Didnt show up with my order but marked as delivered through deliveroo. I wouldnt order through these guys, use thwir own driver which is fine but makes it really hard to get deliveroo to help, real dodgy.

Didnt show up with my order but marked as delivered through deliveroo at 03:53 just before cut off to cancel order. Order went though at 02:17 and had estimated delivery of 02:35 to 02:55. I end up falling asleep at just gone 03:30 still waiting to find that it shows as delivered qhen i woke up just gone 05:00. No phone call or missed notifications through my ring doorbell app. I wouldnt order through these guys, use their own driver which is fine but makes it really hard to get deliveroo to help, real dodgy. If I could give this a zero stars I would. Avoid this take away and a complete waste of money. Waited 2 hours, line constantly busy but I would imagine this was taken off the hook. Delivery driver was very rude, both me and my partner really poorly from eating. I dont usually review a restaurant and I take reviews with a pinch of salt but definitely would not order from here again.

Very poor experience. Ordered tortilla base pizzas due to a health condition and being unable to eat regular pizza bases. Food was delivered and the pizzas were the wrong base. Phoned the restaurant and first time was hung up on. Second try and they refused to send the correct pizzas. Very poor customer service

This place takes orders over apps but they accept orders late at night within half hour of their closing time and dont turn up, then when you contact support on that app this restaurant will lie to them and say that they did deliver the order so that you cant be refunded and they get to keep the money. I know exactly where their shop is on Chatham high street and will be visiting them later to put my fist through the owners face or worse. You dont steal from people and think you can get away with it...

I have just called the restaurant, I explained that I had a delivery thru justeat, I have been to the doctors, and I have food poisoning.. When I spoke to the staff on the phone, I was told that I was speaking to a manager.... Then when the argumentative person spoke and shouted at me.......

I have rated them highly in the past on ubereats. A regular customer from last few months but wont be ordering again. Ordered via ubereats and ordered supposed to be delivered by 5:40pm the latest. Received after 6:10pm. Called the restaurant and the guy sounded very rude. Wish I could give them ZERO Star.

Since the restaurant being taken over by new management, it is exceptional. Food is really nice, and staff are really lovely.

Ordered via Deliveroo. Max 45 minute delivery time, rang them and was told it would be ten minutes. It was more than half an hour after a very generous 45 minute max delivery period. No apology. Why dont companies just apologise when they dont deliver what they promise anymore? Pizza is okay, lukewarm, but I ordered from a company 0.3 miles away because so many takeaways end up cold by the time they get to you. I really should have just walked there instead.

Ordered on uber eats my chicken burger is pink. First call to the restaurant I was told it because they are taken frozen from the freezer straight into the deep fryer. Then the phone cut off. I rang back a second time to be laughed at on the phone passed around to a few different people then told that the manager isnt in for 15 minuets and to call back. I was also offered next time money off. Because Im going to think ah I fancy free uncooked chicken!

the customer service is the poorest but cant expect too much the guy just dont want to talk he is also not telling people that a size is not available .... he is making any size he wants and then saying we have pest control infestation does that not mean there should be no piazzas made. The pizza does taste funny!

Was not happy with last nights delivery driver!!! I asked to be called by phone on arrival as its 11 at night and people are asleep and the driver was talking on the phone loudly on phone speaker at full blast and woke people up!. Also the pizza was more cheese then topping very disappointed will not order again!

Use this place alot. Its our favourite pizza but every now and then they use a different cheese in the crust. Its like mush and it tastes like s**t. When we rang about it before they admitted its cause they ran out of there normal cheese and this was just a replacement until delivery etc. So no problem. Went back to normal, beautiful pizzas. Well this time they denied they changed the cheese, and said just dont eat the crust...well im sorry thats not good enough. When I asked to talk to manager quite conveniently he was not in and this man was working on his own. He kept repeating this cheese is quality but I tell u something, its not, even my dog didnt have any. I said we dont want the pizza come collect and refund but he could not do that without managers say so. So tomorrow im taking the pizza in a carrier bag to the shop and demanding some sort of apology and to prove how disgusting it really was!! I guess Ill keep you all updated

Ordered last night through ubereats the food arrived late, the pizza was damaged, and tasted disgusting, the driver was very disrespectful as well... Definitely not ordering again.

Ordered through uber eats, half the order turned up...phoned and they said the rest would be delivered in 10 minutes....the food did not turn up...called again, was told Im a woman and should listen to them!!!...I was swore at and told not to phone again...took my money did not deliver all my order, refused a refund...they were rude, swore at me and half my family was not fed..disgusting...they should be shut down

The pizza meal I ordered came very quickly however, there were holes in the box and the pizza and toppings were burnt. I will never order from here again.

Where do I start! Took ages to deliver, then discovered that my chicken burger that Id half eaten was completely pink inside. When I called asking for a refund they said yes and someone would come out to me. A while later, delivery man turned up with a fresh order which I had already said I didnt want and refused my refund saying it was against their policy!? I asked him to take both back with him but he refused and left. Disgusting customer service! Never again!

Order was sent with half missing. I spoke to the shop and the member of staff didn t seem to care. He believed that as my order was delivered 30mins early I should be greatful and the rest of it will be delivered on the time it was due. The member of staff was happy to have a confrontation with me about the fact they had delivered early and didn t matter that some was missing. The pizza was kind of dry too. Wings were nice but unless you want to risk fighting for your food I wouldn t order from here

phoned an order at 9pm, orderd a meal deal which is normally really good. the order did not arrive until 2 hours later and after a phone call. The order was completely wrong when it arrived. the chicken strips which are part of the meal did not arrive, the garlic bread was cold, then to top it off the meat house pizza (main part of the description is MEAT house) is cold and is a cheese pizza with jalapenos on it with no meat please see picture below. Will never be ordering from here again. The biggest disappointment is that there is not a lower rating to give then 1 star

Absolutely disgusting. Over 40 minutes late. Food was stone cold. Chips were burnt. Chicken was raw. Mozerella sticks were burnt and the cheese was stuck on the outside all congealed where had clearly been sat there for god knows how long. I asked for 2 garlic sauces and I got some green horrible looking stuff in a cardboard container which tasted foul. I couldnt eat it at all. I phoned nearly 20 times to find out where my food was and then complain and they did not answer me once. I had to phone just eat who called them for me and the owner said everything was fine and hot. It was so cold my chips may as well have been frozen again. It was disgusting. Refused to give me any sort of money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered at 12 and said it would be delivered at 2 in the morning which I understand is late. Waited 2 hours and through that I kept checking the website and it all went through, right up to the last minute, they then cancelled the order. Time wasters and pointless.

Absolutely disappointing. The delivery was very late!!! And when it came the delivery man looked very dodgey. Then finally managed to eat and it was disgusting. The burger was rubbery and tasted very cheap. My boyfriend ordered it with salad and all he got was one slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce. Shortly after eating it I felt very sick and disgusting. Never will order from here again!!

This place is a joke took almost 2 hours to turn up an when it did it was cold and rock hard. I could have broken the window if I had thrown it at it. Do not use this place

It is outstanding pizza BUT it is really late and also they give you free drinks sometimes
