Nice place, good atmosphere. We were there for a dinner with colleagues. But the food leaves something to be desired... the salad was tasteless, the dessert excellent and the main course was good but quite basic for the price... Excellent service otherwise, a lot of responsiveness.

Passing through the area for vacation, I chose the place by seeing the map on the site. When we arrived there the menu was very different, it had melted like snow in the sun, the waitress replied that yes, sorry, the change was not always made on the site. We fell back on the current menu (much less extensive). To summarize the beer is very good for the food go elsewhere the service time is endless (50 minutes for us) and it is overpriced compared to the quality.

If I could give 6 stars I would. We came to celebrate my husbands birthday with friends. The welcome and service were impeccable. Our server Pierre-Luc, passionate and kind like few others these days. He knew how to present the menu to us in such an enticing way that we didnt know what to choose as he knew how to make us salivate with his presentation of choices, each one more interesting than the other. He was always there for us, he knows his products and is very proud of them. He is a great ambassador for the company that he is very fond of. A successful evening by its presence, by the quality of the dishes as well as by the atmosphere of the place which was more than perfect. In short, we are happy and fulfilled people. Great place... excellent food... great drink... warm decor. Super nice staff....

Disappointment. The smallest oysters I have ever seen in my life, served without the sauces and ingredients advertised. We then waited over an hour and a half for our burgers, and they forgot the salad. Plus, its a microbrewery and the staff doesnt know the beers.

Top restaurant!

One of the worst services in a restaurant, more than 2 hours of waiting to eat and finally being told that they gave our dish to another customer and that they can make us something other than the dish ordered because the pasta is too long to cook we finally left (no discounts, no excuses). An error happens and it can be easily excused, incompetence no!

Slow service! 2 hours before being served. They gave us 15-20 fries to keep us waiting (for a table of 17 people). I will never go back there (despite the fact that I like Voie Maltée beers).

It was super good! I only came here to have a drink and finally we let ourselves be tempted. The atmosphere, service and food were perfect! Obviously its a little expensive, but given the fact that they are local and quality products, its somewhat normal.

The meal was excellent but much too expensive. The waitress was very nice but it took an extremely long time for our plates and our bill. In addition, I notice that making mistakes on invoices is almost a common practice at the Factory. As it was really difficult to receive the invoices and it was very late, I was less vigilant for this one and when I got home, I realized that I had been charged $18 too much and that I couldnt do anything anymore.

At 8 a.m. they started to close the kitchen, the convection oven was making a lot of noise, the employees were relaxing. the dining room was almost empty. Superb place

Extraordinary experience at dinner on December 29. A warm welcome and service. Quality and delicious dishes, cocktails and wine. We feasted on oysters, octopus, snails, tartare and duck pasta. Without forgetting a delicious tiramisu. Thank you to the Usine for this magnificent romantic evening which ended our vacation at the Fjord.

40 minutes for a star cocktail, unacceptable! A very long time for the dishes and they didnt even arrive at the same time. Half the table finished before the other half received their dishes. Lots of employees twiddling their thumbs. A waitress who plays with her hair without washing her hands before serving customers. Value for money, no relation. I have been there several times, this was by far the only time I can speak negatively about the place, but unfortunately this is just one bad experience for cold, like the dishes.

Delicious! Favorite for the Burger and the snails. The burger is absolutely huge in addition to a generous portion of fries. Staff is also very courteous.

Our waitress was really attentive during our visit. She had great energy and that made all the difference to our evening.

I ate a cucumber salad which went symbiotically with the smoked trout. The Cajun shrimp was excellent with adequate explosive additive. Service as it should be in the image of customers in my opinion. Ambient music a little too loud.

We were seated very comfortably at the bar, the welcome from the bartender P.A. was perfect! We ate the burger which was decadent accompanied by a nice red. Prices are a bit high, but we got what we paid for. We will return there for sure!

Beyond the cuisine, service and atmosphere there is the price. Its way too expensive for so little. A 9-inch pizza $22 plus an extra cold meat of the day $5 and an extra mushroom $13. What mushrooms do you use? Honestly the two extras almost cost the price of the meal. The waitress offers us the extras without mentioning the price. Very fast service. The food is pure delight. We stayed there for 4 hours for a girls night. The only annoyance is the cacophony with the DJs music.

Le tartare et la planche mixte charcuteries et fromages, petit délice. Rare sont les restaurants qui offrent une sangria qui goûte vraiment l alcool. Je recommande certainement.

I tried the plant for the first time last night. Very nice atmosphere and in fresh taste the food was excellent. On the other hand, we had to wait 30 minutes before receiving our aperitif and around 1 hour 30 minutes for our meal. I ate the oysters as a starter and a lamb and zucchini risotto on the slate. The portions were very small and I didnt eat my fill (the size of my point in risotto and 4 to 5 small pieces of shredded lamb.) which was disappointing given the high price of the plates! I wont go back there to eat.

Le seul point négatif était le déssert. Le forêt noir stout aux cerises ma déçu. Donc à part le désert tout était excellent. Peut être que vous aviez ma ligne en conscience ;)

I ordered the plate of Doré but it was a trout fillet that arrived, skin on top with the sauce on the skin??? The plate looked nothing like the picture on the web. He forgot the important detail that there was no more gold. $44 for a fillet of trout that I eat all year round isnt great. No doubt I had a bad day. :(

We were eaten yesterday (8 DEC 22) my partner and I and we were treated like kings! We showed up, without reservation, right in the Christmas party period and the manager set up a table just for us and were served by the beautiful Sarah with her good humor and her wise advice for wine and meals. ! And quickly being expected an hour later! And what about the meal! Hmmm, everything I loved was on my plate! Its been 4 years since we went back but we wont wait that long to go back! Well done to the team!

Great atmosphere. Original dishes. We tried the walleye (excellent), the bone marrow (very good), the tartare (good) and the vegetable dish (very good). On the other hand, we waited at least 45 minutes to be served.

Worst evening of our lives. We went for my mothers birthday, it had been several months since she had been able to go to the restaurant because of her health and the evening was the worst disaster ever because of this restaurant and the bad service . Our reservation showed for 3 people but the hostess claimed she only had a table for 2 and saw 2 on the reservation. So they put us outside on the terrace despite the autumn cold under the pretext that the restaurant was full, yet I had a view of an empty table through the window throughout the meal... The meat was full of tendons and it Wasnt much on my plate despite the high price. The more the evening progressed, the colder it got to the point that I was shaking, and suddenly it started to rain on our plates, which were already cold due to the weather. It took a good 10 minutes before a waiter came. ask us if the rain was bothersome (what a question...) He offered to give us a table inside (the same one I had seen since our arrival) because of the pouring rain but we had exactly 30 minutes and after that we will have to leave so we couldnt order dessert or drinks, no time!! so in the end we could have eaten inside from the start if they would have treated us with respect. Terrible service, expensive and very ordinary food, you dont leave there feeling satisfied even after spending $170, lack of variety on the menu. Thanks for ruining my mothers party, she came home crying afterwards, we wont be coming back!

Very disappointed with our visit it took around 2 hours to get our food served, menu not diverse enough and not much choice. Our table was missing a chair and I had to sit on a rock-hard chair, my meat had a lot of tightness. The bill was very high for the portions we were still hungry when we left. On the other hand, the waiter was very nice and seemed very bad about the situation. We had very good service from him. Hoping that his comments will help you improve. I would not return to this dsl place again.
