Pizzeria Rotisserie L'Espoir in Chicoutimi

I am told 45 minutes to wait for my pizza, I call after 1 hour, I am put on hold for 5 minutes until I decide to call back, only to be told that the delivery man has just left to come and will be there in 15 minutes. I am 300m from the restaurant and I had a baby at home, hence the delivery. After not 15 but 30 minutes I called back to be told that he would be there in 5-10 minutes (we were waiting for over 1 hour 45 minutes there!) and that I wouldnt get a discount despite everything. Bad service, terrible delivery. I returned the delivery man when he finally arrived when I had finally decided to leave with baby to go find one elsewhere.

Literally impossible to order from this place, waiting several hours. The food is good, but thats only when they decide to provide service.

Buy a 10-inch pizza and get the 2nd for free..... the 10-inch is $14.75, why does it cost a little more than $27???

Super half-cooked chicken garlic pizza, quite ordinary atmosphere in the room, otherwise as already said, great Quebec pizza The pizza was exquisite, just enough cheese, a little too much sauce in my opinion but my boyfriend loved it, if you dont like half-cooked bacon dont get this pizza (the quebecoise) but we loved it. The chicken wings were hot but raw, just for that my rating dropped to 2 stars. If you are going on a date with your other half, dont go to this restaurant, the atmosphere is uncomfortable and everything looks dirty, the menu hanging on the wall is half erased, otherwise there is a lot of choice. If it werent for the cooking of the wings and the strange atmosphere of the place, its a very good restaurant, but I wouldnt recommend it because of the chicken.

Pizza of Despair

I ordered 2 12in topped pizzas The pizza arrived, the guy forgot that machine for paid with cards, so he went back to get it, he came back and told me that the tip is obligatory, Im not given a tip, okay its bad for them but I dont think he deserved one. Once inside we open the boxes its 2 Pepe cheeses even though it should have had one of the two garnished, so no the tip was clearly not deserved sorry!!!

As a purebred Italian, I could say that the smell of wood-fired pizza reminds me of the one my mother made for me when I was 9 and my father was away at war. Now I have 11.

The club sandwiches are excellent but cut in half, harder to eat. The only negative point is the coleslaw... Delivery was fast.

Place open late in the evening, very generous portion depending on the affordable price. Perfect for a late night junkfood!

Only if you are desperate late at night, otherwise go elsewhere, chicken wings not good pizza ok nothing more and everything is way way too expensive for what you are going to eat.

We called to order this Wednesday evening, May 31st and the person who took the order decided to refuse our order on the pretext that we had spoken badly to him even though at no time did we behave in the same way. When we just wanted to order pizza. Weve always ordered pizzas with hope and its disappointing to behave justly because of a misunderstanding that we didnt even report.

Service a little clumsy but in my opinion this restaurant deserves a 4 star just for being open after 9:30 p.m. on weekdays. No other restaurant in Chicoutimi is open after 10 p.m.!! Without them (and without electricity at home) I would not have eaten that Tuesday evening. Thank you!

My out-of-sector order was accidentally accepted, They still delivered. A few items were missing and after a phone call I easily agreed to pick them up at the restaurant the next day. The staff was polite, smiling. They gave me 2 additional 10 pizzas for free. :)

The gyro meat on the menu is actually gray baloney with steak spices. The fries that come with it certainly come from the Sans nom brand at Provigo around the corner.

The price of the pizzas is exorbitant when you see the mediocre quality, the crust is thick and rubbery and the filling is poor quality. I order every week and it is very expensive. I tried to order again that night, I took an extra scallop on my pizza and in addition to asking me for it on the phone, he didnt put it. The week before I had a bill for $90 with extra stuffed crust and it cost $15 for two pizzas and they never made it, they forgot the poutine, the Caesar salad and this week my delivery guy a rating was taken from my bill of $5 without notifying me first and I have proof on the bill as well. last night we were at my daughters house for my grandsons party and they ordered it. pizza dough not cooked enough forgot chicken wings every time they forget something that year the delivery man came back to take the wings my son-in-law told him that the service was very bad my daughter added something and the delivery man told him to shut up that it was his boyfriend he was talking to.... not very respectful treating customers like that he should close their door permanently I would never order it and I would kick the delivery guy out..... .

I really had bad service. I called 3 times and each time the line was automatically hung up on me and the third time I was answered shouting nonsense. I waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes before getting my order and when I wanted to call back to find out where my order was, they hung up on me again.
