I recently visited this establishment after a two year absence, and I am pleased to find that the service is still excellent and even better than it was. I dont know if they are new owners, but I was pleasantly surprised. Despite the rush hour, no waiting was necessary. The receptionist was very welcoming, and the sushi was even better than before. My order was prepared in less than 10 minutes. Well done to the whole team, I will definitely come back!

It s great to discover an exciting menu choice. I had the chicken karaage in bole; contains 10 pieces of boneless fried chicken and a ball of soft rice with slices of avocado, cucumber and carrots with a ponzu sauce but instead had the sesame sauce, its famous. This meal was absolutely delicious and healthier than McDonalds for the same price. Bon appetit. Parking: Several parking spaces

The sushi was good, but I was missing two kinds that I had paid for.

Love the volcano pokebowl, the vege bomb and the vancouver sushis they re always so tasty, get an extra ying yang (terryaki) sauce and sesame sauce on the side for extra dipping its so good

Friendly staff, quick order especially when taken online. She was ready on time. Quality ok. Prices a little high but its OK because the pleasure is there :)

they brought a wrong item. we asked to show us which item on our table was which one on the bill. then she realized it wasnt matching. I asked her to bring us the correct item.... we were nice and gave tip too. as soon as we stepped out before exiting, she told to her colleagues I really didnt like them loudly so we could hear. it was too disrespectful. it was their fault. we paid and received rudness.

Im surprised the rating is not higher. The quality of sushi is always spot on. Theyre very generous with the amount of sashimi and avocado. Rice is very good, staff are very polite.

I changed my rating as of late, I went there the other day, I placed my order by the app, which I paid by credit card When I got there; there was no sign of my order, so I retried 5 times and paid 5 times, I am sure my order cost me about 300$ and not the 50$

The meals are a good selection with somewhat larger portions, and very tasty on. I had the linguine Romero and the shrimp and scallops were very tasty and seemed to be fresh. The wine selection is not extensive but I just had the house wine and it was great. The prices are reasonable and the service is great.

Sooooo goood, a little costy but the food is amazing

So disappointed placed my order at 1:30pm on the website & received a confirmation for a 5:30pm pickup. When I went to the restaurant at 5:50pm I was told my order would take another 45mins to make. This is absolutely unacceptable & when I told them this they just dismissed the issue. I got a refund & they will never see me in their restaurant again...lost customer for good.

Made fresh on the spot

I have always had good service and very well prepared. The cooks have been there for a while. When the dining room is open its a pretty nice place and clean toilets. There are benches too.

I was pregnant (eating vegetarian sushi of course) and when I clarified that I was, they cleaned their work surface thoroughly so that my food was not in contact with raw fish. VERY appreciated as a gesture.

Worst sushi place...bad experiences repeatedly. Finished for me. Error in my orders. Sushi not fresh once. No more rice in the middle of rush hour. Often more than an hour of waiting. The straw that broke the camels back. I place an order online 3 hours in advance and when we show up on site we are left waiting for 30 minutes before telling us that our order was never prepared despite the fact that everything was already paid for and that we had to wait 1 hour for our order to be ready...its not normal. Im going to go eat sushi in another city. I strongly advise against the sushi shop in Chateauguay.

The absolute worst customer service at this location. No respect for clients time... always late when orders are for pick up...no apologies... they just act as if it is normal to be 30 to 45 minutes late... this isn t the first time this has happened to me with this location... we continue to go here as my son loves sushi and it is the only option.

I am a regular customer, sushi is always fresh and staff are very helpful and nice. Highly recommended! We usually order combo salmon lover and combo N and combo O and they are more than wow!! Talking about them again made me drool!
