Once we finally chose from the impressive menu, the delicious cocktails and the meal arrived very quickly. Our server was really friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our delicious, warm and affordable evening.

I really liked the food it was super good but the service a little less the welcome was mediocre and rude it was a big lack of respect but the waitress was replaced and it was much better

I really liked my dinner, nothing to say about that but on the other hand we had a pretty special welcome. A great lack of respect was shown. I didnt like the way the waitress spoke to us with a lot of arrogance and rudeness. Like for example, she asked us if we had a reservation and we said no then she responded with uncomfortable . There were other incidents as well as judgmental looks. Luckily we were changed waitresses! The second waitress was exceptional thank you!

Being a security guard at this place, I wanted to try your menu which is exceptional and succulent. The service was exceptional, the smiling waitress and that makes all the difference in terms of customer support. I will return as a customer for sure. Good continuity.,

far too long the service makes no sense

Very good food...very good service before 9 p.m....pure disappointment regarding this restaurant which turns into a nightclub for young people (without ID I cant know but many young people underage in my opinion) after this hour...we have our plates taken away before finishing the meal...the employees remove the tables or we are still eating...certainly not me who is going to return to a place where the group is being put outside group of around twenty people to make room for the dance floor...its a restaurant and not marked as a childrens discotheque. I dont know what message and image this establishment wants to convey, but in my opinion it should be described as a nightclub and not cuisine and mixology.

The only thing I didnt like, while sitting at the bar I saw the staff preparing the drinks but one of the staff blew his nose twice and never washed his hands afterwards and touched all the glasses and bottles of alcohol.

My Asian soup which is made from an onion soup broth, its not what I expected and my fries which accompanied my tartare were cold but super friendly waitress and perfect atmosphere! !!

This franchise is quite enjoyable. The place is quite large. The selection of cocktails is really nice and there are a lot of inexpensive choices if you consider the quantity/price. The menu is simple but quite varied and there is something for everyone. The potions are generous. There is plenty of parking and it is well located. (If we forget the terrace which offers us a view of the boulevard haha). Kid-friendliness: Some interesting mocktails for children.

Excellent experience at SHAKER in Chicoutimi. I was there for a dinner with friends and I really enjoyed it. The meal was excellent . I discovered a new dish from Quebec gastronomy. The premises are clean and well maintained. Excellent customer service given from reception and also by the waiters and in particular by the excellent Waiter Ismaël, very smiling and attentive who regularly stopped by our table to see if we were missing anything. We went there twice. The first time we had Antoine as a server and he is truly a super star of service. We travel a lot and are regularly in restaurants and Antoine stands out from all the waiters and waitresses we have had. It could easily be found in a 5* restaurant or a castle lodge. Although served very correctly the first time, on the other hand our server this evening would benefit from following Antoine and learning from him in terms of customer service and customer approach. The carpacio is excellent as are their burgers and alcoholic drinks.

The restaurant closes at 11:00 p.m. in the middle of a Saturday 10:25 p.m. we come for a drink with several customers still sitting on the terrace the waiter decides that it was last call and that everyone has paid.. so we leave .. 3 customers who will ultimately put their money elsewhere!

Everything was excellent, we really liked it, the food was excellent and excellent service from the 2 servers we had. Thank you and we will go back. Dietary restrictions: I found it difficult to choose a drink that suited me but I dont want it to be taken negatively.

Replacing your fries with poutine for $5 more is a joke. Same container with 4-5 grains of crumbled cheese, sauce and 3-4 pieces of green onion. Its not worth $5! And no employee offers anything to compensate. The poke bowls were tasteless. On the other hand, the tartars and burgers were really delicious. Well still think twice before going back.

As I write this review, we are the day after the shaker dinner and I still cant get over how delectable the lobster and shrimp poutine was! Amélie our waitress was super friendly :)

Everything is excellent except the chairs. I feel persecuted by the height of your chairs. Climbing Mount Everest is probably easier than climbing into your chairs, at 4ft 10 tall. I tried to lean on the table and almost knocked over our $13 drinks. What to do in these moments of uncertainty? I had to ask my partner to help me climb, luckily he had the patience to prevent me from eating on the ground. I cant imagine how challenging this will be for people who have problems with their hips, knees, or any other part of the body that prevents them from climbing effectively. Yesterday I went back again, determined to give them another chance. Unfortunately, in addition to slow service (even though the staff was friendly, the service was very long, even when there was almost no one else in the restaurant), the food was cold and not very appetizing. When paying, I wanted to use my gift cards I received for my birthday. On my bill for the one that was empty (and this isnt the first time this has happened, its the second). I went to Shaker de Chicoutimi last Friday for a friends birthday, we had a great evening, the cocktails were super good and our starters/meals were delicious! our waitress Sarah-Jane gave us very good advice according to our tastes and my friend even had a dessert and small shots to mark her celebration, it was very appreciated, I recommend!

So much the better ! We are a bit agoraphobic. The service from Sara-Jane and Alycia was excellent. We really enjoyed our evening, and the best won the Super Bowl, no offense to the 49ers fans.
