I am not sure where to begin. This culinary evening has to be the single greatest dining experience we have ever had, and we have had many. The Restaurant itself is cozy and beautiful (only 10 tables.) But we weren t in the restaurant. No, we were at a high-top table for two in the very small kitchen along with Chef Issac and his staff of 5 enjoying the Chef s Table. We were no more than 5 feet away from where they were preparing our 13 course culinary experience. Each course was exquisitely presented and Chef Issac gave a detailed description of every ingredient, every sauce etc. The two wait-staff Luz and Elena were present and attentive. Sommelier Sebastian would bring out the paired wine .. about 2-3 ounces with each course and a thorough description of each wine. During the entire 4 hour experience we were conversing with Chef, his sous chef Raphael and others. Chef Issac has an amazing team: Raphael, Cameron, Grant, Lewis and pastry chef Whitney. I have done my best to give you a picture of the evening, but I am afraid that words simply don t come close to the experience. I know that we will be back for one of their 4 course or 7 course tasting evenings.

What a remarkable and beautiful experience! Impeccable service, creative menu without being weird (which seems to be the latest trend) and so many small surprises, I couldn t begin to list them all. Can t wait to return!

This fabulous culinary experience is not to be missed. The chef and staff create a sublime dining experience. The creative combinations of flavors blew us away. Service was also superb. Cant recommend enough.

Unique dining experience. Jeff the owner, is very personable and was accountable and responsive to our concerns about a reservation glitch on their end and made up for it very well. The food was as good as my best meal in any NYC restaurant and we out often in fine restaurants. The chef makes such delicious meals flavored with amazing sauces and the portions for the tasting menu are larger than most. The grilled octopus was such a. Great medley of tastes and the pork and Japanese wagyu beef were amazing. Great wine selection. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this for a special evening.

Wanted to love it but the food wasn t as flavorful as we hoped.

Me and my husband visited for our honeymoon while in Chatham for the day, and we had the tasting menu! It was hands down the best meal we ve ever had and I m so grateful for their team for making it so special!!

Honestly one of the best meals Ive ever had, and Ive traveled a lot. There is a prix fix menu which offers 4 courses, with the ability to upgrade for custom wine pairings. Its a small intimate setting with amazing wait staff. If you are coming here choose menu items which do not need to be altered for your consumption. The chef chooses the ingredients for a reason. All the ingredients are freshly sourced and the menu changes frequently. Even if sitting for a $165 a person meal isnt in the budget, go sit on the patio and order a signature cocktail. Trust me you wont be disappointed. I was the first person to order the Agent 27:07, it was amazing, complex, smooth with just the right amount of sweetness. Felix the bartender and somalie clearly enjoys his work and is incredibly knowledgeable. Parking: Free parking on site Kid-friendliness: This is not a kid friendly or picky eater friendly restaurant. The prix fix is $165 without a childs menu, so trust me leave the kiddos at home.

A combination of deliciously prepared meticulously sourced food with a perfectly trained staff makes this gem of a fine dining restaurant worthy of being discussed among a short list of our favorites and above some with much bigger names. The bill will get your attention but for the entire evening nothing was less than exceptional.

We did the 7 course testing and the meal was outstanding. Every dish was great. The meal was certainly on par or exceeding similar Michelin star meals we frequent in NYC. The service was equally impressive. Everyone that came to our table was friendly and professional. Special shoutout to Felix the sommelier, whose energy and passion for wine really accentuated the meal.

A wonderful quaint atmosphere and absolutely lovely staff and the food was beautiful and local and so delicious! This restaurant is a MUST when in Chatham!

Outstanding place to take the special someone for a nice dinner. A bit pricey but what would you expect for a place in Chatham. I was afraid the portions wouldnt be enough. I left full and very satisfied. Great flavors and a Outstanding staff.

Loved it! Superb chefs.

After looking at different reviews, I was worried Cuvée could be a bit overpriced / disappointing. It was not! Service was warm and attentive, without being over the top, they offered us an apéritif (a mocktail for my pregnant wife), and they directly knew what type of food was compatible with pregnancy (something I ve been surprised to indicate at other similarly priced restaurants). The 4-course prix fixe was the perfect amount of food, and each dish was excellent: well balanced and impeccably cooked (yes portions are reasonably small, as they should be in a prix fixe with 4 dishes). I wouldn t define the dishes are overly creative, this is clearly traditional (French-inspired) cuisine, but nothing wrong there, especially when it s perfectly mastered.

Very attentive staff. Ordered sparkling water and staff would often go to refill it before I would even reach for the bottle. Food quality is excellent with good presentation, and the timing between dishes is reasonable with very little dead time between courses. I would caution that they tend to have pretty liberal use of cape cod sea salt, so some of the dishes may be salty. The only negative experience was that the staff failed to inform me that the A5 wagyu on the menu had a $55 dollar added surcharge and the first time I found out was on the bill. I would have ordered it anyway had I known, but it was a surprise to see that on the bill and I feel that should either be mentioned on the menu or by the staff when someone goes to order it because there are probably patrons that would be much less understanding than I would be. Overall, wonderful experience and Ill be back in 2022.

We ve had some amazing meals at Cape Cod restaurants but the Tasting menu at Cuvée is by far the best. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food rivals Manhattan restaurants at half the price

We had a second meal at Cuvee which we shared with two friends. What a wonderful dining experience. The service manages to be charming, friendly and professional at the same time. The wine list is very good and the room is intimate and chic....but the food! Surprising, beautifully presented and extraordinarily delicious. This is what fine dining is all about. So glad a restaurant like this exists on the Cape.

Favorite restaurant in Chatham! My fiancé and I have been here twice, the visits 3 years apart. Both times the food was incredible and the staff was amazing.

SPECTACULAR. Cuvée is fine dining in every sense of the word. From the service, to the atmosphere. to the food, everything was perfection. Chef Isaac, Chef Carlos and Pastry Chef Whitney are true examples of persons who are the very best at their craft. The meal started with an amuse-bouche that elegantly prepped the meal, followed by a very well thought-out wine pairing complete with explanations from Rafael with each course. Our server, Luz, left no stone unturned and the owners were graciously visiting every table to make sure the patrons had everything they needed. Service, led by Sherri, moved through the restaurant seamlessly and quietly making the scene intimate and upscale for everyone dining. You will not be disappointed. This is the best meal that we have ever had, we cannot wait to come back!

Great food and atmosphere. This is more of an upscale place so it is pricey but if you re looking for a romantic evening, delicious meal and drinks, this is the spot! Service is also excellent which makes the whole experience even more special.

How have we lived in Chatham for over 14 years and never found this gem. From the moment we made our reservation,arrival, and departure we were treated like royalty by the manager Michael Noks. It was clear that our comfort and convenience were his first priority. It was one of the coldest nights on Cape Cod but all we felt was the warmth and glow of the fireplace in the dining room. Our server Kristen was flawless from start to finish. Both of them checking in on us frequently to make sure that everything was perfect. And it was. We ordered the hush puppy crabcakes and Hummus as appetizers and they were unlike anything we ve ever had. The cakes were crunchy on the outside, soft inside and the hummus was just an amazing burst of flavor. Our whole dinner was like that. Thank you so much for a beautiful evening! It was an amazing adventure and we can t wait to go back.

I just called to make a reservation for June when we will be on vacation in the Cape. I have a 9 month old and was told they do not have any high chairs, but if the baby is quiet then they can put her in a bassinet. Bassinets are what babies sleep in. So I have no clue what he was talking about. I take my child to all sorts of fine dining restaurants and have never had any issues. It was a very uncomfortable phone call. I will be looking elsewhere to have a nice meal.

Celebrated my 60th birthday at Chatham Wine Bar thank you for making my birthday so special the food was fabulous looking forward and coming back again.

Overrated.wine bar is small. Food is OK. Service is Ok. Hushpuppies bland. Food took way too long to come out of kitchen. No reason to go back.

Seating and ordering my meal was disorganized and chaotic. Once at a table, my appetizer and main entree were brought at the same time. My meat was cooked to the wrong temperature, with the french fries soggy. I sat the remaining of my meal without anyone coming to visit me, or ask if I d like anything else. In my opinion, this establishment is disorganized without the front of the house talking to the back of the house. I m glad I didn t spend the money for the prefix meal.

Showed up early for a reservation and was told they could get us in early, but we were actually seated past original RSVP time. Nice menu but very limited options for vegetarians. Most tasting menus I have been to offer an entire vegetarian option menu but here they just pointed out the 4 options available, over 5 courses. For example, the only entree meal choice was Mexican street corn. Very limiting! I am not a vegetarian, so I had a very nice meal but felt bad for my dining companions.

Went with friends who were regulars, beautiful restaurant, the best service Ive experienced ! Please be aware , it is not for the faint of wallet, but the food and its presentation was exquisite !!!

We went there to celebrate our 54th anniversary. The staff was incredibly attentive. Food was outstanding. The manager presented us with champagne to toast our event. Food was wonderful. Very different features on the menue. This restaurant was a treat!

We visited for a family get together. The menu is extremely limited and they are not kid-friendly. The food was average, the setting was nice and the service had an attitude.

What a wonderful place for a great dining experience. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. And beautiful and relaxing atmosphere with elegant artwork and decor. The menu selection was varied enough for a good variety. There is an outdoor seating option that is beautiful on a nice night, equipped with a glass fire pit table for enjoying a nibs glass of wine.

Food, service and atmosphere are great! Owner was very attentive and the staff was always looking out for our needs. Menu is a great selection with a tasting menu. Fondue was a great and welcome surprise on the menu. Great wine bar and outside dining in addition to the dining room. Halibut with gnocchi and the vegetable risotto were terrific!
