or English, he doesnt understand! What I find the dullest, his colleague next to him spoke French very well but didnt want to help at all!!! Also the place is very dirty. That was the last time anyone saw me there.....

I normally love Tims but this one is by far the worst in Chateauguay. They are always missing items (either food or drinks. often both) they are always super under staffed so wait times are long. While the workers are super nice clearly management needs to fix something.

We have to watch our orders because they make a lot of mistakes. It takes a very long time to get our order and have everything we ordered without errors. The bathroom is extremely unsanitary.
On weekday mornings the service is long and pathetic despite the low number of customers. The 2 employees lack professionalism. I now make the detour to another tim even though I work right opposite... many more customers at the other tim but the service remains fast and courteous.

I ordered and received nothing of what I wanted, half of the ingredients were missing and Im not even talking about the Tim bits, hard as a rock with a rancid taste, Ill be sick tomorrow for sure. Phili steak sandwich without steak and sauce, sausage and bacon sandwich no sausage and extra bacon pi the drinks lol a real joke I ask for a large peach drink I get a small one and I also asked for a medium vanilla iced coffee he gives me a large coffee cream..... I didnt think Tim would become a Subway made your sandwich at home lucky Uber will reimburse me for everything
Tim is always with a good coffee, but almost every time we go there they never have a croissant why is it possible not to have plain croissants. If its possible, keep some for the customers or remove them from the menu. Thats my opinion and those who will say its because of the wardrobeok itll be fineblame the wardrobe for all. Youre adults and Im not the only one to let Tim go because we dont have half of what was going on. And one last thing, on Anjou and next to Honda I am precise, they do not have soup available more often than not.

I had already heard bad rumors about the horrible service at this Tim Hortons, but today I experienced it. The young Arab-looking man, on the midday shift, had misunderstood my order, which is not a problem as such. But when I pointed out to him that he was missing an iced cappuccino, he replied that I had asked him for only one, which is not true... and he knows how to come back and tell me that there is only one. no straws either. The worst part of it all was the way he acted, already he was bad, he was also extremely rude. I had to go back in line and wait 10-15 minutes while my other drinks melted and he answered his personal cell phone in front of the customers. (I understand if it was an emergency but no, I could hear) My problem is not the lack of straws, the communication problem or the poorly made cappucinos, but to make me go back in line and make me wait so long for something so banal??? And that using it has an attitude of I don t care ?? From what I saw I wasnt the only one who had problems, a woman in front of me went back twice for something and a family had to repeat what they wanted because the guy remembered it more. I gave a little description of the person so the owner might tell them something? I dont need you to give me the customer service number for Tim Hortons, just take care of managing your employees. *The other Indian-looking worker was very good. There was nothing wrong with him.
The Timbits in my box were mixed with not fresh...a taste of old Timbits. Their privilege card system does not automatically give us a reward nor does it ask us if we want it. Bathroom cleaning is half done, no soap in the terminal.

The young man at the checkout is rude. While you tell him what you want, he talks with the others in the back and when its time to pay, he told me to go and pay. First time I go to this Tim and last time.
Today I must speak out. We came to Tims to eat. The team members were in conflict. They spoke to each other with impolite intonations. The negative atmosphere had been so evident that customers did not feel comfortable. No matter the reason for a conflict, customers should not be the victims of it!
Im not sorry at all about giving you guys one star. We ordered potato wedges and it took about 5 minutes for the cashier to understand what those are and then it took about 15 minutes for them to give them to us!! Really!? Potato wedges?? They didnt even taste good for the time it took to make them. They tasked dry like rubber. I never knew potato wedges could taste this bad. Any other tim Hortons I went to was efficient and tasted amazing! The place was also very dirty and uncomfortable. The employees were rude, chatting with eachother and just really unpleasant people. Some employees are genuinely hard workers but those I see quite rarely.
I told myself I would never return to this branch but I went back one last time. I ordered twenty mixed tim bits! !!! He was a young Pakistani I think, poor him he was embarrassed but didnt understand French, not a single word, he looked at me and repeated TEN tim bits, I said no VINGT, he replied FIFTY ? No TWENTY, oops he was lost!!! So I told him twenty. ...He answered MIXED....I answered not mixed. No but this restaurant will never change, its the worst Tim Hortons in the world. The service is lousy, the restaurant is not clean and why wear gloves if you touch everything with your gloves.?
I love Tim Hortons as a whole. This one was really meh. There was nothing special. Even the food did not match up to the other Tim Hortons. The service....yikes....I apologize for saying this but the staff is just dumb....my friend did not even get changed properly (and they were way off), but they were not only dumb but rude. They all looked miserable in their lives. And the atmosphere was terrible. The area was dirty, 90% of tables had crumbs on them. And this tim hortons is genuinely bad. Not the same goes for Wendys though. I will leave a review on it when I go there (note: I went there before but a long time ago). And the atmosphere at the Wendys next door is still terrible. But the food and service are a lot better. I also highly dislike the fact that they were built directly next to each other, but that is not the staffs fault.
Hello, Very very unsanitary place outside is outside and toilet on 5 employees who work 2 employees young man turned in circles and the young lady works. The 2 young men could do the cleaning. A complaint will be filed at the head offices
The service is extremely long, the timbits never have any sugar so its super bland. They never have anything in inventory. Every time I have a hot chocolate it tastes like water. The employees have no sense of customer service. Tim is nonsense. The worst of all those I visited

Ive been hesitating months now about writing a review as I was giving this location (Blvd danjou) chances, well chances ran out. French vanilla machine is either always broken or they dont have French vanilla in stock or it tastes watered down. Ive gone in 3 times asking for the new hazelnut infused ice coffee and each time they dont have hazelnut in stock. Today I ordered an apple donut, when I opened the bag, I wasnt a donut inside even though she said apple donut when she gave me the bag (by then I was already on the mercier bridge, couldnt turnback). I dont know if its the staff or the management, but something clearly needs to change. ALSO...... as mentioned in a previous review, the potholes in the parking lot are ridiculous and need to be filled.
Probably the worst Tim Hortons, I have ever been. I asked for the new roasted almond cold infuse drink, and after 30 something minutes, And even explaining the girl what to put inside she gave me a drink with stuff inside and spoiled espresso mousse on top, when I said that there are stuff inside, she said that those were almond chunks, I could not stop laughing, anyways like whoever owns this tim hortons, it is not joke to serve spoiled milk, I am pregnant I could get sick and then what. If you can avoid this tim hortons at all cost.

There was no choice of donuts (3 only). The young boy was alone to respond and take orders and make orders! The situation is like this with a lot of expectations and has been for several weeks or even months. I have to go 3 to 4 km further to get the same service from Tim Horton

Beautiful, quiet place and impeccable service. Yes the service is slower but everywhere there is a shortage of manpower. Despite everything that happens. The employees provide us with great service.
Be careful dear consumer, never buy a light iced cappuccino there, their light iced cappuccino is completely defrosting, it only tastes like milk, not the coffee you put in your mouth.

Coffee doesnt always taste good. Very small selection of donuts, frequently run out of Timbits, and when they have them, its usually dry and stale. Staff appears stressed and overworked, and equipment is often broken. Always missing key menu items during promotions. Eggs tend to be rubbery and tough, and prices charged tend to be inconsistent between visits, especially when ordering the exact same item everyday. This place needs a serious makeover and a drive-thru would be convenient.

How come they still have customers? During my visit, no soup, no coffee sticks. I am charged more than the displayed price (against the law in Quebec). My choice is a tasteless lunch trio, barely reheated. Since the Americans bought this company, the quality is no longer there.
