Order on the website didn't get confirmation for order so called the shop as the payment was pending in the bank was told the payment would not be processed but this morning the payment cleared in my bank guy said the website is not working properly but then how was able to order the website should have a warning
They don't know how to do their job, they are deaf and don't understand anything, and I would say one of them doesn't even understand English properly, he acts very important as if he were some kind of shop owner on the phone. I won't list what exactly happened, but they are rude, they lie and convince you of something you didn't even order. If you cant add simple chips on the system than whats it like on ubereats or just eat?
DO NOT EAT HERE!, ordered chicken wings, chips, and some other bits, Then chicken was bright pink, and chips were stone cold, it was like eating coal. Probably gonna get food poisoning if you eat here, DONT GO!! BAD HYGIENE!!
Will usually get your order wrong and even if it's correct it's cold

I just ordered wings and to my great disappointment - they were extremely soggy, leaky and gross. 🤢 regretted on wasting money.
I went in there today with my daughter to get food got home got half way through are meal to find the chicken was not cooked still very pink in side took it back to be told no its fine its the marinade on the chicken when other customer see the chicken they said it wasn't cooked I am pregnant so eating un cooked chicken is bad enough any way with out the harm it could cause I was very ill and my poor daughter had a very bad tummy I was offered a refund of 2.40 sorry luv but that's not good enough I will be taking this further and I made that clear the service is an absolute shambles stay clear if u don't want food poisoning
Absolutely disgusted with the service, food was ordered, they then decided to serve 2 big orders to other people instead of dealing with my small order that was just beans and a mini bucket. Very frustrating, I was waiting there for over 10 mins, people serving must be racist or something.

Fast service food was ok burgers in this place got small and price have jumped oast 24 months gone up atleast 2x to price and portion got smaller ie. Fries bags smaller burger less veg inside and chicken have been same as usually but price are up alot

Good value, food hot & this is why. THE BOSS RANDOMLY CHUCKS IN THE PREVIOUSLY COOKED(?? HOW LONG AGO?? ) CHICKEN, FROM HEATED RACK, BACK INTO THE FRYER JUST FOR A MINUTE OR SO. To warm it up and to make him look productive. Dunno how long theyve been doing it or how often. Thing is, I still go in there, so they could have done it already, but I just tell him it doesnt need any more crisping. I buy extra toilet paper just incase.
Food its reheated many times same goes with Fries its not fresh IT tastes like IT was Fried yesterday and microwaved day after

Chips where very nice, wouldnt recommend if you have no teeth tho, mind you Ive lost all of mine in the process of eating them, dont worry though I had some chicken which my dog thoroughly enjoyed, it was like chewing on a leather boot fresh from the river Medway, great value got a can of Pepsi to wash it down would recommend getting 2 cans

first of all i am a regular customer but my order today changed everything.i was very disappointed i felt conflicted, disgusted, discriminated and Undistinguished. The bun on the burger was frozen cold, the strips on the burger was solid hard i felt sick after eating. The person cooking it was so lazy and we waited 15 mins for our order. I used to love this place but now i wont be visiting this chicken shop anytime soon. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

Was a good takeaway but... staff when I tried to order a delivery (baring in mind im a regular customer) the rude woman on the phone told me they dont deliver... I argued I know you do, cause ive ordered many times, which I have ngl the food is the dogs danglies, cheese bites bang on but the way I was talk to and I still couldnt place my regular order did liss me off. Wont order from them again as I dont like shiza service
Long waiting time
Chicken always good from here but sometimes a bit hit and miss on the chips, if they are cooked fresh they are great but if they are sitting under heat lamp for a while they get cold very quickly.

Staff was so rude. I wanted to pay by card but he told me they don t accept card over the phone so he told me to order on just eat. Went on just eat to place the order, phoned up 10 mins later and he told me they re not delivering anymore.

Looks like new owners have taken over as the name has changed. Not a good thing as when I ordered last night it was over an hour late, the chips were overdone and the chicken was dry. When I called the person told me it would be 5-6 minutes which was clearly a lie to get me off the phone. To top it off the delivery driver couldnt find my house. Used to be good. Think twice before ordering.

Do not order from here. Got sent the wrong order, rang up and no offer of replacement or refund and then said next day we will get the order free. This never happened. Avoid at all times
