I come here a lot to have shisha and eat food. I will say personally this is the best shisha spot in Kent. Customer service is 10/10. The staff here are very friendly and will continuously check and see if everything is good. Plenty of food and shisha options. Always good vibes at Aden's.
I can't recommend this place enough – it's perfect for any occasion! I've been here with family, friends, and even hosted my work team's Christmas party, and every time has been fantastic. The staff is super attentive, and the food is consistently amazing. We even got surprise shots on the house, which was a delightful touch! So grateful to have such a wonderful spot locally for all our celebrations. Huge thanks to the team for always providing a great experience!
I have been here many times and it’s a lovely place with lovely staff and lovely ambience. The food is great, I had a hummus starter with lamb in it which was mouth watering and the fillet steak was amazing too and the shisha is great too. I love the fact that as soon as you go in this restaurant, you forget that you’re in Chatham and it makes you feel as if you are uptown. Thank you

The ambience was so relaxing, I didn’t feel like a stranger because my local songs were played for a while, and they finally stole my heart with a special birthday treat🤭. Thank you, Aden, it was worth every pound🫶🏾.
I was completely surprised when I came here. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’m used to going out in London. Food? Great, authentic Turkish food of good quality. Great value for money also. Spoilt for choice on Shisha flavours, really smooth Shisha Good cocktail options, asked the manager for more frozen cocktail options. Was even provided complimentary service. Very close to a cheap car park about 1 minute walk. 10/10 recommend and will defo become a regular spot for me

Ordered food and shisha. Only got food and no shisha. AFTER WAITING OVER 30 MINS STILL NO HOOKAH WHILST OTHER CUSTOMERS GOT THEIRS RIGHT AWAY, SO WE LEFT. They didnt even realise they forgot to give us our shisha and TRIED to charge £20 for it.

This is a nice aesthetically pleasing restaurant. Food was just there not in any way great. The pasta was over cooked. The strawberry mojito was the star of the night. Literally the best cocktail iv had in months. The waitress was so unwelcoming, She kept a straight face all through, almost like she was trying to rush us out of the restaurant.

What an absolutely fantastic place. Amazing food and a great service too. Bar is and his team gave us the best service ever. I went with my girlfriends and we had the best time ever. He made sure all our needs were met, kept checking on us and giving us everything we needed. I will highly recommend.

What can I say first time here tonight 7/05/2024 and can I just say the food was beautiful even had left over and they kindly boxed it up for us to take home then we took ourselves outside to have a shisha and it was just a carm atmosphere definitely be going back
I am purely disgusted by the treatment my friends and I have recieved tonight. Our food took ages to arrive, and when it did it was cold. To make things objectively worse it didnt even taste up to standard. We told staff that we are celebrating two peoples birthdays and we waited just as long to recieve anything for that, and then when we did, it was extremely unenthusiastic and anyone in their right mind could tell that the workers did not care to make their customers feel welcome. And to top it all off, once one of my friends left a bad review, they were harrassed into taking it down by a staff membern and the entire ordeal felt very threatening. We will NOT be coming back.
Came here for a birthday dinner, waited half an hour to even place an order and then waited an hour and a half for the food. When the food arrived, some of our dishes were cold. Attitude of the staff was disgraceful, it was only when we complained and asked to take the cold dishes off of the bill is when they came over with free cake and free shots. We also reserved our table so they knew a big group were coming, yet gave us absolutely no customer service. We even watched people that arrived after us eat their meal and leave while we were still waiting for our food. Not coming back.

Not gonna lie their speciality is 100% love66 shisha. Nice atmosphere and service. Quality is sound and flavoursome meals. Staff extremely helpful and polite.

Visited last week with my partner was lovely. Came back today with my children and what a shame in the service I received from one of the waitress, she was very rude and not welcoming at all. I would definitely recommend you get more welcoming staff so she don t spoil the experience for anyone else.

Hadnt realised food was cooked and brought over from taze across the rd. Unfortunately thus making it nearly cold(my pet hate). Tasty enough, but missing salad. Complimentary taster pudding thing brought out but no mention if it was vegetarian. Thankfully not tasted by friend as when asked if was suitable we were told it was suet.

This restaurant was such a great find. I had the salmon salad but a lot to choose from. Really generous, well presented food and the decor makes it a well presented place to be. The feeling of hospitality, comfort and service made it a really pleasant evening. A very safe bet to bring people. Loved it.

Came here on Thursday with my mate. Shisha and strawberry mojitos was the best I ve had! Service was really good and the whole place looks new and clean. Really hope more people start coming to this place as I highly recommend it. Will be back again

I would go as far as saying this is probably one of the best places in Medway. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the food was incredible very tasty and huge portions. Shisha was fantastic. Had a great evening
