Pizza Rodi Chicouimi in Chicoutimi

What a HORRIBLE experience. We placed an order, me and 5 of my colleagues, yesterday December 19th at Rodi on rue Racine. Our office is on Racine Street, exactly 650m from the restaurant. We placed our order at 11 a.m. asking for delivery by 11:45 a.m. At 12:20 p.m. the delivery is still not there, we call customer service and speak with a lady named Bista. She CONFIRMS us that the delivery man is on his way and that he is coming so we wait. 12:30 still nothing, we call back, we speak with Bista again and we explain to him that our office is a few blocks from the restaurant, we are told the delivery man cant drive any faster. She tells us that she will contact the delivery person and call us back. 12:40 p.m. still nothing and no call back from Bista. We call back, we are told the same thing by Bista, the delivery man is on his way, Ill call him and call you back. 12:55 p.m. the delivery man arrives (Bista never called us back). We requested 6 separate invoices, and the delivery person arrives with only 1 invoice and a COLD order. I then ask the delivery man when did he leave the restaurant. He tells me he left 10 minutes ago!!! All this time, we were told nonsense by customer service! We were waiting for our order which I remember was placed 45 minutes in advance for nothing because we only had 1 hour to eat. We call Bista back, we explain to him that this is an unacceptable service and that we are requesting a credit on our bill. She tells us that we absolutely have to pay the bill and that a manager will call us back to see what he can offer us but that we cant not pay. So we pay and wait for the managers call back. The manager calls us back and offers us 25% off our next order, telling us that he has 2 different versions and that we should not have paid for the order upon delivery. We will NEVER recommend this restaurant again. NO customer service and no respect for your customers. If only one of your employees would have taken the trouble to call us to tell us that they couldnt deliver by 11:45 a.m. we would have told them perfect, no problem, well come pick it up! Its ridiculous.

You really dont have to be in a hurry. The term express in Rodi Express does not correspond to reality. Pleasant service despite everything, but during your lunch break, the only thing that will be express is the way you will be forced to eat to return to work on time

Very disappointed with my delivery order order placed online at 5:20 p.m. 6:15 p.m. first call made to find out if the order has gone, we are told that the order has gone. We called back a second time around 7 p.m. and ho, miraculously our order arrived. When we open the pizza box we realize that our extra crust has not been applied, then when we cut the pizza we realize that the dough is not cooked, our fries are cold and smell of old fryer oil. We paid a lot for nothing to eat, reading the comments we realize that the manager does not return calls and applies a supposed $5 discount on a future order . So we called the same evening to complain and the girl who answered offered nothing, we called back the next day and we were told that the manager would call us back and he didnt call us back. So we checked the consumer option and when the order was placed online by credit card we can request feedback to get a refund if the product is not satisfactory (this includes food). So that s what we re going to do and that s what we suggest you do instead of wasting your time with the manager .

Bad delivery service, two calls to have an oversight delivered and I didnt even receive a refund. The lady on the phone washed her hands with my order. Never again at this restaurant .

I order 1 12-inch pizza, 2 poutines and garlic sticks for delivery. Once I receive the delivery to my hotel room, I notice that I am missing the garlic sticks. I called the restaurant and said that there was nothing we could do and that it was the responsibility of the delivery person. I have to order again if I want to receive my sticks. It is nonsense !

Boivin pizza with topping that doesnt even make it to the crust. If I order a 12 inch, I dont want 10 inches of filling and a 2 inch of sauce crust on the end! I contacted the restaurant. I was offered a discount to use on a future order. Supposedly stored in their system. When you want to use it, no employee knows how to do it. Never been able to use it.

The food served to me was good, but the service a little slower than I expected for this restaurant. The person serving us was more or less efficient. Obviously you can have a bad day like in any restaurant but my rating reflects the 2 visits I made. Kid-friendliness: Yes, but there are no games, only benches for young children.

The advertising campaign on all-you-can-eat fondue got us. It was good but nothing more, the service was OK but above all very slow and the atmosphere doesnt really lend itself to a fondue dinner. All in all, we didnt hate it or find it wow. Parking: During rush hours its not easy to find a nearby place

Order: 4 8 pizzas + medium fries Received: 3 7 pizzas + 1 6 pizza + small fries A pizza had been substituted by a pizza of lesser value. The dough was not completely cooked (I would say about 65% cooked). Everything (fries and pizza) were cold. Etc... Its up to you to see how far you want to go... Just to want to look good, we will put a response under this message and despite our messages, we will never be contacted, so thats fine!!! EXECRABLE!!!

Order accurately without pineapple. Received pizza with pineapple disappointed . Calling the pizzeria the Mr confirmed to me that indeed I had specified without pineapple and that the cooks usually dont make mistakes. The only solution offered is to call the managers the next day so if I am allergic I dont eat.

Very insulting. Poutine 3 pieces of cheese and a teaspoon of sauce. 3 mouthful of Putin. Little pepperoni pizza. Undercooked fries. For me its over. For 16 dollars its not worth it.

Have ordered a pizza, a poutine and a large fries at 7:20 p.m. After calling once after 2 hours to find out what happened with the delivery and now its 11:33 p.m. still no supper. Despite December 31, its understandable but its really unpleasant.

Pitiful service! We ordered $75 worth of Pizza and had to wait 1h30 before being told that the pizzas werent even on their way. The store manager was arrogant and showed a great lack of professionalism. I dont recommend this pizzeria to anyone.

It was good until recently. I ordered 3 pizzas, including a veggie pizza. I received pizzas that seemed to have just been reheated (hard dough, questionable tasting tomato sauce). Thats not all, there was plenty of meat in the veggie. This is the second time that I have seen a vegetarian dish replaced by a meat dish, but this time, one person was not able to eat (takeaway). I called the next day as a gesture of goodwill, but its already been 2 weeks since I received a call back. Even though it is one of the few to close late and with such low prices, the quality and customer experience were not there. Im crossing it off my list.

I went to order a pizza at 11:05 p.m. and the restaurant was closed. An employee indicated to me that the restaurant was closed. The restaurant closes at midnight, it would be important to respect the closing time.

I ordered 4 pizzas. Of the 4, 2 were in total disrepair and no one wanted to do anything. The delivery man even came back to challenge me at home. After 4 calls no one wanted to send me the 2 broken ones or issue a refund. Service is a big 0! Very disappointed with your restaurant!

The best pizza I have tried

I ate a really delicious chicken skewer, the chicken was cooked to perfection with a sauce that tasted really good. There was also a generous portion of rice and a nice salad with very good accompaniments. The salad dressing was also very good. the restaurant has a beautiful decoration and the service is very warm. I suggest you try it if you want a great dining experience.

The pizza is really good despite the negative reviews. The crust is very crunchy, its fresh and very delicious.

Im Brazilian and normally I dont like pizzas from here But luckily I found this pizzeria Rodi and I wont let them go. I like their pizzas. I also like their on-site service.

45 minutes to get a club sandwich to take away (I had called before as well) to finally receive some croquettes.. I go back and after another 20 minutes of waiting I receive a half burnt club sandwich, without the side salad Worst service Ive had!

Beautiful regular team lunches at Rodi. The service is excellent, the waitresses are pleasant and we are delighted to have them back for our Tuesday lunches. The cuisine is truly delicious. The wait varies, sometimes fast service, sometimes a good wait but we are kept informed by the waitresses of the reasons for the delay when a longer delay becomes known. However, I would like to point out that the last visit remains bitter, one of the people at our table received their dish after everyone else, some had even already been cleared, but despite the wait and this inconvenience no discount was given. been granted, nor taken into account the fact of our regular visits.

Poor service

I ordered 2 special rondi delivery driver error received 1 garnished 1 peperoni cheese. After chatting with the manager he told me that he was going to give me a credit on the next order. And yes indeed $5.00 for a bill of $50.52. Moral of this story, go back and wait for the right order. For the service we have a little...just to give you an idea all this took just 90 minutes (1h30) Its the same time but not the same for everyone. Good luck to you for an agreement with them for a discount nothing is free but our experience is paid.

The service is pitiful, clearly there is a lack of employees, the poor guy I see every time is the same and he does the cooking alone and the service which is not healthy handles money and does the cooking ( is the basis of any restaurant) in short I would be ashamed if I were the owner I would be there every day as long as I dont find a reliable employee!!

I have always loved Rodis food and have never had any complaints. The staff is sometimes slow but the lack of manpower affects everyone. A few days ago I had the worst service of my life: I ordered online and my friend came to bring my pizza to my door. She is rock hard and burned. I call the restaurant to explain the situation and they tell me that I have to go to get my pizza changed. I explain to them that I have covid, that I cant travel and she tells me that she doesnt see any other way of doing things. I ask him to credit me for the pizza in question. She told me she was going to take down my number and name and call me back the next day. Perfect. But I didnt have supper. They dont call back. I called back a few days later on principle and it was the same lady who recognized me. I tell him that I havent heard back from them. She tells me that it would have been easier to come pick her up in the evening. I told her again that it wasnt possible and she replied: is it complete? Should I say sorry to him? Complete what? She says thank you, have a good evening. The lack of manpower I understand. But when youre stuck with employees who are so condescending to your customers, youre better off closing your doors.

Première et dernière fois que je mange de leur pizza. Croute brûlée et il a dû manqué de pâte car javais une pizza moitié croute normal et moitié croute mince. Leur format de rondelle donion, un regulier, ..... 6 à 7 rondelle ...... Jimagine pas le petit format, 1 à 2 rondelle ... Cest du ridicule, revoyé vos format sil vous plait.

Good pizza, delivered on time. That said, the side order of salad and fries was incredibly or ridiculously tiny. It was like a very small sample in which some would be missing.

For my part its over, my last two orders were full of preparation and delivery errors, really disappointed with the service.

Very welcoming place, whats more, it offers not one, but two dining areas (one fast and the other more in the restaurant spirit). We headed for fast food. We were served by staff who were not very helpful, but very pleasant. The service was very fast (around 5 to 8 minutes of waiting). The menu chosen was: chicken wrap and baby poutine with a fountain drink. The warp consisted of crispy chicken that was properly seasoned and very soft in the mouth. The poutine was perfectly executed. To conclude, I seriously recommend this place!

Tabarnack the broken arm service! You order online for a poutine and another cossin, that gives you 20 minutes of delivery. You realize that there is no two sauce option. You order the same over the phone just in case. They tell you no, two sauce doesnt exist. Youre really hungry and theres nothing else that really delivers, so you say yes, the same. Ultimately, in addition to paying too much for your food, you get busted twice! 30 minutes I call the place to find out when my delivery arrives. They tell me 45 minutes instead of 20. Wow. And I wait, I wait, until finally its 1 oclock and the delivery guy just never came I ordered from Salvatore. Oh well, who arrives at the same time as the Salvator delivery man? Him from rodi. Ah good. Guess who was told to return to their company empty-handed? Not salvatore!

I was a regular at Rodi, I dont know what happened but the service is terrible. Delivery times are unacceptable and the food arrives cold and dry. Portions are smaller and prices have increased considerably. Damage! This is the cycle of life, its time to move on to another.
