We went on a Saturday evening on December 7 for a party in the room no atmosphere the waitresses clearly who did not want to be the extremely fast service we still had the plates from the starter and we left the main plate there it was not even aware of the soup of the day and clearly she had no intention of finding out we were a group it still took a lot of drinks so it was paying for them but he warned us that it closed at 8 a.m. what an unpleasant dinner it is to end for us it was a garoche dinner a chicken skewer served with frozen macedonia, filet mignon quil.we dont even ask for cooking its really extremely rare that I complain about a restaurant but it was the pinnacle the waitress just couldnt wait to leave and was very stupid...... very expensive for the quality of this restaurant

Service to be reviewed for certain... I believe that the basis of asking if anything is missing when the meals are served, in addition to waiting for the answer when you ask us if we have eaten well, before leaving. This would demonstrate a minimum of interest for your customers. The meal was very good and the atmosphere seemed better for regular customers.

If I had to summarize my experience at Resto Roberto in Chicoutimi, I would say, a restaurant with good food, but with truck stop service. My 3 experiences concern lunches. The waitresses are jaded. They bring you a coffee to start with and unfortunately if you wanted to drink orange juice or tea instead, they leave with a frustrated look. Once I asked for a glass of water 3 times and never got it. Its a shame because the so-called Brunch lunch is good although the portion of meat is just right. I had lunch there on February 6, the last time with the office the service was still bad. I dont think Ill go back there.

The waitress mentioned to us 4 times that she had a group of 20 people that she had to serve I asked for a childrens meal because I wasnt very hungry, but I was told that she was not serving no childrens meals to an adult. Which is just ridiculous. So I chose the spaghetti and the sauce tasted just like ketchup. Like this I was eating pasta with ketchup. Really really disappointing meal. It s been years since I ve been there and I won t be going back for a couple of years for sure!

For lunch a good restaurant

I was not disappointed with the taste of the plates or others but rather with the service. We arrived in a good mood ready to eat a good meal. But hey the waitress takes our orders and everything is fine... then the bad started. I received the wrong dish, I had asked for a dish without meat and the potatoes off the plate. Afterwards she comes back with the same plate. My husband ate before me because they received their plate almost 15 minutes apart and I had to return it. Then when I wanted to turn the plate over a third time. Because yes the potatoes were separate but it was still a plate of meat whereas I had asked for a vegetarian one. She said she couldnt and that it was my fault if I didnt say the right meal even though I had told her the right one. She wasnt able to say (its my fault Im going to do my best to resolve the situation) but no nothing. It was our second time going there :$

Service leaves something to be desired, the waitress more mixed up than anything else, comes back twice to take our order because she no longer remembers the first time, meal arrived overcooked and without the requested extras

Very good dinner, beautiful presentation of the dishes My brother-in-law had ordered a filet mignon and we had specified at the table dhôte we told him an amount of XX but when the bill came it was $7 more expensive. So we ask the waitress that the price was not what was said earlier so she brings in her manager and begins to treat us like rotten fish. If we werent happy to talk to the big boss thats very fru..
