We ordered crepes and received sundae got the delivery guy before he left he wasnt interested , explained order was wrong and showed him delivery number was wrong also, he didnt even take the order back with him .tried calling creams 5 times and it goes to voice mail.

wow what can i say !! the older lady with blonde/grey hair is horrible !! the way she was talking to her staff was absolutely disgusting , just trying to enjoy a nice desert with my family and she s screaming and shouting at them. not sure what her job role is but if she s a manager or supervisor she should be sacked !

Had the best waffle and service ever experienced here today and I think the amazing difference in this place could be alot to do with the manager Andre being much more present on the shop floor. I had a great experience here; I got the strawberry and banana waffle & it was so filling and delicious :) There was a guy(Enzo) working there, who had such a beautiful smile and provided excellent customer service. I recommend always putting him front of house, because he s just so approachable and engaging. Great way to draw in passers-by. Hope he keeps it up :)

I am regular to Creams, and enjoy this place, especially sitting outside. I enjoy the delicious cookie dough and have tried the other flavored ice creams and sorbets. Thank you guys keep up the good work and looking forward to tying out the bubble tea soon :)

This is the best local creams in my opinion. Its a lot cleaner compared to the others in Medway and the staff are very friendly here. The food is also much better quality and tastes great and always comes out fresh and hot.

The ice cream came cold

very unpredictable quality here. have had milkshakes and cookie dough from here in the past and they have been okay but i ordered a bueno thickshake two nights ago and it was not a thickshake. it was not even a shake. £6.95?? with £3.25 delivery on ubereats?? over a tenner for some flavoured milk with some bueno bits in there. the dessert scene is greatly lacking in Chatham and there is a lot of scope for Creams to be excellent. unfortunately, next time i will opt for a piece of fruit in the fridge if i want something sweet after dinner.

The best place for ice cream. If I choose to eat an ice cream, I come to this place and I leave in London.

Ordered for delivery off deliveroo. Absolute joke spent almost £40 and what I got for my money would not of paid a £5er for. One waffle no strawberrys when I ordered strawberrys and hardly any chocolate. Other one 4 strawberrys an no chocolate and 2 cookie dough that are tiny. Completely shafting people. Never ordering from here again.

Always use creams. Last night we got a collection spent nearly £30. And when we got the food back home, one of the deserts wasn t what we asked, and the waffle had hardly no sauce and was so dry. absolutely disgusted in this. Tried ringing them since last night and this morning and there is no answer to complain about this. Creams Chatham always have problems with.

I like it here. Good prompt service, friendly enough staff, and larger portions than I expected. If you have a smaller stomach, go for the crepe base, not the waffle.

First visit recently and had a very nice Ice cream and thick shake of which both were good. Lots on the menu to choose from. The staff seem friendly and polite. The location is really nice too. I will be back soon.

It was very busy today as it was hot. The desserts were great but Ive knocked off a star because the waffle came first but the sundaes took another 15 minutes to arrive. I dont mind waiting but ideally it should all turn up around the same time when they do finally arrive

Was great food here, really enjoyed it. But shouldnt have to wait 10 minutes from the time my partner got her dessert till the time I received mine! As you can see from the second picture that my partner nearly finished hers and the ice-cream was melted before I even received mine. It was at 19:30pm so not like it was busy.

Hair in food , phoned them up asked to speak to the manager got told she was to busy to deal with my problem to then be told they was far to busy to replace my order or give me a refund!

Lovely food and friendly service but all the food came out in dribs and drabs which was annoying as we were all eating together but some of our diners had finished before wed got ours! We will still return however

the most expensive place for a not so good desert. £13 pounds delivery for a SLICE of cheese cake? Are you serious guys? Not even in the most posh place you will pay that much. My bf ordered a cheesecake for his birthday thinking it would be for a whole cake, but its only a slice of it which is not even that good for the price youre paying. Very disappointed and not ordering from it again. Absolutely rip off

Couldnt use the app that staff encouraged us to use. It didnt work until after 8pm and was not going to wait around for half an hour just to make their shift easier. Also got a free hair in my ice cream. Wont be going back.

So rude!....the old bag lady with the pony tail that served me and my family for my sons birthday was so abnoxios and dismissive....food was ok waffle was still semi raw. Not a nice experience. The rest of the staff behind the counter were polite enough. Never again

Fantastic! Such a wonderful experience took my friend and I back to our childhood. A bit pricey but such fun! We created our own waffle and toppings. We very highly recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth.

Outrageous service. Waited 40mins for our desserts. And then when it came the hot waffles came first then 15mins later followed by 2 slushies (which shouldnt have taken more than few mins to put in a cup) We all ended up eating at different times. When I went to enquire about the other orders the obnoxious staff Sasha said its impossible to bring out orders together, she said were like Nandos, you eat when the food is given and cant expect to eat as a family together. The ice cream scoops we got were like milkshakes as it was clearly sitting around there for a while before it was bought to us. The slushies were filled with such thick chunky ice bits that it didnt even come up the paper straws. So all that was coming out was sour shots of flavour. Absolutely nasty. All the staff said was they drink slushies everyday and cant expect any ice to come up as its the straws fault not theirs Well dont sell it then!!!!! I would NEVER return here. A formal complaint has been made. My birthday was ruined and just to add that was their service on a quiet Wednesday evening, God knows what the service would be like on a busy Friday night. Ridiculous!!!!!

Please shout about it for us they say (on the bottom of the receipt with poor capitalisation and word layout) You are encouraged to review so that a team member can be a be rewarded for great customer feedback... oh you might win an Amazon echo. that is putting customers first right? Although this is not the first time that we have visited this particular restaurant however it has been a few months meanwhile, it seems like standards are dropping especially that they doubled the size of the store a few years back. There are no tables that have been intended for wheelchair access. The usher* had to think where to seat one wheelchair imagine if there were more! After queuing to get in we had to wait for a table, On our last visit in the summer there were 3 power chairs within our party of 6 on that visit we sat outside. [*I can not call the floor staff waiters as you have to place your order at the till and there is no actual table service not even a call round to check on your table.] We were seated Torn and taped seating, scraggly dog eared taped main menus, and as for the new Savoury menu with such s that you need a microscope or at least your phone magnifier to read! The font size is mostly 1mm (about 3 point) and all the options repeated very poor layout! A simpler design would go along way. There are no large print menus or any other format. You are table ( ) - I thought I was a person not a table. You can clearly see that they do not care for the store and customers are not first. SERVICE is not customer driven. You the customer have to do the menial tasks of placing your order and fetching and cleaning your own cutlery. The staff, while not rude; many are abrupt and do not follow simple order instructions like an extra plate request. While this was not a big problem the person who brought our food presumably a runner could not understand English. After queuing to initially placing our order I was instructed to pickup my own cutlery. I went over to the station where it is only to find mismatched knives and forks that needed a wipe as they were not checked after the run through the dishwasher that was either probably shy on rinse aid or the dishes do not get a full cycle wash. As for the food... We had the same waffle we had on our last visit and although we think the prices have stayed the same the portion has been subjected to shrinkflation sorry to say I would rather have a decent sized waffle than the instagram worthy edible logo embossed into my food. Even if I had to pay a little extra. Big American style um... It is now far from it! The hot apple crumble clearly microwaved and soggy it was barely warm. The crumble [if you can call it that] was smooshed across the waffle. Although we requested the custard and cinnamon separate it was thick and gelatinous and certainly not the quality that could douse, drench or remotely flood the waffle cells let alone the plate. Ice-cream or cream were not even an option although it was served last time. Forget about calling a passing staff member and I was not going to queue to complain. Overall we were sorley disappointed. Update: about a year later and no improvement. Although we had a different waffle, a design your own. we were not impressed by the quantity of ingredients especially for the price paid. It would be interesting to see if there is consistency in the chain at another restaurant.

I asked the waitress if I could exchange it for a different item and was told that because of some random contamination policy, they wont be able to do that. What? So no new waffle, no refund. Waffles were undercooked. Visually it was obvious and I could instantly see as someone else cut into theirs that theirs were too. My partners was undercooked, he said mine were the most undercooked. Not too sure if this was due to staff training, lack of due diligence or the new millenium falcon style waffle iron that they used but hey ho. I doubt creams will be bothered by this review. Always enjoyed every previous visit to any of their branches where they have used the traditional iron, but the post lockdown service seems to have sunk the quality of this waffle house. Hopefully our visit was just a one off extremely poor performance for this restaurant.

Ordered 4 meals all turned up cold the portion size of the cheese cake wouldnt even be enough for a 2 year old and the apple crumble was also a very small portion 4 meals costing 37 pound with surcharge and delivery is disgusting certainly wont be ordering again wouldnt even give the service or food a 1 star

Portions ate rediculious small from pre covid. The oreos were stale, the cookie was flat like road kill. Triple treat was like triple disappeared served in a chipped dish. Fashon hot berry : Well lets just say fashionable the berrys never showed up. 2 strawberry slices 3 cherrys and 1 blackberry hardly a topping fit for a waffle. Wont be revisiting again! Waste of £30!!!

Not a great service! Apparently buy one get one free offer in place. However I got charged full price and order came up cold and of smaller portion than usual with elevated prices. I called creams and no one could care less. Not our problem cant be bothered attitude is all you get. Will never order
