Great food but inexperienced servers and immature management. Parking is nearly impossible to find too, dont recommend it to someone from out of town.

Brick Oven Pizza & Mac Cheese. Simply delicious! Arcade games are awesome

Edit: after a previously bad experience, with some communication delays, we were hosted to a good dinner, with a pleasant atmosphere. If youre in the 1881 area, this is a great bite. Kid-friendliness: Booths and patio are great, our toddler loved it there and there was some colouring available in addition to what we brought.

The only thing that was disappointing was the prices on the menu were wrong. We were changed more than menu prices.

I know fruity beers are all the rage but it would be nice to have a few just plain good beer options other than a light lager. The only other one was a questionable Hazy IPA which was more expensive for some reason. I settled on the best of the limited options, flipped up our service card, waited for five minutes only to be ignored by a server who went to couple who had only just sat down. We left. Not likely to return. Way too many other good brewery options around. Should have gone to Farmhouse.

I love this restaurant I love the salad and I love the way they took the order, pizza is so so the drink I can not drink, maybe I havent drunk this type of drink before.

Disappointed in our visit today. Each time I ordered a glass of wine, I had to send back my wine glass. The glasses were filthy. One member of our party finally received their pizza when the rest of us were 75% done our meals. No offer of discount due to our bad service. Wont be rushing to come back anytime soon

I m sorry to say but racism was at its peak. Servers treated us like we are not humans. They were making faces and never asked for water and took the dishes without even asking us whether we are done eating or not. We travelled all the way from Surrey to Chilliwack to eat at this place and had a really bad experience. This is the first time I didn t tip the server. I didn t know that this place only welcomes the white people otherwise we would have gone somewhere else. But I have to say the food was very tasty and fresh.

The food is good. The live music is a too loud for the size of the room, but good. The menu prices dont match what you get charged on your bill and I cant say it looked like an innocent mistake since it was the same issue with everybodys bill.

For a busy brewpub in a vibrant area they sure do know how to provide excellent customer service, prepare tasty food and make fantastic beer. Prices are great and the ambience is perfect. Id be back for sure. Highly recommend you try Field House if you are touring District 1881. One critical thing I will say is that I do not recommend the nachos. They are served in a *small* cast iron skillet and stacked high. The portion is fine but because of the way the dish is constructed, it makes it soggy and kinda off putting.

Food and drinks are usually good. Waitress didnt know the answers to any questions. Specials? She didnt know. Ingredients in food? She didnt know. Instead of asking someone who knew or by being prepared for her shift she said she didnt know and walked away. Never in 45 years of eating in restaurants have I ever experienced this.

Field House Brewing Co is located in the District 1881. I like their interior design as well as the patio area. I love their Citrus Lavender Lager, its smooth and with floral flavour, I love it. Food is good. Wood burn Ribs and Pulled Pork Mac.. a truly enjoyable dining experience.

Greeted at the door. Fantastic. Asked if we know how this place works. Yep, sure do. Grabbed a seat, ready to order. 3 staff at the counter talking, the others are walking around doing their thing, but nah - no one came around. Waited 10 minutes, then walked the 6ft to the bar and ordered it myself. If the customer has to wait 10 minutes for a single beer, youre doing something wrong.

The Pizza Margherita was great! But we dont recommend the Nachos because it was very dry with little cheese/toppings/sauce.

The atmosphere was cool, food was average we had pizza, tacos were bland, but what made me write this review was how bad the staff was, rude, dismissive, got irritated easily wow!

Neat location and good drinks. Cleanliness needs major improvement. Over flowing garbage bins, no soap in the bathroom and plugged bathroom sink. The floors and baseboards looked coated in grime and dust. All of this is right next to the kitchen. I prefer the Abbotsford location for its peacefulness and attention to detail.

Expertly crafted sours made with real fruit that give them subtle flavours without being overpowering. If you re an IPA fan they don t have much to offer. Generous portions of food and everything was fresh and cooked just right. Clean and bright space with ample seating.

Nothing compares to the staff at the Chilliwack location. The atmosphere they create is SO fun-loving and welcoming. LOVE YOU ALL

Pretty pricey, given the atmosphere...but they allowed my dog to continue to believe he is people and so we had an enjoyable time. Good suggestions for drinks to try....even had samples.

It was a busy evening and that being said, mistakes happen. However, I feel like our waitress was somewhere else She was lovely but not invested My friend took the brunt of the night... No kombucha, No sparkling water Nothing NA on the menu but pop And her meal came , after inquiring of its whereabouts, when the rest of us were 2/3 through ours. I was served a lovely charcuterie with mustard but no vehicle to get the mustard to my bread. LOL Its not the first time the place has lacked efficiency, and yet I go back. Because when they get it right, its got great food and drinks...and the servers are always delightful Another memorable night LOL

Just had a pint of their Irish Dry Stout. Wished they had more variety in on tap to enjoy a flight. Not big into the fruit beers.

Only had a few slices of pizza but they were quite good. Overall nice place but only been once so hard to say properly. Common things that could happen anywhere- Wanted a water and they forgot for our whole table but I never bothered to follow up, so thats not a big deal since everyone else got drinks and I was the only one without a drink. A bit of a wait but it was busy time. Would reccomend checking out

Used to be obsessed with the spicy mac and cheese they had here. It was delicious and perfectly cheesy, but they have a change in recipe or maybe a drop in quality. The mac and cheese now is just a soupy bechamel sauce with some macaroni noodles. The only cheese I could find was what was baked on top of it. Where did the cheese sauce go? Really disappointing for how expensive this tiny mac and cheese is

A chill place to have lunch at. We ordered a pizza and it was very fresh and hot. One of the best pizzas I ve had. My partner ordered a beer and he said he loves it.

The food here was tremendously disappointing. First off, it took an hour for our food to start coming out, and then our dishes all arrived at staggered times. When my pulled pork sandwich finally showed up, it consisted of a minuscule amount of pork on a sesame bun, and that was about it. The side was a handful of regular flavoured potato chips. 1/10.

If you don t know to flip the card up to say you re ready , no one will talk to you or serve you . We sat for 15 minutes and no one told us to flip this card up . Wouldn t a group sitting there for that long suggest they may be ready to be served? It was strange. The beer and pizzas were fine.

Had the lunch special, but for some reason, I forgot to take a few pics. It was a pint, mug of soup, duck confetti pizza and dark porter cheese cake dessert. It was a total hit. This area of Chilliwack is really improving

Food was decent but the staff was less than friendly. Felt like we were bothering them with every interaction. Would not go back solely based on the staff which is unfortunate since the food and location are good.

The atmosphere was nice and would be better on the patio come summer. Food was well prepared and tasted good. Great selection of beers. Only setback was lack of stock on take home beers. Maybe next time as we will be back. Edit: Fieldhouse is our go to brewery in Chilliwack. 5 stars everywhere!!! And lots of take home beers too.

We recently tried this place for the first time sitting indoors rather than outdoors as it was a bit too chilly. Upon entering, the place was packed full but our server, Alek K, immediately directed us to sit at a high bar table near the wood fired oven. He told us to place the ordering card upright in the stand when ready to order. We didnt have to wait too long before our drinks and meals arrived. We had a flight of beer, nachos, pulled pork and ordered a margherita pizza to go which all tasted great. Alek told us that he had recently moved from Ontario to BC with his partner without any regrets. Highly recommend this place and kudos to Alek for a job well done! Parking: Free parking in the parking lot behind the Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce building.

I like the pizza and the beers! The atmosphere is nice but the staff are not welcoming at all! I was trying to take some pics for my page but one of the staff didn t care and walk in front of my camera and I couldn t make it! Food

Have been twice now, once out on the pet-friendly patio (love this) and once inside near the food prep area. Its great to watch the food come out the pizza oven! Its not great watching the cook grab tortilla chips from the bags with no gloves on. Its flu/bug season, can we please have kitchen staff use food gloves? That turned me off a bit. Nice range of beer to try, but if you prefer cider or wine like me, options are limited.

Chilliwack Fieldhouse is, in my opinion, the better Fieldhouse! Definitely made more with indoor seating in mind, we love all of the feature beers and the new ones that seem to come out every time we go. Love it! One of the best spots in Chilliwack for a pizza and a beer with friends

Staff were confused about whether or not guests could make reservations over the phone. Communication was poor regarding wait times once we arrived. Portions were quite small. Pizza was tasty. Will likely not go back.

If we could provide a -5 or more we would. We love to support local businesses but one of the managers of the Field House Brewing Co. on Friday evening does nothing for customer service. We have been ongoing supporters of the Field House Brewing Co. in both Abbotsford & Chilliwack. We have been going to the Chilliwack Field House Brewery since it opened as our Friday night go to as we live in Chilliwack. Tonight we were there and were seated at a table next to the door which was very chilly as the door was often being opened. We indicated when seated it was a cold location (had to keep coats on) & a preference to move if another table at a warmer location became available. Just after we ordered & received our beers several tables, which were in warmer locations, opened up. My partner went to another table to move there as it was quite uncomfortable where we were seated. The server told him Oh, oh, I am going to get in big trouble from the manager if I let you move. As there were several tables open we would not have thought moving to a more comfortable location would be an issue as we had indicated we were planning on ordering dinner & were uncomfortable. Immediately the manager came over and let my partner know that we were not allowed to move tables. She does not allow people to move to other tables no matter the circumstances. She would not listen and continued to insist that moving to another table was not permitted. There were more than enough wait staff so that was not an issue. Several tables remained empty for over 20 minutes (finally took photos) while we sat finishing our beers, receiving bad looks from the manager. We were planning on having dinner at the Brewery but due to the rudeness and unwillingness of the manager to assist customers be more comfortable we paid for our beers and left. This is not the 1st time we have noticed the negative attitude of this manager. It is truly unfortunate that Chilliwack Field House employs such a rude, inconsiderate of customer. We understand how difficult it is to hire competent people but really someone should train this manager on the hospitality industry & how customer retention works. Highly unlikely we will return.

I loved this little spot Im Chilliwack! Ended up dropping in with my wife after going bowling and was not disappointed! The servers were very welcoming and pretty quick with the drinks considering it was packed. Try the beer mimosas, so tasty! I liked every beer I tried with my flight, a good variety of sour beers which is a W in my books!

Everything was very good, and the staff are great! We were a group of 6, initially going just for drinks, but the smell of the pizza enticed us to order. The beers are always so unique and delicious. The Gooseberry sour IPA (from one of the flights) was definitely more on the side of light beer than IPA so if you don t like IPA s you d be safe with this one. The rest were incredible and we all loved what we ordered. We ordered the Harvest pizza and one of us can t eat dairy and is very allergic to kale. The description of the pizza didn t mention specific ingredients but when it came, part way through eating a slice we noticed that kale was on the pizza. We notified one of the staff and they were so gracious and accommodating, they removed the pizza and got another one going for us. It was busy so it took a while for the new pizza to come but the gesture was very much appreciated. Certainly recommend Field House, you won t be disappointed.

Excellent beer, and a great price for a flight ($11). Unfortunately they had run out of two of the beers I wanted to try in the early afternoon which could have been a one off but if it s not, I d say it s something they need to work out. Really appreciated that they had vegan and gluten free options for their noms - recommend the nachos they were yum. Great ambiance, and excellent service. I really liked their table system where you rotate a card to say you want to order or be left alone. Wish more places would onboard this system!

The beer ceaser tastes really awful. Tasted as if all it had was clamato in it. Nachos were poorly made. They were burnt and the nachos being burnt was the crispiest part of it. Cheese wasnt melted and it looked like they got their food from superstore. They left a pizza right beside me the whole time I was there and then 30min later after wondering why no one was serving that pizza they put a sandwich right next to it. I was there for probably 45min and that food was not served. I ordered a second drink and the waitresses were too busy playing paddy cake to actually make my drink. Definitely wont be going back here. Clowns work here.

Sooooo tasty! The dark sour is our go to choice, and you really cant go wrong with a pizza! We got the margarita pizza and it was sooooo cheesy delicious

Love the atmosphere & the beer but I won t be revisiting the chilliwack location again. My flight was spilt on myself, table & bench at the time of it being served by an employee. I received an apology & the table & bench cleaned, however the split beer wasn t topped back up & I was charged full price After that, my friend ordered a plate of nachos during the last call & received a plate full of unmelted cheese on chips. I don t get the chance to go out often, so I was pretty disappointed at the experience.

Had a flight with a couple of sours, their ipa and the salted porter. All were top notch and distinctly different. The Italian sub and the pulled pork Mac and cheese were both awesome. Great service, music and atmosphere with reasonable prices.

We ordered the spinach dip and chicken tacos. The spinach dip was pretty small but delicious. Tacos were good but not 18 dollars good. Was served luke warm water on a hot day. Waiter and greeter could have been friendlier maybe it was because we didnt order any beer? The young man who ran our food out was very friendly and seemed happy to be there.... patio seems pet friendly which I love.

Lovely place and nice patio. I just dont get the idea of having patio gas heaters on when its sunny and warm 19C. Not environmentally friendly. Also notice gas fireplace on inside at the same time the AC was on. Please be responsible.

Came with out-of-town friends. Our first time here. Our server, AJ was excellent and friendly, as were the rest of the staff. Two in our party had the mango marshmallow sour. Declared it the best beer sour they ve ever had. Personal the juicy ale was mine. The pizza was delicious. We all will be back!!

Great place to come after 8pm when drinks are more reasonably priced. 2 beers will cost $29 a round. Not really sustainable if you ask me. But great atmosphere and friendly service. Would recommend during happy hour orwill cost an arm and a leg.

My partner and I love this place! Really didn t know what to expect, but have had a great time each time we ve been here. I think the ordering system is brilliant - I wish every restaurant worked this way! They leave you alone unless you set the flag for help, and when you do they are right there to help you. The vibe of this place is really laid back and, most importantly to me, super welcoming. The servers are super professional and super thoughtful. One popped by: I m so sorry to interrupt you, but we noticed you ordered vegan cheese on your nachos, does this mean you don t want sour cream as well? . How polite and how thoughtful which is rarer than it should be. The place is super clean, and a million bonus points for nice, individual bathrooms! Food is great with choices for various dietary requirements (thanks for the plant based options!), and the drinks have all been top notch. We ve been here every week since we first came and anticipate many more to come. Thanks guys! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian is usually pretty easy because there s always tons of cheese and veggies! But really appreciated the plant based options those are harder to come by. The veggie tacos are so good! Dietary restrictions: Super accommodating if you re plant based!

This place knows what theyre doing. Really good vibes all around. Great pizza oven that can churn out pizzas in a good amount of time. The whole district reminds me of a baseball-type atmosphere with all the brick, really nice alleyway. Margarita pizza was good. I would call it a cheese pizza though. I get that its marketing, but all to say, expect a good cheese slice if youre ordering the margarita. Patio is very dog friendly and really enjoyed their menu card system where you can indicate if you need assistance or not. Good merch shop too, kudos. Thanks folks, a good meal.

They have the best pizza in Chilliwack! It is the only one that didnt make me feel nostalgic for Italy. It is tasty and light to digest. Plus great beers and a pleasant atmosphere. Bravo!

Cute location . And okay choice of beers. The food is a little underwhelming for the price, is putting polite way. Don t go in with high expectations. If ruffle chips and Costco dill dip is what you re craving that s what you will receive.

Went there on Aug 20 2023 with a few friends on what was one of the smokiest days of the year due to wildfires and we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside and we chose the patio. Not even 5 mins later a server comes to tell us we cant sit outside because we dont have a dog...meanwhile there were at least 3 other parties WITHOUT a dog seated on the patio as well as plenty of empty tables likely because most people wanted to sit inside because of the air quality. So we were escorted into the very busy indoor seating area and squeezed in at the bar making if difficult to have conversation all sitting in a row so we decided to not order food and have a quick beer and go somewhere else. On what planet does not dragging your dog with you on a hot day warrant human paying customers to not sit where they choose. Why does having to have a dog with you be the only way to enjoy a patio? Wont be back even though the Sours are amazing and the food looked great. Felt bad for the guy who was sent over to order us back in and despite our questions and clear disbelief and annoyance no manager ever came over to explain this ridiculous policy

It looks like a cool place, The outdoor seating was nice, with a heating system outside. The 3 cheeses pizza was rustic style with a nice crust. coconut dark beer was great. However, the staff were less efficient than I expected. Not friendly at all, and I felt not too interested in serving .. and it unfortunately showed in subtle ways such as I had to wave down staff to get service..(sorry) ..regardless, Bon Appétit

It looks like a cool place, the outdoor seating was nice. Always love to try out the local micro breweries, so ordered their beer flight to have more varieties. Nachos were burnt but the pizza had nice crust. However, the staff were less friendly than I expected. Hopefully they can be more attentive too.

We waited 45 mins to get a table, which is fine during Christmas time as the district is a nice way to kill time. However upon getting there when a table was ready the host was less than accommodating when we asked if we could sit at a low table that we saw open with two seats, Keegan the manager said he was saving it for a bigger group, even though the table beside it, which was the same size had two people sat at it. We got seated at a high table facing a wall with nowhere to hang coats. My wife then went to ask if we could move to low table as we were not comfortable at the high table staring at a wall, she was treated very poorly by Keegan again, and said he won t make any changes and we have to sit we re we were sat, with at least 4 open tables that could ve accolades us. Cannot comment on service or food as we walked out after that poor customer service and will not be visiting a field house location again.

This is an Amazing place! We went with our family to have dinner and loved this place! All the beers we tried tasted fantastic. I always love to try out the local micro breweries and this made it to my top 3. From the nachos to the dessert , everything tasted delicious. We had the three cheese/ chicken and the margarita pizza (definitely my favourite) . The crew at this place was absolutely fantastic. They were very friendly and they all looked very happy! The service was fast . We will definitely be going back again.

We just moved to the area. We knew the beer, but we didn t know the place. We have been there 3 days in a row maybe that s a bit much, but everything has been aces every time. Beer=great. Food=great Service=better than great. Thanks Field House team! Special shout out to the fellow wearing the Lakers T-shirt. He said he name and of course I forgot, but he was pretty great. Everybody was, but we had the most contact with him and he was great. Too bad he s a Lakers fan

Excellent place to hangout and enjoy some unique beer. Love the wood fired oven for pizzas and other great foods. Staff are great and knowledgeable about the beers. Best thing is the patio is dog friendly and the staff welcome my little guy (Milo) with Open Paws.

I went here for Happy Hour after a bike ride. The patio was a nice place to sit. The beer selections were great; although it s a little bit pricier compared to other non-Chilliwack local breweries that I ve been to. I think averaging about 16oz for $8. They have $6 deals after 8pm daily which is fantastic. Ordered the Mushroom Pizza as their pizzas were on special that Tuesday night. Honestly one of the best mushroom pizzas I ve had! Loved the cream sauce and the earthy mushrooms they used. The downside was that the pizza took a long time to get to my table; I think it was about 45-50minutes from when I ordered. It was Pizza night so understandably busy. I noticed other tables were also waiting for their pizzas for while as well. There was one table that was sat after me and they even got their pizza and other food items before mine. It must have been a kitchen overload. The servers were excellent and very personable, apologetic for the wait time. I would come again to try their other beers on their lovely patio.

Overall decent food and good drinks. The the general atmosphere from the outside looks great but the music really killed it. Not sure who chose to play like the 2006-2010 greatest hits. Having to speak really loud so my girlfriend and asking her to repeat stuff cause I cant hear her over Crank That by Soulja Boy and various Pit Bull songs. Perhaps less volume and just some sort of indie band playlist that would actually fit the atmosphere of the place.

This review does not reflect the better than mediocre service but solely the lack there of chesse on my nachos. If I wanted a bag of tortilla chips with veggies I could have just stayed home

Great for families, dogs too! We loved dining here with our dog under their covered/heated patio. The food was delicious and the beer / wine was great as well. That being said, what we loved the most about Fieldhouse was that the staff was on top of everything! They have a great system that lets the staff know that you need to order / need assistance.

Really nice ambiance. Friendly and attentive staff. Amazing food. But mainly....really great (and strong) beers!!

Nachos are a total rip off, just a cup of chips with virtually no cheese and a few rings of fancy pickled onions. Otherwise beer was tasty and service was good.

Nice brewery

Amazing staff, very friendly, atmosphere was great. Had a nice view of the wood burning stove. Kid-friendliness: Has mac and cheese for kids.

Place has a nice vibe and patio. Service is also nice fast friendly and efficient. I like how they don t come up to you until you put the ordering card up so they give you your time and space. Beyond that they had some beers missing from the list so we could not try them .for the food it was a huge disappointment as u can see the photo of the nachos. When I complained about them being burnt they did not offer to remake them or offer something else in return the taste was worse than the look also had the spinach dip which is served with chips which was mediocre again not a fan. The pepperoni pizza was again the same fine to since you are there but would not go there with the intent to eat.

Really delicious eats and even better beer. Would love to see more rotation in the food menu like they do the beer menu

Not a ton of food options, check out the menu beforehand if youre hungry, but lots of drink options, amazing service! And the patio is dog-friendly

Fieldhouse has such a great atmosphere, being greeted as soon as you walk in. Great beverages and food! We especially love their pizzas!

I am so glad you open up early, I came downtown was in the area wanted to get a tattoo for a potential business Im trying to open, Google pubs/brewery , I believe you were the only one open at 11 am. Pizza is great good price I feel as well , two beers forgot the name of them but feels good.
