Fire the cook who cant cook a breakfast it was the worst plate of food I have ever had

The food was good but the service was lacking in attention to details like cutlery, drink refills and time seated to someone showing up to take an order.

Just an issue, I don t know why we have to spend like 30 minutes for the meals.

Its ok not that keen there too noisy but I enjoy their tomato basil soup yummy good. ILL be back again.

This location was beyond amazing they were so patient and wonderful with our massive group of 15 and a few grumpy babies. Will absolutely be back

Had a great dinner. Good food at a great price. I especially liked the Bavarian dishes.

Awesome breakfasts. Edit...We went yesterday and I had the fish and chips. Absolutely Disgusting. There was more grease than fish. I wouldnt recommend this meal.

Yukon Big Bite

Myself & 3 girlfriends went to Ricks for lunch, their special was Schnitzel with 2 lumps mashed potatoe( no butter, no gravy) & red cabbage, the whole meal was absolutely terrible, the cabbage was cold & the mashed potatoes cold & the schnitzel was over cooked & tough we could hardly cut into the meat, none of us ate the meal, we were hungry so we ordered dessert, we complained & when we got our bills we were offered nothing, we ask to speak to the manager, she had attuned,the main meal was $27 dollars each, all they gave us off our bills was $5 The Food & Service was terrible & we wont be back

Four excellent meals today for family. Turkey dinners so tender you could cut Turkey breasts with a fork, fettuccine with oven baked chicken and also a liver with bacon and onions. Super service on a busy day. Thank you!

Delicious burgers,huge serving of fries. Friendly staff. Located right off the main highway coming into Chilliwack. Will recommend Rickys to anyone thatll be traveling through the area near Cottonwood mall in Chilliwack

Server was friendly, efficient and food was great. Each restaurant has a different owner and this one hS done a very good job to stay competitive.

Ordered pancakes/sausage, breakfast arrived, took bite out sausage &&& DIRT COLD !!! .Called TAMARA B over and her statement was...Well, eat pancakes NOW and I will; heat sausage up, to that I replied, NO TAKE ALL AWAY AND RETURN HOT !!!. Again, beakfast arrived && sausages were hot, then came the bill...$15.60...I put $20.60 on table and TAMARA arrives and dishes out ALLLLLLLLLLLL this small change BUTTT, there WAS A $1.00 missing !!!...DELIBERATE__YES !!!.. I called her back and addressed matter and I could determine by her actions, she SHORTCHANGED me BECAUSE of the ORDER NOT HOT, SO SHE WAS DETERMINED TO GET SOMETHINGBY WAY OF A TIP....As I exited, saw the female MANAGER and ran this by her, she appeared startled....With me, it is all about THE PRINCIPLE of the matter, meaning, HOW MANY TIMES DOES THIS TAMARA DELIBERATELY NOT GIVE CUSTOMERS THE CORRECT CHANGE ???. 10 people in our group. 5 of us had the Turkey dinner, which was great . Nicole was a great server, was quick with our meals, kept my coffee cup full, and made sure we had what we needed. Atmosphere in this Rickys is very nice, not too noisy and very clean. Thanks for hosting our Thanksgiving lunch.

Went to Rickys Chilliwack location on Saturday for a Thanksgiving lunch with family. The Turkey Dinner was amazing, and so was the service. Nicole is the best server Ive met in a long time, and she made the get together even better with her humor and fantastic service. I cannot wait to go again, just for the service. Thank you Nicole!

First time in years Ive been to Rickys. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it is in the restaurant. There is also an outside seating area which looked very inviting. Food and service were good. Would eat there again. Parking: Parking isnt looked after by Diamond Parking Services so its safe to park and not get a ticket for something ridiculous.

From the moment we entered the restaurant we felt that we re not even welcome to be there. The female supervisor was very rude and only approached us in a nice way when I asked the server for her name. I thought she was a server as well because that behaviour was not a supervisor should have. Definitely will not return

Really kind staff who make you feel at home. You can tell that they really make an effort to provide excellent service. We love coming here for pancakes!

I am a frequent customer but as of recent, the food quality seems to have fallen off by a dangerous margin. Our food was cold and tasteless. Brittany was our server and barely checked on us and had a nasty attitude. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Tonight the 3 siblngs went for dinner at Rickys.. we had the most pleasant experience a . Food was amazing and huge plates. The waitress was fantastic as well Our next trip here we would definitely return Anne

Breakfast was good but service was excellent.

First we got here and no one was at the host stand. 2 minutes later someone comes and we ask for a table for 2. We get the biggest booth in the restaurant. All the full tables are also for some reason seated in a line. There s a horrendous noise coming from the bar because they decided to do construction mid service. Our waitress comes after 10 minutes of us sitting and takes our order and drinks at the same time. I get a classic clubhouse but ask for no turkey because I just want a BLT but she makes a weird face and asks why I don t just order a BLT. I say it s not on the menu. She says you can still order it. Okay so why don t I have a california roll and a miso soup then? Our waitress was at least kind of nice but she hated her job. Understandable though

Our server, Nicole, made our day! She was funny, efficient and managed to give us all the attention we needed in amongst an obvious busy restaurant! Good job Nicole! Appreciate your commitment to your job, it was refreshing

Do not go here if you have a severe food allergies as well don t eat here if you don t like hair in your food.

Food good, serves good. We ate outside on patio.

If you are not caucasian the waitress will treat you bad, so I would avoid.

Had a clubhouse, the bacon was definitely not freshly cooked, it looked like it was leftover from breakfast and then quickly heated back up, it tasted burnt and was hard as a rock. Disappointed to say the least.

Best Rickys Ive been to in a while!

I had a waffle. It was lite and fluffy, but it was very sweet, even though I had no toppings. They also use a horrible tasting margarine. Our server was very pleasant.

I love my fish and chips. The coleslaw was delicious too.

Your host on May 12 - could not have been more rude. We waited 9 min for a seat before anyone acknowledged us. I will say the resteraunt was empty and we had called prior and was told the same. Upon getting our seats the hosts takes my partners drink order and walks away mid me saying water ... and -......... I was going to order a Ceasars but apparently you want to run a fast food in and out chain. Between 2 of us we were given 1 napkin. Tracy our actual server was sub par. This was one of the worst dining experiences we have had - not because of the food but because of the attitudes/ environment. We got the check , left and had deserts and drinks elsewhere. Was our first time and I wont be back.

Had the pleasure of dining at Rickys, and let me tell you, the food was not only appetizing but downright addictive! With a menu that caters to all tastes, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, it felt like dining with family.

Service is alright - no much effort. Atmosphere - pretty good and clean. Food was pretty bad. Got Chicken n waffles -> Waffle super dry and not warm. Seasoning of the chicken almost non-existent. For the price I paid not worth it at all.

The server at this restaurant went out of her way to accommodate and assist. Her pleasant cheery disposition was a bright light on a challenging day. The food (omelette) was good and the proportion was generous. I would have given 5 stars except that my no onions request was not complied with. Otherwise an excellent experience in this restaurant. Again, Kudos to the wonderful server whose name I have unfortunately forgotten.

Good for kids

There s nothing wrong with it but there s nothing great about it either. It s a restaurant attached to a hotel . Stopped in for lunch and had one of their burgers. The others had a clubhouse soup,and eggs Benedict. The food was not bad but also had nothing special going on either. The fries were cold and the booths were a tight fit. While the service was pleasant the experience overall was Ho hum . Not bad if you re in a jam but nothing more than ok

We rolled into town as a family from the okanagan attending grandmas funeral and we were so grateful for the service and clean facilities here to change into dress clothes and attend to the baby. We all stuffed ourselves with pancakes and coffee and our waitress somehow magically kept our coffees full without even our knowing!! Thank you Chilliwack Rickis! Just fabulous service and great food!

Come here from the eggs Benedict. So very yummy. Highly recommend them for breakfast and brunch.

Breakfast bowls!

Four of us went for brunch on Saturday around 11 AM. We ordered mimosas, chicken & waffles, quesadilla, 2 x 5, and a combo waffle. The server didn t get the orders right. Unfortunately, we couldn t catch her attention much so we couldn t get problems rectified, so we gave up. I m rather disappointed the food was good however, the service kind a let down an excellent experience.

I was very happy with Rickys. The service was fast. It was nice that the waitress came back to check if we needed anything. The food was excellent. Its a bit pricier than it used to be. A burger and fries shouldnt cost $20 and up, but overall I was very satisfied with my experience here Parking: There is a large lot and disability parking is very close to the door

i m a big fan of Ricky s. the grand forks breakfast always seems to be enough food for two people and is reasonably priced. clean restaurant and bathrooms and a good family friendly environment.

I had the 6 pce chicken strips with a poutine. It was delicious, but I didnt like the ranch dip. There was an ingredient in it that shouldnt have been added. Horseradish maybe? Otherwise, everything else was delish. Parking: There was lots of parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: 2 front row parking spots, designated for wheelchair parking.

Usually I like Rickys. But Ive decided now, that every restaurant I go to whether it be the first time or second, third etc, Ill be writing a review. I really dont know where these places get off charging so much money for something so subpar. Dining out used to be fun and something to look forward too. The portion sizes are so small, quality just plain sucks, and the price has almost tripled. And you want us to tip on top of this? Ya, nah, if your cost goes up and portions and quality go down, my tips are going down too. The food tonight was like I said, subpar. Dried out, lukewarm, soggy, again WHERE DO YOU GET OFF?! Service was also just mediocre. We wont be coming back anytime soon. Its not worth it.

I had their Breakie-Bowl (Veggie) and it was amazing! I highly recommend this dish for anyone who is very hungry as its quite a large portion of great food

I wish I had read the reviews before going there. I had a nice disposition when I came into the restaurant. Happy smiling laughing with my daughter. Having a good time until I met the waitress.. I must say that was the worst place Ive ever been. Ive been traveling since April this year. All over BC saskatchewan Manitoba et cetera. Between the service and the food and the manager. I have to say this place sucks. The picture of the steak looked hearty and beautiful. When I got it, it was thinnest paper $30. I couldnt believe my eyes for what I saw then. My daughter ordered fish-and-chips. The grease was pouring off it. It was still on our hands and saturated 2 of the napkins completely. It looked like baby oil was dripping off us when complaining. I was told never come back without service and knows comments. You think I would ever want to come back to your establishment? I dont know how these people stay in business. My sister owned a restaurant for 30 years. I never ever heard her speak to anyone like that. Im a 61 year old woman and I felt be little by the waitress and on top of it. The manager. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody and if youre stopping through like I was keep ongoing, it would be only a total waste of money. The waiters had a stinky attitude from the time. She entered my space by the table and the owner. She wasnt even happy when I came in the door not a smile, not a nice gesture, nothing. And considering the way businesses are going today. I can see why theyre failing

It was kinda loud and the chef doesnt know how to make medium eggs but food tasted good, large portions and service was excellent.

Went to rickys my grandma ordered the french onion soup it was cold and she asked for extra cheese never got i ordered the fried shrimp po boy the shrimp must of been bad
