Taco Bell in Chatham

Great place to grab a bite before watching a film, staff always friendly and food is cheap and fast. Churros are great fresh but not so good when you get stale ones, most of the time theyre freah though. Sometimes the food is not the same when ordering a delivery but if youre there in person at a reasonable hour then this place is pretty good, I enjoy it when its running well, which it usually is Parking: Sometimes its free for up to an hour or two but not always

A pleasant Taco Bell site within a scenic, if a bit wild, location with plenty of indoor & outdoor seating so you can enjoy the docks & marina.

Never have got an order right. Our order didn t show on the screen and they found it on the till. They couldn t even copy off a screen. Had to go back and get our extra tacho and chips. And they just gave us meat and cheese on our tacho. Robbed us of our money and time. How do you mess us when copying from a screen onto paper. Will complain directly. Shut them down. Can t even put salad in our order.

Portion sizes are miniscule. Tables remain sticky all the time. Small birds fly in and out to grab the scraps of food on the floor. I would recommend only as a delivery, didnt enjoy eating in.

Not a very clean fast food place, Staff are blunt and rude and not willing to help. Service can be incredibly slow and unforgiving. I would recommend going to another restaurant on pier 5.

Food was not great at all was missing several key items in the taco they did advertise no lettuce or tomato but when me and my partner sat down to eat there also no sour cream or cheese, the service was dreadful we walked in we wasn t greated and then had to continue to listen to the manger and the 2 woman he was working with talking about there sex lifes and how they have all slept together with constant swearing involved, the manager then continued arguing away with the woman and was constantly getting aggressive and telling them to shut up but then wouldn t stop talking himself which caused them to carry on talking to him will deffo not be visiting again as just before we left the woman on the till serving picked up a bottle of d10 and sprayed it all over the man and food which got covered in it and just wrapped up for the next peoples order who was waiting behind us.

Orderd on just eat, food was 2hours and 40 minutes late,on top of that half our order was missing, what we received was cold. I rang 2 times, no apology, just it will be there in 2 minutes.and told to call back if I dont get it, rang back as it didnt turn up, then told 10 minutes. I wish they hadnt accepted our order is there were issues so we could sort something else. No excuses for this.

food is constantly delivered too late. estimated time is 45 minutes at most every time however you should expect a minimum 75 - 90 min wait. it s always cold and by the time it comes it s not even worth it for its price. what s the point of having a delivery fee when it takes decades to deliver?

The staff are very pleasant. They know the menu well and offer good advice on spice levels. The food is a different matter, I have eaten at a few tacobell and the presentation is not good. Quality of meat is out weighted by the lettuce and sour cream. The burrito is a very poor relation to a thin wrap. To us it looked like someone was saving money on the ingredients. We has a variety of food and it everyone option that the meat was missing. We dont eat a lot of meat but the Chatham branch of tacobell is on the do not return visit list.

First time eating at Taco Bell. It was ok! Waited a while for food but it was very tasty. I think I had crispy chicken burrito with seasoned fries. The place itself was small and cramped. Definitely needs bigger premises to make it more comfortable and enjoyable.

This was our first ever visit to tacobell and we found it to be brilliant value and the food very tasty, the only down side was the venue was very cold and was made colder by the door not shutting properly and a member of staff having to repeatedly close it... If I could give 0 stars I would, waited 45 mins to then be told a further 45 mins for food not a sorry in sight whilst continuing putting out Deliveroo orders whilst at least 10+ customers waited in store for well over a hour asked for a refund afterwards to be meet with a whatever given a refund in the end absolutely disgusted by the customer service we received to not receive a warning prior for over a hour wait is disgusting

Firstly the order was late but I do not believe it was the drivers fault, the restaurant is to blame and I paid extra money for more beef with one of my orders and there was nearly no beef. The burrito I got also had nearly no beef and miss listed ingredients. Pretty much just a wrap. The food also arrived cold. Would not recommend to anyone, a bit waste of money.

Ordered 4 Quesadilla craving boxes, they didn t not bother putting anything in the boxes, 3 quesadillas were incorrect (beef and beans instead of chicken), no churros for 2 of them and fries and sauces missing. Everything came soggy and disgusting. Will never order from here again.

Use to be so good in here but recently it s gone so down hill, just a bunch of untrained teenagers gossiping and on their phones they refuse to clean tables service is slow it s called fast food for a reason, took 20 minutes the other day for them to make two combo meals, no one looks like they know what they re doing, seriously needs so experienced staff in there with some manners

Cheap food, thats fair, but the service in this place is terrible. You wait for about 30 min in an empty restaurant. They will prepare all deliveries before they even look at in-store orders. Dont bother. Just go next door and have a pizza. Food really isnt worth the wait.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the 4th time Ive had a taco bell . None of which have been a pleasant experience. This is the first (and last) Ive eaten from this location though so I decided to give them a try. Me and my partner ordered on the app to collect in store. The app was glitchy but we persevered. We arrived in store and all of the staff were laughing and joking around which we dont have a problem with if you are doing a good job. They are not doing a good job because. I made the mistake of waiting until we got home before checking our order . Missing 1 lot of fries and 6 churos and dip. You know what though mistakes happen so we emailed them to explain the mishap. 70 hours later and no response. Wouldnt have minded but the food we did get didnt even tast that nice. The only win was that we got a bottle of coke instead of the can we paid for.

Great food at a good price. Plenty of choice whether you lie spicy or not. The store is a bit small, but it does have an outside seating area. The app is a great idea too. You can preorder and just collect a few minutes later and get free stuff too

Every time Ive ordered or collected from here in the last few years the chips have been cold every time, the foods barely wrapped up and falling apart, and if delivered there is always multiple items missing or wrong or both. The staffs service is excellent, the food is not.

They stand around and laugh as there are 5-6 open tickets. Also do 1 order at a time instead of multitasking. Bad service, not recommended for fast food.

First went there soon after it opened, me and my bestie were the only customers there at the time, the cashier started singing I Want it That Way by the Backstreet Boys and then the other cashiers started singing and before you knew everyone was singing, truely a magical experience. go there often.

Our first time experiencing Taco Bell today. The food was great and served quickly, but the best part was how helpful and friendly the staff were. The two young guys on the main counter went out of their way to help our family of 6 and make our visit enjoyable. We ordered at the screens and wanted to add an ingredient that wasnt an option on there, and they kindly sorted it for us with the kitchen. Very good service

Brought two quesadilla cravings box. Both of which chicken quesadilla s had like 4 pieces of chicken .. like 20g of chicken why did I pay for the sauce with a wrap .. is nice but if your not going to put a normal serving in then you would need to reduce this to £3 each box . As I did think this was good value for money until I brought it today

I told the lady working there that the Pepsi max was off but she said it was completely fine. It wasn t fizzy and the syrup was gone.

Taco Bell is the ultimate take on white person wants foreign food but not too foreign thank you. I have no idea why or how the beef tastes that way. The soft tortillas are wheat instead of corn. The hot sauce isn t that hot. The chicken taste is hidden in mayonnaise. BUT, get a bunch with an icy Pepsi max and it hits the spot. It s horribly delicious. Thank you.

the food was good, however, i had to stand around doing NISH for FIFTEEN MINS because they were prioritizing delivery orders. i can understand that but there were AT LEAST SIX PEOPLE IN THE KITCHEN. now i dont know about you, but i could easily split that so theres a equal amount of people doing deliveries and non-deliveries depending on the amount of orders. it also WASNT BUSY. maybe next time Ill try another location and give another amazing, splendid, outstanding review. pls wait for my next book coming out october 2069. -real edward cullen xx <3

I ordered £10.55 worth of tacos on a kiosk. Was not given anything for 20 minutes. When I then asked they said my payment had not gone through. Which I then questioned as it had left my account. The staff member said that it was my fault and that I would have to order again. This store was in Chatham. Since then I said I did not want to pay a second time. They also said I would be refunded in the coming days but I have only had the money taken without getting a product. So I am £10.55 down without getting a product which was for my girlfriends birthday. Do not go here!! Customer service is terrible, rude. People looked at me as if I was a criminal when I asked why they wanted me to pay twice

Good food here. Always hot and fresh and full tacos. Polite and effective staff, place is clean with plenty of sauces. All boxes ticked for me.

2-3 times a week i order from tacobell I will now stop ordering from maritime the reason its because i always ask double beef on the burrito and they put the same beef as a normal burrito its a robery

Terrible service, the tap in the toilet has no temperature regulater so the water is boiling hot (far too hot to wash your hands) the ice machine was out of order, and the soft drinks machine also had a refrigerant failure so all drinks were warm/room temperature. So I asked for a refund and left. I wouldnt recommend after my experience and wont be going back.

Taco bell at the dockside is a hidden gem, such a refreshing change from the regular fast food, full of flavour and food value, I dont normally eat but the children can wait till the next time they love it, good food, friendly staff, children happy oh the location here is amazing, whats not to like !

On 15th August I had a disastrous experience, waited nearly an hour for a single meal. No warning of any waiting time. Everyone seemed to be getting frustrated, they were solely focused on getting the online orders sent out. Not one person appeared to want to be working.

Its quite small inside, but it is very quick and food was nice.

First visit to a Taco Bell. Food was below par and thought the portions were pretty small. For some reason none of the vegi options could be included in a meal deal. Seemed a bit ridiculous as it worked out significantly more for a vegetarian burrito, fries and drink. My burrito was cold. My mum had a chicken based burrito and said it was ok. The fries were nice. The wait was around 30 minutes for our food. Reasonably busy. Lots of delivery guys waiting to pickup that likely added to the wait. Staff seemed completely uninterested in demonstrating any customer service skills. Not even a thank you when collecting my meal. The toilet didnt have any soap in the dispenser and the hand dryer didnt work. It wasnt the best. Overall not particularly impressed. Normally this sort of cuisine is flavoursome and good value. Cant say this was either really.

A cute little place located on the left side of the pier. The food was great and tasted amazing, its very affordable. The staff made the food quite quickly and they were very polite and friendly. Theres 2 screens inside of the building that you can use to order on (just like the ones at most mcdonalds restaurants) as well as a unisex toilet. It can get a little crowded in there if its busy as its not a big building but nonetheless a great place to eat at with a budget! Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly as the food is great for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for a wheelchair as the door is plenty big enough for a wheelchair to fit through

Ordered the crunchy beef and chicken tacos, chicken strips, chips and black beans, was all lovely, food took a little bit to come out but was well worth the wait. The only thing I think that let it down, was the beer was warm, other then that, a great change of pace from normal fast food.

Standard Taco Bell fresh food and tasty. Its a very small Taco Bell but does have space outside. Definitely worth a visiting while shopping. A nice view outside over the Marina.

We had a delivery from Taco Bell today, my first time ever having one and based on what we received, my last. Taco, chilupa and crunchwrap supreme were woefully underfilled and lukewarm. As for the chips, I dont think Ive ever seen such a small portion. To make matters worse, I ordered the nacho cheese (£1.50) and received a miniscule pot which was half empty! Total waste of money.

Really excited to try here as I love the food they serve. Anything Mexican in the slightest. This place is fast food chain for those who might not realise. They do a selection of options and its pretty swift. Opted for chicken and bean quesadilla and friend opted for crispy bowl or something like that. Chips/fries whatever you want to call them were delicious. So good. The seasoning was on point. Would go back purely for them. So the quesadilla, taste was there. Flavour. Was so good. There was just hardly anything to it. My 3 year old would have eaten more. They serve 1 tortilla folded in half but I think they must have thought I was on a diet because they spared the filling. There were several mouthfuls of nothing but wrap. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The meal was a fairly reasonable price but dont go if you are hungry. Get a mini fillet burger from KFC to fill you up! Because it was my first try I am going to go back.

Fantastic experience here. The staff including I think its Veron are so friendly and polite. Never have I been to a fast food where the staff are so kind and it genuinely caught by eye. Thank you to all the staff - keep doing a good job. I will be back.

Ordered from here twice as the burrito is pretty nice, but its so small, it should be called a wrap. I am not a big eater but would definitely need two of these to feel remotely full. Our order was missing items and then they included spice in the kids dishes so I had to make them food at home. The food has been cold both times and is so poorly wrapped that you have to unwrap everything to find out what it is.
