Ordered 3 pizzas yesterday. Fast delivery. Fair price, fair quality. One star more than expected because my daughter really liked it and ate 2 wedges. A feat!

Carful when order driver just stole my money

I found it very strange that noless than 12 hours after making an online order, my credit card information was used to make multiple unauthorized purchases. My card had never been comprimised before, and no other purchases were made after the order was placed. The fact that theorder even registered as a CASH ADVANCE instead of a purchase leads me to severely question what happened. Needlessto say that I will never again order from them.

I ordered 2 pizzas and they arrived half cooked. I called to go back, I received the news and its worse. If I knew I would have bought 2 to freeze and then I would have cooked them myself for $10 instead of $60

Hello, I will try to be as brief as possible. I ordered at 5:09 p.m. The site gives a delivery time range of 5:40 p.m. - 50 p.m. It s perfect. At 6:05 p.m. I called to find out where my order had gone. They tell me in another 20 minutes. Whats the point of making a delivery estimate if it never works? They give me a $10 credit Lol. Currently it is 6:37 p.m. still without my order. Good thing for Pizza Hut Chateauguay, the $10 credit will never be used. If you are unable to offer a delivery service during points hours, refrain. Dominos, which does not offer a delivery service, will have my orders from now on. Lately, if at my job I were so wrong in my estimates, I wouldnt keep my job for long. 6:40 p.m., still nothing.

Burned my pizza and still have it to us

Delicious pizza but ordered from there 3-4 times and never less than an hour and a half to get the food. My record has been an order placed at 1h30 which arrived at 3h30. Needless to say, I ate something else and wasn t hungry by the time it arrived!

The prices are a little expensive but the quality has always been good.

Honestly was never really a fan of pizza, but wow, their crust at PH, is delicious! The staff is very friendly and the pizzas are made well. Good amount of ingredients and well spread out.

Late delivery and the pizza is NEVER cut properly, just never. You d think it s difficult to properly cut a pizza? Doesn t take a rocket scientist to do that correctly. Please train your workers to do the simple task of selling us pizza slices at least cut.

Average pizza, exactly what you would find at a regular chain pizza place. The food arrives fast when doing take out. On site there is rarely an issue finding a table. The service is okay, options exactly what you would expect to find. Save yourself the time and money and order somewhere else that s more authentic. **I will say though that they are LBGTQ+ friendly

I ordered a pizza for delivery but they called me to pick it up because they didn t have delivery guys . Once I arrived to the store, the guy there told me he wasn t supposed to give me the pizza. It was prepared, right in front of me, but he didn t give it to me. I asked him to cancel it so I could be fully refunded but he said he wasn t able. So I had to leave without a pizza and without a full refund. Bad service, no intention to offer customer service. Go somewhere else.

A delivery where the pizza explodes in the box. And the other delivery has the delivery man asking for a better drink when for an order of $36 there is $7 I think that pizza hut will have to pay better for the delivery man.

We made the first call at 5:35 p.m. to be told that she was leaving in 5 minutes. 6:10 p.m. 2nd call to be told that our order would leave the restaurant in 20-25 minutes. And that s not all! 7:00 p.m. the pizza arrives A REAL joke never order for delivery there and the mud service ..

One of the few good pizza spots in chateauguay, their quality of food has never failed me for more than 8years. If you re looking for a good pizza regardless of price, this is the spot. Staff is friendly as well they have an amazing staff at the front aswell :)

Saturday June 4, 2022; order online at 7:39 p.m. I arrive at 7:49 p.m., the screen indicates that it will be ready in 18 minutes (photo). At 8:05 p.m., it says Cooking 1 minute (photo). Then... nothing. 8:10 p.m., it says Cooking, but no more time (photo3)! 3 people before me. One starts to get angry, another lady went in and out 3 times to see if it was ready... I talk to the cashier, but nothing happens. Just excuses. I ask to speak to the manager. 2 minutes later he arrives as if I was disturbing him, and only apologies... But the best: We are in the Saturday evening rush. At 5:00 p.m. I say not. 6:00 p.m. either. But he never admitted that he was responsible 1 for the staffing, 2 for the bad estimation on the screen, 3 that it was not normal to take 36 minutes to make a pizza, and 4 he never apologized. Whose fault is it if the pizzas dont come out? It is exclusively the fault of the manager and franchisee. Nobody else. The excuses keep them to yourself and focus on 1 thing: That the customer leaves your restaurant happy. Neither the guy before me nor the woman before me were happy, and especially not me. I ask for the invoice for the survey he tells me: Its going to come back to me anyway... well I would have stayed longer to chat but after 36 minutes, my world is hungry, so I said: see you soon then . Take the survey and report your complaints to head office. No thanks, no excuse me, no nothing to make up for the delay. Zero customer service. Question: How do you react when your employees dont admit their wrongs and only come out with excuses? You dont like it, so why would I, the customer, want to hear from you? I want solutions, not excuses. Unacceptable.

Good pizza but the night I went the person I can only assume to be the manager seemed short tempered with the workers who are clearly just trying their best. A bit disheartening to see young people who are willing to work in often short staffed establishments be treated like that by a grown man.

Worst customer service ever. It s children who clearly run the restaurant. I never received my order, although the address is correct. I call and get hung up on several times. This is the last time I order here, clearly the worst pizza restaurant in Chateauguay.

Their pan pizza is really good and their boneless bites are amazing. They have good deals and you can order online and then go pick it up.

The pizza is okay; not really worth the price. I do like their chicken bites but when I got my package; it was crushed and a portion of the wings inside were damaged. I tried to explain this over the phone but the person on the other end was very much unhelpful. Bad service.

The price of 2 medium pizzas and some wings was really expensive even with one of their deals The medium pizza is small... so small it could barely feed 2 people. Lived in the area over 11 years... i will continue to buy from a local pizza company. Not worth the money.
