Overcharged me by £2, I only ordered 1 thing so don't know how they managed that, food was insanely hot and I only asked for a jalfrezi, will give it another try though.
Food was amazing and packed with flavour. I asked no coriander in my dish and I was served with it. The gentleman happily remade me the whole dish and gave me extra supplements for the inconvenience. Great service and food. 100% come back again.

I always order my indian from here and recommend it to everyone i know. Such a lovely large menu selection, every single dish i’ve tried so far has been full of flavour and delicious. The prices are cheaper than others but still fair. I’ve never had to wait too long for delivery even when ordering from Maidstone. Food when delivered is always hot and fresh. When picking up the staff are friendly and the place is clean, tidy and nicely decorated. Any bad word I could say about this place would just be a lie. 10/10
Ordered at 6.46 arrived 8.55. called to ask where the food was and they said it's just left but still took 30mins to drive a couple of roads away. Poppadoms came broken, oil and grease all over the bag and food pretty much cold. Never ordered here before, never would again, don't recommend
Had a lovely takeaway from here last night. Was 45 minutes but that’s fine as it’s a good sign they’re busy. Well priced and delicious- we were all stuffed! One item was forgotten in the delivery and they kindly dropped it off later! Highly recommend.

Food wasn t bad but disappointing saag paneer was clearly made with cheddar and not paneer. Naan was nice and so was tandoori mixed grill but I was looking forward to paneer and cheddar was weird

2 hour delivery time and food was cold
Delivery takes to long so ordered there and waited they served all the locals food before ours even though we was there first. Asked for a mild chicken curry it was a vindaloo and very watery. Breads were dry and tiny portions. Chicken tikka dry no flavour mint sauce taste like toothpaste. Second time trying this now and it gets worse. Not again.

Order the day before if you want it to arrive. Took 2 and a half hours to arrive after being told multiple times that the driver had just left the restaurant. I understand it s Saturday and busy but they shouldn t accept the orders if they cannot fulfill them in time. Food was nice but delivery time awful and cost me £26 not happy
Having tried every Indian takeaway within a 10 mile radius of Maidstone this is absolutely the best!! The menu is vast, excellent quality ingredients and good sized portions every single time. Easy online ordering system and friendly staff.Their prices are unbeatable, great value for money. We have used A Taste of India for 3 months now, at least once a week, usually twice and they are are always consistent.

First time there. Great price, however! Brought a chicken dhansak and the chicken tasted like the cheap, ready cooked that you get from high St frozen food shops. Like its got something added to prolong its life and its just not nice. Didnt detect any coconut in the dhansak. Garlic naan and pilau were fine. Never again. Just read your reply. Thanks but no thanks!
Do not order from this place! You will be very disappointed. They are incapable of getting your order correct! The waiting time for your food is ridiculous and all the staff need to go on customer service training! I will never order from here again!
Ordered food at 7:30pm to be told it would be 1hr to be delivered ... Rang up after 1hr 20 mins after to chase them to be told the delivery driver was running late and they were just finishing cooking the last dish! It has now been just shy of 2 hours since we ordered and the food has still not arrived!! Terrible service!
1st time delivery great, second time rubbish. 2.5hr wait for delivery this time. Poppadoms smashed to pieces. Missing naan bread. Food tepid when arrived. Watery lentil side dish. Will never order from here again

I will say we really enjoy their food. One of the best around but they REALLY NEED to sort out speed of service and all of our deliveries have been diabolically slow. Come on guys. Pick up the pace!
AVOID!!!. Placed order at 7:20. Was told would be at 8:45. Then didn t turn up was told at 9:20. Then had to ring at 9:50 to be told would be another 20minutes at least. Terrible service.

We ordered our food at 7.30pm...it arrived at 10pm. Told it would be here by 8.50, checked after this time where it was and was lied to being told it was on route. Rang to ask where it was again, was told once the driver gets back it would be the first order out. 45 minutes later, still no food. Feel abit silly by this point ringing back...have we been forgotten about or are they just being funny. Rang anyway and was told it was on the way. Food arrived, order was wrong. Rang back for the last time, surely we should have a job there now with the amount of time spent on the phone. Was told we could have a free bread on our next order. Kind but idiots to think we will be going back there. Would steer clear of this place.
2 hours wait after ordering through website and still not arrived, just called to enquire and got told Gillingham is quite out the way and they are just leaving there now, not even a decent apology! If it arrives cold they can take it back, its a good thing my child has already had dinner and its not him waiting. Why offer delivery to Gillingham if its out the way Poor service overall. Which is a shame because its a lovely place to eat from ,

The prawn butterfly had more hard crust than prawns, the Currys were all very chewy, and was disappointed in the naan bread. Wont be ordering twice.. .

Enjoyed the food previously. We were told our meal would arrive in 1-hour 20 minutes. Called just before 2 hours. Told it was on its way. Cancelled. Meal still arrived but turned away. Too late. Dont promise what you cant deliver. NB ... dont allow someone to answer the phone who doesnt give a jot about your customers late delivery. We wont be using you again. Voting with our feet.

Order 18:10 told hour and a half phoned again 20:10 told was being cooked, phoned again 20:40 told again was being cook, cancelled order tried to speak to owner (Kash) was told hes busy and she put phone down on me!!!

it was the worst curry I have every tasted it was covered in oil and the chicken tikka starter what that hard a paving slab is softed I dont recommend thus India to anyone I will never go here again
Absolutely terrible, always 1/2 hr or more late and always something missing from the order and nearly always cold on delivery. The price you pay for a portion of chips and its literally just a handful. Even After complaining nothing changes. After at least 10 times ordering have given up and wont be using or recommending at all.
5 star tasting curry!! much better value than other curry houses in the area.. ive lived in Rochester for years and tried many before coming here and this place wins the taste test every time!!

Nice staff but food is inconsistent and unfortunately I wont be coming here again......Tarka Dal sometimes thick like porridge sometimes water thin. Onion salad sometimes inedible due to chilli powder!!!! Jalfrezi sometimes lovely, sometimes terrible!

I think that this lot live up to their name and actually go to India to get it. This took over two and a half hours after using an app to travel a mile and a half. Was fobbed off with a tall tale about the driver having a crash. Dont bother with this lot if you are hungry and want something to eat unless you are on new delhi time, we certainly wont ever be again.

The food tasted awful, I returned it but I was faced with abuse from the staff when I asked for a refund or exchange. Never had such bad curry or service in my life. We waited ages for the food too! Dont bother, waste of time and money.

Has got much better recently. I guess they didnt have a good chef for a while. There seems to have been a shakeup and its worth eating there again. Try Bombay chicken!

If your willing to wait 2 hours for a cold curry go ahead! Ordered a take-out curry to the value of £50 via the Just Eat app, it took them a whole 2 hours to make and deliver it to me, thats after chasing them a few times and questioning whether the meal would actually come.... Will never order from here again. food was bland and very oily!
