It was very dirty and unsanitary in there it had meat pieces in the cheese container mixed with the cheese
I call this place if they have veggies patty. They said yes. When I went there, one guy says yes but another guy says no. They discuss inside. Afterthat they make the decision they don't have. It happen several times. The owner should really investigate this situation. Today 18th August time 5h15pm. They always do like that. I really like this but these kind of person who work there don't need at all.
Staff was grumpy and borderline rude . One of them was moody and made my sandwich all soggy , he couldn’t even strain the olives and pickles and got the juices all over my sandwich. Would not recommend this location !

Had the Steak and Cheese 12" sub combo, with Chicken Noodle soup and lemonade fountain drink. Great as usual.
The place lacks cleanliness. All ingredients were mixing at the edges. The lettuce and tomatoes looked old / faded colors. Some of the meat looked either dehydrated or just plain not good. I wanted to get a steak subway but decided on a veggie subway to not get food poisoning. I had to stop eating halfway through my subway because everything was so squishy. I just hope I don't get food poisoning.
Probably the worst Subway location I’ve been too. I totally blame management because I really believe the employees are making due with what they have. They were missing items and the quality of the food is subpar compared to other locations. At times there’s only one employee serving a huge line of people while you can hear another employee in the back room. Customer service would definitely dictate to get out and help your colleague but I guess it’s a lack of training that is doing this location in. Staff shortage should not equal bad food and service. Head office needs to come in and do a clean up……..fast.
This particular subway always looks dirty when you arrive at the counter to order. Food all over the place. This isn't the first time I've complained to the store. They simply don't care. I mean how hard is it to make a damn sandwich. I see 3 years later and nothing has changed. Great management. Give me a month and this subway would be serving the best sandwiches. April 2024 and guess what? Ordered a steak and cheese and I stood in front of the employee while he broke up the frozen meat ball and then proceeded to fix my sandwich. I had my sandwich toasted. (Guess those who don't get it toasted get to suck on frozen meat). Sat down and yes the meat was cold. Toasted for 20 secs would do nothing. Why would there be frozen meat presented to a client. Crazy. It's certainly obvious that the owner doesn't care about the clientele or the community when you serve people this way. IT'S A SANDWICH

Worst Subway in the area honestly. The day team has no idea how to manage their priorities. On a Monday lunchtime, more than 10 people online and instead of managing the rush in person and getting us through, he prioritizes their deliveries. Which I can understand, but not when its a Monday in the middle of dinner time. I waited more than 25 minutes to finally leave since I had no time left for dinner. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that I have had a similar experience at this branch and it is almost always like this. Whether it is the slowness of the service or the employees bad language among themselves or towards customers, they have no professionalism. I honestly boycott this branch after several times telling me to give them a chance, today was the last chance I gave them. If you have time to waste in a FAST food place, this is the right place for you. If youre in a hurry, going elsewhere isnt even worth it.

Dirty restaurant
Ive been to Subway 5 times this week and each time Ive been really pleased. The employees are courteous and prompt, the food is always good and the place is very clean, considering the high turnover during dinner. I dont understand where the bad comments come from. Bravo for good management!
The place was OK because the service with the staff was good! however, the food looked pretty old and it was very cold in the restaurant. I know people are trying to save money but I can t imagine those poor employees in the back

Very bad service, very unpleasant employees, dirty tables and restaurant. I was shocked by the attitude of using the name ALICE which helped me to increase the time towards me so I just asked her to add an ingredient. I suggest making complaints like what I did to the official subway website (customer experience) so they can hopefully put an end to this situation which is something I have never seen before. I didnt eat the sandwich prepared by the Lady (her mother is ALICE) because it was really poorly made and it didnt taste good (poorly preserved food, avocado puree placed in an unclosed container exposed to the air...) Ill be crazy if I come back to this restaurant.

Floor and table not cleaned I was overwhelmed, defective toilet..... I have been to Subway a lot in my life and this was the worst. This is the truth that has been said.
For fountain drinks it s really cheap. You pay for the drink and it just tastes like water.
The staff over charged me and threw my receipt without asking me if I wanted it. It cost me 50$ for 2 sandwiches. The staff clearly steal money.

I actually (after forever) was craving Subway. Went there, waited more than 15 min (there was just one person in front of me) the kid making sandwiches (5 pm Sept 11) literally placing each turkey slice as if stepping on eggshells and then each cheese slice like the world will wait for him to end. I left. the other kid (bedazzled) just stood around looking at what was happening and lo-key lost.
It really takes a lot for me to come on here and write a negative review, with that being said this is the worse service and dirtiest subway ever. Hire new staff! The guy tonight was absolutely ridiculous 3 people before me told him how bad the service was. Food was awful as well.

I went to the Chateauguay Subway with a $30.00 email card and they tried scanning it and it wont work I suggested that they input the card number and they said they could. This is the second time I have tried to purchase food online and it did work!!

I came at 8 p.m. and the person who was working didnt come to serve me. I waited quite a long time and the door made enough noise for my arrival to be heard.
Asked for 2 subs with chicken teriyaki, dude slapped the chicken in the sandwich carelessly and when asked to actually spread the chicken out instead of leaving it all in the middle he simply poked 2 pieces as if it made a difference. We left without the subs and without paying, and the guy has the audacity to ask where were going? Im not about to pay damn near 30$ for 2 subs that I have to open up and re-make at home? Not the first time this place has terrible service laced with resentful attitude, but definitely the LAST time Im going here. If I could leave no stars I would because they honestly dont even deserve 1 star.

I myself worked in a Subway before and nothing is respected... if an agent came to make an assessment, the restaurant would surely be closed.. the tables are dirty, the staff experienced According to them, there is a serious lack of professionalism, talking about how they cant wait to leave in front of the customers and start shouting when they arrive inside the restaurant. The sandwiches are poorly made, the quantity is not respected, not to mention the safety of the food... there is a protocol for each food to be sure that it does not expire on the serving table... no drain for the marinated vegetables and everything soaks in its juice . Its getting ridiculous... we waited 32 minutes for a threesome when there were only three people in front of us. It is hopeless. An agent should come and take a look.
Dirty restaurant, bathroom there are no customers and instead of cleaning he talks on the phone and wastes his time in the back. Unable to understand a request to add meat its been painful. The other frozen meat sandwich is just as painful to make again. I talk to him and I was sure he was going to fall asleep in my face, no motivation. Speak so quietly I had to repeat it 4 times. Crime you work with clients force yourself a little. There was no manager. I want to believe in the lack of staff but there is no one to shake them up a little or something and show them how to work well...

Rubbish service!! Absolutely horrible!! Our sandwiches were prepared with absolutely no care. They were packaged without even closing the sandwiches properly! When we came home (literally after 2 minutes), all the dressings and the mayo were coming out and the sandwiches were absolutely a mess! I must say to the man who made our sandwiches....DONT COME TO WORK IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB! But we as a customer, deserve to be served better as we are PAYING to get this service! You are not doing any favour to us!

Im from Ontario, and they wouldnt allow me to eat here despite the fact that I showed my government issued proof of ID, which is allowed via the Vaccine laws. Said I needed to show my vaccine passport QR code, but only residents of Québec can physically have the qr code.

Owner Mr. Lavoie really mediocre. Turn off the air conditioning in extreme heat waves to save money. Intense heat in the restaurant. The employees really seem to be cooking in front of the ovens. We went to eat elsewhere because it was stuffy... too bad. Only reason why I give at least one star is that the employees do their job. Special mention to Chantal with her contagious smile and her good service :)

I went on February 23, 2017. I ordered a tuna hodgepodge salad and the employee made a mistake by putting chicken in it. The cashier immediately suggested that I make the salad from the beginning, in addition to changing the utensils. It was super nice of him and their service was impeccable despite this mistake. They are generous with their proportions. I definitely recommend it!!!

Out of the 5 times Ive stoped to eat here Ive had 5 different employees serving me and all of them where not very good and Ill explain why. Most of them were not able to speak English and even when speaking french they didnt know most of the names of their ingredients they served on there sandwiches. Bathrooms are not kept clean, theres still piss all over the floor in the mens room from a few days ago. Floors are a bit sticky to walk on. Credit cards; no Apple Pay or Android pay accepted an no tap feature Overall: food was fresh and decently put together. Employees are badly trained, floors arent as clean as they should and not all credit cards accepted.
