Always good pizza from papa johns, this visit was ok, only negative was the topping, sauce and cheese were a little on the tight side, a good 1 1/2-2 inches around the edge of XL bases were sauceless leaving a very large bare crust. Occasionally use this Chatham Papa John's but Twydall is my preferred go to.
Where is pizza I ordered. I got 2x12 slice bread with some topping in the centre. I can't call this a pizza Board of pizza was like 15 cm and and probably less than a 1/3 of radius was some topping. Or guys have gome really cheap or however was cooking it was really hungry
Very inconsistent I like papa John’s an I use to just drive to strood to get it but I her the Chatham on had be Renovated and it was good the first Time but last two time seemed like it had just been thrown together
If you happen to like pizza this place is OK but for me I would rather buy one from asda and bung it in the oven and save the best part of £10
Listened to instruction of light pepperoni, didn't deny the request like...*cough* Dominos, Staff was friendly and food was ON point, Will definitely be coming back.
Ordered a pizza and sides tonight on the Euro Finals night. Now I know this would be a busy evening but the pizza that turned up was just awful. Dry as an old boot, almost zero toppings, cheese just not there in sufficient quantity to even notice it was there. Super disappointing. I struggled to choose between Papa John’s and Tops Pizza. Made a big mistake that I won’t be making again.
Ordered 50/50 pizza but more like 60/40 ! Please ask your staff to wear masks whilst they’re preparing food; 2 out of 5 people behind the counter were wearing masks.
Waited 3 hours for a pizza that was never going to arrive. Staff were rude. Never will I order from this branch ever again

If I could give it a 0 I would dont use the food was inedible cold and under cooked phone them to get my money back and they said they will send me a new one or give me a free one next time like Im going to order from them again had to go down there and was still saying they will not give me my money back had to have a argument to get my money back dont use them its worth the headache better pizza elsewhere

In Chatham its one of the best place to get the best pizza , We order 2 XXL pizza for 6 people and that a good quantity and very tasty. I personally like their spicy pizza that is chicken fajita and Mexican hot . Both are good spicy pizza. Also we try the full meat pizza and BBQ chicken classic both are tasty. I am very happy with price and taste. Satisfied. Thank you very much..
We dropped in for a collection and I have to say that the staff are hard working and friendly in here. The pizza and sides were also not too bad x

Ordered the BBQ drizzle pizza and when I got home they hadnt put ANY BBQ sauce on there so it was just a standard chicken and sweetcorn pizza. Disappointing

If I could give it minus stars it would be minus 5 order over an hour ago and still not here never ordering from this place again what a joke. I ordered on a bad Sunday I guess, England had played in the Euros. I ordered the all meat, it actually came hardly any meat except a bit of pepperoni, I also requested extra onions, again non existent and the pizza dough itself was not cooked through, it was just white bread in the middle. Along side this was something called potato tops, these turned out to be frozen croquet potatoes that has been cooked with some cheese and were totally disgusting, I tried one and threw the lot away.

I can honestly say that it was my first time getting papa Johns and its actually a little bit better then dominos.
Turned up luke warm, tasted ok but prefer hot pizza. Useless tracking, said it had arrived but 10 minutes later it actually turned up. Will stick to dominos.

We have been waiting 1.5 hours for our order. When we called them we were told the driver left the shop 25mins ago and should be here in 5 mins. I said we had been waiting over 1.5 hours he said he didnt know what to say so I said maybe apologise to your customers?? I asked the person that I spoke to for their name and they said Papa John! I asked if they were the manager but the line was very bad. The driver just arrived and said there was no problem with the traffic!! I have had a problem like this before and thought I would give Papa John another chance I will be sticking with Dominos in the future.

Better than any other pizza place in Medway, Dominos maybe, not too sure about Pizza Hut, but here is where its at I think for quick take-away pizzas.
Dont ever order the garlic bites! I order with my mates and my pizza got ruined because the garlic from them seeped through my box and onto one half of my XXL pizza. My pizza got ruined and the store didnt do anything about it. Was a sweet deal, but half of it didnt get eaten

My brother got me to try Papa Johns after Id been going to a a different large chain for many years. Im glad I did, the Pizza was tasty with plenty of toppings and every bit as good as my usual brand. The Chatham Papa Johns was busy at the time of my visit and the wait was quite a bit longer than promised, so maybe calling ahead or ordering online is best.
Check your order before leaving as it was wrong but didnt want to do another 15min drive each way to argue it.

Ordered a Cheese Less pizza ... paid the same price ... really light on the toppings ... mushrooms look like theyve be cut with a razor blade ... really tight considering youve dropped a big ingredient ... however the cheese pizza sausage & pepperoni was well received by two children ... could do better on the garden party pizza ... the dough was nice. Very quick delivery.

Great service. Good tasting pizza. However the last few times I have been to a papa johns, i have noticed that when you choose one of their deals. Such as Any Size Pizza For £9.99 on collection (which i chose on this occaision) you get barely any topping on the pizza. Its just dough, cheese and sauce. I ordered the Chicken BBQ, there was little chicken only in the middle of the pizza and only a couple pieces of bacon. This has happened to me a few times, and has caused me to choose Pizza Hut over Papa Johns. Which is a choice I may have to stick to in the future, as tonights order was the last im going to put up with this.

Just had a delivery from here. The food is nice n hot. The pizza tastes really fresh and the buffalo wings I ordered on the side are mouthwatering. No joke, meat fell off the bone and the flavour was immense. Well done papa johns.
We ordered on Saturday evening the 11th of June only to have a clump of hair in our pizza, phoned the restaurant to complain and naturally ask for a refund, only to be told that they can not do this???!!! I have got photos and will be going to environmental health but wanted to make other people aware of what sort of place this is!

This Papa Johns is outstanding. Fantastic value with pizzas that taste amazing and for the best prices in town. I have eaten from all of the major pizza brands in the Medway Towns but wont be using them ever again ever since Papa Johns opened in Chatham. By far the best pizzas in town and right near my house. Great prices, service and location. Bit cheaper if you are able to walk down the road and pick up for yourself. I use this Papa Johns every week sometimes more!! This is making me want papa johns right now. Will grab one when i walk past on the way home from work tonight infact!!! Well Done guys the bosses in the U.S.A will be very proud of your hard work and your customer satisfaction :)
