I often went there in Quebec and elsewhere, I was very disappointed by my nachos drowned in tomato water probably not drained and the extras that I was charged without warning

The place is magnificent, with TAGs everywhere in the restaurant. Their alcohol collection is impressive. The burgers are really big and delicious.

Nice restaurant, but from what I noticed this evening, that s where it ends. Little scenario: we are a table of 8 people (which can be paid for a waitress right?) the restaurant is a little full but nothing out of the ordinary, several tables free. We arrive at 7:30 a.m., no one comes to see us for 20 minutes. Once we have ordered the drinks; a good half hour wait, each drink being served at fairly long intervals. Following this, the waitress never came back to see us, we had to ask a bussboy to pick her up in order to order (it should be back around 8:45 a.m.). Finally around 9:30 a.m. we were served (all except one person; who had to ask the waitress for her dish when almost everyone had finished eating, since she never came by and didnt pay any attention to us. We arrived before several others tables and they had almost all finished eating when we received our meal: the Philly steak burger, quite flat, it may be a question of taste, but honestly the beef was stiff, not very tasty and the sauce was just a dodgy cheeze whiz (huge quantity, a good 2/3 cup of cheez whiz in my burger ). Starter of 4 bites of mac and cheeze with 2 broken Doritos in a pool of cheeze whiz? $15. $ extra for mayo, extra for everything; you want a poutine? You change your fries AND your salad + you pay $7. Nope. Honestly, if the world is not stopped by the tragedy that almost took place in the establishment this winter, the service will take care of it. The graffiti is beautiful in criss in any case! The other aspects of the restaurant just need to be taken care of as well.

Super nice restaurant. Very North American (at least for European eyes). The room is decorated in a very original way. The Calimero burger is really very good (first time I ate a spicy burger) Finally, the service is top notch with smiling, friendly and attentive people. Difficult to judge customer service when there isnt any...June 4, 4:30 p.m. I show up at the restaurant, disturb the waitress and bartenders conversation about whether I sit down by myself or am I assigned a table? I am told to choose the place I want. 25 minutes later, no one came to see me; no water or menu I left mentioning that I was going to have dinner in a place that would offer me a minimum of service

My first time first the music was much too loud we had difficulty talking to each other we almost had to shout then the mediocre service a good half hour/three quarters of an hour before we had our drinks and add at least one more half an hour to give our order and finally an hour and a half to two hours to get our meal. I dont know if Ill go back seriously thinking about it

Phew. Where to start. Very bad experience. There was a large group of us this time but they were clearly not prepared. First in, last out! It took forever to get something to drink, taking our order too and we got our plate 2 hours after our arrival when others in the group arrived last and were the first to leave. Water flow 0. The order was not taken into account. We ask to remove the onions so we have almost a whole onion on the plate. The music, way too loud! The chairs really uncomfortable. The star will be for the discount.

Probably the best place to eat or spend the evening in Chicoutimi. The burgers are very good, the music is superb and the waitresses are very charming! I recommend with your eyes closed (like Marcos).

Didnt like my experience at all... I went there with my partner for the first time on Friday January 6, 2023 for dinner... firstly we were seated or the door remained open, so we froze the whole time. Ordinary meal and got cold quickly. Waitress not really there and doesnt understand what Im asking her when I talk to her. Asked for a box to bring, the box was torn. In 1 hour we were finished and leaving, too cold. It was the first time and the last.

The other servers tables were fine but in our section, long wait to get our aperitif, mistake with our order, no question if we wanted something else. In short, she is the worst because in this case the amount of the bill is lower; we tend to have several aperitifs but here, we received our drinks at the same time as our food. Large cocktail menu, lots of choice, and they are excellent! In terms of food, I would say its good for what it is: fried food. Its good junk, nothing more. Dont expect a great dining experience, but you will get what you pay for as the portions are generous. We were a group and received our dishes with a 10-minute delay between the different members of the table, which colored our experience a little negatively. But overall, we had a great evening!

Really good and great places

$7 to have your fries turned into poutine, to end up with cold sauce that tastes really bad and everything stuck in motton on my fries and a few pieces of cold cheese curds. Not to mention that for $7 more they remove the coleslaw and the chemical pickle dipped in koolaid. Definitely, I will never again be robbed by this channel which is nothing exceptional. Too expensive for anything ordinary and getting totally robbed when we change our fries into poutine!

Great atmosphere. Very drip. Everything is wild on the menu. On the other hand, the taste does not always meet expectations (the flavors are not always well balanced). In terms of drinks, it s definitely a must. They have several Signature glasses for those who like to think outside the box. Very nice place to go out with friends.

La seule chose qui valait peine était le burger mais la salade en accompagnement avait lair davoir été préparé quelques jours plus tôt.

Rien à voir avec La Belle et la B uf de Gatineau ou Montréal. La description dans le menu ne correspondait aux assiettes servies. La gelée de figue était clairement de la compote de pomme et les oignons caramélisés étaient de gros morceaux crus. Il manquait la moitié des bières en fût. Le service était très lent. Nous ne recommandons pas. Vraiment décevant!

Very long service, more than an hour, to be served by a waitress who seemed in a hurry to meet her friends in the parking lot. We froze during the meal, a priori impossible to stop the fan. Grilled hamburger meat. We are offered neither water nor a dessert in a hurry to finish the service... this is the first and last time for us.

It took 40 minutes before we got our poutine hamburger. There werent many customers so the delay couldnt be due to traffic, and besides, it wasnt that good for the price.

Awful experience. We arrived at 2030, the place closes at 2200. Three different staff hurried us into ordering before wed even seen a menu because the kitchen was only open for another few minutes...at 2030. Im restricted due to severe gluten intolerance, and Id heard that this restaurant was celiac- friendly. There was no time to look at the menu, even though the place would be open another 2.5h. So I just ordered a burger with gluten free bread. I wonder what else was available. They rushed us through the entire meal. Im well- traveled, and that was the worst burger Ive ever been served, and they couldnt fix it because the kitchen was closed. It was over-cooked like a briquette, and missing nearly every dressing advertised: cheese, sauce, caremlized onions, fried onions, and something green (I dont know, bc I only had 30 seconds with the menu). It had two soggy tomato quarters and uncut mushrooms. The mushrooms had gone bad and made us gag. A dry, flavorless meat crouton. I just cant believe they were unashamed to serve that. Maybe it wouldve been better if the $11 cocktail they served actually had alcohol. Theres more, but it was unspoken. I wish we could get that evening back :( Dietary restrictions: My partners meal was cooked quite well. Was my meal complete **** because they resent cooking for those with dietary restrictions?

Really cool place for evenings. The food is really good and the drinks varied and equally delicious. Fun atmosphere. I have no problems with them during my visits and it always lives up to my expectations.

Very conclusive first experience. A very varied menu, it was difficult to make my choice because everything seemed appetizing! A wide variety of cocktails, including several without alcohol! At reasonable prices. The tropic killer was so good that my friend ordered one after tasting mine I had a Mme Mac burger, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, the cheese (very generous) had leaked a little on my fries, it was excellent . *Possibility of having gluten-free burger buns* The service was perfect, the two servers were courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, after two weeks of construction vacation, the restaurant was a victim of its own success, some cocktails (mainly the ones my girlfriend wanted) and some desserts were no longer available but thats just one more reason to come back taste other delicious dishes! I highly recommend!

Disappointed given the reviews. The burgers are disgusting and above all very expensive for what they are, when there is no mistake. My partner had peppers even though there arent normally any in her burger. When we point it out the waitress doesnt care. On top of that, we had to have the starter at the same time as the main course, which was very unpleasant, our starter being hot we didnt finish it to eat the main course. Once again, when I told the waitress, no solution was offered or an apology...

I went to this restaurant for dinner with a work colleague. Very long before taking the order and very long before getting our meal. The accompanying fries were hard and must have been from the day before. I did not receive the beverage ordered. We only had 10 minutes to eat before returning to work. I went with my work gang. Really disappointing. We all agreed it was our last time. Really ordinary and absent service. Our empty aperitif glasses were still on the table at the end of the meal and the waitress was too busy to provide quality service. She forgot at least 3 drinks that we did not recommend. That plate size is ridiculous for these burgers Also, the beer selection is not great. A few months ago, impeccable service, now worst service I have seen in my life. Im celiac and Im used to this restaurant, so I know to order the fries without spices, because the spices have gluten. We order to have it delivered and they put spices in my fries despite a note in the order which specifies not to put any because of the gluten. I cant even eat my burger, because the fries are everywhere and there are spices on the burger, so we contact the restaurant who tell us they cant do anything. Its a $20 hamburger and they made the mistake and theres nothing they can do? Were talking about health issues here, for real crossers! The last time we wanted to go eat there they told us to move, that they would arrange to receive us and 15 minutes later when we arrived, they told us that there was nothing they could do. Seriously there is no longer any quality in this restaurant, it is in decline, its a shame it was one of our favorite restaurants.

Excellent and the atmosphere is great

We are two couples who arrive at 8:40 p.m. on a Sunday of the Thanksgiving weekend. According to their schedule, the restaurant usually closes at 10 p.m. on Sundays and this is the case for Thanksgiving Sunday as well. There are several people in the restaurant, however the host tells us that the kitchens are closing soon and that we have to turn back, while some were receiving their starters and we wanted main courses only and alcohol.... WoW great management!!!!

Very very bad experience, reception and care, more than mediocre, he got involved in their table and gave our table to someone else (we took the trouble to reserve a table for 2 in a corner the same morning all in all a little quieter I am aware that it is a bar but still) after 10 minutes of waiting in the entrance and destined between the employees we are installed in front of the entrance next to a group of 30 ...not only were we cold but on their makeshift table we got pushed around and stole a chair from the group which was much larger than expected. To top it off the food was average and it arrived cold and even though we would have liked to tell our waitress she was absent she came to see us 15 minutes after our arrival and had the bill because we hung it on the passage... I dont know if Ill go back or advise this place it might deserve a second chance despite everything the place is very beautiful decor.
