I have never been to a Canafian restaurant that did not have Molson Canadian. They also did not have Coors light or Richards Red. Go somewhere else for good beer

For each of the last 3 visits to Match, the service has been terrible and the food very mediocre. The coleslaw in my wifes order was rancid and looked like it was rotting. When we told the waitress, she just made a joke and took it away with no apologies or bill adjustment. Match clearly does not care about its reputation or its customers.

Great place to dine. Food was delicious and service was great. Will go again when theres another occasion.

Tuna basmati bowl was excellent..... great combination of flavours. The rack of ribs was large and delicious, not fatty. The jalapeno cornbread was unique and very tasty. Overall a great meal.

Had the hot Nashville chicken sandwich. Very tasty. My husband had the club meal. The toast could have been hotter and toasted golden brown as it was still white. My mother-in-law ordered the appetizer that was three small taco with taters it looked on the sad side! The father-in-law ordered a chicken casear that looked good but needed more dressing. Dessert we got the two peach pies with ice cream was yummy service was professional and positive. Not sure why it took the hosts a while to figure out our reservation was the place was pretty empty. That was a bit odd. Overall a positive experience and would give it another go.

This place is UNBELIEVABLE Incredible food like should be on a tv show. Pulled.pork and bacon mac n cheese and my hubby got the burger so GOOD. Fancy atmosphere. We drove from Tilbury for a date night and CHELSEA IS FABULOUS!!! Excellent server and so positive and kind. We felt seen and appreciated. Defs coming back again and again !!!! Nice place not my first time. But the second time I left t the Pub. I barely got greeted at the door. The young man said if you want a seat at the bar go ahead . Waited for someone to take a drink or give a menu After a wait I went . To get a drink and something to eat at the casino I don t gamble so I prefer the restaurant but after sitting for approx 7 min with no one even looking over at me. I left . This is the second time it has happened I come for work but won t be returning anytime soon as they don t seem interested in serving singles Disappointing because I was looking to eat a nice dinner . Of to the.Mr. Sub. If they don t want to serve , Mr Sub will ..! Now this survey wants comments on the meal for this survey . LOL By the way not busy at all .

I shared a pizza but was very disappointed in the pizza options. We ordered the chicken pizza, but it lacked enough of the toppings listed and came with little cheese on it.

The food was delicious and the service was spectacular. I ordered the food truck double down burger with dirty fries, and I would definitely order it again. The best part was that our server Olivia went above and beyond to make our experience very special. There was also live music which was nice!

Just had a business dinner here and had a great experience. I forget the servers name but she was super kind. All of the food was great and everything was perfectly cooked. Absolutely would eat here again.

Nice place to catch a game or a meal. Very friendly staff and the pizza specials are excellent.

Disorganized service. Ordered an item off the menu and didnt come as shown on the menu. When asked the waitress, she says, oh I guess its not the same as advertised and the bread used for the chicken was sold out Furthermore she didnt even bother to correct the situation or ask if we wanted something else instead. Spoke to the manager and offered a complimentary meal and said he would inform staff via email. Go in one week later. Explain the situation. See the name on file and says oh, the manager you spoke to is off today. Come back again. Love to cram everyone in a small section of the restaurant for some reason even though the restaurant is practically empty . Hardly ever see a waitress. Tipping is definitely not an option. Friendly yes but service is horrible and resolution of problems is non existent. Management needs re-training. Read your reviews from your customers . Most echo the same issues.

Edit: Just want to add that we went back (as I said we probably would ), and had the spaghetti bolognese and the grilled Cajun chicken. Both dishes were absolutely delish and worthy of 5 stars! The rest of this review still stands: Our server was fantastic. Quick and friendly and attentive. The ambiance is also great, there was a dj. But the food was just meh. I had the steak sandwich with a cesar salad. The bread was a cheap sub bun, and the salad was... I dont know what kind of salad it was, drenched in some unidentifiable dressing. It was alright, I guess, but not a cesar salad by any stretch of the imagination. My hubby ordered the burger with the dirty fries. He said the burger was good, but those fries were a huge disappointment. Would I go back? Probably.

Food is waaay overpriced for the quality. Avoid the nachos it had what tasted like powdered cheese on top vs actual cheese.

Our waitress was nice and really tried to accommodate everyone at the table. The other staff stood around, didnt help our server seeing that she was busy, and when we asked for extra plates, she begrudgingly left them at the bar for our server to bring them to us. Some of the staff did nit look happy to be at work! The apps all came out staggered. First and last time here...I would not recommend!

Fish was super greasy, had to send one dish back cuz the tuna tasked bad, and even the server apologized saying that it happened often at the end of the night.

Stopped by lunch, sign said please wait to be seated . We waited and waited no one even look at us. The place only had prople at 3 tables The staff saw us waiting and just ingored us. We left, guess they didnt need customers there loss. No reason to return.

Went here for my son s birthday dinner over the holidays. To begin with, horrible service-I ordered a coffee which took over 25 minutes to get and no cream-just milk. Then after ordering our waitress was nowhere to be seen during most of our dinner-at one point I asked for a coffee refill which took another reminder after waiting half an hour. As far as food goes-absolutely TERRIBLE fish and chips. The oil used to fry the fish was obviously not hot enough-you could wring the grease out it was so gross. I brought mine home and ended up throwing it away it was THAT inedible. Wouldn t even feed it to my dog. 3 members of our party also had stone cold fries which were so bad we complained (something my family never does). Totally awful experience and none of us will be going back.

Perfect place for a friend s launch party!

The service was great. The waitress couldn t do enough for us. The food was ok but isn t as good as it once was. The burger was a bit dry and flavorless and dirty fries were a bit cold. Had an issue with the beef dip so when the second one came it was piping hot which was great! The Caesar salad was not great. Way too much dressing (which has an off flavour) and they have balsamic drizzled over it which is weird on a Caesar.

horrible service.... never been to a resturant where i had to wait 15 mins for my first order of drinks after being seated... not to mention place aint busy 35 people in attendence at max.... this brought back memories of the same thing happening lastime i was here.... guess its just the normal service here... i wont ever be back.

My husband and I live in Alabama and came to visit family in Chatham Ontario over the 2022 Christmas holiday. We stayed at the Holiday Inn next door to the restaurant. The day after we arrived, a bad blizzard hit and we were basically stranded at the hotel for 2.5 days. We were so thankful we could just walk next door to the restaurant, only feet away. The service, ambiance and food was 5 stars. Every meal was perfect and never disappointed. Our waiter Wade, was the best of the breed. Can t say enough about him. He went above and beyond in service and attentiveness and personality. Kudos to Crista Luzon, the Manager and her staff. Thank you to Marsha who was also a 5 star server. You all helped make an adverse weather situation great and pleasant. Best haddock we ve ever had too!

Love going there, one stop shop

The calamari was overcooked and threw raw onion on top of it. The dry ribs were burnt both plates are overpriced.

A friend and I had a great time. Our server was very knowledgeable and sweet, the live music was fun, and I found the dinner prices very reasonable. FYI - the dirty fries are SPICY.

First time here. Our server, Josh was great. Took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Mike though was the best! Amazing sense of humour super friendly and really made the visit a whole new experience. Its great to see someone enjoying life and their job as it makes everything that much better. The food was great perfectly done. All around great time!

Husband and I a wonderful lunch. Food was excellent and our server Mackenzie was very pleasant. Recommend the ahi tuna club or the foot long as well the wings were fantastic. We will definitely be back.

My sister and l always order the 2 piece fish and chips and share it ,always very good food.

Our server was very pleasant and asked how our food was. 3 out of the 4 of us had dishes that included coleslaw (not in a side dish, but took up about a third of the plate). We all mentioned that it tasted off to each other and when I mentioned it to our server she kindly said shed ask the kitchen. She came back and told us that it was fresh this morning, but they use a vinegar base so probably not like other coleslaws weve had. Aside from mine having a brown tinge to it, I have had vinegar based coleslaw and this didnt resemble it. None of us ate it, so my dish was $21 for 4 small slices of tuna (which was excellent) and a few spoonfuls of rice. Probably wont be back for dinner again.

1st time here, and they had live outdoor music which was cool. It was a Sunday. Service was a bit slow when there was not many ppl at the time. Great food and great prices. The decor is really nice, matches well and looks nice. Would highly recommend for your next meal.

We had dinner at the match on Friday June 16th and we re very unhappy with the service. It took 10 minutes just to have the server come to the table and we ordered a bottle of wine, which was completely forgotten until we were brought our food 25 minutes later. The server was inattentive until after we paid our bill, when she proceeded to attempt to clear food we were still eating. We are very unhappy with our service and that the management was unaware of how poor their staff serves tables. As a person who has bartended for years this is quite upsetting as no guest should wait for 30 minutes for drinks, and management should be more present on the dining room floor. We would not recommend this based on the service, however the food was great aside from this.

We eat here often. Food is usually ok. Some of the wait staff are good. A couple are painfully slow. But last night takes the cake. At the end of our meal the server looks at me then turns to my husband and asks if he wanted separate bills. What?! Do I look like a Tinder date gone wrong. Don t do that. I m sure your customers will tell you if they want to split the bill.

Had an awful experience here on a Sunday. The restaurant had about 10 patrons, and our server kept taking off for 20 minutes at a time. We ordered drinks and food and 20 min later our drinks were still empty. We waited nearly an hour for a pizza and a cajun chicken meal, and when we got it it was cold. The server smcontinued to stand around and even sit at a booth with her friends while totally ignoring her tables. What a let down.

Yikes! Hostess: We waited at the bar for a table to open up, and the hostess said she would text when it was ready. 30-45 mins pass and we see multiple groups getting seated. I went to the front and the hostess said she forgot to text us. Forgot to text us? Why would you leave this in the hands of 19 year olds. There are apps for this! Food: My friends burger was so small and the bun looked like the one at the bottom of your freezer. My other friend ordered a Caesar salad and it had balsamic vinegar on it and the garlic bread was frozen and hard as a rock. Gross! My salad and my husbands fish and chips were fine in the moment, except my husband was very sick in the middle of the night due to the food. To the manager / owner of the establishment, you should be concerned about your service level. People are not eating out as much anymore and my group goes out once a week and I would not go back by choice. If you want to offer us an opportunity to make it up to my group, let s talk!

Casinos typically have a good restaurant to attract patrons. Cascades Casino is no exception. Match Eatery & Publc House is a great restaurant with delicious recipes. Definitely will return!

Great food and excellent service

Our meal was delicious. Our server was beyond amazing. Clubhouse soo good but the sticky pudding cake omg better than an orgasam. Lol

Good food, lots of different options. The atmosphere is modern and clean. Fast and friendly service!

Upon arrival the hostess appeared to be training a host and spoke to him in a rude manner. After we were seated we waited for our server as another table seated after us was served water. After more that 10 minutes our server took our order. The kids shell noodles and garlic bread was not at all as described on the menu. We got shoestring fries instead of garlic bread. The shells were a curly noodle and no Panko crumb topping and not cheesy at all. The server forgot our drinks. I asked for a spoon for my grand daughter, never did get that. I got tired of waiting to pay so left cash on the table. If it was busy I totally understand however Monday afternoon at 2 pm was not busy!

Amazing food, service and atmosphere!

Visited last night for the first time after having Match recommended to us twice in the last 2 weeks and it was awesome! Wednesday is Happy Hour from 3 to 6pm and 9 to close with $6 Craft Beers, select half price appitizers plus half price wines! There are some unique items on the menu as well! Our server Olivia added alot to our 5 star experience and I totally recommend this local hotspot! Added bonus is the Casino is attached which was a fun wrap up to our evening!

Delicious and we love their happy hour specials

Food is good, atmosphere is good and staff are good. Ordered a glass of Pinot without looking at the price, $18 for a 9oz glass! We ve been back since, but never have wine. Nowhere else in town have we ever seen a price this high. (Ontario wine)

Well the envorniment is well kept and peaceful and dimly lit for a romantic dinner, however the food here is awful in my opinion, i dont think ive had one thing ive enjoyed, especially the pizza, didnt even seem like they bothered to cook it, it was so gooey. Luckily they were nice enough to remove it from the bill and we left it with one bit in it behind.... The onion soup is so loaded with salt we couldnt even get half the bowl in us, so avoid that unless you love super salty! Anyways, never again.

Alot of variety for pub food and the ambiance is great. But you definitely have to try the keylime blueberry in a jar dessert.

Made a reservation for 7:30 and when we arrived we were told there was no reservation and no one even bothered to look into the mistake. Extremely upset and will not be returning, the host was rude and didn t offer any other options.

Very slow , seating to food ! Ordered garlic bread to start ! Could only taste garlic on the top of the bread! Nice size loaf but wanted to taste the garlic all the way through ! Stella was 8.50 and coke 3.50 for a small glass ! Did not order a meal after not being impressed with the garlic bread ! Cost 30.00 total with a small tip !

The food here is really good. Enjoyed the cocktails and the server was fun. A good place to have a meet up with friends although I certainly wouldnt say its inexpensive. Worth it though.

I went on a Monday during happy hour, so it is super quiet. Staffs are super friendly and the service was really quick (in and out in less than an hour). I tried the Guinness draught - Its ok, better than most but definitely not the Ireland taste. I got another Stella draught after, and nothing fancy but meet expectation. Food were expected, ordered fish and chips, fish tacos, spicy shrimp tacos, and the dirty fries. - Fish and chips - the fish is made really good and the batter is soft and thin; the chips on the other hand, the oil seems a little stale - Fish tacos - fish taste good (like above) and it comes with potato taters - Spicy shrimp tacos - a little disappointed, as it is not spicy at all and only two shrimps in the tacos, flavor is good though - Dirty friends - other than the oil is a little stale, the flavor is really good Just a couple of things: 1) Menu is not up to date (do not rely on the menu from their website). 2) Staffs are no longer required to wear masks, so they were not wearing any.

Surprisingly solid spot for being attached to a casino. Very nice patio. Can be a tiny slow sometimes.

I wanted Salmon its not on the menu...I would prefer Healthier options

My fella and I stopped in for what we consider THE best whiskey sour in town. We arrived at around 930pm and chatted with some friends for about 20 min. I had to go to the bar to order because not a single server approached us to take our drink order. I then stood at the bar for another 5 min while the service manager and the bartender finished their conversation and finally placed my order. The bartender returned a few minutes later and asked if we had a server and when I told her that no one had come around, she made it very clear that she was inconvenienced having to bring our whiskey sours three feet from her perch at the bar, and that she needed the $23 bucks immediately. I oblige and we are finally enjoying our drinks! They were delicious, and after enjoying the live music and chatting up our friends for a bit longer, we decided to wander out to the patio and order another drink and maybe something to nibble on. We had a generous tip from our catering gig hours before and wanted to celebrate and treat ourselves. Instead, we sat on the patio from 10:15-ish with two empty drink glasses in front of us with NO service until exactly 10:45 when I lost patience after making eye contact with the service manager as she left the floor and waving at the server who was too busy or too bothered to notice. We stopped at the gas station on the way home and bought nachos instead. Absolutely horrible service, and when I brought our empty glasses up to the bartender and made a comment about waiting AGAIN for someone to help us, she didnt care and shrugged it off. Absolutely love the patio and the fare, but the service on a not very busy night is horrible! You would think a well-established casino bar would be on top of it at all times. Very disappointed in my last few visits there.

Decent place, iffy food

Had a great lunch with my lovely wife.

Went to the match with some friends& my husband to have some drinks .2-: told that we were limited to drinks but was pouring drinks like every 5 minutes for the group of younger men and woman at the bar. and then when the server came back my husband had asked for another drink and the waitress told us no. And told us that we were cut off also wouldn t bring us a manager. The chicken burger was burnt. And horrible service. Then continued too talk about us with another co-worker while we were seated and could hear her. Never returning again.

I was really excited to come here for a live music night, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. We knew the band and were excited to support them, but the whole experience was a let down. The server was not aware of what was and was not available on the menu and did not know the specials for the night. We ordered nachos, and they were good, but although the table was set for 2, there was only 1 side plate. Not a big deal, but a slight annoyance. I ordered a bottle of wine because it was cheaper than 3 glasses, but at the end of the night I found out that because they are associated with the casino, was was not allowed to take the remainder with me. The manager did a solid and only charged for what I drank, but a little server training would have prevented the situation in the first place. The food was not good. I had a NY steak and my date had the club sandwich. The NY, well cooked to the rare that I asked for, was completely flavourless. It was like chewing a wet cloth. I asked for steak sauce, and was given HP. I like HP, but I associate it with a steak and eggs breakfast more than a supper steak. A1 or 57 sauce would have been a better choice. The veg was good. I really enjoyed the flavours and it was cooked quite well. The potatoes on the other hand tasted like they came out of a package. Not good. The club sandwich was not a club, it did not have a middle layer, it was just a chicken sandwich. I m told it was alright, but nothing special. There was a single, thick piece of cheese in the centre that was I kind of odd. I would have expected thinner slices, spread over the sandwich, but whatever. Lastly, while the band seemed to play well, we could not hear them clearly because the sound system was very distorted. The instruments were very loud, while the vocals were quite muted. Also, the general noise level in the restroom was such that it mostly drowned out the music. Overall, not a good experience in any way, and honestly quite a let down for date night. We only get a limited amount of time of without children, and are sad that it was wasted with this experience. We likely will not return.

Great food & service!

I ordered the full rack of ribs mashed potatoes and it came with a hot cake and coleslaw. The ribs really just fell off the bone and was absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back again

Food 1/5, Service 2/5. Should of went to McDonalds I Guess. Ive never seen a restaurant with so much staff walking around aimlessly, and repeatedly wiping tables to look like they are doing something. I had the most generic meal and it just tasted weird, so weird I couldnt even get through a second bite.

Popped in for lunch when they were running their thanksgiving specials & tried this thanksgiving sandwich. I was loaded with all things thanksgiving & came with a side of delicious turkey gravy. The portions were huge & it was soooo delicious! This was our first time eating here & we were pleasantly surprised with it! They have a decent menu with so many options & the restaurant is just beautiful. Even though it s at the casino you are able to bring your kids to dine in here so definitely keep this place in mind for your next family night out!

Wont run back there again very disappointed. I met a group of girls on the 1st of December I ordered a crown royal and diet coke couldnt even taste the whiskey and it was served in a small glass, I should of tasted the whiskey if they had of added a full jigger unless they water it down, the price was too much for what I got. My sister in law ordered the pinot grigio she said it was horrible, she sent it back. There were others that agreed that ordered the same but did not send it back since we were on a time schedule. For my meal I ordered the blackened chicken ceasar salad chicken was cold realized after I did not receive my garlic loaf, only thing they did right was serve the dressing on the side. Waitress was good did not have time send the food back. Then they added an 18% gratuity for a very disappointing experience.

I really enjoyed the Nashville chicken sandwich , the staff was fantastic and welcoming vibes , I was on a drive and had the worst hunger pains so made a random stop and so glad I did , deffently would travel hour and half just for the Nashville chicken sandwich, Compliments to the chef or chefs :)

Absolutely the best burgers in town, but coleslaw tasted like it had went bad days before. Everyone who tried it agreed. Left the slaw and enjoyed the burgers!!

Great staff, terrible food. Ribs were tough and hard to get off the bone. Knife n fork steak sandwich was not on a brioche bun, the crispy onion was soggy as were the fries. The steak was over cooked and tough. Mac and cheese had tasteless dried out pulled pork.do yourself a favor and pick a different spot.

Slow service after the dinner given. The waitress never came to ask how the dinner was and the 2nd beer was handed after the dinner was over. The beer had been on the beer counter a while back as we could see it. Will probably not come back.

Ordered a Caesar for our drink which only had a lemon wedge in it but on the menu online it said had a pepper, olive, pickled bean. Our waitress wasnt very efficient. Wasnt very busy but seemed to take awhile to get our food.

If you can allow take out for unvaccinated people than you can allow them to walk through to your patio, Boston Pizza has the same set up , where you have to walk though the restaurant to get to the patio.Your patio can also be easily changed to be accessed from outside.Poor leadership

This is a very nice social environment. Cheap wing night on Thursday is always a good treat but live music on Friday night provided great entertainment. Food is good and drinks are cold!

So, my wife and I stopped into the Match Eatery at Cascades Casino in Chatham this evening. So when arriving we were advised that since we did not have a reservation it would be a 40 minute wait or we could sit at the bar. We decided to sit at the bar. We were given menus right of way and one of the bar tenders come over on a reasonable amount of time to take our drink order and make a good recommendation. After looking at the menu, my wife decided on the evening special, but I could not decide, so we agreed to get the nachos to give me more time to decide what I wanted. We ordered the nachos to start and held on to our menus. Several minutes later I signaled to the server that I wanted another beer. While waiting on our food, we noticed our server tell one of the other bar tenders what we and her other customers had ordered, and see left. It appeared that she was going on break. The bar tender that took over, did not even acknowledge us, nor any other diners. Our food came out and the runner asked where it was going, the people beside us that ordered 15+ minutes after we did, and also ordered nachos. The bar tender told the run that is was one of us and said, pointing, for them. I intervened and said that is was our order. We had not recieved plates, cutlery, or even napkins. The nachos were great btw. It was about 5+ minutes and he finally dropped off plates and napkins... No cutlery. From that point, he never asked how things were or if there was anything else we needed.at one point, the 3rd bar tender said to him, I think the need cutlery.. refering to us and he simply shrugged it off. That bar tender did eventually ask us if our food was fine and thats it. So, we never had a serve acknowledge or come by again until we had finished the nachos. He, took the plates away, not saying or asking anything after our plates were empty and drinks were empty. The original server returned from brake and I asked for the bill. When bringing the bill she ask for confirmation that we only had 1 drink each, I corrected her and said I had 2. We where there 1 1/2 hrs, I would normally have had 3-4 and my wife 2-3. So, the service was aweful. We were never asked to order a meal.. only have the Noch app..mid you it is big and good. The male bar tender should find a different job, cause he is bad at that one. Over all, the service made things a bad experience for our first visit. The food was good, service not. The only reason I gave 3 is that the manager was very attentive to my concern. I would never leave a bad review without telling the manager/owner of the situation. I believe the manager is Kim although I forgot to ask her name. She handled things very well, listened an acknowledged what I was tell her and I thank her for that. I will, be going back after speaking with the manage and hope that it is a much better experience. I would still encourage you to try it out, as I said the nachos are great and all the food coming out looked awesome, next time Ill try some.

The fish and chips were great

The food is good. Restaurant was busy, but conversations could still be heard and had without yelling. The expedition of the order could be quicker. Overall a great atmosphere and menu

The match restaurant is a nice place. Good ambiance, fun vibe. Drinks arnt cheap but they have a full bar and mix drinks. Apps are good but we wouldnt go here to eat a meal. Food is low quality. Fancy descriptions on the menu but when it comes out its a poorly prepared frozen or dehydrated product. I had wings, looked like somthing from the frozen grocery isle. Two little sticks of veggies. Wife had a mushroom pasta. Said the pasta was over cooked or maybe even frozen. Mushrooms that were suppose to be grilled in butter were not even re hydrated. Pasta with dried mushroom chips.. mmm

Absolutely amazing staff, and food! My wife and I had dinner for our 14 year wedding anniversary and absolutely perfect. Takiis was our waitress and is outstanding, never had a better server in our lives.

I expected more from a casino. Food was ok at best. The service was slow for it not being busy on Saturday. Maybe well try again in the New Year.

Ate here a couple of days after opening, food was a bit slow, but that is not surprising as they work out service kinks. I was told everything was homemade (by the hotel). I ordered two fish tacos: deep-fried frozen fish, McCains frozen tater tots, premade mango salsa, chopped fresh cabbage; green only, pickled jalapenos, flour tortilla... Make them at home; it would be more homemade and probably be better. Cucumber Ceaser was a normal Ceaser with three unmuddled slices jammed in the cup... Did not taste like cucumber at all... On the bright side, the cucumbers tasted like Ceaser. Overall seems like a lazy bar and kitchen work to turn out mediocre food. Friendly staff, cool patio.

Food and service was excellent. Staff was very friendly, polite and attentive.

Service was lackluster. Dishes came out at random. Meals could of been hotter. Watch out for the beers you get on Happy Hour - only some are 5$ a pint. Great patio though.

Disorganized. Initially turned us away saying there was a 30 min wait when 75% of the tables were empty. Would rather spend our $ at a bar where we feel welcome and keep the cash in chatham.

Night off so we decided to go to the new Chatham casino to eat. Buffet had a long line so decided to eat here. After standing at the reception desk for about 10 minutes while one employee explained to the people in front of us that there was a one hour wait, while 3 other staff members stood right there staring at us, we were advised there was a one hour wait. Lots of empty tables but figured there might be reservations so no big deal. Got called in one hour. All the tables still empty. Ordered drinks and dinner right away. Sever (Nolan) was great. But food took almost one hour to come out in a half empty restaurant. I went next door to check on the buffet line and it was much shorter so we were going to to there instead. Food came out just as I was returning to the table. Burger/onion rings were good. Fish dinner - fries were ice cold and the fish had been put on top of the coleslaw, heating it up immensely. He replace the fries with fresh ones. The music was far too load and my occupation is musician. 89db at our table and we were at the furthest table from the stage. Piped in through the overhead speakers and couldnt carry on a normal conversation. Paid the bill and left. Tables were still empty - almost three hours after we first got there. The management staff on the floor seemed to have almost no clue as to what was going on or what to do. Spent most of the time standing around. The serving staff were working their butts off. But the kitchen seemed understaffed or inefficient. There was a table of 15 near us and their meals came out in literally 15 different trips over about a 15-20 minute period with 3 different servers. Our server advised us the wait was due to this party coming in unannounced. The restaurant was half empty. If you cant handle 15 people coming in, maybe you should be doing something else. My wife ran a 50 seat restaurant with one cook, one dishwasher and one server and a similar menu and never got this far behind. Next time, we will wait for the buffet. But dont blame the servers, no fault of theirs.

Mediocre at best. Wont be rushing back anytime soon.

Went on the first Sunday of the football season and they only had two games on tv asked for Ravens game and they do not have the nfl package plenty of other restaurants in town do. Very disappointed.

Service was horrible. Seated last night at 9pm. Our first waitress asked for our drinks after 5 mins. We asked just for water. She brought back 2 glasses and no large glass bottle like they do. We werent ready to order, she said she would be right back but a good 15+ mins passed. We could see our first waitress helping larger tables and totally missed us. Then our 2nd waitress noticed our body language and came to our table for our food order. She did apologize. We asked for more water and was now brought a large chilled glass bottle. We ordered apps and the came out pretty quick as we think the put a rush as our food came out before the other larger table beside us. Ordered Nachos, Dirty Fries and Soft Pretzel . Food quality 3/5 Food Value 2/5. There was a solo artist playing cover songs. The volume could have been a few levels lower. 2nd waitress did check on us. When we were finished a new 3rd waitress check us out. She never said she was replacing the 2nd waitress maybe to cover their break or they were done their shift. We finally were out by 1015pm. There seems to be poor management and untrained staff here after being open a few months. Last time we visited the buffet, we had a better experience. If the buffet is open, go there for food on site.
