Beautiful and has a nice intermate or family vibe. Iv seen families eat here and have a good time unfortunately my teens don't really eat Chinese so my partner and I go alone. The food is good most of the time but sometimes the inconsitances can ruin it especially if you like a certain spice kick. A couple of times it's been either too hot or bland. I personally don't use sauces to dip things like prawn toast or spring rolls but have had friends complain as dipping sauces aren't available to hand so food becomes too dry. The atmosphere is beautiful the staff are wonderful but the dinner prices are not exactly cheap but will concede that it is a lovely place for a dinner date. Most places in medway are casual dining so it is nice when you can find somewhere more grown up and relaxing.
Went in at lunchtime , friendly staff nice tasting food. Get money worth , had lunch time deal plus 2 extras soup and chicken balls
What a wonderful place! They were so kind to welcome our surprise party of 11 after our other dinner plans fell through - and we’re really glad they did now. Everything we ate was totally delicious and a bargain price. This is a real gem of a place and we hope to book again in the future!
We went to Rendezvous to celebrate a show our Daughter was in, arriving at 9.30pm on a Saturday night. We were made welcome when clearly the restaurant wasn't expecting anyone to come through their doors at such a late hour (and certainly not a family of four!) The food was delicious and service great, the price was reasonable comparted to other similar restaurants in the area. We'll look to come again when we're not in such a rush.
This is a great little spot in Chatham with some excellent choices on the menu. They have a great weekday lunch day menu which is very fairly priced and well portioned. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Chicken curry is my fave and I challenge anyone to find a better one. In an area filled with similar restaurants this one is a stand out for me.
Amazing staff and service every time I come here. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The menu offers a very wide variety of food, so there's always something new to try. Flavours are balanced and presentation is stunning. By far the best Chinese food in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Asian cuisine or is looking for somewhere new to try; they don't disappoint!
Absolutely appalled, made a pricey order of £70, the driver had been on the road with our food half an hour. Turns up at the door and the food has spilt in the bag. She literally runs away from the door and says she can't do anything about it. But before she leaves tells us she had two drop offs before ours one of which is 20 minutes out from our house! Rang Yoons and they completely shirk all responsibility and refer you to Uber. But I didn't spend £70 with Uber. The food is clearly poorly packaged and is in a complete state and cold on top of that. No responsibility from Yoons or Uber so you get terribly packaged, spilt, cold food and nowhere to go. Easy get out clause that the delivery is nothing to do with them. But surely they decide the amount of stops with their delivery partner and half an hour for delivery should be unacceptable. Surely they should have some responsibility towards the people they use to deliver food. The customer service is atrocious and the person on the phone proceeds to tell you to put it into perspective. I guess it's because they are not £70 down. Has anyone thought about the end customer spending money and getting complete c**p delivered. We visited here from the reviews here on Google, the staff helped us in as my wife uses a wheelchair, Firstly the drinks prices for a restaurant are very good indeed £3.50 for a single G n T is really good value. They offer both a normal menu and an all you can eat option too. We chose the normal menu as my wife would not eat the value of the all you can eat. The food came out nice and promptly and was very tasty indeed, what I liked is that it wasn't over seasoned. The older lady who I presume is the owner double checked that what we ordered was ok, which was a nice touch. All in all it was fine my only criticism is that the room that you ate in was too brightly lit for my taste and spoiled the atmosphere a bit.

I used to eat here once a week for years, the food quality has dropped not even a little, but it s very poor for a restaurant that was one of if not the best in the Medway towns by far. I understand prices increase but this is a lot for the quality, there is also a 10% service charge added to your bill so make sure you check your bill. Silly things like decor in the venue hasn t changed a lady on a table on a computer desktop not even laptop why your eating not a good look. We first asked for Thai prawn crackers these were stale so we just had usual crackers they were no problem. The smoked chicken as one of the best Iv had but last night I even had bits of bone and gristle. Seaweed no taste no seasoning crispy chill beef was soft and soggy, sweet and sour chicken sauce was very watery not what you expect. Again it s a big shame as this was a brilliant Chinese even with a Scottish man playing bagpipes back in the day, on a Saturday night there was no way you could get a table without booking but when quality drops so does service and customers
The food was perfect for an all you can eat and worth the money but I was charged £82 for a £63 meal and did not realise until I was home as I didn t have my glasses with me, I got 3 drinks and 2 all you can eat for adults and was charged either £20 more or the 25% fee for not finishing my food which would be ridiculous as I ate every single piece of food ordered. There was also two women next to us calling the owner several names and being racist and mocking her Chinese accent which made my Asian girlfriend who I was eating with extremely uncomfortable which dampened the mood.

Food was delicious but at £9.40 per portion of chow mein Id expect a decent portion. My order arrived and the smallest portion (box) arrived. To say I was disappointed is anunderstatement. Safe to say its unlikely Ill order again based on value for money.
Good food at great prices however the restaurant has had an off smell as soon as you enter and this has been the case for years, if they sorted this issue then I d a be regular.
We ve had deliveries from here and always loved it so thought we d go in and try what it s like inside. Friday afternoon and we were greeted at the door by a lovely lady who got a ramp and held the door open so I could get in using my wheelchair, no problem at all getting in and we were shown to a round table by the window which was perfect for me in my wheelchair . We opted for the all you can eat buffet which is great because it s all cooked fresh to order and hasn t been sitting under a heat. Lamb drying out. We had dry ribs, chicken and sweetcorn soup, crispy aromatic duck, chicken chow mien, Chinese chicken curry, chicken fried rice, Szechuan prawns and chicken in black bean sauce. It was all absolutely delicious, fantastic flavours and fresh but we didn t manage to eat it all because we both were in danger of slipping into a food coma The only downside was the toilet wasn t accessible but I expected that because I had checked google beforehand, wasn t a problem because my carer was able to discretely help me at the table. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be doing it again and again for as long as possible! Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp provided on request, tables are great for wheelchairs but no disabled toilet
I was lucky enough to eat here with my partner and her family. The Hong Kong style sweet and sour is among the best Ive ever had and every other dish was top notch. While we dont visit her family too often this is certainly going to be a place we suggest when asked where we want to eat when we visit.
Always my favourite, friendly customer service. I am a big fan of korean good, i got korean food without any compromising in the taste. I always order different every time as they won t disappoint me. Budget friendly and good portion of food. Highly recommending. A must try restaurant

I couldnt wait to go out for dinner, so I went to this restaurant today and ordered Pipa tofu, braised pork belly, and stir-fried cabbage sum. You must try the delicious Pipa tofu, braised pork belly, etc. Of course, you must order the dessert fried milk at the end It s so satisfying

I ordered a meal just for myself; Singapore Noodles & Special fried rice. Both were beautifully tasty & what I loved & it was a surprise was that the food was in cardboard containers not the plastic ones of old! Delivery time was excellent, not to quick. Been going here ever since I was in school. Good food, nice staff. One of the only truly nice places to eat in Chatham. They are also very respectful of dietary restrictions, if youre vegetarian and you would like something altered slightly to make it veggie friendly they will listen.

I deliver from this restaurant. Meals are always hot, straight from the stove to my delivery bag, to the customers. For those dining in, the atmosphere is superb. Nicely decorated, clean, wonderful staff.

Would not recommend... my great nephews 13th birthday meal group of 12 . Very slow service. Starters small portions in dribs & drabs portions missing. Mains I had a prawn curry it had 4 prawns in a couple of spoons of sauce the rice did not come out ..other peoples didnt turn up at all .. we complained but staff were just rude..we didnt feel like we had eaten much all left still hungry very disappointed . Will not be going back... NO WAY!!!!
The 4.3 rating doesnt make any sense. My egg fried rice was boiled rice with egg sprinkled on it. This place is absolute disgrace to Asian food DO NOT GO HERE
Avoid! Ordered through deliveroo, half of the order was missing on arrival. We rang the restaurant to complain and ask for the rest of the food to be delivered and they accused the driver of stealing the food instead of them not putting it in the order. Don t order unless you want half of your meal.

Got my order wrong and whats even worse is its highly likely cause of my food poisonning.
Food very disappointing, definitely not worth the price. We ordered some duck pancakes and the duck was clearly old and very dry, all but crispy. The ramen was very very bland and the laksa was clearly made with a ready mix that wasnt even dissolved properly - all the granules where at the bottom of the bowl. Dont really know how is possible it has good reviews, maybe weve just ordered the wrong food. But what would you order from an Asian restaurant of not ramen, laksa and duck? Anyway, would not order from this place again and would definitely not recommend.

Ordered takeaway from this place on 11/05 for vegetable with scallops. Not a single scallop found in the dish. Called them 5+ times and they did not pick up. All the other foods were very much mediocre.
I do not know how this is 4.3+ the food is not fresh and tastes clearly like it has been defrosted or is very poor, cheap quality. The staff are rude and overall it is cheap quality, which could potentially be a health risk. DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I think that is more worthy.

Looking for a nice Chinese restaurant and stumbled on Rendezvous at yoons. Unfortunately, they were not taking any reservations, only open for take out. My partner and I brought a ray of food. The starter costing £15 was nice but the rest was not up to our standards. The duck was very dry and the spare ribs were very fatty. The steamed king prawns cooked in garlic sauce tasted very bland not a Chinese restaurant well be using again
Simply the worst Chinese take away Ive ever tasted; expensive, dripping in fat, tasteless. Avoid. Only ordered from there as it was the only option available on a Tuesday. Dont make the same mistake.

Evening meal with family, first time visit for the wife & I, reasonably priced, ample portions, very good value, quiet midweek, probably busy at weekends, extensive car park just across the road, makes a change from Indian restaurants in our village, staff pleasant and attentive, we expect to return in the future.

Tasty food, not rushed between courses
We enjoyed their food, freshly fried it seems. However, their customer service was very disappointing. I felt they were bothered by us every time we ask questions or request, specially a waitress with a short hair were very rude, saying what do yu want, you need to wait as I am busy . I never treated so bad in any restaurants in my life. Lack of smile from them doesnt help. Therefore, I will never be their customer again, I am afraid.

Wonderful meal cooked fresh and delicious. Always find the main meal after soup, starters and duck pancakes to much to finish. I have never needed a pudding. Staff are welcoming, excellent hosts and charismatic. Always look forward to visiting with the family or just me and hubby. Well worth a visit.

Dont order from here food was stale and the containers that the food arrived in was damaged and torn so had to throw the food away as the owners refused to return and replace the food.
Honestly didnt enjoy it here at all. Me and my partner went here and had the all you can eat and was really disappointed. Staff was really slow and only had 3 people out on the floor on a busy Saturday night! Took 2 and a half hours to get to our dessert that we then walked out because we had enough with waiting for our dessert to take away! Also thought food wasnt very nice. Would definitely not come here again and will just stick with Spoons and Tangs!

I have been coming here for years and will continue to come here for years. The food is amazing, the quality is wonderful and everything comes out freshly cooked. The main menu served here is the all-you-can-eat menu, which is approximately 5 courses. The food is cooked for you based on what you pick, rather than being buffet style where it is left out for hours at a time and having little choice. If you would like a course again, just ask - you can repeatedly order the same dish if you would like. Move backwards or forwards in the menu. Order a starter with your mains - whatever you want! I really love this restaurant and cannot recommend it highly enough.

This is by far the worst Chinese I have ever had. The special fried rice was like glue and the prawns in it were dry and shrivelled up. The prawn crackers were stale. Ribs full of fat. When called to discuss this with them they were not interested at all and told me to call back later. So please do not order from here

Expectations not met at all. Be it the customer service or the food or the attitude towards the customer, everything was worst. When complained about the overly salty food they didnt even bother to say sorry and said thats how the food is supposed to taste like. There were so many mistakes but no realization of apology at all. Every staff needs to get proper training. They cannot be rude and show attitude towards the customer. Go somewhere else better.
