Probably one of the slowest restaurant services I have ever experienced, restaurant was empty & staff seemingly doing nothing other the waitress who kept going to the door to talk to a group of boys. We waited 35mins for our food (there was only one other table of diners), We were left with dirty plates on the table for nearly half an hour, the waitress walked straight past our table twice to go outside to speak to the group of boys loitering outside, then the waitress came to ask if we were ready for dessert and then walked off leaving the plates? I d actually by this point stacked them all for her to make easier & make the table look tidier. They were finally cleared when the desserts were served, we mentioned this, it was ignored & the waiter just walked off. Really disappointed sums the experience up.

Well over priced for what you get . I would rather use my another Pizza Hut which give me better service at a good price,

Came with my children for the buffet. Couldnt pay online as had no connection. Very nice manager invited me to pay at the till. Salad bar was fairly tidy. Pizza was hot, but as always, they couldnt keep up with the demand for the magerita pizza. Music was too loud, couldnt easily hear the children at times.

Jaryn served us and was really welcoming. Extremely polite service and such a helpful individual.

Wouldnt normally write a review for a chain but the staff were so lovely. I messed up my order and they did everything they could to get it fixed for me really really quickly. Very impressed.

Served by Becca this evening , very friendly she explained how the ordering worked and for us to do it on our phones but any problems just to give her a call , lovely hot food, good selection on the salad cart as well . Amy was very friendly as well . Well done girls , saved me cooking

We love the salad cart (despite the flavoured oils being discontinued) and the fact that, even with allergies and intolerances, Im always able to enjoy a delicious meal out at this venue. The staff are very accommodating and helpful and they always go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. Several members of management and waiting staff have bothered to remember childrens names etc. Weve enjoyed many Sundays, weekday evenings and special occasions in this establishment. Its always a huge hit with the younger members of the family (especially the ice-cream and sweety self-service station) who cannot resist pushing the buttons on the unlimited drinks machine! It is also enjoyed by the older members of the family too. Three generations of our family frequent this Pizza Hut, whether its for a yummy pit stop after shopping or something more special such as a birthday party or anniversary. Its really convenient having ample parking on the doorstep and other things to do so close by. Fantastic food, likeable location, supportive staff and memorable moments made. Highly recommended! Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options available. Dietary restrictions: Can cater for people with wheat and dairy allergies. Kid-friendliness: Excellent for birthday parties and parents of children who cant sit still. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for pushchairs, wheelchairs etc. It also has a decent accessible toilet.

I m not sure when a pepperoni pizza for 2 people became £30.99 but the folks at Pizza Hut are out of touch with reality.

Danni and Becca were really lovely and helpful. Very disability competent and supported my daughter where needed and made her visit more enjoyable and engaging. Will be back !

I came in with my girlfriend before seeing a film at the odeon, we came in at 8 and we had unlimited drinks and salad, the food took a while for the pizza and chicken so I asked a server (abi) who was so polite about it and went out back and sorted it immediately, there was a tec issues where my order didn t go on the screen but they resolved the issue so fast and the food was delicious and all the servers where so polite and kind! Abi was an amazing server apologised for the delay on food and was super kind and nice to talk to, we also then got some vouchers which I wasn t trying to get but they insisted, just seems like a place with the most amazing kind staff, and as I said the food was delicious!

The children loved it and the manager was fabulous - she made everything simple and work well. The menu is spot on for kids too. They loved it.

We visited yesterday, we had an absolutely lovely experience, from being greeted by the manager and sat at the table, the food was lovely and the wait time for food was so quick. All the staff was really helpful and so friendly.

Went a few months ago. Absurd how expensive this place is now, though the deal we got was okay I guess, but no drinks included, and those were really expensive. With the deal we got some chicken strips which came out raw, got returned, then came out raw a second time. First time can be a mistake, twice is flat out negligence by people that just dont care. Manager did apologise both times, replace the food and even comped the strips in particular so kudos to him at least.

Being able to just go straight to the Buffett with no waiting times and constant variety of pizza. The salad was being replenished all the time so nothing ran out.

The food is standard Pizza Hut offering. However, the service of Aimee was exceptional. She genuinely cares about the people who come to the restaurant. She deserves a pat on the back and a raise from the administration.

I came into the restaurant and felt rather lost at the new online ordering system. Luckily a very helpful member of staff talked me through the ordering process step by step. The staff all appear very friendly. Food wasnt bad either :) . Left very happy.

Took a party of eleven 10 years for a birthday. The staff couldnt have been more helpful despite complicated orders and very over excited children back and forth to the tables filling drinks and salad bowls. I would highly recommend coming here. The kids meals were very reasonable for a side, main, drink and pudding. Thankyou for such amazing service

Easy to order, the variety and quality of the food was great, friendliest staff, whole place was clean and welcoming. Love the booths, they give a really welcoming cosy feel.

Wouldnt bother going, firstly you have to order your meal on your phone, and they want a tip in advance, secondly if your eating in as a couple with drinks and sides, expect to be exchanging the same sort of cash you would if you were eating a nice steak meal. Well overpriced for a fast food restaurant. We had to send back food that was poorly cooked and sparce toppings.

Staff were friendly when I came in. Food was available, fresh and hot. Drinks came quickly and the wait time was short. The restaurant was clean.

Ordered a supposedly regular sized pizza for £18.99. Theres no way i would have placed an order knowing Id get a kid size, 6 slice pizza and came in a box labelled small.

The friendliness of the greating staff was outstanding, the food was delivered timiously and was hot. We enjoyed our visit and would definatly come again.

Slow service, salad bowls dirty, tables not being cleaned and other people were getting turned away even though there was tables that needed cleaning. No host at door.. people scratching their heads waiting to get seated. Seemed understaffed but the staff that were working were friendly and helpful - they were doing their best considering their job load.

It was very enjoyable all round. Getting great service and food just perfect with the best pizza around.

LAZY WAITRESS a 5 4/5 5, black hair in a messy bun, dark ish skin tone looks Asian. Dressed in all black clothes Was SO SO SO lazy with simply picking up the menus to put down the food. Didn t know where to put the pizza down on the table when it was all clear. When we finished she. Couldn t. Be. Asked. To get the pizza pan to take back. My family and I are very hands on people we do help out the waitresses and waiters but you can DEFINITELY tell when someone doesn t want to do their job.

Despite having been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for years, I had a terrible experience with one of their branches during a delivery order dispute, which led me to swear off their food. Recently, I decided to give them another chance by dining in at one of their restaurants. However, to my dismay, the service remained abysmal, and I was asked to leave even after being seated and placing a drink order. The treatment I received was unwelcoming, unfriendly, and downright rude. Therefore, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone, and I must emphasize that it is not barefoot-friendly.

It was quick and easy to order. The pizza variety was great, the salad bar had a good selection too. The ice cream is always the winner just needs a better selection of toppings.

We visited Chatham Dockside Pizza Hut and order a pan margarita with extra tomato sauce, when the pizza arrived at the table the extra sauce was not present to our liking, Tony who worked there got us a new pizza that was perfect with no trouble and even offered us free desserts that we didn t want but just want to recognise his great customer service skills and making the meal pleasant, thank you Tony.

We visited last night for a team night out with ninja warrior. The guys were so accommodating and friendly and even went out of their way to treat our team member of the month to a desert. Very good place to work and eat staff are lovely and cool

The restaurant was full when we went, 5.30pm on a Saturday, the salad bar looked like a bomb had gone off on it, food every where, awful. Half of the salad bar empty. Even the sauce jars hadnt been washed between filling up or at least the serving spoons, sauce caked onto the utensil! The ice cream station was mostly over the floor. As was the ice from the drink machine along with spilt refill drinks al over the floor with a wet floor sign but no attempt to clean it all up. I know its not the staffs fault when you have families in with feral children but it was disgusting, and not enough staff to cope with the restaurant being full. With that said the staff dont take an order anymore all done a QR code nor do they take a payment. Just literally bring the pizza to you. So not quite sure why the staff couldnt cope. As its basically help yourself. The pizza was nice but we wont go back again. No cash payments taken either. The staff couldnt care less. Save your money go to Asda and buy one so much better for sure. Not a very nice experience at all

This was my first time at Pizza Hut in the Dockside. There was a lot of us as it was a birthday dinner, The service and atmosphere was excellent, the food was actually the best pizza I ve tasted. Also the assistant manager was really nice and helpful, and he had time to even chat with us too which I thought was really nice of him Vegetarian options: The only down side is they could do with more vegetarian pizza options (being a vegetarian myself)

We hadnt visited Pizza Hutt at chatham dockside for a few years, infact it was before covid. Imagine to our surprise that now you have to order via scanning the table code, you cant have an interaction with staff anymore, apart from when food is brought to your table. It made the restaurant feel more like a take away, The food is always excellent, and the salad bar is always a good choice. This whole ordering via your phone is a joke. We have parents who could not do this, so they would have walked out, and to be honest, we nearly did. Covid was a while ago now, so stop running skeleton staff and making the customer do the work, bring back waiters and waitresses to help, and take orders. You cant have a fully enjoyable experience when you have to do off your own back. Your staff are brilliant but get more staff, stop paying the people at the top huge salaries and spend money where needed and not to feed your fat pockets, but add to customer satisfaction.

I came in few days ago with my family everything was great until found bit of blue roll and hair in my pizza told the manager he was quick to make me another pizza and free dessert to me and my family. Thank you to the pizza hut team will be coming back

A truly appalling experience. The ordering system negates any possibility of human contact. Rude staff, undercooked pizza. I had to beg for cutlery, queue for drinks, and not a serviette in place for customers. And then after being effectively ignored as a customer, they requested a tip! £50 for a medium pizza between 2, 6 cheese sticks and 2 diet cokes. I would have received better treatment if Id purchased a sandwich from a Tesco Express. I will never go back again. Wheelchair accessibility: Doesnt really exist

Pizza hut got mentally expensive and also lost its human touch!

On the whole it was what you would expect from pizza hut but the kitchen was not keeping up with the demands of the restaurant so every time I visited the buffet there was only 1 pizza to chose from. The place was also a bit run down, no soap in the bathroom, loo roll dispenser broken, piles of old menus dumped on a table in the corner. Service was good and friendly but some attention to detail is much needed here.

Appalling service, undercooked pizza and unclean

Used the app to order food, got the pizza, salad, drinks and ice cream for the one price. Quickest thing to do with two hungry children. Pasta and pizzas were delicious and topped up regularly from the self service area. Salad was a bit bland and disappointing

My food either came out burnt and cold or under cooked. One of my worst experiences at a Pizza Hut the quality of food is below average and the service was lacking the staff seemed friendly, but slow and not enough of them. Also when I got the buffet they basically only give you 3 choices of pizza as they don t bother to cook all the flavours listed in buffet, so if you don t eat pork don t get your hopes up as on numerous occasions they didn t even put out a chicken pizza once. Overall I would rate this Pizza Hut more than 2* and I doubt I ll be returning, as it s always disappointing when I come here and feel I wasted my money. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs

The young woman with the blue azure eyeshadow. She was very warm and friendly with the right amount if professionalism. She made sure that despite the low level chaos, that we were cared for.

Some horrid badly behaved children spoilt the visit. Left table in disgusting state. Felt sorry for staff who had to deal with it. Some people shouldnt be allowed to raise children

The food and drink was decadent, ordering was easy as can be, and our waiter Muhammad was all smiles, very patient and a pleasure to be around. Me and my son are excited to return here again.

It is ok. The air con was on really high and it wasnt a warm day... we were cold when we sat down. Ordered pizza and the wrong size came so we had a new one brought out. Went to collect ice creams and ths machine ran out! Food is good as always.

Sent our niece here for a mini 11+ exams celebration. It was my first time so I was excited. At the entrance we were told that they do not take any cash so we could only use card. I didnt think that was inclusive at all and we were only lucky to have a card with us because we did come prepared with cash. The service was a little slow. It did feel like a 25-30 minute wait for food after we ordered on our phones. The kids finished their entire activity booklet before the meals came so it was a while!The salad didnt have great dressing options too. The pizza tasted ok but didnt finish my salad. The kids did enjoy the bottomless ice cream for sure. It works, just not sure if Ill visit again but Im not against it. Kid-friendliness: Activity booklet with crayons!

The restaurant was nearly empty but the server did her best to make us feel rushed to get out by hanging around and keep returning to our table to check weve no plates etc to take. The server wasnt rude atall but she did have an air of not wanting to be there which came across to my whole family.

I normally never leave reviews, always leaving tips but here Service is appalling, dont bother to come here, 30min wait for empty glasses and blank coffee, pizzas with see throughout pepperoni sinking in tomato base. Staff with no training, no friendliness or interest in customer whatsoever, very disappointing and ruined family dinner. Not coming back. Improvements definitely needed.

Far too overpriced for how much food there was and it wasnt even good enough to be worth it, the waitresses werent welcoming or seemed to know what their doing, I get that its probably a minimum wage job but come on dont ask me if Im done with the menus in a tone like youre talking to a child.

the service was absolutely terrible the servers didn t have a clue what they were doing. although kind, they seemed as though they hadn t been trained properly. would not recommend coming here. the service was slow and when speaking to a female manager about how long my food was going to take after waiting for an hour, she couldn t give me any support and didn t apologise.

Really nice food in the hut.And they changed the buffet pizzas for fresh when they were becoming dry.Ice cream was really good .Only downside is you have to order online now from your phone so only 4 stars for the review.

Great food and fast service from very friendly and helpful staff.

Ordering on your phone rather than to a waitress takes time and detracts from eating out. Waitresses were polite when bringing food and food was nice. Very expensive though and initially kept waiting although there were plenty of staff moving around cleaning etc

Staff were really friendly and due to us having a really long wait for our tables to be cleared and to order our deserts, we had 10% removed from our bill which was nice of the management. Food was OK, salad bar options are not great and was messy but I think thats Pizza Hut overall in general.

No pasta as ban Marie was broken had to wait as not enough pizza was available for the amount of customers, also ordered fries which cost £3.99 for a small basket, when they arrived at the table they were cold and full of the oil they were cooked in. I will not return anytime soon

The pizzas were good, so were the sides.Unfortunately the salad bar was a mess!We were there at 5.15,tables hadnt been cleared,the menu we were given was sticky. It looked like there was a staffing problem.In general the restaurant was very tired looking.

Fantastic service from Bobby, really friendly, chatty and smiling with everyone. Helped us with our order as we didnt get on with the app, he got everything right and didnt rush us at all. Made our night, the food was great too!!!

Had a buffet, pizza cooked pefect, service was good, fresh pizza brought out all the time, no delay, didnt have to wait to be seated.

Pizza Hut-Hut-Hut. We missed out on the time for the buffet meal which ends at 3pm. This didnt stop us from ordering from the kitchen as we were hungry. This place only takes orders and payment via your phone which I dont like doing. Food arrived promptly and we were left overfeeding ourselves with a takeaway box. No need to wait for a table unlike Nandos nearby.

Great Food as always and Bobby is a credit to you Excellent Customer Service !! Had a couple of internet problems but he was very efficient in Dealing with it! Even though I put him on hold he waited paitently, thanks again Bobby your a star !

Walked into the Dockside Chatham Pizza Hut at 8pm last Sunday night after visiting the cinema only to be told theyre not accepting walk in customers. This struck me as ridiculous as wed been in there a few weeks previously and you order everything by a QR code. From memory they pointed us to a table and brought us 2 empty glasses for our drinks... very odd and very disappointing

Staff were polite but the tables were dirty and not cleared.Food wise overpriced for what you get.hardly any toppings on pizzas.

We tried going once only to be turned away due to it being booking only despite the fact the restaurant was empty and it didnt say anywhere on the building that this was the case. Placed a booking for the next week. 2 very noisy parties with their children running around and pushing people out the way. Not the fault of the staff but made it a bit difficult to have a conversation and get drinks. Food was good, staff somewhat attentive.

Visited for my sons 10th birthday couldnt ask for a better experience was given the nicest table. Staff was amazing so so friendly put extra vegan cheese on my pizza . Rebecca especially was amazing. The manager is great too. Loved the chocolate brownie they made for him too he loved it. Will be definitely going back there. Food was good too Kid-friendliness: So great with my son.

Food is really good, but you now have to order your own food at the table from their app. They even have the cheek to ask for a tip for the staff on the app when taking the order. You have taken away the restaurant feel for this experience and have screwed over your staff. Cash only now too. Staff are still polite

Ideally located plenty of parking. Good service seating plan not great if your sat in the middle of the restaurant. Tables a little sticky and cutlery not very clean. Good selection of pizzas

Came to have a lunch today, the waiter led us to a table and then realised it needed cleaning so directed us to another table. My kids took a seat then a female waiter started saying we couldn t sit there as the table was reserved. The table didn t have a reserve note on it (some others did) she then proceeded to argue with the waiter and complain she was the only staff which made it very awkward for us and other families who were already seated. The original waiter then apologised and said there isn t any free tables so we left. I wouldn t have cared if we had just been told they were fully booked but they let us in to a half empty restaurant and then proceeded to argue amongst themselves

Pizza hut is great Personal fav is jalapeños-beetroot ice cream my friend (peter) thought so too!! Be aware of a robot in a booth, looks like a little girl and they kept staring at me!! The pepper shaker is to DIE for (I added it to my collection, if you know you know ) I suggest you add raisens to your Pepsi and pizza, adds a lovely fresh flavour that is 100% natural!!! (Please dont fire me when I get a joke, this was peer pressure) I LOVE PIZZA HUT!

My sister said it was great. especially the rasin ice-cream it was delish, delicioco, delixicieux, Kostilch.

Really dated and feels unloved, dirty areas especially the server station trellis which clearly hasnt been cleaned in a very long time. Really not a fan of ordering by phone from the table, no interaction with staff. Did was ok but over priced in my opinion, good to get the salad bar and drink refills, but definitely not on my list to return. Kids enjoyed it though.

The restaurant at the Medway outlet centre was excellent. The food was delicious and the staff helpful and friendly. An excellent service all round. Kid-friendliness: Exceptionally good with our 5 year old grandson who ate everything on his plate.

We took a party of 71 kids today and coaches. The team were amazing. Checked them all in quickly served them professionally and fed them all in an hour. The kids ate them selves silly. Great venue with an amazing team. Looking forward to seeing you next year with more kids

Went for a meal after the cinema, issues with our main meal was resolved without fault as there were problems with the order systems. We were waited on by Izzy who was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Terry the manager was very attentive and reassuring when it came to a delay with our food and made sure the rest of our meal was satisfactory.

The buffet was fantastic giving both the adults and the children the variety to have as much or little as they required and being able to try new varieties of pizza they might not normally try. The buffet is such great value for money.
