First of all, very good service from the employees and beautiful restaurant. On the other hand, the menus dont have images and its difficult to know what youre ordering. Generally, I rate a restaurant based on service, ambiance, quality and price. What explains the poor rating is that quality and price do not go together. I was so excited to try it, so disappointed! I took 5 sushi with pear salsa and it was a salad with pieces of rice paper. Nothing held together and there was way too much mayonnaise. At the price it costs...

More than perfect customer service from the kind gentleman who welcomed and served us. Really already, a big wow! The other employees we met were super nice too. We were more than well received. Everything we ordered was excellent, a treat!

Fairly quiet dining room, the waitress seemed frustrated at only getting a 10% tip but the sushi was delicious. I judge the sushi because the service would have deserved 3 . I will definitely be going back to buy some again.

Its not sushi!! No fresh fish, EXTRA mayonnaise everywhere which spoils the taste and falls on the heart, no ginger, no wasabi. The price is very high for what you get. Extremely disappointed with our experience and we will not be returning. Not to mention the service

First experience at the Saguenay sushi counter. We placed our order online on June 2 at 6:30 p.m. About 30 minutes late. On the menu, box of the month of June. We didnt have the won ton chips (no, we didnt look at the order before leaving...but thats a lesson for next time). The sushi was mostly delicious. However, the sushi supposedly with hot smoked maple salmon, cucumber, marinated cucumber, avocado, mayo, well there was only rice and salmon! I find it a shame for the price we pay. I am usually very tolerant as a customer.

Ive been dreaming of trying the sushi counter at home for several years. In my maps application (apple) the opening hours were not listed but I see now that I arrived only a few minutes before closing. Not only were the employees super pleasant despite the late hour, but the sushi was probably the best Ive eaten. I will definitely return (at a more reasonable time ) and I will recommend the place to anyone looking for good sushi! More than satisfied!!!

Best poké ever, full of flavors and textures. Varied options for pregnant women, vegetarians, children (culinarily curious, lets say). Excellent value for money. Splendid local design. Good atmosphere in the kitchen.

To be honest, I dont often give my opinion, but wow and wowwww I ordered for $250, everything was delicious, it really ticks I recommend this restaurant 100% I took it to bring and the person who took my order was very friendly New restaurant that Im going to add to my favorites Yummm

Very nice place to taste a variety of reinvented sushi and related dishes, each one as delicious and tasty as the next!!! My partner has a weakness for sugar tart makis, it has become a must when he goes there! For my part it s the crispy salmon bun!

Best Poké Ive eaten

This is the 2nd time I have ordered online and picked up my order. Both times I waited 40-45 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time. When I arrived, when I saw the line of people waiting for their order, I asked the waiter if there was a long delay (Sunday December 17) and he told me it wouldnt be long It s a shame because the food is excellent, I have no complaints . So in summary, dont be in a hurry

Very good quality and very good service, but the two stars less are due to the prices which are very excessive, especially for the makis $16 for 5 small makis is exaggerated! Especially since they are normal size and dont have more stock than other sushi restaurants

Moi et mes amies attendions louverture avec impatience et nous navons pas été déçu. Nous sommes aller deux jours après louverture et bravo a toute léquipe tout tout tout était absolument sur la coche! Et merci au gentil homme qui nous a répondu ( un des propriétaires je crois) pour les sushis tarte au sucre tu viens clairement de me créer un besoin

Nous avons commandé la boîte du mois pour deux personnes. L emballage était super bien fait, les portions étaient bonnes, les sushis étaient bons, sans toute fois être excellent. Plusieurs items de la commande étaient des items chauds, malgré le fait que nous avons récupéré la commande à l heure prévue, elle se trouvait tout de même au frigidaire et tous les articles chauds étaient donc rendus froids.

The taste wasnt there, no sauce and forget the sushi dessert for the price a big zero and to finish ordering in the afternoon at 4 a.m. for 6:30 a.m. and I left at 6:55 a.m.

After 2 tries, the pokebowl did not satisfy us and the sushi is mostly good, but not to be confused with traditional Japanese. However, there is something for everyone.

Ordered on Skip, food a little cold but not the restaurants fault and honestly didnt diminish the quality or taste! Delicious mozzarella pickle starter, quite large and just tasty enough. Crispy tofu pokebowl simple, effective, very good. Clearly few processed foods! And really impressive dessert for you to take out strawberry sushi? Excellent. I will have to try it on site but so far very impressed.

Update 2022-08-02: The restaurant offered me a refund. Thank you for the service. The food is good but one item (5 Makis) was missing in my order of 4 items... I called to get it refunded and they dont give refunds. They only give a credit on the next order.

Very expensive for very little and the taste is far from extraordinary. I gave it 2 chances and next time we will go somewhere else!!

The management of this restaurant is horrible. The employees constantly shout at each other when we eat and the dishes are quite bland. Plus they dont even have a wazabi

Perfect for an extraordinary culinary experience. Everything is very good and tasty!!! I love the pickles with beef tartare, lobster poké, cornicochon poké and croustimozza. Its worth the detour!! Parking: Plenty of parking within 10 meters of the door

The experience was good, the service too. The food served like the fried pickles, was cold. even though its supposed to be hot. The dishes and utensils are disposable. Maybe add reusable plates, or at least compostable...
