Despite an average welcome at the entrance to the restaurant, we had a very good time. Our waitress, Cassandre if I remember correctly, was very friendly and the poutines were excellent! It is also one of the best poutines I have eaten to date! Maxim

Long service. Very long before anyone came to see us. Very long service after ordering. Were talking more than 45 minutes and still havent had our lunch!

This may not be the place to eat a vegetarian burger but all the same I would have appreciated that for the price I had something other than the meatball, mayo and arugula Vegetarian options: There arent many vegetarian options but at the same time their specialty is burgers...

I would have liked to give 0 stars but unfortunately we cant. I thank the waiters for ruining our evening. Total lack of respect and consideration towards customers. Two waiters come to our table and threaten us under the pretext that we dont tip but at what point can you afford to attack young students openly like that. I would still like to point out that they only had the courage to come when we were alone in the restaurant. Asking nicely for a tip, but coming to attack young girls with your frightening tone and making the table shake is inconceivable. At the time we didnt know how to react; its only with hindsight that we see the seriousness of the situation. You young French waiter who attacked us, how long have you known about this tipping culture? Did they teach you that in France? Start by having respect for the customers and then you will have the merit of having a tip because you deserve absolutely nothing especially since you made misogynistic comments. Please boycott this restaurant the minimum is to check the staff. I advise you to do a thorough sorting. Because indeed, the food was excellent while the servers were terrible. I would have liked to come back to eat and taste the other dishes but unfortunately I wont set foot there again and I advise no one to go there.

TO RUN AWAY! Thanks to Burger Rouge for ruining my girlfriends birthday. In fact, a waiter attacked us (a young brown-haired French student) he made racist remarks and threatened us because we had not left a tip, my friends and I had just arrived in Quebec, so we know not Quebec traditions. Thank you for explaining to us calmly instead of attacking and threatening us. Furthermore, I find it unacceptable to belittle us in front of everyone together. It is unacceptable to judge us on our appearance because according to his words we had nothing to do here he made it clear to us that our place was not in a restaurant but at Mac Donald. Thank you to Burger Rouge for seeing its staff again because the lack of respect is at its peak. I dont usually leave negative reviews but I really regretted going to this place.

We went as a group and for my part I loved it. Good food, friendly waitress. We even got offered a shot on the house.

You can eat tailor-made burgers with a huge range of toppings! Whether its pork, venison, beef or chicken burgers, youll find yours, guaranteed! Several kinds of cheese, excellent sauces, often homemade. And a good choice of beers and wines!

Really nothing more. The burgers are nothing extraordinary, and quite expensive: a burger + salad = 26 dollars. I wanted to ask for half salad and half fries for the accompaniment but it was refused in the kitchen :( Very expensive for the quality unfortunately. Additionally, the music is very loud and quite unpleasant.

Thanks to rouge burger for ruining the evening. We had booked for two, confirmation email to validate our reservation. Arriving in front of the restaurant, everything was closed. Impossible to enter, door locked. In addition, we were not the only ones in front of the restaurant who had a reservation, 2 couples were there too. So thank you again Rouge Burger for your professionalism and your impeccable communication. Once again a restaurant that takes its customers as simple income.

I ordered a salmon steak. He was raw. I mentioned it to one of the waitresses who gave me an attitude by putting the blame on me because I should have cooked it as desired (like for a steak). The replacement dish was ok but not quite cooked (still a bit raw in the middle)...

I love the atmosphere of this restaurant, very good food and unstoppable service.

We were made very welcome and ate well. The prices are affordable and the atmosphere is friendly. I gave 4 stars because I found the music a little too loud to carry on a conversation; in fact the restaurant and the bar are in the same room. In addition, despite the reservation, the waiting time before ordering was a little long but the friendliness of the waiter made up for this detail. If I had to suggest a point of improvement I would say that as much as the restaurant is clearly visible from the outside, once inside it is less well indicated and it is easy to confuse it with the neighboring restaurant. I recommend!

The best hamburger bistro in Saguenay. Im a native and Ive always had excellent service at this place and its one of the rare places where microbrewery fans can find variety outside of the classic Malted Way.

I was surprised that it was so small and in a basement but the atmosphere is good, the tables allow for group exchanges a lot. Perfect for a 5 to 7 style. In terms of food, the burgers really disappointed us... lack of sauce, lack of taste. On the other hand, the tartare is excellent :)

I went their because I love burgers. I wasn t disappointed. You build your own. I had a Poutine with their own sauce, it was very tasteful. Good ambiance.We really enjoyed our burger over here. The only thing what could be better is an english menu, but our waitress translated good enough!We enjoyed our dinner last Friday, it was Poutine Week here and we had a gloriously delicious appetizer with the signature Poutine

Super leckerer Burger. Dieser stand auch nach kurzer Zeit mit selbst gemachten Pommes, hausgemachter Majo und kanadischem Ketchup aus echten Tomaten auf dem Tisch. Das ein Getränk gratis ist wenn man in dem Hotel eingecheckt hat, ist noch ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Es wäre super wenn es bald auch Süßkartoffelpommes geben würde. Diese waren das Einzige das gefehlt hat.
