Very friendly staff, good service, high quality food
Nice place and staff, food is very nice delicious ordered the Family Meal included lamb shish, chicken shish, kofte, doner, vegetables, huge tub of salad, onion rings ,large chips, fried mushrooms, pitta bread and 2 sauces of your choice and a bottle of drink
Lovely food, meat was spot on, chips were cooked just right. Arrived nice and hot. Could not fault it. Absolutely banging bit of food
Ordered large and medium kebab meal. Lamb was very tough/did not taste it was cooked properly. As it was meat not chicken no risk of food poisoning but still should have been better. Also broken naan was placed outside the box, not inside like it usually is. Service is great as always from the Lady and Gent but let down by the sheesh kebab this time.
1 star, because it won't let me score them any less than that. I have ordered from them a wrap and some cheesy chips for delivery. I live at 10 mins WALKING distance from them. An hour after i placed the order, order was stipl not delivered. Had to chase up the delivery, it arrived an hour and 10 mins after ordering. Wrap was not even warm, the chips were soggy!
Lovely food and service. The ladies are super friendly and nice! Chicken and chips £7.50 with salad and sauce. Cannot beat a cheeky kebab at that price. Didn't want to cook, but I didn't want to spend loads tonight's, well worth the short walk into town x
Delicious! Best kebab I’ve had in a long time. We always get ours delivered and the food is always hot, fresh and taste amazing! The chips are really nice too! Highly recommend eating here!

The staff were welcoming.. They shop was empty but staff rushed off their feet with constant take away orders.. We were given a chance to decide on what we would like.. The food was all cooked fresh so was hot The chips and meat were good quality no grease left in the takeaway box.. The drinks were very well chilled.. The food was very much enjoyed.. Will call in again next time Im in the area..

Food was cold, soggy and taste disgusting. Ordered and paid two pots of chill sauce but delivered only one pot. Chips were too soggy to eat, bad packaging. Kebab tastes horrible , so dry and not tasty. The hot chilli sauce was not hot, just watery and taste horrible.

SHOCKING!!!!.ABSOLUTELY JOKE!!! I have never had so little meat described as LARGE portion. I paid 7.20£ for MIX MEAT AND CHIPS (LARGE).What I got was a box full of chips and handful of meat. I mean really that was the stingy portion I have ever received. On top of that the Woman that served me the smallest portion of meat where so GRUMPY. Im still shocked that you are selling such a small portion of meat and you calling LARGE!!!! THIS IS RIP OFF !!!@#%^**#@@$^_$^

Fantastic. Great selection on the menu, good quality meat, tastes fresh and is prepared quickly. Portion sizes are good and are reasonably priced. Not my closest kebab shop but happy to drive a bit further for this than some of the other similar options which in my experience arent as good. Staff are friendly too :)

Always use this place for our takeaways, unfortunately I placed an order for myself tonight and must have chose collection by mistake. When I phoned and asked where my delivery was I was greated by someone really rude. I did get my food on the condition that the delivery charge will be put on our next order! I will deliver the £2 to you and not order again. Shame as we do like your food

Terrible service! Food came over 30 minutes late. When it arrived it was cold and one of the kebabs had a hair in it!! DISGUSTING!! The owner was rude when I called to complain! They have no knowledge of how to treat paying customers! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Rude and unhelpful, I will never order from here or uber eats again. I contacted as the driver was lost to get help to be told not our problem literally so rude it was unbelievable.

Very little cheese in the quarter pounder cheese burger which made the burger dry but the chips were good and I found delivery was a long time, nearly an hour.

The food tastes alright, the delivery time is good however the food is nothing special compared to other local places... the customer service is average and although I do regularly order from here I would simply class Chatham Grill as average in all areas Not bad, not good, just average
Best kebabs around chatham never had a problem.
Order was apparently going to take another 45mins to come even though they are closer than Dixy the one I normally order from. The food was really good and decently priced however it needed more burger sauce.
Lamb was so tough thought it was going to offer me outside pitta bread was like cardboard and chips like raw potato salad was nice funny that its the only thing thay didnt have to cook find somewhere else to eat or dont bother

Amazing kebab house, always delicious food never disappointed. Great portion sizes for the prices. Brilliant staff always friendly, I wont go anywhere else is Chatham. They have a good selection on their menu including the normal donner to mixed kebabs and even your favourite meat inside decent sized wraps.

Really upset with the customer service. Was delivered 1 portion of chips short than I had ordered, checked the bill and I had been charged. I rung up and they said they delivered two and had checked the camera footage which obviously was a big lie. Besides the service the food was horrendous and was thrown away to instead order food from elsewhere. Would never ever order from here again.
Hard to park close by
Ordered on just eat. Estimated delivery time of 70 minutes. After 2hours it didnt turn up, called them, its on its way. After another 20 minutes called again, it hasnt been delivered, they ask for our address and say they will make it. Asked for a refund. Doubt they even cooked the order at all. Abysmal.
