Very nice and friendly service, the waiting was about 20 minutes but I do not mind that, as long as the food is fresh and well-made. The only constructive feedback I could give, is to add less salt in their food, and maybe put salt and pepper on their dining tables if someone wants more so they can add extra. Whatever we ordered was extremely salty (keep in mind I am a person who loves salty foods) and we ended up not finishing our food because it was way too salty. Other than that, the atmosphere was so nice and the restaurant very pleasant to dine in.
Definitely worth a try, I have tried a variety of similar restaurants/bars and this was up there with the best. A few brilliantly made cocktails and a full stomach. The pasta and burgers reminded me of a well cooked homemade meal 😁
Absolutely lovely place to eat! Foood is very tasty! Portion size excellent! Interior decor is beautiful! Very clean outstanding place! Would deffo come again! Price is excellent too! Very happy customer! Highly recommend!
The food was amazing, the service was outstanding and we really enjoyed visiting this place. The tables and the chairs and the style of the interior is very lovely and modern. In addition, it is very clean in here. The bathroom was clean and not smelly at all. The design of the bathroom is very lovely and refreshing. Food that gets served it fresh and amazing, we tried Kinki Burgers, and a few other dishes, some desserts and milkshakes, every single food item that we tried we enjoyed very much. At first when we arrived we were a little bit suspicious because it is brand new and there isn’t many reviews, however as I mentioned the service was outstanding and we will be coming back. The lady that served us was very friendly and lovely to chat to, she demonstrated good service and welcoming behaviour. Anyways overall everything is 10/10. Thank you for the service.

I was walking by in Chatham High Street and The Kiki restaurant attracted my eye l walked in and i was so welcomed and I had great service and food I definitely recommend it and will be going back this Friday with my sister can t wait to go back the Kinki burger made my mouth water.

Ordered on just eat, they forgot the milkshake, no biggie it happens. Suprisingly, they came back and delivered it 30 mins after the food. Really appreciate it.
I am so happy the business is open again. Apparently under new management but the food is still the same: delicious and well loaded. Do yourself a favor and try this place
I ordered on deliveroo at 7:45pm on a Friday the food was supposed to come at 8:30 but here I am at 10:30 no food and the app says its been delivered and I have no food

Their veggie burgers were the best, unfortunately I dont think they do them anymore:( Vegetarian options: The veggie burger is delicious but no longer available.Shame

Some work colleagues arranged our dinner as a leaving do for my retirement. Although a small restaurant it was fresh, clean and modern. The food was lovely, we all cleared our plates. The burgers were amazing the chips perfect. The creamy chicken dish with masala and mushrooms was particularly delicious. The girls enjoyed the cocktails and I enjoyed the wine. For a small restaurant there is a good choice of wine and cocktails. We enjoyed hot chocolate fudge cake, churros and a delightful Polish apple dish. This reasonably priced little gem in the heart of Chatham was a complete surprise to me but I will be returning again with friends and family. The take out business was certainly busy too.

Ordered from deliveroo as had a voucher. Found it expensive for burgers but treated ourselves. Had blue cheese burger camerbert burger and a halloumi burger all were fresh , got and amazing, pulled pork fries where great hot , and nice chips actually under it all too. Would order from here again but only with a voucher as too expensive for burger and chips sorry but great quick hot amazing food

Well hidden but very cosy place with delicious food. Been gere few times before for takeouts. Pasta is spot on! Best I ate in Medwat so far. Tried blue cheese burger today and even ChucknBlades can hide embarrassed comparing to what I got served today!!! Myst visit in this area. Cant wait to try more of their food

Popped in here after not being able to get a table in the dead pigeon, actually really good! Food really nice, people nice, would come again.
Very big portions and very tasty, plus it arrived well packaged and warm. Had a buttermilk chicken burger (kudos for a custom sauce!), onion rings, cheesy fries, cajun fries and jalapeño poppers. Only the last item was a bit meh (more creamy than cheesy). Generally very pleased.

Great service! Did arrive earlier than expected which was a plus! They did forget an item on the order, but it was here by the time we had finished the hot food, so perfect timing really. The food was great and it s so nice to have something different in the Medway towns

terrible service, thought i d speed things up for myself and order takeaway but it took over an hour and a half to get to me and when it did i was beyond disappointed. The stench was so pungent & was the wrong food so i sat around waiting and waiting for this order to receive an appalling mess. I called the restaurant to be handled by a defensive and evasive man who couldn t accept responsibility that not only did i have to wait a ridiculous time but they had also sent me the wrong food! & yet he doesn t think that warrants a refund! service so horrendous it s laughable
Ordered from a food delivery service. Food was very tasty and arrived hot and on time. Ordered a chicken burger, pulled pork topped fries and a peanut butter waffle. Burger was tasty, fries has lots of pulled pork on them and the waffle had just the right amount of peanut butter and lots of banana. For reference the waffle is a 7 diameter. Ice cream arrived frozen, even on the hottest day of the year. Would order again.
I ordered chips and chicken on top with garlic sauce and another one peri peri. Fast delivery but food wasnt warm enough, chips soggy and tasteless but general amount of chicken but really lack of any flavour. Waffle kinder was very nice with right amount of kinder chocolates and chocolate spread but little bit soggy and not warm enough, really shame cos we was looking for something different and kind of disappointed, we wont order again
First time having a kapsalon, and first time using this restaurant for a takeaway. It was absolutely amazing!! (And the waffle was divine too (pictured)) So tasty and fresh and hot too. It arrived much earlier than quoted and was very reasonably priced. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Outstanding quality and service, I can not recommend these guys enough!!! And next time I visit Rochester I am definitely ordering a takeaway from them again!!
We had Kinki burger, Thai chicken jalapeño cheese balls and waffles. Everything was good quality food, not heavy,fat or salty. I will try other foods from the menu. 100% recommend to others

Delivery never arrived, they threw away our food as driver could access automatic gates ( they open when approached) tried to call Kinki numerous times and when we did get through they could not care less. Money spent - no food - bad service and bad attitude. AVOID as it s a risk to order and have it delivered.
