Fireaway Chatham in Chatham

Order arrived 1.5 hours from ordering time. Pizza quality was ok although it seems like the size of it is getting smaller every time we order! Delivery driver crossed the park with his scooter where the area is for pedestrians only, and when confronted by one of our neighbours walking with their child, he was being rude back to them, showing them the middle finger! Exceptionally bad experience overall, the Chatham branch is a disgrace to Fireaway franchise!

Fireaway is fantastic and we love their pizza. Its always cooked to perfection and its good value too. We made a mistake on our order last night and one of the guys that worked there, Thiago, sorted it for us straight away without charging us any extra. The service there is brilliant and its fast too.

Pizza is okay but toppings were minimal; chicken wings had great flavour but were very gelatinous. Staff were very welcoming but there is no plates or cutlery, which is fine if youre eating alone but in groups this is a major problem; trying to hold a scorching slice, you will need to have asbestos fingers.

The lady server is kind of rude and not dressed properly. The service and food are fair with their 50% discount can be assumed as their true value. When eating in, no plates, no free sauces that should be included base on their menu, and tissues need to be asked. We feel racism in this restaurant.

Couldn t think of a better place to go with all the family. 15 of us went there today and service was amazing. Food was out of this world, atmosphere was awesome and even a little banter with the guys that work there. made it the most best and memorable dinner time for us all eat out as a big family. Parking: Dockside has plenty of parking I think she may get an hour and a half free Kid-friendliness: Staff were absolutely phenomenal, friendly, kind funny loved a bit of banter, best place we have been to. Wheelchair accessibility: We had a disabled person with us, not that they had their mobility scooter, but it s all on one level

Told on arrival it would be 35-40 minutes before being served as they were really busy (2 staff members wandering around).... busy with take away/delivery we found out as we asked as only 2 tables were in the whole restaurant and already had their food! It was a completely dead atmosphere. Absolutely ridiculous at 7pm. Why have a restaurant if you cant cater to people sitting in? Wont be returning or ordering from here when this is the attitude to in-person diners.

The pizzas were very lovely but the staff didnt really seem to know what vegan was which made it a little worrying about what we would get. Thankfully the chef seemed to know exactly what he was doing it was just front of house staff. But overall would recommend going as the pizzas were very lovely and the decor was very stylish.

Didnt personally eat in this restaurant. But I ordered from here through Just Eat and had problems with a driver from Just Eat. So had to phone store and say that I would come down to collect it myself. When I came to collect from store they couldnt be anymore apologetic, The chef made us 2 extra pizzas at no extra cost for our troubles. Since there is no 3.5, and I dont rank down but rank up, hence my 4 stars. I got my Groupon ticket which I came to redeem and it was honoured. However, whatever I got to eat, with my all-you-can-eat chicken wings tickets needed to be consumed within the hour of the first place... imagine the pressure, Lol. Anyway, the milkshake was decent, pizza taste is not bad too but Ive had better. Amongst all these, I must shout out Reece, he served well which tipped things to 4 stars for me - good job mate. Overall, decent place to dinner as Im not sure if the price, if its just naturally high or its the cost of living

Went with a friend of mine. First time visiting. We had BBQ Boss and Cheesy Garlic for the side. The food was hot and was very filling. We stayed for 2hrs which was nice as we were able to take our time. Customer service was great. Very accommodating and friendly which goes along way. Would recommend and would come back again soon.

Came here on basis of Groupon voucher. The staff a friendly and helpful and food absolutely delicious. One of the best pizzas I have had. Delicious and non oily, and packed full of flavour. A good range of sides and drinks. Will be back again, as very good value.

Tasty pizza you can eat many slices as dough is fluffy light and crispy. Straight out of a clay oven traditional base sauces are full of flavour. They dont do plates you eat straight off the platter which was a little awkward if you have a large party with kids but ok.

We went in for lunch, there were only two other people when we arrived. The food was delicious, the staff were all super helpful. When we were leaving we left a bag behind and Marcelo (I think) rushed out and caught up with us to return it. Would recommend for a nice snack, or family meal. Awful, first time Ive ordered someone has dropped the pizza. Hold your hands up, remake the pizza and call to say its gonna be late.

Fireaway is a no nonsense pizza establishment; itll help clear a hangover or just plug a quick pizza fix. The ingredients seem quite natural, involve hand stretched dough, and taste good. I just wish the pricing could be lowered a bit as a £12 for a 12 inch pizza is borderline steep outside of the £16 deal offer, which adds a side and a drink. They dont appear to do above 12 inch pizzas at the moment either; but smaller pizzas mean they can batch cook more of them; that means more room in their pizza ovens, as the pizza sizes are all standardised. From a business perspective it makes sense, but for those with larger appetites it isnt ideal.

Order for delivery, took the order and the money, then cancelled the order 35 minutes after accepting it. Let s hope they refund the money for it! Will never chance ordering from them again.

These place is amazing. I could not believe the quality as well as quantity of the Pizza. The price was reasonable and fair. The hospitality service was brilliant. Absolutely abysmal customer service. This business prides itself on taking your money and then loosing any interest even if your meal, the one you have just paid for is not delivered. The first time this happened they blamed JustEat saying that once it leaves their store they are not responsible for it so you should just contact JustEat to sort out your problem. This includes when the delivery does not even arrive. They say instead to simply order direct the nest time. Well, when this is done your money is still taken, and your food does not arrive, only this time there is no refund. These guys should be put out of business. Pathetic.

First time coming here and we were blown away by the pizzas. Really reasonable, had 2 classic pizzas, a side and 2 drinks for 22 pound and all of it tasted incredible, was delivered really quickly and the guys behind the counter were really friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back here for more pizza. The amalfi pizza was especially delicious.

Hidden gem of Medway. Found this place by accident. Went there with 4 teenagers who can put food way like professionals... The staff were friendly and approachable. The food is not expensive and the service was very quick. Their pizza and chicken for me is better and healthier than Pizzahut etc. No grease. And the build your own pizza does not break the bank. Firstly the pizza is amazing , and super quick service , when we rocked up with 8 kids last min for a party the team here couldnt have been more helpful. Best pizza in medway towns. Staff very nice, polite and helpful. Try meat head pizza, absolutely amazing. Kids like nutela pizza with banana, strawberry and marshmallow off course. Visit them twice, once eat in and on the second visit they were closing already, all was already clean and packed but they still offer us take-away so very nice attitude towards customers. The third time we have tried delivery which had missing one can drink but driver brought that within few minutes so all sorted and food again fantastic. If ordering delivery, order through their own website, its cheaper than all the other apps!

Even though I got there pretty much at closing time, the young guys and lady let me sit, made me an amazing special order pizza which was truly one of the best veggie pizzas Ive ever had. This is a big thing because I generally dont like pizza, I just eat it due to hunger or peer pressure... :) However, they really made it well, didnt rush, despite closing time, didnt mind my weird and leafy combination and were actually quite attentive. I am now a devotee. Thanks guys!

Very FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF, and I mean that. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing time and they were absolutely brilliant. Took the orders, engaged with us, preparing everything on the go; they allowed us to start eating in we were that hungry. The quality of the food was excellent, quickly prepared, 180 seconds, they say; very tasty and nutritious. Took in consideration food allergies when the order was placed without expecting us to mention it - not everyone does that so another . I would definitely recommend it.

The best pizza ever , its not oily and its so so fresh , Ive had take out of this and eat in and both was spectacular, and the service of this pizza place is brilliant the staff always check that you are ok and can cater to a large group and always ask if you need anything I got 2 pizzas and a side for under 25 pounds and they also played really cool music and the staff were so so cool .. I would normally give Fireaway Chatham a 5 star review but the service yesterday evening was very poor and the worst I ve had since it s open and I use these guys regular. One member of staff who took our order was rude and was swearing as the order was taken and when she brought our drinks over. Asked for chicken wings as a side and got told they run out so I ordered something different. I ordered a chicken and mushroom pizza but they store also gave us the a pizza with toppings we didn t ask for. Overall very disappointed with the service in store. For the £26 I paid it was wasn t up to their usual standards.

Looks great, we went in but didnt buy anything as went with a fussy eater (gluten free) I liked the look of the canopies alot will definitely visit again to try something and update my review

Really enjoyed the food, it was hot, fresh and delicious. The the music vibe was good. Gary was a brilliant host and service was excellent. I will definitely be going back to dine in. The lemon space rock was to die for, and is a must to have for dessert!

Great place, best pizzas in the area and value for money. Service was also great especially Marcus who was really friendly and welcoming.

I was walking along the dockside earlier today looking for somewhere to eat and saw the fireaway restaurant, and having walked past it many times in Maidstone I thought it was time to give it a try. Upon entering the building there was a air of tranquility and calmness, there were a few people working and some patrons sitting in the booths enjoying themselves. After sitting down with my lovely ladyfriend and reading the menu, I noticed a few deals on there so decided to use the app that was advertised and received £5 off our order. A number of times the staff acknowledged us and asked how we were and talked to us about the company in general. As we tucked into our meal that comprised of a few pizzas and some sides it was quickly ascertained that the food here was made with love and professionalism, every chicken wing I devoured fell off the bone and the hot sauce was to die for, the halloumi salad and chicken strips were of top quality and tasted wonderful. Next we went onto the pizzas and from the first bite of my first slice up to the crust, all I can say is my mouth was bursting with flavour and amazing texture. I havent had a pizza as good as this in many years and this combined with the friendly and amazing people that work here have made this a visit to remember. If you like pizza, you will love fireaway! Pizza was really good and authentic IMO. Waited a bit longer than usual for our order (around 15 mins) but one of the guys came round and apologised and gave us a big bottle of coke. Would go again.

Fireaway never fails, fantastic pizza and a chilled out atmosphere. I highly recommend this over any standard pizza delivery company. Deliciously crisp and tasty bases coupled with some of the best toppings youll find on a pizza make these fired pizzas unique and amazing. The menu isnt huge and you wont find a stuffed crust but these are traditional pizzas made in a traditional way and they taste incredible. The service is good but it always feels like there isnt enough staff to keep the place running, clearly there is though as there is little delay in getting the pizzas made and in front of you. The value for money is something you wont find elsewhere, £30 to feed my family of 4 is a great price especially with the quality of food.

No food received but manager/owner is silent and only refunded 50% of the order! Is this a criminal act, has the ownership stolen my money? Order wasnt delivered while talking to the staff it was agreed I would get a full refund. My order was 90 minutes late when a refund was agreed, its 1 mile away and a 5 minute drive. I was told I would receive a full refund. The staff were nice so I assumed the refund would be made. After talking with the staff they cant understand why the ownership are keeping my money?

Fantastic service! After a slight mixup with our order the driver went out of her way to go get us fresh pizzas and made sure we were well looked after with complimentary drinks and desserts. Always been very pleased with the quality and price of the food from fireaway and the service we recieved tonight has been exceptional. I only wish we got the name of our driver as she was very pleasant and a real asset to your team!

Absolutely the best pizza around!! Great taste and flavour and build your own for £10.99!! Second time Ive been here and wont be the last! If youre feeling a bit brave, pay the £1 and spice up a slice. They did forget to add it to start with so they put it on 2 of my slices which was great!! It wasnt stupid Hot and still added flavour, making my mouth water now!!

The pizza is delicious and the staff are friendly and welcoming especially Tom. Fireaway in Chatham has quickly become our regular place to eat. Great food at decent prices. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good calzone, this is more geared for take away than dining in, that said pleasant enough atmosphere.

Great place to have a clean bite of food. The shop is tidy and clean, the staff seem to be very professional about their job. Went in there last night and Garry, the gentleman who served us, must be a manager if he is not already. He understands the value of customer service and represents the restaurant with the highest standard of hospitality. He inspects every detail before the pizza comes out to the customer, I ve seen it myself. These things don t go unnoticed.

Had a lovely meal there today. Staff member was so helpful & attentive. Sadly didnt get his name but it was 30th November about 12 ish. Such a nice young man. Will definitely be eating there again
