The order was accurate and complete. She was ready at the requested time. Everything was delicious and the food was fresh.

The sushi fell apart and they put the wrong ingredients in our makis.

I can only speak from my experience, its up to you to make up your own mind. I made a first order on the Yuzu website, in December, it was delivered without a salmon tartare although invoiced. When I called, I was assured that the manager will contact me on Monday to reimburse me. I had to call on Wednesday, they reimbursed me for the dish, without taxes, service charges and tips. I tried delivery again in May, this time the order was never delivered. The manager who had to call me on Monday, sent me an email on Tuesday at the end of the day to tell me about a refund... without more information on the amount to be refunded and deadlines. Here are my two experiences, I would not go back for a third time.

I go there sometimes for a take-out. Its not perfect but the taste and service when I go there is always on point.

In general, its very good. They offer original sushi choices. Sometimes the sushi is rolled very badly to the point where it is difficult to eat it. Otherwise, the poké is delicious, but they could be a little more generous on the portion.

They even let me eat before opening time! (Which was 11am)

Its a bit expensive for sushi. Also the inverted sushi with avocado and cream cheese, the sushi is not like the picture, there was barely any cream cheese, but overall it was excellent!

I ordered a salmon spring roll. I feel like I ordered a vegetarian roll so much. I have salad and almost no salmon and rice. This is the first time and the last time I order from yuzu sushi.

Very disappointed with my service! The last order I was missing 3 pieces. I was disappointed. We made an arrangement by offering me an extra shrimp maki and a three pieces (those that were missing from the last order) This Saturday order I am still missing 2 pieces even with the compensation. Before leaving with my order I asked if there were 21 pieces and they confirmed that yes. I called to notify the restaurant of the shortage. The guy on the phone told me that there were 5 employees counting the pieces of the sushi tray and they called me a liar before hanging up on me. Honestly I think this is the last time I will do business with you. We are very aware that the labor shortage is glaring everywhere, however ensuring the accuracy of orders must remain a priority, as well as politeness towards customers.

They wanted to charge extra for wasabi even ordered for more than 150.00 $ and didnt had nearly enough and when ask for more she told me she was gonna charge me extra .

Lors de ma visite, lemployé en poste à la caisse était très entreprenant. Un peu plus et il décidait à notre place quel plat on prenait. De plus, il y avait des ingrédients qui, normalement, ne se retrouve pas dans ce que jai commandé, ce qui ma déplu. Il ny avait pas assez de sauce (jai lhabitude de prendre ce plat et en temps normal il y a plus de sauce).

Excellent customer service (fast, friendly, excellent food). The spicy salmon poke bowl was exquisite!

It was delicious and we always went to Yuzus. Since my partner is allergic to seafood, they take all the necessary precautions and there have never been any problems. Im speaking in the past tense, because they have since changed the cold smoked salmon to hot smoked salmon in their Salmon Duo. This gives the dishes an appearance of canned salmon and a lack of freshness.

Excellent, fast service, the salmon duo poke bowl was very good! The restaurant is a take-out counter and has a small dining room (the dish is brought to the table as soon as it is ready). Spending 24 hours in Saguenay, I will return there before leaving. To try!
