Called and called and called x 4-5 and they are not available... 630 pm on Tuesday night??!! Really??!! Not Impressed!

Really tasty pizza. Very expensive, but delicious. I had 1 small 4 topping pizza with cauliflower crust and it was $32. Probably totally worth it though.

Order is perfect! Driver was delightful and lightning-fast because everything is HOT and delicious! SO grateful. #yummola

EDIT 2024: we have been regulars for years. they know us by name. i m hoping the old owners and new ones see this, im so sorry to say we will not be back. they don t understand you on the phone after repeating myself several times. because of this there was a mix up on times and my order sat for 20 extra minutes as well as i did not recieve what i ordered and they re closed. the quality has gone down hill. we are so sad to have to find another place but not acceptable at this point. 2022/ The only place to get pizza or wings in Chatham!!!! Call to order half/half pizza for delivery, the lady that answered the phone took my order. Two minutes later I received a phone call saying they couldn t make my pizza because it had two sauces as base and it would be all mixed up . I ve been been cooking in the restaurant industry for 15 years. I ve never refused to make a customer what they wanted, especially after explaining it and I still said I didn t care and that s how I wanted my pizza and still refused to make it. I cancelled my order and i would never consider ordering again. Called another local pizza place who were happy to make what I wanted

Chicken Caesar pizza is tasting different and much less toppings

Horrible experience with the food giving me food poisoning. The wings have little to no sauce on them. I called in to inform them and immediately they got offended, was simple informing them I did not expect compensation of any sorts yet the owner on the phone was extremely rude and wouldnt believe a word.

We noticed a value for money difference since the new owners have taken over. Our latest order had a lot less toppings (sparse with pepperoni & cheese) this time around as what they used to give when the original owners were running it. We will try ordering again and see how it goes as I m sure they re still learning.

Honestly one of the worst pizzas Ive ever had. They cheaped out on the ingredients too. Dominos would have been 10x better, at a much lower price. Wont be back. New ownership?

We went to Pie-Zanos on June 10 2023 before going to the movies . It was sooooooo good !! We were waiting in our car because we had ordered it in store . In less than 15 minutes it was ready and they brought it right out to our car just seconds out of the oven . We went to a nearby park to sit down and eat and we were both blown away by how generous they are with the toppings , all hot and fresh and the owner and staff are genuinely very nice people . Thank you so much Pie-Zanos youre awesome !! You helped make date night awesome ! Good movie , great pizza !!

I m from TO and was visiting my parents in Chatham. They said how much they enjoyed the deluxe pizza at Pie-Zane s and thought I d give it a try. It is great, very affordable and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Before a visit to chatham I had looked over the reviews for best pizza. Pie-Zanos had great reviews and they pretty well hold up to them. The crust was great not to thin not to thick and a little crispy. The sauce was tasty, but I found that they skimped on the toppings. I ordered a large 5 topping pizza and some of the toppings you could not see and hardly taste. This is not a eat in establishment. It is in a small strip mall with parking.

Fresh pizza. Tasty. No complaints. Friendly staff. Addressed all questions with care. See you guys soon !

Great place! The owners are so friendly and addressed all my concerns so nicely. We had questions about the ingredients since we wanted a vegetarian pizza and they went that extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. The pizza itself was very tasty and fresh. Would definitely recommend.

Long overdue review. Not a month has gone by in the last ten years that I haven t made at least two orders. Food is always amazing, and I ve never been disappointed. Jalapeño popper pizza for life. The absolute best part about this place is the staff. Every experience with them, chatting with them, every little extra thing they do to make sure it s a pleasant experience, making you feel like family when you re there. I ll never forget all the things you guys have done for my family in the past. Always giving us an amazing meal when we needed it the most. I recently saw this place listed for sale. Breaks my heart to see you guys go. Anyway, place is haunted. All the best.

Ordered pizza with all vegetarian toppings and found out to be pepperoni in few slices. Had to throw it away. Very bad experience. Not a professional about vegetarian integrity.

Not as good as the reviews claim. Crust is not bad cheese was a bit light and the vegetables were way to large(imagine Chinese food sized diced vegetables). We ate is and tried to like it but there is much better in Chatham. Not like real Windsor pizza at all, not sure what these guys are saying in the reviews. Seemed like nice staff and clean restaurant

First time getting a salad from here and the last time. Beyond disgusting that this is what the lettuce looks like. Literally brown and mushy Giving two stars because in the past Ive had good experiences but after this I dont think Ill be going back.

This is my place. The owners are amazing. I dont eat pizza or wings alot anymore but when I do its pie-zanos. These guys not only care about quality but they also care about community. Most pizza places arent that bad.....but these guys have it down to a science. Not to mention I have mad respect for anyone who supports community! If you eat here tell them big Mike sent ya!

my boyfriend and i s favourite place for pizza. He used to go there in highschool to get slices and they still recognized him! The staff are always great :)

Ordered a dill pickle pizza last week, and was amazed by how good the food and customer service was. A guy named Jonny ran my pizza out to the car for me, one of the nicest people I ve ever met in the industry. 5/5 will definitely become my regular spot, Kokas just can t compete.

Super friendly staff. I tried the vegan cheese and am not a fan and couldn t finish my pizza. Other than that, everything else was great. Daiya cheese would be an amazing alternative. Just saying! My partner had a meat pizza and said it was amazing. :)

Chicken wings best in town. Dry apple wood rub was suggested & it was #1. Pizza delicious & flavourful. Delivery was fast. Have not eaten in so cannot rate the atmosphere. Ordered delivery 2 consecutive days. French fries undercooked. Not recommended.

Great pizza. Shredded pepperoni should be standard for pizza. Update. The last 5 orders of pepperoni and cheese have had some other topping, typically a pepper right in the center of the pizza, i dont know if its shear incompetency or if theyre doing it on purpose at this point but im done with their inept staff

Friendly service and AMAZING vegan pizza. It was definitely worth the half hour drive to get this pizza and I cant wait to have it again. And the vegan cheese actually tastes GOOD much to my surprise (Im told the regular non vegan pizza is delicious too)

We really do enjoy the pizza , wings and panzerroti from here. We are very regular customers. I was quite surprised when our regular order was quoted higher than normal. When questioned, i was told that if i checked their website i would see that there has been a price increase. Hmmm....surpise.

Absolutely amazing! In town for an MRI; the lovely lady who served us was so helpful. She brought us plates and water out to the car and when it was time for the pizza being ready, she brought us each our own pizza. This wonderful lady even gave directions how to get to the hospital, where to park, and what to do when I got into the hospital. She went above and beyond. Kudos for such excellent customer service.

We ordered pizza tonight for pick up (mind you it s Super Bowl Sunday and they are extremely busy). While waiting for our order they let us know they accidentally made our pizza with jalapeños instead of banana peppers. First of all, they caught this before even handing it to us. Second, I didn t even find it to be that big of a deal but they handled it so well. They proceeded to quickly remake it AND gave us a gift card. Jacqueline offered great customer service. Very quick wait times for such a busy night. Exceptional service!!!! So impressed. Thanks so much Pie-Zanos, you all rock!

When I use to be in high school at the pines Id always go here for lunch, there poutines and pizza are very good, the pricing is great. Here and there Ill still come by for a poutine as its only 5 bucks and comes with lots of cheese and flavour. As for the workers theyre always so kind & make sure everything is just the way you wanted it and more. Theres no sit in its more a grab and go or even delivery type of place but still would recommend for a fast supper or lunch.

Ordered for delivery to my hotel room and it came really quickly. I got 2 small pizzas, 1 Calabrese and 1 with mushrooms, hot peppers, black olives, and pineapples. The Calabrese was super yummy with fresh herbs and squeaky cheese, but my favorite was my lil 4 topping creation. Really yummy crust. Not greasy. Priced right for what you get. the ladies who took my order and delivered were really nice and I hope I tipped them well enough.

It took me a couple minutes to get my wallet, which I admit is my fault. But the delivery person was so pressured, that they left my apartment in less than 4 minutes. I had to call another pizza place. I would not recommend this place. Treat your employees better.

Got the no dairy no meat option and was pretty good. Tough to make a decent pizza with those limitations and this one was solid for folks with dietary limits
