When I take a brisket with Poutine to bring, I would like to have utensils with my dish. If youre too cheap to give away the forks and youre selling them, at least be kind enough to offer one. By the time I found a fork it was cold and not great.

You could use fewer plastic utensils and disposable plates when eating on site. Thats a lot of waste for a day. Hiring a dishwasher or doing your dishes would be a more responsible option. Plus, your food will look better with a neater presentation.
