The trio was good. The cheese muffin was good and warm but the coffee was Luke warm. The service has to be improved. The girl at the counter looked like she didn't want to be there.
First of all, super friendly staff. There were 4 of us, and we each enjoyed our trios without complaint (burgers, fries, rings, etc.). A few of us were too full to even finish (that chubby chicken is thiccccc!). The inclusion of actual dinnerware for the poutine and the glass mug for the drink was a quaint touch that didn't go unnoticed. Last but not least, the level of cleanliness of the restaurant was top notch, which always ranks high when choosing where to go to eat. Will definitely eat there again.
Just had my worst fast-food experience at this A&W restaurant. Burgers are burnt to black and bitter, and the employees are not shamed on their bad work, I will never come back again.
I went there & a young man was cleaning the fryers with a mop & bucket & then proceeded to touch my food with his bare hands without washing in between using harsh chemicals.. I told the manager that it wasn’t sanitary & he said well it’s all going in the fryer anyway.. never again.
Fries were hot! And crispy as I enjoyed them. Burger bun was too toasty on the hard side, meat taste good but not warm enough. A tiny bit too much mayo. Mushfika has a nice approach very good service.
Fresh burgers n juicy. I loved being served my soda in iced mug..so cool. Very well mannered staff n helpful. I had veggie burger, it was so yummy.
I chose less stars for the recent service I'd experienced when attending my Nieces birthday party a few weeks ago, I'd already been sitting with a group of my family members for quite some time behind the service counter when I tried to use the restroom, so I approached the young lady at the counter and asked, "Do I need a key for the restroom?" To which she'd answered, "Are you going to purchase food here? " I'd answered, "I've been here for about 1/2 an hour already with my family & niece's birthday party", To which she repeated her answer 3 times, until I said, "Yes, I've already eaten here", then she told me the bathroom code to the one of the messiest, stinkiest public bathrooms I've ever been in. Rude and nasty, for what? People these days need a mandatory course for positive social behaviors and manners! It's crazy!
I just went to the A&W and the man who was taking my order was incompetent. I had to repeat myself at least 4 times and he still managed to get it wrong. I had a relatively small order and he still managed to forget some of the items and when I asked him about it he seemed completely confused and he asked me if this was part of my order. Therefore I give only 3 stars because although the drive thru service was terrible (we did get our food quite quickly though) the food is still pretty good.
Since when is a $15 combo just a bun with a chicken patty and nothing else?

Tuesday vintage car meeting at dinner time
I went to the drive-thru today at 11:50 a.m. I waited a good 5 minutes with no response. The cashier waved me forward and told me the microphone was broken. I ordered a mozzarella trio with a slice and bottle of water. She gave me my order without even looking at me with her ear pods in her ears. I told her thank you have a good day and she closed the window during my sentence. In the end my order was not at all good I had a beyond meet with fries. Very very disappointed with customer service
Always fresh & staff very friendly.
The service was friendly, but my order was missing some items and I had to turn around. Also the cook doesnt know the A&W recipes. No grilled onions in the buddy burgers and mayo in the RANCH bacon wraps.

Very slow service at lunch, difficult to communicate and make people understand, same thing with subsequent customers. Difficult to serve in French. Garoche eggs on the plates Dirty restaurant, overflowing trash cans and full dish bin.
Cold burger, cold fries, soft and mushy, no liquor refill. I didnt know A&W could be bad. Next time Im going to go to Mercier 5 minutes further, this one is good.
Its one of the worst aetw that I have been when that mcdonal eat on site rootbeer quote in a glass to take away the time to order and. Very long trash can overflowing and not even in rush time 3 customers in the double mozza room just 2 pieces of fried bacon not even in the basket

There was a mistake in the order but the cashier and the cook took the time to apologize, correct the mistake and even offer me a slipper. A+ customer service

The 4 employees were not wearing hairnets. Handles food with their hands after handling cash, no hand cleaning. The owner says that if you dont have cash, go to McDonalds. The message got through.
Worst A&W so far for the customer service. Moreover they cheat customers by taking more than the anticipated bills. People should avoid this branch.

The food is good and the service is nice. The best part is that they never mess up our order even if we add or remove items from our burgers.

I often go there with my son for breakfast... my son loves the small, not busy place. I got there after normal lunch hours and they accommodated me very well in a friendly atmosphere!! Thank you very much, you are sweethearts! Kid-friendliness: Beautiful wooden high chair :)

Went in and ordered thé chicken, bacon ,ranch wrap, 2 because they are tiny. Rootbeer was lukewarm and Really disappointed in thé wrap. It has no ranch dressing which is thé reson i bought it. Not happy. Didnt Ask if it was to état in, assumed WE were taking out

The food is good, nothing to say On the other hand, the service is very poor. They served me my trio without putting ketchup in the bag and they didnt even ask me what flavor of juice I wanted but gave me root beer without asking my opinion. Not even smiling, bitter as hell.
Ive already had several disappointments and this is the last time Ill go there. I went there for dinner and wanted to try their new root beer slush but they didnt have any and the employees told me that the boss didnt want to bring in this machine.

A normal A&W what sets it apart is the very good customer service we received.
They want me to buy something to use the washroom , what if I dont eat this fast food or I have a health problem.

Really disappointed with this place. Its been several times that we wait at the drive-thru in the morning around 7:15 a.m. and there is no one at the counter. Really not the right place to look for a coffee.

Worst A & W I;ve ever been in. Though I have had issues in the past, I do try to give chances...then last time ordered an extra frie...paid for it. Got home and nope not there. Then ordered a Chubby Chicken with root beer...got iced tea. This time ordered an Uncle Burger, cheddar and bacon, got home no bacon and burnt burger. Close the place or sell to someone that knows how to run an A & W. Even my daughter asked me never to go back...I wont

Was there 7 PM Friday. Kitchen personnel all too young. No respect. Female cashier having to ask repeatedly for missing order ! My fries were still partially FROZEN kitchen staff gave lame excuse. Not impressed with this Outlet !!!
The burgers and fries as well as the coffee are good, we have been there several times. What I dont like is the service from the lady at the cash register. I find that it leaves something to be desired, sometimes she is stupid, sometimes she comes to talk to us at the tables as if we were her friend. (I have nothing against this lady, she does her best) I just wish I could run into different cashiers, because its always the same one and sometimes I hesitate to go to the A&W because I know she will come to me talk.
2 stars out of generosity... August 31, 2022 7:20 p.m., stopped by this restaurant. Unpleasant smell, tables not cleaned, we see a cook dipping his fries several times in the pot of poutine sauce. The lack of hygiene is blatant.

I made a formal complaint via their site because there were rejects or waste in my burger... Rotten lettuce, pieces of black olive in a mozzarella and a piece of dry pickle.
The older man served me took my $$$ then passed his fingers under water for 2 seconds without soap and then continued to go in the kitchen and prepare the food. This is very un sanitary especially when you have been playing with $$$. Will not be going there again. I think this person needs to do a MAPAQ course!!

They are WAYYYY to slow and are taking their time while so many people are waiting behind me.
They have yet to make a single uncle burger correctly. 3 for 3 and it s always just two Pattie s with some lettuce. Almost never has cheese and never has bacon. Service takes FOREVER. I ordered onion rings and what I got was onions mashed up with some crumbs. Like I m talking literally just cooked onions slices and bread crumbs. It was ridiculous.

Everything was good before.. about 2-3 years ago.. And their service was getting worse. Now everything is the worst!! I ordered coke but taste was old root beer...I thing they dont clean up the drink machine. And I hate root beer.. I threw it all. And the burger also looks very mess.. and the worst part is their service. The staffs change very often thats why they make mistakes a lot and no one wants to be held accountable. Dont go this A&W.

Very disappointed with A and W. The bathroom was not clean and had an insect trap . The tables, window sills and others were also dirty. This is not acceptable for a restaurant. The plexiglass where we ordered was completely dirty, full of fingerprints. The food was not quality either. The burger was deconstructed and there was almost nothing in it.
