How can people eat this GARBAGE. Must be a French thing, no taste.Chicken tastes like it's a week old. HORRIBLE. NEVER WILL I SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN.
Food and service is very good! To me; They are the best asian restaurant in the area. The only reason why I gave them a 4 in the atmosphere is the place needs more lights inside. Everything else is awesome.
This is an excellent restaurant for the price. The food is very good, as is the service, and you get to byow. The restaurant is very clean. We like to go there after a busy day of running around, when I just don't feel like cooking dinner.
this evening we ordered pick-up. Food was dreadful: the tofu General Tao: the tofu was old and dry and the sauce was thin, liquidy ,barely cooked. inedible. Also ordered mixed veggies which came out way ocercooked in a sauce overthickened with cornstarch. Fried sweet potatoes were simply french fries, not at all what was expected. We ordered beef with ginger and onions, it was the only part that actually tasted good. Never again!
I used to order here all the time but now not anymore. They cut the portions down alot and price is gone up. Food doesn't taste the same either. Too bad it used to be good.
Delishious food! My family and I love it here. The cozy atmosphere inside is lovely. Being vegan, I often have a hard time finding options in restaurants, but here I had no such proplem! My personal favorite combo is the tofu, rice and veggies. Yum! I definitely recommend!
The best! Everything is so good and fair priced, big fan of their bubble teas! They even have gluten free and vegan options which is a ++. There’s only one waitress and even if she’s alone the customer service is still amazing 10/10
Horrible customer service. They got my first order over the phone wrong; when I tried explaining the issue over the phone, the lady at the other end would not replace our meal, and told us we would be charged for an additional meal instead. She kept a rude and aggressive tone throughout the whole call and hung up the call while the situation was still unresolved. When we went to the store to get our refund, the lady kept a condescending and aggressive attitude, maintaining that we were in the wrong, despite them not getting our order right, nor explaining properly how their menu work. She effectively told us to shut up, and threatened to call the police. If you do not want to be treated poorly as a customer, I advise you to avoid going to this restaurant at all cost!
Warm and personalized service! Exquisite exotic food, and affordable prices $$. Always so tasty every time you visit. I love it and we still love it!

Great discovery in Châteauguay, a bring your wine with delicious dishes. The products were fresh, quality, with flavors and textures on point! And surprisingly, very affordable! Nice selection of teas and tasty soups. We added $5.25 to our meals and had soup and fried rolls as a starter and tea to accompany the meal. The restaurant has a pleasant decor, and the service despite our 2 young boys was pleasant and smiling. They made sure to tailor their kitchen for them. I highly recommend the restaurant :)
The food used to be good. But sometimes we order from here and it turns out to be too salty. Even the wonton soup was too salty.

Weve since discovered Zen Noodles (on dAnjou Blvd) and its waaaaay better in all respects: food, price, portion, service and atmosphere. OUR EXPERIENCE at Soup Et Nouilles: My mother (a polite and quiet senior woman) was there with several of her friends for a luncheon when she accidentally dropped her glass of water and it broke on the floor. The owner came out and started raising her voice at my mother demanding she pay for the broken glass - this nastiness took place in front of my mothers friends and other customers! My mother was stunned and caught off-guard and refused to pay based on the approach the owner took with her. The owner then threatened to call the police!! A funny story to repeat now - regardless, we dont give them anymore of our business. All for the best anyhow because we discovered Zen Noodles as a result. Thats Karma, baby! and its spelled Ha Ha Ha Ha!
Before the pandemic this place was our go to place for Chinese food; we ordered from here 2-3 times a month. We recently ordered from here during the pandemic and the quality has stayed the same, however the portion size has gone down drastically. We used to have leftovers for atleast another meals. Unfortunately that wasn t the case now. I understand that the pandemic has hit small businesses a lot but it s unfortunate that I don t think I ll order here again.
Friendly service. Fast delivery. Only complaint is that the portion sizes have gone down during the pandemic, which is understandable though. I order the salt and pepper squid every week.

Ordered from Soupe et Noodle a week ago.....We ordered 4 items from the menu...all were delicious and the portions were amazing..with leftovers and we were 3 persons ordering...We will definitely will order again soon..

Best iced Café Au Lait. Especially on a hot day. Hands down. Even my S.O. wont stop talking about it and he doesnt even drink coffee. Its that good.I have been there just once, but this café made a really good impression on me! The iced latte was really tasty, and I enjoyed the relaxed, casual atmosphere.

Very quaint restaurant, with excellent food. The General Tao is probably the best in Chateauguay. Have taken out meals several times and each time it seems better. Have eaten in the restaurant on occasions, and truly is a wonderful atmosphere and the meals are divine.

Farm No rating... Call beforehand so as not to be taken by a very unpleasant surprise when you take the time to come and have dinner at this restaurant and everything is closed everything is dark black and no note in the door

Rude! I called to place an order and I had a few questions and the lady was Condescending. It was like She was trying hard to make me not order. She kept arguing with me that the menu was clear... But my questions were not answered. The food is just overly sweet. Definitely dont recommend it.

My previous review from over a year ago was 4 stars. Unfortunately, yesterdays event knocked it down to 2! I placed a 50$ order for delivery as usual (sometimes more). Was told I could pay interact when asked- great! Delivery driver gets to my home 45mins later... low and behold.... interact machine is malfunctioning ._. I dont normally carry cash on me so I had to go out and pull cash from an atm (5$ fee incurred!). Driver was profusely apologetic and with me being so understanding I still provided him a tip. I called the restraunt to inform them of the malfunction- she proceeds to inform me that theyve been having problems since THE DAY BEFORE and were just banking on it working today!!! Needless to say I was livid seeing as I was guaranteed a service they already knew they couldnt provide! And on top of it all, there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience... Very disappointed as I have been a very loyal customer for many years, recommended them time and time again, spent oodles of my hard earned money, and you cant even offer to compt a portion of my meal as a means of retaining customers for future business? Im all about second chances but Zen Nouilles may have themselves a new long-time customer if Soup et Nouilles cant polish up their customer service skills. Get it together guys!
