Good food was delivered quickly, order was correct and it was still hot. Cant say much about the atmosphere since it was delivered but the driver was courteous and friendly.

I waited 1.3 for my delivery to be told that the guy who took your Apelle was cheating... He put Take out... I answered him... It was you I spoke to he offers me a free coke in exchange lol and to reheat my pizza but good result its 1.45 and I still havent received my pizza

Very disappointed with my visit, I showed up at the branch at 11 p.m. when it said it closed at 12 a.m. and the restaurant was already closed when I arrived.

Its hard! I order a large with 3 extra pépé Nyork on top of my pizza and an extra cheez and xtra sauce. I arrive home and see that I have like a normal pepperoni and almost no sauce. I call the guy and tell him Im not satisfied at all. He hands me the cook and the cook tells me that he put the 3 extra pep under the cheese and that the pep must have drunk the sauce! it was the first and last time!

MAPAQ standards not respected. Employees work without nets and without gloves too Avoid this franchise, I will submit a formal complaint with a request for a health inspection!

I placed an order for 5:00 p.m. My order was already ready at 4:40 p.m., but I didnt know it... Arrived there at 4:55 p.m....I paid and waited like a nice aunt until 5:15 p.m. to be told that my order was already ready. Its sleeping on gas!!! But be careful, its time to make sure that the employees dont give too much sauce with the accompaniments. Thats important! Customer service...a big zero!

They are supposed to close at 1 a.m. but in too much of a hurry to go home at 11:30 p.m. they had already closed

The pizza pan is good. But a restaurant in Quebec that cannot be understood and served in French is unacceptable.

Great pizza and staff, when a mistake was made they offered to deliver me the right pizza free of charge.

Lots of difficulty understanding the cashier who did not speak French. We ate there, very very noisy in the kitchen. The dishes were thrown on the counters.

After being on hold for 17 mins, my friend called from his phone & got right through. The person who answered couldnt speak English at all... and her french wasnt much better. Driver called me over an hour later saying he couldnt find my house. I went outside and spotted a guy a block away, roaming around with a pizza. This isnt on the girl answering phones, nor the guy delivering. Shame on Dominos owner

There was literally no steak on the Philly cheese steak pizza, no wonder its 50% off.

Order pizza at the counter and ask add points to my account. The guy told me that he cant find my profile. Then, when i came back in 20 min to pick up my pizza i had to wait another 15-20 min because there is no my pizza ready and my name was not at the screen. Guys wasnt able to explain me how this was happened and start to prepare another pizza for me. Funny to say, that another guy found my profile right away with my phone mumber. So i conclude that they just take your point if you order it at the counter.

Horrible service. Waited over two hours for my ordered, it finally arrived completely cold and missing items. Called the restaurant and they were completely unable to help, they wanted to charge me $13.50 to get the items I already paid for that they forgot.

We wait 2 hours for our pizza. If we ordered it in the morning, we would have had it in the evening. The service is terrible!

Great service

I always love ordering from these guys! Only once was the delivery a little late, but we were ordering. During the evening rush when a a couple inches of snow had fallen. No biggie! The delivery guys (and girl!) have all been nothing but exceptionally warm and professional, and the food is always absolutely great, and hot despite the sh!tty weather.

Really disappointed... At first, I was super happy to have a Dominos near me. This is one of my favorite pizzerias! But here, I dont think I would recommend Dominos in Châteauguay. I made a delivery on a Saturday evening; pizza pasta and gratin bread, order of $45-50 - Pasta: 10/10 nothing to say. - Bread au gratin: 5/10 of the forming just in the middle of the bread, at least 5 slices without cheese, just warm bread. - Pizza: 3/10 honestly more crust than toppings. Barely any cheese and very little sauce. It was a 12 and minimum 3 to 4 inches with no filling around the edge, again, just warm bread. - Delivery time: 9/10 30-40min. - Attitude of the delivery man: 8/10 polite and calm, but unable to say a word in French. Honestly, Im not the type of customer to complain about the price of my meal when I really want to eat something. However, just receiving hot bread for this amount... Its disappointing, really.

We ordered from this location twice since it opened and the service was great. Food came at the time we specified. Delivery guy was nice. Food was good. Haven t had dominos in a while and it was better then I remembered it. Happy to support a local business.

Pizza taste is much better than other places in the area. It not the best in chateauguay but still ranks high. Online app/ordering is great. Outside of rush hour pizza is ready in 15min. In rush hour can take close to 1 hour, but that is expected. Only downside is that they make alot of mistakes on the orders during rush hour. But will give them a chance since they recently opened, staff is new. Hopefully within a couple months things get better.

Food is great as usual, the main issue is service, either it takes a long time to arrive or there are things missing from the order, then the driver has to return and go get it. The staff and drivers should check over the items before sending it off

Worst pizza ever. Im glad that the large with 4 toppings was on special. Ordered mushrooms, I think that there was 4slices on whole pizza. Green peppers, you needed a magnify glass to see them and roasted red peppers, got green olives instead. First and last time

The pizza was raw but as soon as i called i had nothing but admirable customer service from a friendly and professional manager. Even thought my experience was not the best at first glance, i will definitely order again with the mention well done on the crust.

40 minute wait for pickup and they made a mistake in the order

We ordered 4 pizzas at 5:30pm, which arrived at 7pm missing one pizza. I called the store and they said no problem, it will be sent. 30 minutes later no pizza. We called, and she said its on the way. 30 minutes later, no pizza. My wife calls and speaks to the manager. He says he will make another and send it. I called back and calmly asked for a credit AND the pizza at this point ( 2.5 hours later ). Manager was EXTREMELY rude while I was explaining the situation and why the pizza should be credited and sent as well. Manager hung up. I called back, the boy who answered said its Dominos policy to hang up on people who repeat themselves and refused to give me managers name, said he didnt know it. I asked for his name, he said he didnt know that either. The absolute worst customer service EVER. Entire order was paid for. So they basically ripped me off for one large pizza.

Although the branch has only been open for a few weeks, I have had good service. The pizzas were good quality and well stocked. I will probably return.

(UPDATED REVIEW) In the last four months I have ordered pizza from this location multiple times and have not experienced the same problem again. The pizzas have been good and it seems like whatever the issue was with not adding enough cheese has been solved. Nothing but good experiences since then, 5/5. --------- I ordered two pizzas here on different days. Both of the Pizzas were Pepperoni Feasts (extra pepperoni/extra cheese). I used the 12.99 coupon for one of them and paid regular price for the other. The pizza ordered with the coupon did not even have the basic amount of cheese, let alone extra! The pepperoni, however, was basically the same on each pizza (the full price Pizza would be a 4/5). If you dont plan on honoring your coupons, DONT OFFER THE COUPON! If I used that coupon as my first Dominos Chateauguay experience I would not be back anytime soon. Especially in a city with so many good Pizza places to choose from. 2/5

Nice pizza..I think they do have best delivery driver . Can you believe I saw delivery guy driving brand new 7 seater suv for delivery damn. Very fast smart driver, left a good tip and his name is Mohammad I believe. Pizza was warm and enough cheese .

Unfortunately first time and last time! I had deluxe pizza. And to my great dismay, no or almost no cheese. Also very dry and tasted just like the bread is tomato sauce.
