Excellent beef tartare. My partners pasta dish was OK but a little bland. Ordinary nachos, way too many tomatoes and corn versus the rest of the ingredients. Very good cocktails!

We had an unexpected top-of-the-game experience! The server, Julien, is worthy of great restaurants! He knows his wines, his pairings and listens! The dishes are excellent and seriously, having gone to the Légendaire the day before, I would go back 100 times before the Légendaire which is, in some places, better rated!! Go there without hesitation, the Service, the meals and the atmosphere will undoubtedly meet your expectations, in addition to having more than reasonable prices!!

We are from Quebec and we drove to Saguenay for a weekend, without very specific expectations. There is no shortage of catering establishments in our region and we go out relatively frequently. However, I would like to say that it has been far too long since we had such a great experience. Were talking in years. Frankly, no negative points and I still have a high level of standards and some experience in the world of catering. Go for it without hesitation. The selection of drinks, beer and wines is surprising, well stocked and excellent. The quality of the food is impeccable and off the beaten track in terms of the complexity of the ingredients. The prices are very fair. The service exceeded our expectations. The decor is successful and the furniture solid. Frankly, it s lucky that we don t live in Saguenay, we would be ruined! Congratulations and long life! N.B. We ate at Le Rouge the next evening, an establishment run by the same owners and with their shared kitchen. You can copy/paste this comment. The difference is only in the atmosphere and the menu since the 2 establishments do not have the same vocation (one more bar/sport chill, the other more quality dinner for friends/couples) but they are both a sure value and a must during our next visits to the region.

Wow what a nice surprise

The menu is surprisingly varied, it s almost worrying at first. Finding Asian food alongside pizza and hamburgers may be surprising, but the quality is there! Great restaurant

I had never been to Inter since I lived in Saguenay. I ordered the tartare as well as a red tuna Poké. Both dishes were really good. Although a little noisy, the place is worth it for a moment with lovers or friends.

Nice place with a good atmosphere. The staff is friendly, we were well served and our orders arrived fairly quickly. The food is very good, and there are lots of veggie options. Be careful, however, to find out the portion size before ordering, particularly for starters which can be quite large. Nice outing

I am a fairly regular customer of Inter. However, on my last visit, I was extremely disappointed with the plate I was served. I ordered the grilled Picanah. The meat was tough, firm and full of tendons. The plate is only served with sad fries. For a piece of meat at this price, we expect at least not to take 6-7 tendons. I didnt finish the plate unfortunately. I ended on a positive note because the waitress gave us good service. I admit that I have no intention of returning to Inter given what I was served yesterday.

Nachos = fine, Tartar de Boeuf Inter = delicious, Salade de Chèvre Chaud = okay. Cocktails 5* including non-alcoholic gimlet and mango margarita. Nice place to sit and talk. Friendly staff. Decent crowd.

As of October 2023, I am updating / still endorsing the same review, but this time with Andréanne at the helm of the service. Judicious advice for wine by the glass, taking care to know that I really appreciated them. Even though it was a quiet Sunday evening, the atmosphere was pleasant and warm. Inter beef tartare as a starter and 2 salmon pasta as a main course. Very hearty. Its very good value for money and also with the good service that I always find. As of September 2020 Value for money, impeccable! The salmon and bacon steak is clearly the dish that I recommend you to have. My partners fresh pasta was good too. And a favorite for the homemade caramel cheesecake/mars bar. In addition, our experience would not have been as pleasant if it had not been for Annie who offered us friendly and warm service. She offered me good advice for my choice of wine. A very nice experience!

One of the restaurants at the Chicoutimi Hotel, a good place to enjoy happy hours and enjoy good, more gourmet meals. As the name suggests, more international cuisine with a choice of pizzas, pastas and French cuisine There is a good choice of drinks and the presentation of the dishes is magnificent. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Eating in a restaurant the service is impeccable but when it comes to ordering online and picking up the order its a big zero I always order in advance and I have never had my order ready when I am arrival... minimum 20 minutes of waiting and this in the passage not even way to sit comfortably on a chair! Today the person did not see that my order was posted and I ordered the same morning.... so I have to wait for my order to be made quite ordinary

Very disapointed. We came 8 people to celebrate my fathers day and the dishes were not good. Too much dressing, too much oil in everything. I have also been sick. And it wasnt because of the alcohol because I didnt drink. I wont go back there. However, the service was excellent. Too bad.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and good food! Definitely recommend going here or their sister restaurant(Rouge Burger) which is in the same building. Some of the menu options are the same...Rouge makes the burgers for Inter.

Focaccia too salty and not edible and very ordinary warm goat cheese salad with too much oil. I had to turn the salad. The prices are reasonable but the quality is clearly not there.

First experience at Inter. It should be emphasized: - quality of service - the friendliness of the staff - the large choice on the menu - impeccable food preparation Im waiting for my next visit for the 5 star.

Absolutely delicious! Value for money is hard to beat in Saguenay. These are elaborate, thoughtful dishes, with quality food and whats more, the dishes are super hot. I compared prices and, ultimately, it costs about the same to go to dinner at St-Hubert as at Inter, which is quite incredible, because everything is superior to Inter. Plus, the service and atmosphere were perfect!

Lunch: limited menu but everything is controlled, fresh, very good and... very accessible. An excellent VG burger served with excellent fries (double cooked, one at a very high temperature), a very good Japanese plate, good fettuccini, and excellent burritos.

We went on Saturday, my son-in-law, my daughter and me. We loved it. The menu is excellent. Very good service and good value for money. The only downside is the music is a bit loud. I recommend this restaurant and cant wait to go back.

We came a month ago and the service was great. We wanted to repeat the experience but we were very disappointed with the experience. We opted for service on the terrace. We arrived at 5:45 p.m. and the waitress came to see us at 6:35 p.m. to order our aperitifs. Its my birthday today, I was super happy to treat myself at the restaurant, but not having service before waiting for more than 30 minutes for a hello from a waitress, I find that unacceptable. But where is the manager in this story to help the waitress? I understand we have a labor shortage but being so busy and not apologizing to customers or at least helping out the waitress is the least we can do. Last time for me!!! A dinner party that falls through THANKS ..... !

My review will not do justice to the quality of my experience. If I could have given 6 stars, I would have. The service is great, the decor is magnificent and the dishes are beyond delicious. Everyone had a great time. The star of the match is undoubtedly given to the Brusquette with mozzarella and fresh tomatoes as a starter. Its one of the best dishes Ive eaten in my life.

I only came for information, a waitress with red hair who seemed to say that she was in charge, answered me very badly and made me understand that I was embarrassing and that I had to hurry up and put my question. Disappointing !

Great experience and the prices are excellent.! As soon as you enter, you feel that the place is cozy and welcoming. The service was excellent and very friendly. We had the beef cheek (3 /5) and the pork chop (4 /5). The starters were succulent (Squid and Snails). Excellent choice of beer and cocktails. Wine has a good selection at a good price. Kind of place that we would return to without hesitation on our next trip to the magnificent Saguenay!

Apart from the very kind staff and the good and richly stuffed nachos we didnt find anything good (tough meat; burger full of sauces; burnt pizza). Good beers. Fresh and good salmon. They took the cost of the meat off our bill. Dark but nice location. Good wifi.

They renovated and redecorated it. Now the atmosphere is really realy nice. It is like any cool restaurants down town Mtl. I think the food was better before. But still very good. Have dinner there you will have a good time.this basement restaurant in a heritage stone building was surprisingly chic, packed to overflowing, and obviously a very popular gathering place for locals. Service was attentive without being fussy. Decor was urban rustic
