I was welcomed with: “why haven’t you left a tip?” Asking this is just crazy for me💀 Only who deserves tips are delivery drivers or waiters. Food is nice but omg pay salary for you employees.
Worse service ever. After more than an hour of ordering one pizza, the delivery was rescheduled 4 times. Called the restaurant, Abdul did not care. Pizza came cold. Never ordering from them again.
I decided to try this place as my sister suggested it to me. I ordered the beef pizza with herbs and bbq whiskey drizzle sauce with the tao poutine. I realized only after getting home and tasting the pizza that it’s wrong. I called customer service and was transferred over 4x to speak to someone. The last person I spoke to apologized for the mistake and the inconvenience as I don’t live in chateauguay. She told me to go back to the location and my order would be corrected. I went back and brought the pizza just to be waiting in there over 10mins for the workers there to tell me they can’t correct my order or reimburse me, as the pizza been touch. Which is wasn’t what was told to me prior to me returning to the restaurant and wasting my time. I called back the customer service number and they pass me around yet again. Worse service ever and I would never return here or suggest here. How do you get an order wrong and don’t want to make it right? Pizza Hut and dominions would never!
Pizza is not bad. Onion ring are not eatble, soaked in oil.
EDIT#2: This is just getting better with them asking me to accept a promo code instead of the reimbursement they promised 2 weeks ago. Like I would ever buy from them ever again. Or they asked me to provide them with a cheque to get my money, what the heck is that!? EDIT: Talking with customer service didn't yield anything so don't even bother. Removed a star and would love to make it 0 stars instead. ORIGINAL: Food is good but service absolutely horrible. Ordered once and had to wait over 2 and a half hours for delivery. Called twice customer service and was just told to wait, it was coming in 15 minutes. Another time I ordered in advance for a scheduled time. Arrived 45 minutes late, missing one of the two pizza and what was delivered was stone cold. Delivery guy said he was going to the restaurant to check on it, never had any feedback regarding this and still missing a whole pizza.
I’ve had 2 bad experiences with this Salvatore in Chateauguay. 1) We ordered an extra large stuff crust pizza for pick up a while back and the whole crust was more on the burnt side and was also super soft (no little crunch to it at all). I’ve had the stuff crust pizza from this same Salvatore in small and medium sizes in the past and those came out good. However this extra large one was terrible. 2) I just bought a giant cookie from there yesterday and was so disappointed. It wasn’t burnt on too but it was burnt on the bottom and was overcooked since it was so dry inside. It’s also very overpriced. I went on the Pizza Hut and Subway website afterwards just to compare and saw that the giant Pizza hut cookie is $7.99+tax and the new foot long cookie at Subway is $6.00+tax. This one at Salvatore is $10.49+tax! I don’t plan on buying anything else from Salvatore again after these 2 bad experiences in a row.
I had previously given them high marks but of late I’ve been having major issues with delivery. In april I placed an order for a poutine with popcorn chicken. First arrived no sauce no chicken and the bottle of soda was missing, called the store and the manager said I got my soda and don’t lie… When the delivery person spoke to her and said he forgot she laughed. They eventually semt two more poutines and none were right. Fast forward to tonight I placed an order at 928 it is now 1051 and there is no sign of the order. I was a regular but sadly no more

Vegetarian options: no specific comment but, yes there are veggie pizzas Parking: Parking is near the entrance to the restaurant with more spaces because it is located in the shopping center parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is near the restaurant entrance with a good ramp and accessible door controls

I had a hair in my pizza (this can happen) however they came to pick up the pizza in question and never returned anything and no refund or compensation.. after 5 days the manager has no time to talk to me and no return call very ordinary for me its over Salvatore

I ordered a Salvatoré pizza with ranch sauce and a medium Buffalo poutine with pigtail fries. I received spicy mayo sauce and Buffalo poutine. Strangely I am no longer able to see all the details of my orders like before, just the main items without the specifics and no prices. I am delivered a poutine with regular fries even though I know very well that I chose the fries option in search of pork, having forgotten once and not having liked the regular fries. The person on the line tells me to wait a moment, then hangs up. I call back, explain again, to be told that I have to pay for a new order and that there is no other solution and that the system is not lying (nice comment implying that I do!). Last time I ordered if nothing is done to resolve the situation.

Simply thieves! I ordered online and paid at the same time. They cant give me my 2L of liquor because they are all hot. I ask for a refund, he goes to his cash register and tells me that it will be refunded directly to my card. I never got the refund.

The food was good, but they removed an item from the order without notifying me or offering me anything else for the simple reason that I ordered close to closing (over an hour before they closed). They credited and removed my discount since the amount was no longer high enough without ever warning me of anything. Some salvatores have much better customer service.

October 21 I placed my order online at 4:43 p.m. to be ready between 5:03 p.m. & 5:18 p.m., I arrive at the branch at 5:25 p.m. and the application tells me that my order has been ready since 5:20 p.m. , when I arrive I am told that my order is going to be started it could take 15 minutes to make, the question I have for you, what is the point of doing everything to save time if at the end of the line I I wasted my time and what does I know who waited order 45 by the way if you doubt
The worst pizza Ive ever eaten, it was the first and last time. Wrong on my pizza and I saw it returned to my house. The young man who took my order, didnt understand my order, although it was simple, I wanted a thick dough, I went to the mime so that he would understand, a little more I took out a sheet and I made him a drawing. When I saw that he didnt understand what I wanted, I almost left and I should have done that!

To the attention of Customer Service, Subject: Complaint regarding undelivered order and unsatisfactory service Madam, Sir, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction following a recent ordering experience at Salvatore Pizza. On June 7, 2024 at 10:32 a.m. I placed an order for delivery to my workplace between 12 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the order never arrived within the agreed time frame. Despite my calls to the delivery center to express my dissatisfaction and refuse to pay for an undelivered order, the delivery man arrived 30 minutes late minutes. I understand the unexpected, however, the lack of communication and failure to meet agreed deadlines is unacceptable. Also, much to my disappointment, the pizza delivered was not the one I had ordered. This shows a lack of professionalism and attention to detail on the part of your team. When I went to the branch to demand a refund, I was confronted with an unsatisfactory response from the manager, Ms. Andréa. His explanations about the lack of staff and the difficulties encountered in the morning in processing orders in no way justify such a level of service. I understand that businesses may encounter operational challenges, but as a loyal customer, I expect quality service and compliance with commitments made. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing and I am seriously questioning my loyalty to Salvatore Pizza. I am therefore requesting a full refund of my order, as well as compensation for the time and inconvenience caused. I hope you will take steps to improve your customer service and prevent other customers from experiencing the same problems in the future. I added two stars because since the last comment (see below) the delivery service has greatly improved. Now I order regularly. The pizza is excellent and the delivery is now fast. Thanks to the Pizza Salvatoré team. I ordered a pizza from Pizza Salvatoré for the first time via the online application. Delivery took almost an hour. Food was delivered cold. Pizza Salvatoré competitors manage to deliver hot pizza, even in winter.

I order at 5:30 p.m. saying that I want to receive my order at 7:15 p.m.... relatively early. At 7:15 p.m. I am on the live tracking and it shows me a scooter which should be in the light in front of my house. I look out and see it. It continues straight.... 20m later still not here and the estimated delivery time increases every minute. Where is he? What is he doing? Do I still exist for him? Finished Salvatore it was the same deal last time. In addition, the tracking book is now not available, thats going well.... Update: I called the restaurant to find out why it was 30 minutes after my order time when I saw the delivery man through the window. He wanted to make other deliveries first. Cibole was literally at my house, he just had to park and give me my stock.... PS yes Im a little bored these days

Sorry in advance for the novel, but I cannot explain our experience with this restaurant in a more abbreviated way. Order: Buffalo chicken wings and poutine and beverage. The order arrives: no drink, no chicken or shallots for the poutine, not to mention that it is cold with barely any cheese. 6:19 p.m.: call for the complaint. They cant just bring us the chicken, they offer us another poutine. Drink on the way. 7:45 p.m. (!!!): arrival of poutine #2, no beverage, NO CHICKEN (well done at least we have the shallots) 7:50 p.m.: complaint #2. We talk to the manager herself and OFFER US A 3rd POUTINE that she will make with her own hands. We refuse, waste of food and we are hungry. She doesnt believe us about the drink, insists that we got it as the delivery guy arrives at the restaurant to say that its in his car. We insist on having the drink, she insists on a 3rd poutine. We offer restaurant credit only, which we cannot apply to any deliveries. 8:08 p.m.: arrival of the delivery man for the drink. He comes to the door with his Thermos bag for pizza, opens it and says: oh no, it s true, it s for the liquor, it s still in my tank! And we had to wait once again while he made his way back to his car. I dont think I need to explain to you how our meal was ruined and how negative our esteem for Salvatore Châteauguay is. We also noticed in the evening that we never received our ranch sauce for the wings. Too bad we cant take back the tip either.

I ordered 3 pizzas, a 2L then a fries, the delivery man arrived 2 hours later with just the two pizzas. They lack staff, I have 7 of my friends who have experience in restaurants with GOOD REFERENCES and they do nothing, its stupidity. Dont go there if you want good service and hot meals, go elsewhere.
