Burger was really nice, I had the 12th street burger. Peri peri fries were ok. Churros were nice, I opted for caramel sauce for them but it was just syrup. The food was lovely

Probably the worst burgers we have ever ordered. Shakes however, were delicious. Chips and burgers were cold. Cheese had solidified. Looked like someone had sat on our burgers. All squashed and mangled. The burgers were flavourless, and just a pile of mess. Paid £60 and Macdonalds would have been better, and cheaper. Huge disappointment and regrettably will never order from here again.

I moved in recently and ordered a Milkshake and was mind blown it was so good. A month later had high hopes and ordered food but was quite disappointed the loaded fries were so salty from the hot sauce which I am sure was encona. Halloumi fries were good and the burger also quite salty but tasty. Not sure I'll order food again

Food was very mediocre. In my wife's burger, the lettuce tasted salty which was odd. My Philly cheese steak had mince for some reason, the menu says "prime beef chunks" which to me doesn't imply mince at all. I don't care if it was "steak" mince, that is not a Philly cheese STEAK is it.

Great burger and chips. So many different flavours you can choose with the wings.

Poor excuse of a fast food place. Been there multiple times and always the same. Staff don’t want to talk to you and they move with no speed to them at all. Why should you pay any money for this food when you’ll have to wait hours for it. Even if you wanted some fries it’ll be 30 minutes. Sort it out. Deliveries are cold too because every time you’re in there you’ll see a delivery driver waiting at least 30 minutes. Poor poor service

My family & I used to have 12th street burger as our go to takeaway.. it will never again get our money. The staff are extremely rude and lack simple manners. We went here 3 weeks ago place was very busy but we were happy to wait, this evening we walked in too a HALF empty restaurant and 2 delivery drivers. The staff took SO long to come outside that one delivery driver had to continuously ring the bell, after maybe 5 minutes a gentlemen comes out walks up to my partner who is reading a menu and goes “no orders being taken” as my partner goes to reply he starts a conversation with someone else. I’m not sure who he thinks he is to speak AT us instead of to us, yet as we walk out another family walk in. we went next door to Taco Bell & as we came out the same couple come out with food. I’m not sure if this man can’t handle the heat in a kitchen but he needs to learn some simple manners.

Reviews on take out app wasn't very good but thought I would give it a go as I wanted a milkshake with my meal. Hot was hot and decent portion. Burger was delicious. Had the buffalo loaded Fries which were nice but I will add for a bit if feedback as you got down they were a bit too salty. Milkshake as expected & good size. Overall nice take out & will order again.
