If you are a fan of ramen, avoid ordering it at this place. The ramen was really disappointing I would even say the worst I have eaten in a restaurant. The tonkotsu broth tasted nothing and lukewarm, the pork was full of fat and cold, the eggs were very well cooked and not runny and what about the pieces of lettuce in the ramen?! The noodles were good though. But everything else was extremely bland and far from worthy of calling it real ramen. Far from the rich and tasty taste of a good tonkotsu ramen. The poke my partner ordered was ok, but lots of sauce and very intense. The salmon was very good, but the mangoes and tuna were missing from his poké. My ramen was also missing my extra egg and I had to ask for it. Nothing to say about the freshness of the ingredients however. But this meal wasnt worth $42. Maybe their forte is sushi and that s what we should have ordered. I hope so anyways!

So disappOinted with the dragon eye they give it to me. It was burnt but they still send it to me. But atleast they manage not to burn the takoyaki.When you are hungry and didn t it well.

Poké bowls are always delicious! I have never been disappointed by them, however, I tried the takoyakis and they were the worst I have eaten in my entire life! Horrible and cold! The shrimp tempura was good.

Been here a few times, no smiles, just angry eyed employees (owners) who are robotic in their interaction. I spent almost 90 dollars on sushi and asked for 2 extra soy sauces then was obligated to pay an extra $ 1.75 for them. I try to support local places especially in tough times like the present but I ll be headed to Sushi Shop in the future.

So disappointed! I ordered for delivery. I received them without chopsticks without napkins a tiny bit of ginger that I can count on my fingers!! For the amount I paid its really disappointing!!

Been here twice in two weeks for lunch. Got the same thing both times. Salmon, tuna, avocado and edemame poke. I m a picky eater and loved it the first time. I loved it even more the second time today. I have ZERO complaints! Even the service is friendly! Come check it out for yourself.

This place makes the best Mango Fruit Tea, with litchi Jelly, at first I was a little iffy about this because I have never tried it. I m glad I did, their food was also amazing!!!! I would give this place 3 thumbs up and would have given 10 stars if I had the chance. I definitely recommend this place.

Their salmon pokebol is excellent. Compared to metro and IGA, the price is similar but it is much better at Sakae sushi. Generous portion with fairly quick service. I will return.

By far the best Sushi in Chateauguay and one of the best in the Montreal area!!! Sushi has been my favorite food for 11+ years now and have tried it in many different restaurants all over North America and without exaggerating I believe this small family restaurant in the Montreal suburb of Chateauguay is one of the best Ive had. Great roll selection, several unique creations, very generous portions and all for a very very reasonable price, cheapest in town. My favorite rolls: Spicy Scallop and Fantastique!

Awful service!!! Never order their Sushi! I ordered a tray of sushi on Skip and they wanted to charged me more than I payed. I refused to pay a hundred of dollars more so the workers started to be rude with me. Very unprofessional!!

The food was good, you have to be careful with the bill, the price doesnt match the menu and they will charge you for things you didnt order, be careful!

Awful experience at this restaurant. The food is low quality and the service is bad. I decided to try this place since the reviews werent so bad but now I understand that most of the people writing them are friends/family. What a waste of money and time, I wasnt impressed at all. Shouldve just ordered from Riziere dAsie like always, they can never deceive me! Was my first and definitely last time. Dont waste your time and money on those sushi, and as for the ramen lets not even talk about it !! Its not japanese specialty for nothing, they should have focused on Vietnamese food.

I ve eaten at Sakae Sushi MANY times and each time I was amazed at how detailed and deliciously amazing each sushi was. Not to mention the owners most definitely know how to maintain a BEAUTIFUL space for customers to enjoy their food! I recommend this restaurant to each and every sushi lover! YUM! I tried Sakae Sushi today and it was really fresh & delicious. The menu is FULL of options, including sushi, sashimi, ramen, poke bowls and appetizers; lots of vegetarian options as well. The prices are good, the restaurant is very clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff was friendly.

We tried this sushi for the first time yesterday. It was really good and prepared well. The presentation was nice and so was the staff. The location looks modern...we just went inside to pickup our takeout order. I am giving it 4 stars because the pricing is high. We order pretty much the same thing wherever we go for sushi with a few differences and the bill has never been more than $41 (usually closer to $36) with the tax for the 2 of us Yesterday it was over $51. For this cost we could have easily gone to the sushi buffet and had unlimited options. We would order again if they rethink their pricing.

These absolutely AMAZING people made me some allergy safe chicken sushi and I was able to try sushi for the first time and it was spectacular. Super nice people, awesome service, delicious food. My boyfriend loved the salmon poke bowl and it was beatifully made.
