Good size plates, delicious food, fast service.

We were a hockey team that included 26 people. We were received like kings by John and his team. Organizing this meal was very simple. As soon as we arrived, meals were served all at the same time. Food was A1. Once again, thanks to John and his team.

Were going for a birthday, so in the basement room. Very nice staff, nice atmosphere.

First time Im here at the Greek house. Tiny portion for me, inadequate steak. In fact, Ive never had a steak like this and so small. 2 small balls of rice. It does not correspond to the name Greek casa. I came out hungry which never happens at this chain and it was not good I do not recommend this establishment. The restaurant is really not at its best

The food (Caesar salad) was soggy with really too much dressing...and take note that its with anchovies...nothing that indicated it in the menu...the grilled chicken didnt taste good, like a taste of soap.. in life I am not someone who complains or is difficult but for me nothing compares to the Greek casa in the city of Lasalle... frankly better!!!

I am writing to you to express my disappointment with my last visit to your establishment. Firstly, there was a considerable delay in opening the bottle of wine I had brought, which took over 30 minutes. Additionally, I was not served a glass of water, and I had to make two requests before receiving one. The service was extremely slow, and I had to wait 2.5 hours before receiving my plate, which I finally took with me. Given the high price of the meal (over $150, for two), I expected much better service. Thank you for taking my comments into account to improve your customers experience.

We passed yesterday on 02/24/2024 and are very, very disappointed. I received a cold plate of cold Greek casa steak + cold butterflied shrimp. Fried squid with chili sauce diluted with lots of ketchup. There were 4 of us, we received 2 glasses of water only no refilling of the utensils which we had to take from other tables because no one came to see us. The waitress herself came to bring us our plates but did not come back to see us afterwards or even to ask us if everything was to our liking. When the time came to pay I gave my comments on the situation and she reduced my bill but nothing more. I didnt tip for the first time usually we go to old Duluth in Vaudreuil Dorion but we wanted to try a restaurant near the house it was a first and a last for us.

We booked for a group on this beautiful evening of December 30th. The food was good and arrived at the same time for everyone (this is not always easy with large groups). I would like to highlight the absolutely flawless service of Jean-Benoit (I hope I didnt get his name wrong). He was there for our group, in a good mood, foreseeing (he almost anticipated our needs before us). He was even attentive and patient with the children. I have eaten in great restaurants with worse service than what he gave us tonight. I hope this comment resonates with your team and him in particular! In a world where negativity is everywhere, I find it important to recognize and highlight the excellent work of employees! :) ** The bathrooms could do with a little refreshing, luckily we dont spend the evening there! **

Cooking of the steaks was not perfect, but the chicken perfect and juicy. Perfect place to book groups, even during the holiday season. I will definitely go back.

The food is very good and the prices are very reasonable. Ideal for group or family meals. When we arrived, however, we received the bread without the butter and there were not enough small plates for everyone. The butter finally arrived afterwards. The service was still good despite everything. The number of parking spaces is clearly insufficient for the capacity of the establishment. We had to park nearby where there were closed businesses.

This one is hard to rate as it has two ways of service Upstairs, the food is good, service acceptable Downstairs as a banquet hall, the food is mediocre at best, service is slow and tends to forget plates Food : 3/5

The food was decent, but the experience was not. I dont know what genius decided to sit a table of 9 next to a group of at least 40 people. It was loud, obnoxious, cramped, kept getting bumped into, and couldnt hear myself think. Also, I get that the restaurant wants to cram as many bodies as possible into the space, but when you combine tables and expect to fit 3 people across 2 tables that normally seat 2 people, its going to be cramped. Couldnt even lift my elbows to eat and my plate was seesawing back and forth between the two tables where I sat.

With reservation, we waited with several people in the entrance without anyone talking to us or looking at us for at least 15 to 20 minutes.

Food not that good for the price

Fast service. On the other hand, for the food... I find it quite expensive for the quality. The meat was good, but the shrimp a little overcooked, the bacon not cooked at all around the filet mignon. My daughters pizza was too soft to eat with her hands. $25 for a large starter of calamari, not so big, with a marinara sauce that tastes identical to Heinz chili sauce. Im not picky and rarely complain, but this is the first time Ive been to Casa Grec in Châteauguay and Im quite disappointed with the quality of the food and the expensive price I think. :(

Charge $20 more per person for a group room, a real scam, dont worry!

Warm greeting, thoughtful seating made a pleasant evening.

Arrival at 6 p.m. and the waiter came to see us for the first time at 7:20 p.m. to open the wine bottles! The service was really too long but the meal was really good! Dont be in a hurry.

We rented their room in the basement for my good friends shower! They only asked for a $200 deposit which they gave us the day of the shower. Our guests were able to enjoy a table dhôte with several main meal choices, ranging from $30 to $50, depending on the time of plate. Tips included. The children had a choice of two meals. It was really good. The room is very large, the children were able to run around all afternoon. The service was A1! I definitely recommend for your family parties!

Unfortunately very bad group experiences. Very good service but they are very kind and understanding. Cold food, tasteless, very disappointing. There were 16 of us packed like sardines in a small corner. The toilets were dirty and very small. I still understand that its not easy to host a group.

Very very disappointed asked for 2 plates of filet mignon only received one obliged to hear the other plate I ate alone my partner had to wait and took a very long time before having it and took away another plate not requested. a bill for $160 while it was supposed to cost me around 100 the server was very nice but had a hard time understanding the order. they could have given me a credit for nothing

The service sat June 10 was terrible. Went at 8 pm with friends for dinner. Sat in between two groups of 50 people. It was so nosie that we could hear each other talk. The service was terrible the waitress forgot about us. Never passed by to give refills of water, never asked if we wanted a soft drink or tea or coffee. Never even asked if we wanted dessert. Gave a tip being kind but truthfully they should of got a tip. Even with a 25 off card came to 60$. No drinks. When friends asked for a coffee the machine was closed,went downstairs to another hall to get the coffee they were not using. Laughter as my friend is a slow eater and didnt finish there meal.

Very disappointed, we had to wait more than 15 minutes before getting a glass of water, the waiter did not know that we were assigned to him. He had a group of 35 people just for him, so another waiter came to bring us our plates, we had to go to the cash register to get our bill, I know hes short staffed, but maybe not assigned a group of 35 people to one person

We had booked more than 3 months for my brother-in-laws 50th birthday, but we had the impression that it was as if we had arrived at the last minute and at the last minute as the lack of preparation was so obvious!The service left to be desired. My mother had to wait almost 2 hours for a soft drink in addition to having to remind the waitress 3 times during this time to bring said soft drink!!! But perhaps it was not necessarily the fault of the waitress but rather that of the owner(s) who is (or who are not) foresighted or wise enough to have enough staff to serve a reservation of 30 people without counting the other customers present at the restaurant... But no matter, the speed of execution leaves much to be desired and that is an understatement...

We had a calamari starter which was supposed to come with a marinara sauce which was actually a ramekin filled with ketchup. I asked for marinara sauce when the waiter came back with our plates 30 minutes later and then told me he didnt have any and offered to heat up some tomato sauce. He never came back with the tomato sauce. The rest of the food was good.

I m not usually the type to complain, but when I told John the Caesar salad was waaaaaay to fishy, he replied he « couldn t do anything about it ». So I paid my disgusting salad anyway, even tho I didn t eat more than a bite. Clearly there was a lack in customer service, and my opinion wasn t even considered. I m used to anchovy in my Caesar salad, I mean it s in there usually but it was the only thing I could taste. The server didn t even ask if my food was ok, she couldn t care less. Also, my friends chicken was still chewy and pink. I wouldn t recommand.

Very unpleasant experience given the too many people crowded on top of each other... it seems like they increased their capacity to 200% to make up for their losses from the closures. If you are still nervous about COVID and distancing, forget Casa Grecque Otherwise the food was good but the service was slow given the overwork of the waiters

Enjoyed a great meal. Love the shrimps and the steak casa. What to say about the staff, simply amazing. The manager Junior came by our table and we enjoyed a few laughs. Ill definitely be going back.

Waiter was very nice. However the food is not worth the price. Calamari was overcooked and tasted like a shoe covered in oil and the sauce they gave us tasted like heinz ketchup. The Salmon and shrimp were bland and had no flavor, the rice that it came with was good. The chicken parmesan is a piece of grilled chicken (Not fried, although they do mention this on their menu) with overcooked spaghetti, drowned in this very sweet tomato sauce and mozzerella cheese without any parmesan cheese, which is really not what a chicken parmesan is. With all that said, Im sure there are people that like the food, but its not for us.

I recommend Casa Grecque Chateauguay. The food is flavorful and great tasting. Staff are friendly. Great customer service. There is a party room for large groups. Parking: A lot of parking available. Kid-friendliness: All the children enjoyed their kid meal.

I ordered a starter of snails with garlic gratin, I received shrimp gratinated and drowned in overcooked garlic butter, chefs salad, excellent. Butterfly shrimp cooked to perfection but very salty, perfect filet mignon but the pepper sauce very bland. Tasteless rice with a piece of chili and a piece of onion. The cheesecake, sublime. The waiter John gives very good service.

I suggest you do a few things about your bathrooms! The nauseating smell is really disgusting when you rent the reception room.

With the right company, any place can turn quite magical. So it is with the Casa Grecque.

Very disappointed with the presentation and quality of the meal served to us this evening. Potatoes reheated for too long, ordinary presentation and shrimp starter completely different from what is on the menu. I have to say this is one place I simply love going. The food is always fantastic. The soups are delicious, warm bread served to your table and you can bring your own wine. They have a special for 2 for 22.00 certain days of the week as well and its really nice inside. A gorgeous place to sit and chat with someone or a group. I am always happy at this restaurant and if you like desserts I strongly recommend the cheesecake. it is simply divine!!
