Shame on Mr Lavoie. Shame of a franchisee. Very bad image for the brand. First time I order there was no red onions. Staff was very friendly. Second time I visit ? Today, October 29th. I ask for the promo, got told it's on the app only. I order on the app, it gets sent in. I'm then told there is no brisket. It's 7pm, why no brisket ? It seems there never is brisket! Then no spinach ? I'm not going to throw a tantrum at the store because the one person to blame is not the very friendly guy... He's got nothing to do with this. It's the owner/franchisee Mr Lavoie. It's his job to make sure the brand looks good and professional by having his restaurant FULLY STOCKED. Nobody else ! Happened more than once ! Franchisee should never want to be passive partners they need to be involved hands on concerning their business. I didn't get the employee name but he was so nice kind yet helpless. I guess Anjou is the best franchise in the city... I doubt I'll go a third time, but if I do, I'll make sure to update my review. What a shame, I don't care for excuses I want results because lacking food in any restaurant seriously impacts negatively my experience. Spinach being expensive and included, I can't help but think it was not a coincidence. So basically I paid for the most expensive sandwich available and it's missing a sale and giving the branch a bad rep. That's a lose-lose situation for both me and the brand. Can't recommend. 1/10 because of the staff that was the same guy saying they had no red onions. He's a gem for dealing with such irresponsible owner.

The girl serving me had such a mad face, barely put anything in the sandwich and then did the cash (with her plastic gloves on) did not change the gloves and went on to serve another person with the same dirty gloves. gross
Ordered online for pickup and they called to say they’d run out of the meat I requested. The man said he’d have to cancel my order. No offer of a swap, just a cancellation. I requested to simply swap the unavailable meat for another meat and I asked for the same bread/cheese/sauces, and to add a few extra vegetables that fit the sub better than my first unavailable option. No insane requests, just common sense. After picking it up, I see that there’s no sauces, none of the vegetables and it’s on a cold, untoasted bun. This is the second time (I’ve only been to this store twice) that it’s been stone cold. Obviously they aren’t bothering to toast the online orders because they’re too lazy. The complete disregard and laziness was so disappointing. Definitely will never be going back here.

The service was good, but the variety of products was poor, many ingredients were missing and therefore the choices were limited. Also, I found a hair in my sandwich.
The poor employees who were experiencing discomfort because several foods were missing did not have salt, pepper and a fork. Reading the comments, it is clear that the owner is doing nothing to improve his restaurant, a likely sign that he doesnt care.

Me and my boyfriend were on the road and we were hungry so we stopped to eat. When I arrived I asked for cheese steak and the waiter told me the steak was frozen. Ive never seen anyone answer me that. He gave me no options so we left and I will never go back.

Although I understand the lack of staff everywhere, I was served by someone who had a lot of difficulty in French. He barely understood me, and I understood him poorly. I wanted a salad, it took a good 2 minutes to look for the salad bowls at an extremely slow pace. He tells me hes out of salad bowls. Ok. Ill have a wrap. The meat counter was almost empty. The sauces too. The vegetables seemed dry. 4 biscuits in the display. I remember this Subway once had fast, hardworking employees. This is no longer the case...

Friendly staff, I may have made a friend from a tropical Island . Delicious fresh subs as usual, Vegetarian options: Theyve got alot of veggies yum. Dietary restrictions: A wide selection of suns and soups with many or few toppings as you please. Parking: In front of Subway, about 6-7 spots. Not bad. Kid-friendliness: Yes, reachable tables to dine at, also they provide a healthier selection of dining out food, which in turn contributes to your childrens overall future healthy eating habits and wellness. Wheelchair accessibility: Fist floor and always someone at the door.

Subway next to carnival theater shows a price of 3.60$ when turning your sandwich into a trio (cookies and fountain drink) up on their pannels above the cash. When looking at my bill, I got charged a total of 9.06$ for 2 trios which is 4.53$ each trio (plus tax) . After analysing my bill, I told the cashier about her charging me more than announced on their board and her answer was that the board was not the right price and if I wasnt happy then I should call the owner. I left the owner a message and have yet to get a call back.
The Prices on everything inside the restaurant are FALSE. The employees purposely charge you individual items instead of trios so that it costs more. The employees are RUDE the moment you step into the place. HARD PASS. Save your money. and the owner doesn t care to respond to messages.

We are a couple, I speak both languages but my partner only english. When my partner spoke to the staff in english they only would answer in french. They spoke english to him when it was the time to give a tip. So I realized that they do speak english, but only at tip time!! Staff acted like they really didnt want to be there. Wont go back very disappointed in their service.

As of August 18, 2022 at 5:30 a.m., I am giving one star and even that it deserves a 0!!! I am ashamed for you to have two employees...there are not even words to describe their incompetence. They deserve a referral. She started by showing me a hard loaf, telling me to touch it with a big smile and laughing as if her life depended on it, then she took out two 12 loaves without even asking us what we wanted. She toasted my bread without me even asking her.. then she told us there was no more salad when the bole was full She didnt ask me for the sauce I wanted, she closed my bread thank you good evening. the cleanliness of the place... unsanitary it doesnt even make any sense. It disgusts me I will NEVER return I SAID NEVER TO THIS RESTAURANT. ITS REALLY SHAMEFUL FOR A CUSTOMER TO BE TREATED THIS KIND BY YOUR EMPLOYEES.

I went today to subway at saint jean Baptiste at 8:30pm and a guy just entered before me and he wanted teriyaki sandwich, so she put in his 12 po a three full scoops which is the double of what I usually get in my sandwich and a kettle bit left in her bucket, so I asked her if this would be enough for me, she said that she might have some more in the back. She continued with the guy preparing his order very slowly because she was busy talking to him he turned out to be her friend and I took more than 15 min to finish with him. After long waiting she told that she has no more teriyakia. Very disrespectful and the worst service

This is the better Subways joint in town. Staff always changes but the place is clean and wait times are usually not as bad here. The reason Im not giving Subways in general a perfect score is because they are raising their prices to rediculous levels. It used to be that youd get a footlong for 5$. Now its 10! And a normal sub, chip and drink will run you 16+$. I know they couldnt sustain the 5$ footlong any more. And they changed their business model... Still, I miss when they were at their prime.

Bread dry and not fresh, I asked for the new pizza sub and I got the old pizza sub. The biscuit piece of chocolate was hard and tasted stale, the liquor tasted more like sweet sparkling water than pepsi .There were 3 people working and the store was dirty. I dont usually go back to Subway anymore.

My daughter loves it..
I was the first customer at the opening and the place was messy. The prep counter hadnt been cleaned since at least the day before. The food in the containers was mixed together, the bread was no longer very fresh and the counter was full of crumbs and other residue. All the tables had not been wiped down well as well as the counter with the liquor machine. Ditto for the floor, very poorly washed. In this time of Covid, it is certain that the hygiene rules are not respected and even less the basic health rules of the MAPAQ!!

The employee (in training) takes my bread to smell it to see if it is fresh... and then scratches her face and does not change her glove (at my request, since she is about to serve me my vegetables with the same hand) only to have me respond: by the way, my face is clean... quite ordinary and completely a total lack of respect for the customers...and this is the result of my sandwich.

Very clean and polite, and fast. Ordered 2 meatball 12 inch subs loaded with flavour and dont count the calories but we both enjoyed them to the fullest. After work order and in and out in about 10 minutes so was still pleasantly hot on our dining room table.

I was overcharged on the kids menu. When I pointed out the price discrepancy on the receipt compared to the the price displayed on the board the cashier told me thats what the computer charges so she cant do anything.
