It was my first meal here and it didn't disappoint. That nice frosty mug made my root beer go down the smoothest I've ever tasted. The burger was nice and juicy. Definitely would try again.

Arrived at a nearby hotel during the evening and it was the closest place to find a meal. We'll worth it. Burgers were tasty and juicy. Fries crunchy. Very quick service.
This restaurant is supposedly in the oldest Quebec House. That alone makes it a must-see, but we were here for the traditional food. We did the pre-fixe and upgraded a few things. I opted for the pate for my appetizer which was smooth and tasty. The accompanying bread was toasted and good. I had the beef Wellington for my entree which had a fantastic crust but I wasn't a fan of the actual beef which was not flavorful to me.
Such nice and caring staff. When my friend had dropped her food, they seemed genuinely worried about her and took care of the mess so nicely. Just a nice feeling place for fast food. Also nice quality of food. Doesn't taste so processed like their competitors
Best fast food (burgers) in town, always fresh and hot. People are beautiful, and you see that they care about food service to their customers.
Easily one of the best fast food chains in Canada. Food taste really good and comes from local and legit origins. I'll cabe back every time I'm here!

The burgers were good as were the fries. However, we arrived at 9 p.m. and the room service was closed but the drive-thru was open until 10 p.m. For Europeans, pay attention to the schedules!

My wrap was so hard that it broke when they rolled it. When I looked closer, I saw that it was moldy! Really disgusting. Plus the salad was black.

Its been twice that I showed up on Sunday they served me a cold poutine she forgot my liquor she didnt want to give me Mayo. The 2nd time he refused to serve me the egg head, he seemed to really care about me, seriously!! It said served all day!

First of all, there were about 5 people in the restaurant, it was 5:13 p.m. Obviously there was no line. I ordered a poutine with a drink using a promotional voucher. It was instant, my order arrived straight away Bravo. In the kitchen there were 5 people including 4 teenagers. I can tell you that the poutine was so delicious that I went to get a second one... And my 7 UP drink was great. As you can see, I have attached photos and those of my 2 invoices. Also there were 2 nice ladies at the reception counter. So. Parking: I would think around 50...

Courteous service, never a problem with my recipe for double buddy extra jalapeño cheese, replace the mustard with chippo extra bacon sauce.
We ordered takeaway and were served very quickly. The meal was very good, the meat seemed of good quality. however, too bad there was no dessert offered like ice cream

I tried the Chicken BLT and it was a great discovery. The lost star is because of the benches which had not been cleaned.
I ordered a trio through the A and W app. My order was simple. A trio. This was delivered by Doordash driver. Considering that the trio costs 14.99 and that I ended up paying almost $29, I would have expected the order to be fair, but the driver arrived without the drink. When I questioned him, he told me that he had asked if there was a drink when taking his order and he was told no. I pointed out to him that the paper he was holding in his hands, hanging from my bag, stated that there was one. He simply shied away from responsibility. I called the restaurant, they told me to come get my drink. Really anything. If youre having it delivered, its not for traveling. Im a 15 minute walk from the restaurant. They offered me no solution, no freebies, except come yourself. Not strong.

Derierre le comptoir j ia pris un hamberger avec salade le suposer cuisinier a pris une pognee sur pomme de salade et ha mis ca dans le hamberger ce qui ha donner 5feuille complet et mis ca dans le hamberger j ai remplie votre sondage parce que j avais j amais vue ca j ai payer 17$ pour ca incroyable

May 30 at dinner, Apart from the guy in the black shirt (there were 2 guys) who takes care of the bread and meatballs who plays with his cell phone and who rubs his nose and returns to his activities. Its okay, but it doesnt make me want to go there anymore.

I waited 20 minutes today to get my VG burger no explanation no excuse no compensation. Having known I would have gone elsewhere, the fast drive-thru service is a scam.
Really very good, the fries are really excellent when compared to other fast food fries. + Bonus point the restaurant also offers sweet potato fries the burgers are really very good, however lacking a little sauce in my opinion

Today, November 26, 2022 around 11:15 AM, my husband and I had the worst restaurant experience of our lives. We each ordered lunch with bacon, sausages, 2 eggs, tomatoes and potatoes accompanied by toast with soft drinks and me, a coffee. It was terrible... 1 -...Our order was incomplete.......sausages and tomatoes missing on an order 2- ...a soft drink is missing 3...my coffee served in a cardboard glass instead of a real cup...and the toast is black and tastes like burnt toast 4- ...I signal to a young girl to tell her the problem she replies do you have the bill??...well lets see! 5-..when the missing elements returned, a beautiful black hair on the edge of my plate....yuck. 6- ... I go to the counter and ask to speak to the managers....no one...denies...they are 6-7 young people and no one to manage and manage.....one me offer to reimburse but without my lunch....no.... The young employees were sorry.....an adult should have been there to manage it. A little over 21 dollars for poor management and stewardship..what a disappointment.
