2 stars for the good food but for the service it would be 0 stars, the worst beef areas I have seen in my life and we almost get our food spoiled, the food is always good and it remains one of the best poutines in chicoutimi

The lady who took care of cooking the orders and serving was very stupid! Then the fries were black, a sign that the oil was old! I received a hot chicken poutine when I wanted bbq and she didnt change it for me! She didnt want to give me ketchup again. Lack of sauce in the pizza but a lot of pepperoni (or too much). Very disappointed... I wont go back there again

The dough on my pizza was barely cooked and the tomato sauce (which was more like tomato cream) was too sweet.

I always liked Joachims pizza but very disappointed on Saturday: Dough was undercooked and there was almost no stock, I eat my pizza without cheese so I see whats in it, bill for 87.00 + tip, Im thinking of looking elsewhere in the future Thank you

Dont expect much. If you just want a fried hot dog or whatever thats fine, but dont expect a four course. It smells like cigarettes, and it does the job.

However, the noise of the straws on the top of the soft drinks is atrocious although the appetizer is rather pleasant. A typical Saguenay life experience. A historic gastronomic monument. be careful with the gases that follow as they are likely to smell bad

Every time we go up to Chicoutimi. It was a must. However, during my last 2 visits. I found that something needs to change...the food is not like before. Its sad...

Iconic restaurant in Downtown Chicoutimi. The visit is worth the detour. Unacceptable practice for poutine consumed on site, the polystyrene dish and a plastic fork. This cannot be encouraged in this day and age and change in service policy should be demanded from this establishment.

Good fast food which dates back many years, we knew how to adapt to the big banner to survive, their fish are excellent, among other things.

Edit of 09/13/2019: Very sorry that my opinion upsets you. I should nevertheless point out that 3 stars means: it was correct and 4: it was much better for me... I wouldnt go that far... Indeed, it was correct! We were just passing through and you helped us out a lot since you were open. Its more of a compliment where other restaurants only open when the tourist barge is there! For the rest, you wont be able to tell me that your restaurant is gourmet... can you? :-P Best wishes !

Well...the restaurant is tough, it hasnt been renovated since at least the thirteenth century! However, their pizza is large and heavy (they dont hesitate to add ingredients), tasty, a real treat!! So I recommend without hesitation!!! Besides, I go there quite regularly... My favorite composition, one garnished with extra onions cooked on the stove... I read the newspaper while cooking, then I enjoy it at home, with a good root beer, a good Coors Light, or better yet, a good Smirnoff ice again, with raspberry, or even better, water!... but not just any ice, a sparkling ice with black raspberry!!! (Above all, not to be confused with a sparkling 0² ).
