I wanted to give a zero star, the way Manager Behaviour was awful we paid a price for an item to go on pizza as a topping, on arrival we notice that the item we paid as a topping is missing ,so we rang the cheers pizza and started the conversation the man on the phone was very rude n agreesive, instead of giving us apologies he started to scream n sought stating that he never made any mistake n he asked us to bin the pizza if you dont want to eat. I am not returning again, and neither will buy pizza from this place.

Awful. Pizza was supposed to arrive, it didnt. The app said it had arrived, nothing was. When I rang, they said the driver has just left and I just work in the kitchen so I dont know. Then, when we took the refund for a late delivery they cancelled the order via JE app! Never using again.

Been ordering from here for awhile but tonight i have been mugged right off ordered pizzas and both arrived fine but one was thin crust when ordered deep pan and it was cold rang up and complained and said would send a new one out pizza never arrived shocking service.....

Had to ring after waiting for over an hour and a half despite having been told via an app that it had been dispatched 20 minutes previously. Told that it had left 2 minutes ago and they only had 2 drivers in. When the food did eventually turn up everything was burnt. Tried to ring to complain but the phone wasnt answered! Didnt want to wait another hour and a half for another order. No wonder you have a good hygiene rating of 2! No we will not be using you again.

Avoid wouldn t feed it too my dogs Order was late and missing items food that did arrive was stone cold call them and some silly sausage that works there suggests putting it in the oven..

Order was supposed to arrive by 22:25. Unfortunately it never did. Called the store, they said they ll sort it out but nothing. Called half hour later and driver saying he left because I didn t open and didn t answer my phone. That s a complete lie as this has never happened to me and I can always see who is coming in the neighbourhood through my living room window. They didn t even apologise or try to fix things. At the end I asked what s gonna happen with my order and they said we re closing in 15 minutes. Eventually I had to drive down there to get my food. Worst experience with a takeout. Will never order from this place again and really make sure all the people I know will not either

Ordered a pizza that was supposed to be for delivery, got forced to log in to pay, order was suddenly changed to collection. Tried to call resturant about it but they just immediately hung up on me, tried to go collect the pizza and the place was completely locked up. Took my money and are apparently refusing to respond to either Orderyoyo or PayPals investigations for a refund.

I ordered a pizza from them on Uber Eats when my order came I felt conflicted, shocked, disgusted and very DISAPOINTED. The pizza was very very small not even a 5 inch pizza also the pizza was soaky and oily they messed up my order.

Half my order came. Called up the restaurant and was told that it wasn t there problem. When I asked for a refund I was called a Div by the manager. Absolutely disgraceful place. Avoid at all cost.

Just had the delivery lady ring at my door saying cheers pizza...... 11:25pm ?? Never even once in my life ordered pizza from these guys woke all three of my children up. Tried ringing them 5 times cant even be bothered to pick up the phone wth? Wait till I contact you tomorrow it wont be pretty. Absolutely useless mate!!!!!

Arrived after 2 hours since the order was placed via Uber Eats. Needed to call the place and chase my order. Evening was ruined.

Its a madness how their delivery is that bad. Ordered at 19:14 call at 20:04 explaining my order to them - to be honest the person on the phone seemed quite nice and wanted to help somewhat but she was just telling me that the food was going out the door now - its a 5 minute drive keep in mind. About 40 mins later still nothing (20:42). Call them again have them explain to me whats taken so long - they tell me they cancelled the order because there was no reply at the door (I have 3 people and 2 dogs in the house so obviously the delivery person made no attempt at knocking because even though she was telling me the delivery guy was knocking my dogs would have gone mental if that was the case). I then caught her out on her basic excuses and she then issued to give me a refund.

Amazing prices and food

Always liked the pizza here, the price is outstanding but waiting nearly 2 hours for a meal is shocking. It is Friday evening, granted but hire mire drivers if youre that busy. Good food. Never late on week days or during the day but order in peak times and get your food 2 hours later. Will be using these guys again despite this. Not sure if 2 stars is fair or not but it is what it is

The pizza place is ok. It has been around for years. Never had any issues. I had a pizza delivered folded in half and upside down. Not sure how I felt about it but I ate it anyway. I am still alive and didnt have any illness so cannot complain.

They make at this place. Its delicious. There is no restaurant.

I received a text marketing message from them even though I did not give them permission to use my data. The message did not have an opt out included which is against the GDPR law. When I tried to order a pizza, after much repetition of my order due to a severe language barrier, the order was finally accepted. A few minutes later, I rang them again to ensure that it was deep pan, and they told me that they no longer deliver to my area (even though I received a marketing message from them) and were not going to honour my order. The sausage pizza topping is a bright orange disc of questionable substance and the vegetables taste past their best date (unwashed perhaps!) I would rate Cheers Pizza lower than 1* if it was possible. They should be closed down and investigated.

Just because you want to put a leaflet in my letter box I have had it flooded as there was torrential rain today. So thanks to you a couple of parcels and important letters are destroyed. Well done. Thank you very much. Absolute joke And today youve littered on my steps... Please tell whatever moron you have delivering your leaflets that if they cannot be bothered to even make it to the post box to not drop the rubbish on the floor on the 3rd step!!! Looks like Ive already complained about that moron not being capable of closing a post box in rain.

I always use cheers pizza and never had a problem, their food is lovely and always nice people. 9 times out of 10 is on time but I dont really mind if its a little bit late as I always know its going to be nice and eatable. Very happy.

Absolutely the worst pizza and wedges we have ever had! We ordered a meat feast and got a pizza with 6 slices of pepperoni! Phoned to complain and manager said we should of ordered extra toppings and that it was my fault cause I worked late! FUMING is what i am! All I asked for was another meat feast pizza and was told he was too busy and it was Saturday night! RAHH! Can t even put a picture of the pizza on here to show you how bad it was!

after using cheers pizza for years as myself and family enjoy the pizzas im afaid i wont never be using these again . cannot thought the pizzas or time they take to deliver however on this occaison i ordered some ribs with my pizza on opening them up and i guess i was lucky they never coverd a certain part of the ribs with sauce i found muld and not aliitle quite alot if it had been coverd with sauce i would have never known and gladly eat them . feeling pysicly sick i drove to the take away place and asked if they could tell me what was wrong with thses ribs the first guy looked and found the problem then im guessing what was the owner lokked and could not find anything wrong . speaking in there own langauge they had a dissusen and said that its not there fault the they get the ribs from somewhere else would i like some more . on hearing this i said i want my money back and they gave me £4 i said i want money back for whole order as i feel pysically sick i threw the pizza in the bin . they would not refund me whole amount . therfore i will not be using this place ever again.

Dont often order Pizza but have used Cheerz for the past 6 years + have always enjoyed them. I phoned tonight + received fantastic service, the phone was answered immediately + the Lady was polite + helpful and went through everything carefully + asked to ensure they had what I wanted (Anchovies arnt always available from some places though Cheerz always seem to have in stock) , I phoned back a few minutes later to add something to my order + it rang about 6 times a man answered (I could hear the Woman taking an order in the background) + he was also friendly + helpful. Pizza was delivered within the 45 mins stated, was HOT + I enjoyed my BBQ Ribs + Cheesy Garlic Bread too. Will definitely carry on using them (Would love to meet the Woman who took my order, she sounded like a very nice person)

They were very rude to customers shouting and swearing at them down the phone because they messed up on a delivery. All they offered for their mistake was telling us to f off and a can of drink. The order was wrong and half was missing. I will never buy from cheers again and nor will my family or friends

Pizza is alright from there but the delivery times are shocking, was waiting almost 1 and half hours for a pizza that was told would be with my within 40-55 minutes.
