I went to get a pizza today at 7 pm and ordered a 4 topping pizza. When I got the order one of the topping was wrong so I went back and asked for the pizza with proper toppings. The person went back in the kitchen and looked upset(I don’t know wjay he was upset at us since he made the wrong pizza), he made loud clanking noises and rushed through the pizza. He gave us a pizza in 8 minutes where the vegetables were barely cooked, the pizza slices were cut in small and big shapes and it had barely any pizza sauce in it. Very disappointing behaviour and pizza. The cashier was a good guy and apologized at least.

I recently visited Pizza Pizza, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The food was incredibly tasty, with a perfect blend of flavors and fresh ingredients. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit.
The employees are amazing, very professional and sweet at the same time. Even during very busy times, they always do their best to make sure everyone gets their order in a timely manner. The food here is delicious as well. 10/10 would recommend

After being a devoted customer for many years, the staff made a mistake with my order. When I sent my son to notify them of the order, he was turned around because they claimed that the paper they received from their head office said otherwise. When I went back to ask about the error, I was told the same thing. It doesnt matter whether you are a new customer or a long time loyal customer, customer service is definitely not a priority here, but arguing with the customer is. Ive always found the food to be mediocre at best here, but the kids love it and the service would usually be adequate. Now, with such argumentative staff, I cant see much reason to go here over any other discount pizza place.

Really very very disappointed. The pizzas are small, we ordered all dressed with bacon and we received the pizza without mushrooms, without bacon, almost nothing on it except a few pieces of peppers. The sauce is not good. Additionally, there is a $3.50 delivery fee. I dont recommend it at all.
Very disappointed. Poor quality and taste. Soft dough. Almost no ingredients. Little cheese. Bland sauce. Machine malfunctioned upon delivery. Forced to pay cash. $4 delivery. $40 plus taxes for that, better buy the box at pizza hut for $10 more, taxes included! I dont recommend at all!

The calzone had no sauce and was full of oil, the fried cauliflower were undercooked and the side sauces did not taste good one of them was expired for a month. The service was very bad, the cashier was rude and refused to speak in French. I had to remind him to give me the sauces.

Very bad service (English only and unpleasant attitude), rotten pizza, uncooked, very few toppings...I will never return and I do not recommend it to anyone. For the owner: dont bother writing a standard response, the situation wont change anyway.

Its a big change for the worse!!!! I just asked for 2 xlarge thin crust pizzas, after 25 minutes of waiting when they arrived at my house, unedible pizza, what to do but throw it away . Staff works without gloves, little trim. NO COMMENT. I wont set foot in vs anymore

First of all, I ordered a pizza yesterday and my total was 72.69$ and I gave 100$ before I could even get my change the man RAN away with my money. Second the pizza isnt fresh the cheese is dry, and the vegetables arent the best. Third of all I called customer services and they said they were going to handle it its been 24hrs and I still havent gotten any feedback.

Quality has gone way down. Their new marinara is terrible. Their half moon cheesy bread is half the size it used to be and doesn t include the sauce as it used to. Only good thing left at this place is the poutine.
