La pizza c'est notre spécialité depuis 1968 dans la région du Saguenay . Notre pâte qui ne contient aucun gras animal et notre recette de sauce unique au Québec se distingue de tous les autres pizzas avec sa cuisson avec notre bon vieux four a pierre qui donne une cuisson croustillante a la pizza!! . Non nous avons pas de poulet ni club sandwich, on se concentre sur LA PIZZA ,nous sommes les PROS de la pizza !!

Livraison à l’heure. Pizza peu garnie, fade et décevante. On est loin du pizzapro d’avant. La légumes sur la pizza végé ne semblaient pas très frais.
Pizza trop cuite , fromage très brunis et elle est allé dans la poubelle. J'ai téléphoné et on ne m'a même pas dit de la retourner. Fais plusieurs appels en plus. Aucun souci du client. Su on me dit le contraire en me répondant , je veux rencontrer la gérance. Fini pour moi

Belle hypocrysie de la part de ce qui semblais etre la gerante ou proprietaire... ils donnent des pizza gratuites aux itinérants, ca passe dans les media, très belle image, mais quand vient le temps de rencontrer directement une personne dans le besoin, c'est autre chose. Je suis allé connecter mon cellulaire sur la prise extérieur (C'est un commerce...) la madame se fache, veux apeler les polices et nous traite de voleur et de clochard... belle image en tout cas, ca fait une belle publicité!!! Un rappel de ne pas toujours se fier à l'image qu'une entreprise veux montrer...le karma a joué en ma faveur tout de suite après, un homme de mon age est venu me parler et m'as donné 120$... merci la vie!! Et mon mc-do etais bon :-) je vois que vous avez une panoplie de beaux commentaires de ce genre. J'aurais envi de vomir mais je ne peux pas, ma pizza salvatore étais trop bonne pour la gaspiller !!!

Voici la définition d'une pizza chez Pizzapro Chicoutimi : 1 croûte, un ptit peu de sauce, quelques garnitures... Mais le fromage? Il est où le fromage??? Dans les poches du cuisinier??? On ne saurait concevoir une pizza sans fromage! Première et dernière fois qu'on commande là! Pour répondre au propriétaire : mon mari était sur place lors de la préparation des pizzas et à aucun moment il n'a vu le cuisinier ajouter du fromage. Sur la végétarienne je veux bien comprendre mais pour l'autre, nous étions tous d'accord pour dire que le fromage était INVISIBLE et à l'oeil et à la bouche ! On a juste été privés de fromage. POINT.
I come from a big city so im used to variety but this place seems to do for the ppl living there so i gave 3 stars. There's nothing special about the food. I give it a "Mehh" you know, from the emoji movie?! Haha

Good evening, First of all I would like to start by mentioning that it is not clear whether you have to sit down when you arrive or order at the counter. We thought there were different meals than pizza but unfortunately no, there is strictly just pizza. The employee who took our order had trouble understanding what we were saying to him and he seemed unhappy when we asked for an example of the fries sizes. When we got to the meal, we ordered a 12 pepperoni pizza and a medium fries. The pizza crust was really thin, like it was a marguaritta and no one asked our opinion. The format of the fries was a bit misleading, the example was a box for takeaway meals which was not equivalent to a plate. Apart from that, the pizza was still good, the little pizza tray was cool but the fries were probably frozen fries. No one offered us a drink and the menu didnt mention one so we drank water. Apart from that, the people didnt seem to be ill-intentioned, but simply not in their business as it was all their first days. There is no payment by Paypas which is a shame. I wish this restaurant better days... Have a nice day/evening

Paying $40 for a pizza on promotion I find absurd and for the quality of the pizza, not justified. At least they were honest and the pizza arrived in 45 minutes

La pizza est arrivé carré, pas couper et en mauvais état! La croûte est pas bonne , la pâte est dure , sec ( malgré que jai mis un extra sauce ) et même la pizza congelé a une meilleure croûte.... Pour 57,04$ pour une seule pizza ( se qui est quand même chers ) je suis très déçu et je ne conseillerais a personnes manger là où commander la....

Super good pizza, a little expensive but the thing I hate is that you cant tip with your debit card! Its 2023, no one carries change in their pockets anymore. Often I want to go but I change places just to avoid this discomfort....
Overcooked pizza almost burnt
This pizzeria has abandoned. There was a time when it was the best pizza in town with good promotions and good service. Now they have taken away everything on the menu besides pizza and dont even answer the phone.
The pizza is good! The only problem is the service. A lady who is there often, probably the owner. She is extremely unpleasant!
I have never felt so much like I was being robbed! $40 for 2 9 pizzas, a medium fries (very small) and a can of liquor for $2.85..........Im speechless! Very poor customer service. Never again, I strongly advise against it. Spend your money elsewhere

Welcoming, clean, good service, fast and courteous.
Calling 33 minutes before closing to have a pizza prepared, the employee mentions that they are closed because they need that time to pick up their thing. The closing time therefore causes confusion and leads to frustration and a lack of pizza.

I didnt like the pizza at all, even though the price is high, the pizza is dry and doesnt taste good, it has a bitter taste. My friend and I couldnt eat. I regret and its my last time

They told me I would receive my order in 1 hour. 1h45 later still nothing received and I had to call them back. As a defeat, they had forgotten my order. The receptionist told me that: yes sorry we have a lot of deliveries this evening, the delivery man puts the food in the bag and leaves , all in a very unfriendly tone. In addition, the order certainly arrived 5 minutes after the call, but my meal was cold. (I gave one star, because Google requires me to put one star to send a comment.)

I definitely dont recommend this place. After 1h30 minutes of waiting, I ended up calling them to be told that they ultimately dont deliver to Chicoutimi-Nord. I would have greatly appreciated if they had called me after confirming my order.
Good service
I just had a 12 garnished delivered to me. I really didnt like the overcooked crust and the inside too wet, the sauce too spicy, I didnt see any mushrooms or green pepper, however they added beef it doesnt look like a topped pizza and the pepperoni had no taste I ate a slice and threw the rest away and whats more it took over an hour and a half for delivery

Very, very, very ordinary... Poor service, the waiter came back to ask me 3 times what I had ordered. I asked for regular coffee (listed on the menu), they dont have coffee!!! My sons poutine fries were semi-frozen. Clean room, but light too dim. Portions of the dishes: its too little for the price... In short, worst experience in a restaurant!!!

First of all, my order was not delivered to the correct address at all, so the wait was much longer. Second, after the pizza was finally delivered, it was completely destroyed. You would have sworn that the delivery man had dropped it. All the toppings were gathered in a corner of the box. Honestly, if these are the usual standards of this establishment, I would tell you to avoid the delivery service at all costs.

Very good Pizza but, no knives with teeth and the interac machine couldnt put the tip on it, and there was a lady who was eating a lasagna and she asked for a loaf of bread and they didnt have enough bread, thank you.

Since my childhood I have been eating at pizzapro, I remember the little yellow benches that swiveled at the counter and its multicolored ceramic counter, and I have always loved this fresh handmade pizza cooked in a real old-fashioned oven. Yum. ..Yum. ..
We took a takeaway pizza for lunch, the place was empty, good pizza was made for us on the spot with lots of mozzarella, slightly spicy tomato, very friendly and kind $21 large pizza and drink
